Nightmare World Become World of Light and Dark
The One Above All, in his infinite wisdom and authority, decided to restructure the world into two distinct realms. He named these realms the World of Light and Dark, signifying the division between hope, peace, and prosperity, and chaos. This grand restructuring aimed to balance order and chaos, ensuring the seamless coexistence of all entities within his creation.
At the pinnacle of this new world structure sat The One Above All himself, residing in the Highest Heaven. From this vantage point, he oversaw both the realms of light and dark, ensuring harmony and balance. Beneath him lay the Endless Realm, home to the powerful Endless siblings: Dream, Death, Destiny, Desire, Despair, Delirium, and Destruction. Their parents, Night and Time, also resided in this realm, playing crucial roles in the cosmic balance.
The next tier housed the Councils of the Gods, where deities from various mythologies convened. Leaders such as Zeus, Odin, Ra, Brahma, Jupiter, Dagda, Anu, Amaterasu, Inti, Tangaroa, Yu Huang, Chuck, Amara, the God from Preacher, and Virgil formed this council, guiding the divine affairs of the world. These councils oversaw the realms of their respective gods, encompassing Olympus, Asgard, the Halls of Ra, Svarga, the Roman Pantheon, Tir na n'Og, the Mesopotamian realms, the Japanese Pantheon, the Aztec and Incan realms, Polynesian islands, and the Chinese Pantheon.
Under the divine realms existed the realm of angelic beings, ranging from the most powerful archangels to the lesser angels. Archangels like Michael and Gabriel, down to lesser-known angels like Rashnu, formed a hierarchy dedicated to maintaining celestial order. The Valkyries also resided here, serving in Valhalla alongside the angels, ensuring the souls of the valiant found their rightful place.
Within this celestial framework lay Sector 8, Jurisdiction 17, where Unity City thrived under the protection of the divine and angelic realms. Unity City, a beacon of hope and unity, was led by Mayor John Constantine and Vice Mayor Jesse Custer, along with 37 district leaders who oversaw their communities. The city's governance ensured that peace and prosperity flourished, embodying the ideals of the Light Realm. Educationally, Hogwarts was integrated into Unity City, providing unparalleled opportunities for young residents. The Order of the Phoenix, along with the armies of the elves and dwarves, bolstered the city's military and police forces, ensuring safety and order.
In stark contrast, the Dark Realm, or the Nightmare World, was governed by Lucifer. As the supreme ruler of this realm, Lucifer commanded an array of demonic forces and malevolent spirits. His second-in-command, Lilith, managed the demonic hierarchy, ensuring order amidst the chaos. Jason X, the third in command, served as the enforcer, maintaining discipline within the ranks.
The demonic hierarchy was meticulously structured. At the top were the higher-level demons like Beelzebub, Leviathan, Mammon, and Belial. Below them, archdemons and princes of Hell, such as Azazel, Ramiel, Dagon, Asmodeus, Malebolgia, and Violator, wielded significant power and influence. High-ranking demons, including Malebranche, Centaurs, Minotaurs, Harpies, Geryon, Medusa, the Furies, Plutus, Cerberus, Minos, and Charon, played crucial roles in the dark hierarchy. Mid-ranking demons like Spawn, Nyx, Heap, Cogliostro, Dante, and Virgil further bolstered the dark forces. Finally, the lesser demons and malevolent spirits, including Lipstick-Face, the Bride in Black, the Man Who Can't Breathe, the Long Haired Fiend, Doll Girl, the Dancing Boy, the Woman in White, the Key Demon, Annabelle, Valak, Bathsheba Sherman, the Crooked Man, the Ferryman, La Llorona, the Bride, He Who Walks Behind the Rows, Blade, Pinhead, Jester, Jester II, Tunneler, Leech Woman, Six Shooter, Torch, Decapitron, Dr. Death, Totem, Baby Oopsy Daisy, Jack Attack, Grizzly Teddy, Mr. Static, Zombietoid, Malebranche, and the Phlebiac Brothers, completed the infernal hierarchy.

The enforcers, including Leatherface, Ghostface, Samara and Sadako, Chucky, M3GAN, and Michael Myers, each oversaw specific sectors, maintaining order and executing Lucifer's decrees. Jason X managed Sector 1, Leatherface handled Sector 2, Ghostface managed Sector 3, Samara and Sadako oversaw Sector 4, Chucky controlled Sector 5, M3GAN ruled Sector 6, and Michael Myers commanded Sector 7.
The Nightmare World was divided into seven sectors, each encompassing multiple jurisdictions:
Sector 1: Jurisdictions 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Sector 2: Jurisdictions 10 and 12.
Sector 3: Jurisdictions 11, 18, and 19.
Sector 4: Jurisdictions 6, 7, and 9.
Sector 5: Jurisdictions 13, 14, 15, and 16.
Sector 6: Jurisdictions 8 and 21.
Sector 7: Jurisdiction 20.

Recognizing the transformation of the world, The One Above All decreed a new name for this restructured cosmos. No longer would it be known simply as the Nightmare World. From this moment forth, it would be called the World of Light and Darkness, reflecting the duality of existence and the balance maintained under his supreme authority. This division of realms, while stark, ensured a balance that allowed for the coexistence of hope and darkness under the omnipotent rule of the One Above All.
