Life After Roanapur:

Rock and Revy got married at the Rip Off Church before moving out of Roanapur with clean slates and fresh citizenships (courtesy of Eda) into a decent size house. They still have a few contacts there though with Rock mainly having them for his new job as a contract negotiator. I'm not sure where exactly they move to, but they've been living there for about a year or so now. Revy has now become "reformed but untamed"; she became a somewhat nicer person after sometime out of Roanapur but still has traits that make Revy well, "Revy". She goes to a shooting range at least once a week (and might've befriended the owner at some point), still has anger issues, still swears a lot, and while she might've cut down on drinking and smoking, she still does it a lot. Her new job is a bouncer at a bar, gives her great money and prevents her from being bored to death. She also has her own personal gym set up in their garage where she works out whenever not at work, Rock occasionally joins the workouts too.

A Bun in the Oven:

Revy getting pregnant was unplanned and to say she and Rock were unsure of what to do was a major understatment. Hell, Rock wasn't even the first person she told, it was Dutch over a phonecall (she needed help on how to spill the beans to Rock). With no maternal reference to go off from and her incredibly shitty childhood, Revy wouldn't admit otherwise but she was scared. Rock was scared too but still, they'll try and manage together. Rock went to all of Revy's doctor appointments, took care of her in the house, and overall tried his best to support and provide for her. He even bought baby clothes, maternity clothes, and set up the nursery. He might've overprepared at some point though and bought 2 years worth of baby food and diapers.

Revy constantly complained about morning sickness, cravings, and having to constantly use the bathroom and in later months, felt like "a total lard-ass". She also thought it felt/looked weird whenever the baby kicked, but always alerted Rock whenever it happens (he absolutely loves it). Despite these complaints though, Revy looked forward to having the baby as much as her husband did. Revy was also too embarrassed to have a gender reveal party or a baby shower, but that didn't stop people from giving her little gifts every now and then. Dutch and Benny even had a bet on whether the baby was going to be a boy or a girl. All it took was one doctor's appointment and a phone call for Dutch to win $200.

The day Rock and Revy's baby was born was a total nightmare. Revy went into labor at 2 AM and had to be rushed to the hospital, pushing didn't start until an hour later. She says it was "the worst goddamn pain in [her] fucking life". Revy almost broke Rock's hand from squeezing it so hard, bullet holes were spread across the delivery room ceiling, and she passed out for hours after delivery. Overall, this experience is one of the main reasons she'd never want kids again.

They ended up having a girl, Riley Okajima-Lee. Born on March 19th somewhere in the early 2000's, she looks a lot like her mother, but with brown, almost black hair and bangs similar to her father on the left side of her face.
