Tanjuro held Rokuta as he soothed his youngest Son to sleep. The 2-year-old clutched onto his Kimono with a tiny hand. They sat in the living room in front of the stove. He closed his eyes, relaxing with his baby in his arms. "Daddy?" Hanako asked, as she entered the room. The little girl smiled at the sight. "What is it Hanako?" Tanjuro asked softly. "Can we go play in the snow?" she asked. "Sure, let's make sure we get wrapped up warmly first. Rokuta's eyes blinked open, the red orbs looked up at his Father, "Papa?" the toddler asked. "Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to wake you up Rokuta. Do you want to play in the snow?" Tanjuro asked.

The Toddler giggled. He put on warm clothes and wrapped Rokuta up in a purple Kimono and tiny scarf. "Awe, you look so cute" Hanako said, coming up in her Winter clothes. "Big Sis!" he squealed as the two grabbed his hands. Tanjuro smiled warmly, walking with his children in the snow. "Hee! Hee! Hee! Hee!" Rokuta giggled. "Having fun Rokuta?" Nezuko asked as she walked over. "Yeah!" the 2-year-old cried. Tanjuro smiled warmly at his youngest Son, so glad to have this chance. He blinked. Hadn't he thought something like that before? "Papa!" Rokuta called. Tanjuro looked down, to see him reaching up for him. The Kamado Patriarch smiled, and gently picked the boy up into his arms. It didn't matter. All that did was that he was here with his family.

Lower Rank 1, Enmu stood on top of the train, surveying all of the Demons his Lord wanted destroyed. They were all outside of his control, and therefore a threat. Especially the Demon with the Hanafuda Earrings. Though Muzan hadn't said why they were a threat, he didn't bother to question him. As long as he could do what he liked with his playthings, Enmu didn't care about the reason. "I will kill all of them and enjoy the feast of human flesh on this train. And then I can get more of the Master's blood!" he crooned.

Yukito lay against his seat, fast asleep. In his dream, he sat with the Kamado family, happily talking to them. Ever since his home, family and wife had been lost in a fire when he was 18, he had always been travelling, never having a place to belong. But now he did. He didn't care that he was a Demon. He was happy to serve Lord Tanjuro because he was treated like someone who mattered by the Demon King.

Shizu watched all of her children playing with Tanjuro own and all the other's he had adopted with a warm smile on her face. She had never seen them so happy and carefree. Kogo was kind and loving towards them once. Back when they only had Sanemi and Genya. But the more children she had, the worse his attitude became. He started blaming her for having so many children to pay for, and look after. By the time Hiroshi was born, he had started to become violent towards all of them. Shizu loved her children more than anything, and would do whatever it took to protect them.

Even if it meant she had to curl her tiny body around her children and take every hit and kick from her violent Husband, even if it meant she had to work from morning till night to save up enough money to get her and her children out of there, she would. Then, Kyogo became a Demon and tried to kill them. Tanjuro saved her children, and even spared her, though she had become a Demon, and for that she was eternally grateful. As she watched Tanjuro playing with Hiroshi, Genya, Shigeru and Haruka, Shizu sighed contentedly and relaxed. For once, everything was right and good with the world.

Sayuri played happily with the other children. She was having so much fun! She didn't have to worry about being hurt, or doing a job she didn't know how to do. Mr Tanjuro was a much nicer person than Rui. "Come on Big Sis!" Rokuta called, "we're going to play with the ball!" he called. "Okay!" the little Demon girl replied with a big smile on her face. She looked over to see Tanjuro watching them with a smile. Sayuri waved to him happily, "Hi Mr Tanjuro!" she called with a big smile. The older Demon waved back at her. Then Sayuri went back to playing.

Tanjiro and Nezuko were having the same dream as their Father, and Kyojuro was dreaming about a normal day with his family. Meanwhile, with Tanjuro, he carried a basket of branches back to the house to make some Charcoal. When he got there, he found that Tanjiro had already gotten the Furnace going. "Thank you Son. I appreciate the help" he said gratefully. "Of course. This is my Job too now Father, so the least I can do is get the furnace ready for you" Tanjiro replied with a smile.

