Three weeks later and a strange woman (who was bigger than Mt. Lady at her gigantic size) was terrorizing the city as a whole, so Moon Rabbit made a giant cage around it with create. The woman tried to escape by becoming bigger but Gentle Hero made the cage elastic, so it stretched with her. The woman eventually gave up and Moon Rabbit made it into a card again. He then used big on himself to help with the repairs and used earthly to repair the streets she caused a crater on by steeping on the street(s). He later stopped a criminal (Habit Headgear) by Moon Rabbit using a combination of big (to make him Habit Headgear's size) and power to give him super strength.
Another week went by and Moon Rabbit was giving money to the homeless (his own) when he saw people and objects shrink, including himself. So, he confronted the card (a tiny, little girl) and put he in a bubble and made it a deal with him saying "Either you stay in there and make nothing small or you come with me and make thing(s)/person(s) small on my command." The card agreed and he turned it into a card (after popping the bubble), which undid the effects of little. He then stopped some criminals by making them small, knocked them out and held them until the police arrived.
