#1- Day of Love (From the perspective of two adorable dorks)
(Yep, IzuOcha yet again. I love them too much.)
Love. Izuku Midoriya always felt it in some form- love for his friends, most especially Iida. Or maybe Jiro. Anyone in Class 1-A, really. Or that of a son to his mother. But it was never a problem. Unless it came to Uraraka-san, but that was less a problem and more confusion. He wasn't sure if it was his hormones or what, but there was something other than how cute she was that made him blush, he was sure of it. Even worse, it caused him to get distracted trying to figure just how he would approach this topic-
"Okay, maybe it is a problem.." Melissa snickered, causing him to blush even deeper. Now he'd forgotten about the video call with his soon-to-be personal support engineer over his costume.
"Yeah, I guess.." Izuku muttered, his red face contrasting with his emerald hair. Seriously, he must've looked like some kind of Christmas tree.
"Look, if you wanna take a break from designing and talk about it, that's fine."
Izuku shook his head. "But I wouldn't want to-"
"Dude," Melissa cut him off, "I've got several designs sketched down as we speak. They can wait. After all, if my client doesn't have a clear head, then my designs are useless."
Izuku nodded, then sighed. "You got an hour?"
"A few. So go ahead, let it out."
"Where to start…?" Izuku pondered.
A few minutes later, Izuku was panting for breath, with how fast he'd been muttering, yet he was still going. Melissa, having heard enough, spoke up.
"That's definitely love-"
But Izuku didn't hear her. "ButwhatifItellherandshedoesn'tfeelthesamewayandIendupruiningmyfriendshipbutitturnsoutIdon'tlikeherandit'sallfor-"
"Izuku!"
With a jolt, the green-haired boy stopped, sighed, and shook his head. "Sorry, Melissa. I just…"
"It's fine, Izuku. Just listen. I have no doubt she likes you too."
"Me?! But I'm-"
"Izuku, stop. Calm down. Listen."
When it was clear the green-haired boy wasn't going to start rambling again, she continued. "Look, she probably feels the same way too. I know from observing the both of you."
"You're both dancing around each other like fools, knowing damn well you both like each other, but you won't admit it because of the implication," Tsuyu said bluntly.
"It's not like, Tsu, it's love!" Mina exclaimed, prompting a tired Momo to sigh.
"Even so, it's getting tiring."
"Not for me," Tooru spoke up, but Kyouka sighed. "Well, it is for… let's see. Me and Momo, definitely. From Tsu's tone, likely. And as for Ochako, her floating around is.. probably."
From the ceiling, the embarrassed Ochako Uraraka replied, "Less tiring, more… whydoIfeelthiswayandwhycan'tIjusttellhimevenifhe'ssuretolikeme-"
"Yeah, definitely tired."
"WhyisthishappeningtomeinparticularIhatethiswhyme-"
"You know what, I'd say it has gone on far too long. Ocha-chan, if you don't confess to Midori-kun, we'll make you."
"WHAAAAT?!"
"Long story short, even if you don't confess to her, eventually you'll have to talk to her, Izuku," Melissa said. "This can't go on forever."
"But- what about the-"
"Izuku Midoriya. What are you aiming to become?"
"The Number One Hero."
"Did All Might ever stay on the fence for too long?"
"He never even had a girlfriend."
"Yeah, you're already going to surpass him. I think if you tell her tonight, it'll be perfect. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day.."
"WHAT?!"
"Yeah. Go get 'em, Tiger."
With that, Melissa hung up, leaving Izuku alone to ponder. Suddenly, an idea planted into his brain, and he went to Sato's room, knocking on the door.
"Sato-san, we need to cook."
Meanwhile, Ochako approached Bakugo's room with the same announcement.
"Bakugo-kun. We need to cook."
"F*CK OFF, CHEEKS-"
"Guess Mina-chan is about to learn who Bakugo-kun likes."
"Fine, what are we cooking?"
The next day, Valentine's Day, Mina and Tooru gathered around Ochako's desk, only to find… she wasn't there. Just a bag of chocolates labelled with her name. Instead, she and Izuku were gathered at his desk, both blushing furiously.
"Uraraka-san, did you.. Put this mochi here?"
"Yeah, it's for you."
"It is?!"
"Y-yeah, it is."
By now, both were stuttering wrecks.
"But that'd imply.. That.."
Ochako suddenly snapped, her face approaching the colour of Izuku's shoes, and threw herself at him. He had no time to react before..
CHYUU!
Nobody dared speak. Mina and Toru stood there in shock. Likewise, Kyoka and Denki stood in place, but they were trying not to giggle.
Aoyama had yet to arrive, but Tokoyami and Tsuyu both gave each other a look, like, "Called it."
Mezo and Koda were shaking. Bakugo had been in the middle of eating a snack.
Meanwhile, both of them stood there, their mouths open in shock. Izuku's heartbeat started to sound less like it was saying "Deku" and instead saying "Uraraka." At the same time, Ochako's heartbeat switched from her name to his. Gradually at first. Then she heard it loud and clear. Deku. Deku.
"Deku-kun-"
"Uraraka-san-"
Both stopped for a second. Then, as faces both flushed crimson, they shouted at each other the same three words.
"I LOVE YOU!"
More silence. The tension was so thick, not even one of the Hero Killer's swings could have cut it. Izuku knew, having had experience with the Hero Killer.
Neither dared speak.
However, the tension was broken by the simultaneous squeals from Mina and Tooru.
"KYAAAAA~! IT HAPPENED!"
Still the two stood there, shell-shocked- or as it were, lovestruck. Finally, Izuku dared to do anything. He moved forward…
And threw his arms around Ochako. He didn't let go for an entire minute. He stayed there, and after another minute he finally spoke, his voice quiet.
"W-will you be.. Be my girlfriend?
"Oh my god.. Yes, Deku-kun. But you have to call me Ochako from now on."
"I will. Ochako."
It felt right to say it.
Now his heart beat in a triplet.
Ochako. Ochako.
"Then I call you by your name.. Izuku."
"I know I said this already but.. God, I love you, Ochako Uraraka."
"And I love you too, Izuku Midoriya. I love you too."
And with those words, the worlds of Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka collided and merged into what we now call IzuOcha.
