The Dark Lord rules the Dark Realm
In the restructuring of the world, The One Above All created a ninth sector—Sector 9—and placed Jurisdiction 13 under it, making it the ruling sector of the dark realm. This new sector was designated as the place of ultimate authority within the Nightmare World, ensuring a structured hierarchy and clear command.
Lucifer, the ruler of the dark realm, chose Jurisdiction 1 as the meeting place for the councils of overlords. This jurisdiction, known as Friday the 13th, became the central location for high-level discussions and decision-making within the dark realm.
Lucifer summoned the councils of overlords to this new location. The enforcers, already present, awaited the arrival of the other overlords. The meeting hall was a foreboding chamber, filled with an aura of dread and authority. Lucifer's place of power was situated at the head of the room, exuding dominance and command.
Behind Lucifer, on his right, stood Lilith, the second in command, and on his left was Jason X, the third in command. In front of Lucifer, the hierarchy was clearly displayed. The demons, from the highest to the lowest ranks, sat facing the enforcers. The five enforcers—Leatherface, Ghostface, Samara and Sadako, Chucky, M3GAN, and Michael Myers—occupied a position of respect, sitting higher than the councils of overlords but lower than the demons.
The center of the room featured 36 seats arranged in a semi-circle, facing Lucifer. These seats were reserved for the councils of overlords who were not enforcers. The atmosphere was tense as the meeting commenced, with all eyes on Lucifer and his commanders.
As the meeting proceeded, Lucifer noticed a significant change among the attendees. Grindelwald had taken the place of Albus Dumbledore. Lucifer, not all-knowing or all-seeing like The One Above All, demanded an explanation for this unexpected change.
"Grindelwald," Lucifer's voice echoed through the chamber, "why are you here in place of Albus? Explain yourself."
Grindelwald stepped forward, his presence commanding yet respectful. "Great Lucifer," he began, "Albus Dumbledore has chosen to leave the council and migrate to Unity City in Jurisdiction 17. He has joined the realm of light, leaving his place here vacant. I have taken his place to lead the dark wizards and continue our mission."
Lucifer's gaze turned to Morgoth, who also had significant news to report. "Morgoth, what of your jurisdiction?" he demanded.
Morgoth, a dark and imposing figure, spoke with a deep, resonant voice. "Many under my command have left, migrating to Unity City as well. However, Sauron remains loyal to our cause. The forces that stay include Voldemort and his Death Eaters, the fell beasts, orcs, Uruk-hai, and the agents of Sauron. Despite these losses, we remain powerful and steadfast."
Lucifer's expression was one of controlled fury. "This migration to Unity City weakens our ranks. But know this, we will strengthen our resolve and redouble our efforts. Our realm will remain dominant and unyielding."
The demons and enforcers listened intently, understanding the gravity of the situation. Lilith, ever the strategist, stepped forward. "We must ensure that our forces are united and focused. Let us identify our strengths and exploit the weaknesses of the light realm."
Jason X, silent but ever vigilant, nodded in agreement. His presence alone was a reminder of the Nightmare World's might and relentless power.
The enforcers, Leatherface, Ghostface, Samara and Sadako, Chucky, M3GAN, and Michael Myers, each pledged their loyalty and readiness to enforce Lucifer's will across the realms. Their roles as enforcers were crucial, maintaining order and fear within the Nightmare World.
The councils of overlords, seated in the semi-circle, also voiced their allegiance. Despite the recent changes and migrations, their commitment to the dark realm remained unwavering. They were determined to uphold their domains and continue spreading chaos and darkness.
Lucifer concluded the meeting with a powerful decree. "We are the embodiment of chaos and darkness. We will not falter. Strengthen your ranks, enforce my will, and let the world of light know that we remain a formidable force. This is our realm, and we will defend it against all who oppose us."
Amidst the structured chaos, the machines from the Matrix, Skynet, and OCP's Robocop stood as the law enforcers of the Nightmare World. These sentient AI systems were responsible for maintaining order, a task they executed with mechanical precision and relentless efficiency. However, the leaders of these machines—The Architect from the Matrix, Skynet, and the directives of Robocop—harbored a rocky relationship. Their differing philosophies on AI governance often led to friction, but under Lucifer's command, they were united by a common purpose.
As the meeting adjourned, the overlords returned to their domains, ready to execute Lucifer's commands and solidify the Nightmare World's dominance. The balance of light and dark, though challenged, remained under the vigilant watch of The One Above All, who ensured that both realms served their purpose in the grand tapestry of existence.
Recognizing the transformation of the world, The One Above All decreed a new name for this restructured cosmos. No longer would it be known simply as the Nightmare World. From this moment forth, it would be called the World of Light and Darkness, reflecting the duality of existence and the balance maintained under his supreme authority. This division of realms, while stark, ensured a balance that allowed for the coexistence of hope and darkness under the omnipotent rule of the One Above All.
