About the Okajima-Lee Family:

- In terms of wardrobe changes, Rock still wears his white shirt, teal tie, and gray pants but has started to wear more casual outfits when out of work. This especially applies to after Riley was born, going as far to wear socks with sandals. Meanwhile, Revy now wears a full length black T-shirt, ripped jeans, and a green button up army jacket with two patches on her left sleeve (Jolly Roger to match her cutlasses and a custom made Lagoon Company patch). She still wears her fingerless gloves and combat boots though (now tied) and keeps her tank top and daisy dukes as a memento (and for her and Rock's anniversary nights). She also has a uniform for her bar bouncer job.

- The Okajima-Lee residence is in the suburbs and is two stories tall. The first floor consists of the living room, a kitchen with a dining room set, a small bathroom, and an office with the family computer. There's also a door leading to the garage/Revy's gym area as well as a hidden door that leads to the bunker-like basement. The second floor consists of a larger bathroom, a master bedroom, and a regular bedroom. At first, the second bedroom was a guest room for whenever Dutch, Benny and Jane, and occasionally Eda wanted to sleep over but then it turned into Riley's room. They also have a backyard with a pool and a gazebo.

- The final thing Rock needed to transition to fatherhood were the dad jokes and he manifested them when Revy was still pregnant with Riley. When Revy wanted pizza and said she was "fuckin starving", Rock teasingly replied "Hi 'Fuckin Starving', I'm Dad!" Revy was too bewildered to even have a proper reaction before Rock ordered the pizza.

- Knowing quitting drinking and smoking for 9 months minimum was going ot be a lot easier said than done for Revy, Rock decided to join her in quitting as well. He also bought her bubblegum/candy cigarettes to curb any possible urges. The whole pregnancy was probably the healthiest Revy's felt in a very long time. Even after Riley was born, they decided to wait plenty more time before ultimately going back to doing it occasionally outside whenever she's asleep.

- Rock often gets kicked out of Riley's sporting events because he likes to gamble on the kids with the other parents. In a change of events, Revy has to be the responsible one and tell him to cut it out. This is his little "scoop" of bad parenting after having to constantly be the "sane man" (relatively speaking) within the family.

- While he's on friendly terms with Riley's school counselor, Rock secretly doesn't like him. Hell, nobody between the three like him. Riley thinks he's too bossy and always calls on her and Revy just overall can't stand him for criticizing Riley so much. Rock also tends to gaslight the school counselor whenever it seems he has a problem with Riley; the counselor falls for it everytime. The counselor also has to go through multiple breathing/calming exercises every single time he has to meet with Revy.

- When it comes to punishing/grounding Riley when she misbehaves too much, Rock is the one to do it. While Revy doesn't let her get away with everything and would call her out when needed, she's often more hesitant to do it. The reasoning was because of all the "punishments" her father made her endure before killing him as well as feeling it gets in the way of giving Riley the best life she can. Spanking/hitting her is absolutely out of the question too for both of them.

- Revy taught Riley how to swim when she was about 2 years old. They were going to hire an instructor at first, but Revy insisted she could teach her herself (plus it gives her a chance to bond with her daughter some more). Rock actually agrees with that and she ends up doing a good job at it in their swimming pool.

- In contrast to Rock accidentally swearing after stubbing his toe on a coffee table, Revy once stepped on a Lego from Riley's playset and it took her every ounce of willpower to not swear in pain. It was a surreal experience for Rock listening to her shout "fudge" and "shoot" multiple times. Revy also wasn't fond of the irony of having to teach Riley to clean up after herself.

- As a baby, Riley has puked on Revy more often than not from the times she accidentally overfed her. Revy always questioned herself on how the hell she didn't immediately snap at her daughter as much as her mind was itching to do so. The most that came out of her mouth was a deadpan "This is fine…" before handing Riley to Rock as she cleans herself up.

- Sometime before their first vacation, Revy had a dream where they went to Disney World and Rock got kidnapped by a gang dressed like Disney mascots (and never break character even when they're in pain) for saying their food was overpriced. They were originally going to kidnap Riley, but Rock was considered the "safer option" in comparison. This dream was all because Rock tried to convince her to leave her cutlasses back at home, but Revy's separation anxiety from them didn't make her want to. Ultimately, they compromised and while Revy still took her cutlasses, she left them locked in the hotel safe.

- For Mother's Day, Riley had to make a card for arts and crafts and she ended up making Revy a gun-shaped card with a little crayon drawing of the two together (and some stuff she wrote). The school counselor had to call her down over concerns regarding her card and Rock had to gaslight him into thinking he has a problem with Riley trying to communicate her feelings. Revy ended up loving the card of course and keeps it in one of her drawers.

