Naoto came home and found both his parents home to his surprise. "Hey, you guys are home." Naoto's mother responded, "Yeah we both came home early so we could have dinner as a family." Naoto's father said, "Hey, how was school?" Naoto avoided the question, "Nothing different. I don't feel so well, so I'm going to bed. You can eat dinner without me." Naoto's mother asked worryingly, "Are you sure?" "Yep, positive," Naoto responded. Naoto's father said, "Well that was weird."
Naoto lay on his bed, thinking about what had happened earlier that afternoon. "I can't believe that a first-year girl had made me cry!" Nagatoro's voice kept taunting him, but eventually, he fell asleep.
The next morning… Naoto woke up and got ready for school. When he began to get dressed, he realized that his clothes fit him perfectly despite being slightly loose. He also realized he wasn't wearing his glasses but could see perfectly fine. "Okay, this is weird. How is this possible? Could it be that the spider that bit me did this? There's no way." Naoto decided to ignore what was happening. He finished getting ready, got his bag, and left his house.
Upon arriving at school, everything went as expected until lunchtime. He looked around for a table but all of them were occupied. "Senpai!" Naoto knew who that voice belonged to. He turned to find Nagatoro sitting at a table with some other girls. He recognized those girls as the same ones the day he met Nagatoro. "What now?" he said to himself. "Over here! Sit with us!" Nagatoro said.
"No way! That is the worst possible seat! But, there are no other seats. I'm going to have to eat fast and get the hell out of here." Naoto sat in a seat next to Nagatoro. "Excuse me," Naoto said shyly to the other girls. "So, Hayase, is he your boyfriend?" asked the orange-haired girl. "Is he?" asked the dirty blond girl. Nagatoro responded, "No way I would ever go out with him." The orange-haired girl talked to Naoto "Wait I remember you. You were that boy in the library. Didn't you wear glasses yesterday?" Nagatoro agreed "Yeah didn't you, Senpai?" Naoto didn't want to tell them he woke up not needing them anymore. "I switched to contacts so I won't use them anymore."
There was a long silence until the orange-haired girl asked Naoto "Now back to the topic. Since you are not going out with Hayase, will you go out with me?" Naoto was surprised by that question. "Sorry, where are my manners? My name is Maki Gamo and this over here is Yoshi" Gamo said pointing at the dirty blond-haired girl. Nagatoro looked at her menacingly "What are you doing, Maki?" Gamo responded, "Well if you are not dating him, I thought that he would take me out." She then looked at Naoto "I'm just kidding, Paisen. I'm not interested in dating anyone right now. I just wanted to see if Hayase here would get jealous and I was right." Naoto looked at Nagatoro and saw that Nagatoro looked away blushing. Nagatoro looked at Naoto and Naoto turned away blushing. Both Gamo and Yoshi smile seeing Nagatoro and Naoto blushing, knowing they like each other.
While looking away, Naoto noticed a fork stuck in his hand. He tried to shake it off but couldn't. As he tried to remove it, a web-like string came out of his hand and shot behind him to a person's lunch tray. He looked around to see if anyone saw that, but Gamo and Yoshi were busy teasing Nagatoro. Naoto pulled his hand forward without thinking and the tray launched at the person behind Naoto. "Crap! I gotta go!." Naoto excused himself from the girls and hurried to the art room where he would be safe, but the person who sat behind him followed closely."Hey, Hayase, your boyfriend is about to get beat up by that big guy," said Gamo. Nagatoro got up from her seat and ran to help Naoto.
Naoto got to the art room and was about to open the door when he got a weird tingling sensation in his head. He quickly dodged a very strong punch from the bully. "Think you're pretty funny, don't you freak?" said the bully. Nagatoro arrived at the scene and told the guy, "Leave him alone!" "You stay out of this! It's between your little boyfriend and me," he responded. Naoto said, "I don't want to fight you!" The bully replied, "I wouldn't want to fight me either." The bully then went for a strong punch, but Naoto bent backward dodging it. "How am I doing this?" "How are you doing this?" the bully said asking the same question that Naoto asked himself. As the guy tried to punch Naoto again, Naoto caught it. "Now what do I do? Do I try to punch him?" Naoto decided to punch back but was surprised when he saw the bully fly across the hallway. Nagatoro was astonished at what happened and wanted to ask Naoto how he did that. But Naoto was nowhere to be seen.
Meanwhile, a man in a suit walked out of his private jet and was greeted by a businessman. "Mr. Osborn, thank you for coming. You will not regret working with us." The man replied, "Please call me Norman and I know I won't. I don't regret anything ever." He smiled as he remembered how he killed Peter Parker who was Spider-Man in his universe. Norman soon discovered there was a multiverse and decided to come to the one he is in now. He ensured that Peter Parker didn't exist in this universe and got rid of this world's Norman Osborn. One of his bodyguards approached him. Osborn then said to the businessman, "I have to go. We'll talk more about business tomorrow. whispered in his ear, "Sir, remember those 'super spiders' that you wanted destroyed?" Osborn replied, "What about them?" The bodyguard said, "It's done. What do I do with the scientist that got rid of them?" Osborn replied, "You know what to do." "Understood, sir," said the bodyguard as he dismissed himself and walked away. Norman then walked to his car and was taken to his new house in Hayama. Norman sat down on his expensive chair and smiled at what he had done. "Now no one can stop me. I wonder if?" Norman looked at a mirror knowing that he had his goblin suit when he fought Spider-Man. "There's no need for that. I took every precaution. Spider-Man will not exist in this universe." Little did he know, he was about to be proven wrong.