The woman in Tanjuro's dream was more confused now than she had been before. She had been following the Demon around, trying to assure herself that he deserved to die, but so far, his dream had been completely peaceful. He wasn't dreaming about eating humans, or his family. She watched as he tenderly held who she assumed was his youngest Son, and made Charcoal with his Eldest. He ate lunch with his family, and not once did the Demon act aggressively towards them. He was unlike any Demon she had ever known. The woman shook her head, and decided to just get this job over with.

She ran off through the snow to find the edge of his dream like Enmu had told her.

Enmu grinned from where he stood atop the train, "it's time! Those traitors will get what they deserve now!" he laughed his high-pitched giggle, and started altering the Demons dreams into nightmares.

Shizu had decided to rest while Tanjuro was watching over her children. But as she walked inside the house, she suddenly heard the sound of her children screaming. Shizu ran back outside as fast as she could, but the mansion was a lot bigger than she remembered. Koto and Teiko screamed again, and Hiroshi was crying. Shizu found herself becoming out of breath quickly, but she pushed her short legs to run faster. As she did, she began to recognise the building.

It was the house she and her children used to live in with- no! It couldn't be him! He was dead! Shizu ran as fast as she could, as the screams became louder and more panicked, before cutting off completely. 'No,' she thought in a panic, 'no! no! no! no! no! no! no-' Shizu burst through the door and into the bedroom of her old house, to find blood everywhere. Her children were dead on the floor, and there, crouching over Sanemi and chewing on his leg- was Kyogo. He looked up at her with mad black eyes, blood all over his face and fangs and dripping from his claws-

Shizu screamed in horror, and a wave of energy burst out of her body, blowing the image and the house away.

On the train Shizu let out a scream, and the same wave of energy from her nightmare burst out of her body, engulfing everyone in it's range. This included Tanjuro, his children, all of his other Demons and Kyojuro. As well as the humans connected to them. Everyone woke up with a gasp. They all just sat there for a moment, shocked at the sudden transition. Before the Demons and Hashira jumped to their feet. Tanjiro and Nezuko were slightly slower, but they got ready to fight as well. All of the people who were tied to them stood up with their picks in hand.

"What the hell was that?!" A young, exhausted looking man asked, glaring at Shizu. Tanjuro looked between all of the humans before them, wondering what was going on. Had all of that been a dream or something. The humans in front of them were all furious, except for one pale young man that hadn't stood up from where he was sat in the seat behind Tanjiro's. The presence of the Demon hadn't faded at all, so that meant it still had to be on the train somewhere. "Well, that was something! But now I will be taking care of the Demon who put all of us to sleep! Please move aside, as I don't want to harm any humans" Kyojuro said loudly.

The humans looked like they were about to charge, giving no heed to the Hashira's words, so Tanjuro shot forwards and knocked them all out with a chop to the neck. He looked back at his companions, "We don't have time. The Demon who did this is nearby, and we have to deal with it quickly!" Tanjuro said. "Right! Leave it to me Father!" Tanjiro said. He pulled his ticket out of his Uniform pocket and sniffed it, then he walked over to the window and opened it. However, when he did, he reeled back immediately with his arm over his nose. "Are you alright big Brother?" Nezuko asked in concern.

"The Demon's scent is overwhelming! How could I have slept through it, even with the doors and windows shut?!" Tanjiro berated himself. "Don't worry about that Tanjiro! Let's just deal with the Demon quickly!" Tanjuro replied. He then turned to his Demons, "I want all of you to stay here in case something goes wrong. I'll need you to protect the passengers for us. Understand?" he asked. "Yes Sir!" Yukito replied, with the girls nodding in understanding. "Spoken like a true leader Kamado! I will stay here as well, in order to assist them if necessary. There are a lot of passengers after all!" Kyojuro commented. "Alright. Let's go!" Tanjuro said, as he and his Son left through the door.

Leaving Nezuko, the Flame Hashira and his Demons inside the train.