- To help with Riley's critical thinking skills, Rock tries to create ten word problems for math knowing they're her weakness; five for addition and the other five for subtraction. When he was struggling to come up with two or three remaining subtraction word problems, he tried to turn to Revy for ideas but all of them were too graphic to say the least so he just did the rest himself. Eventually when Rock finished up and tried to quiz Riley, she just ended up storming off after finishing only two questions because she really hates math (plus it was spring break, why should she be reminded of school?). He managed to trick his daughter into finishing it anyway by making her do at least two more math questions every hour or so.

- Riley learned she was part Japanese when Rock tried teaching her a few Japanese words which she thought was just him saying "a bunch of weird things" and writing "weird scribbles". Riley also learned she was part Chinese from Revy when she brought up Rock's attempt of teaching her Japanese as well as being told she's of Japanese descent. At first Riley didn't care too much, but then after learning a bit more of both from school she asked her parents if they could visit both places one day. Considering the last time they went to Japan, Rock and Revy weren't exactly sure how to answer but with China, they left her with a "maybe someday".

- One time when Rock was working from home, Revy accidentally left her lunch before heading to work. Riley tried to tell her dad but he was too occupied with some stubborn clients, so she decided to get on her tricycle and bring her mom's lunch herself. It took her about 20-30 minutes to go to the bar Revy worked at. When she got there, Rock was having a panic attack realizing Riley's missing and called Revy on the phone to let her know. Before he could actually say it though, one of Revy's coworkers spotted Riley waiting at the entrance with a sandwich in hand. Revy stormed out of the lunchroom and while she appreciated Riley going so far to bring her lunch, she doesn't want her to EVER do that again. Rock then considered buying an ankle monitor after picking her up and went through with it, but soon returned it because Revy didn't like it. She thought it made Riley look like she was under house arrest.

- One day at school, Riley overheard a janitor having a mental breakdown over a nasty divorce with his wife (and she's taking the kids) and tried to ask him what's wrong. Unfortunately, the janitor scared her away when he explained what a divorce is but what she learned was basically "When mommy and daddy fight too many times, they get separated and the kids get taken away" (Again, the janitor wasn't in the right state of mind). Riley didn't exactly feel better about it after especially upon overhearing Rock and Revy having a brief argument over who forgot to take out the trash. Then she came in begging her parents to not get divorced much to their confusion. After Riley told them about what the janitor said, Rock and Revy had to assure her that they're not getting divorced and people who love each other still fight and argue with each other sometimes. Even if they were to divorce, they'd make absolutely sure it has as little effect on Riley as possible.

About a Few Others:

- Rock and Revy made up a list of sitters for Riley from best to worst. At the top was Dutch, then Shenhua, Benny and Jane in the middle, and Eda on the bottom. For Dutch, Riley is basically a "mini-Revy" most of the time and he's already dealt with regular sized Revy for years. Shenhua's second placing stems from the fact she already has to handle two "grown children" in the form of Lotton and Sawyer. Benny and Jane are average and Eda is "too chaotic" most of the time.

- Dutch, Benny, and Jane first met Riley when they were invited over the Okajima-Lee household to her when she was about a few weeks old. Dutch still couldn't believe Rock and Revy of all people ended up having a baby; such a thought would've sounded batshit insane when they first met. Benny and Jane were asked if they wanted kids by Dutch too, but they said no. Benny did consider the idea a few years later, but Jane reminded him of Riley and the virus incident and he dropped it completely. Eda wasn't invited, but she ended up meeting Riley a day or two later when she came to visit.

- One time when Eda had to babysit Riley again, they had to go on a car ride to pick up some pizza they ordered (all the delivery drivers were backed up that day). On the car ride there, Riley learns Eda doesn't even know all the 10 commandments despite her "church work". When she tried reciting them, Eda said the two or three she knew before making the rest of them up. One of the made up ones was "Thou shall not swear" but then immediately cursed out a driver who cut her off.

- Dutch hopes he never has to give Riley the "Whitman Fever" speech, the closest he got to doing so was when she kept spraying him and everyone else around her with her water gun.

- The first time Balalaika and Chang met Riley after retiring, Balalaika was thinking all about the fascinating possibilities of a child with Rock's intelligence and Revy's strength. When they got there, Riley was pulling a scene straight out of Home Alone onto her father and causing mayhem across the house. Rock states that while Riley is "a bit of a handful sometimes", she's very sweet all while covered in broken glass and paint; Balalaika thought the whole situation was amusing. Before leaving, Chang gave Riley his business card saying he could use her work one day. She's not even ten and already, he can see the potential. Of course when Riley asks her parents if she could go to Roanapur and work with the Triads when she's older, they immediately shut her down with a simultaneous "NO!"
