Hey everyone! Long time no see! I wanted to go ahead and just put this announcement out there. After over a year of not working on/updating this fic, I got the sudden motivation to continue on what I consider my magnum opus (lol) and first serious fic I've ever started. The motivation comes and goes, and considering I'm also a full-time student, it might not be consistent, but I'll try my best to work on Parallel more often! I want to try and take this fic (and writing) more seriously, so I did go back and make minor edits to the previous chapters, such as deleting unnecessary writing and improving some characterization (especially Tom's). I encourage you to go back and reread! I see a bright future for Parallel, and I have many exciting plot twists and things planned for the story! Hopefully I can make it so that they actually get written lol. Thank you for sticking around and supporting me :) and keep an eye out for chapter 7!
