Chapter 30 The True Red King

Rider looks at Scarlet while the other Burst Linkers looked at the scene, many were in shock since they're seeing a ghost from the past.
Purple Thorn was in tears."You came back, you are back my love."
Black Lotus was in shock."How... How is he back?"
"You were gone we all heard the news!" Scarlet Rain said to Black Rider.
"It seems the rumors about my death are very questionable, but you can say a miracle happened and I have returned."Rider said.
Calibur runs to his side."That's right, big bro is back and he's here to get his spot, the true leader."
"How dare that faker pretend to be Red Rider!"Blue Knight said watching the scene.
He believes that Black Rider is a fake using Red Rider's form, a imposter.
"He's no longer my leader!" Scarlet Rain points at Rider."You were so weak to get yourself killed and your legion fell in chaos."
"I had to work my ass off to save the Red Legion!" Scarlet Rain added.
"So don't come here expecting me to acknowledge you!" Scarlet Rain shouted.
"Your still the same brat that always complained about everything, if I were to have picked a leader I would have prefered it been my brother over you."Rider said.
She got mad hearing him.
"You always acted like you were better than everyone but your forgot one thing, the rules I made a long time ago stated that the next king was the one that I either pick or defeated me, you didn't beat me, I didn't pick you and I am still alive."Rider looks at the Red Legion."Isn't that right my legion?"
To Scarlet Rain's shock they were agreeing.
"It is true."
"Yes."
"He never picked her and he's back."
"Your no longer Red, so go and join those darn Black Legions."She said.
"Ha, I can fix that easily, since I have a few new powers."He said.
He summons his driver and she looks at it with shock."No way!"
It has the medals and he scans them."Henshin!"
TAKA, TORA, BATTA, TA-TO-BA! TATOBA, TA-TO-BA!
He transforms into Kamen Rider OOO and looks at her."What do you think?"
Everyone was in shock again.
"He became OOO!"
"He's a real Kamen Rider!"
Silver Crow was amazed."He's a Kamen Rider."
"OOO!"Lime said.
Thorn gasps."He got his dream."
He always told her that his dream as a little kid was to become Kamen Rider OOO.
"No way, that has to be a trick!"Scarlet said.
"Nope, it just what I got, now do you think you can fight me now?"OOO said.
"I won't lose to you!"She summons invincible and gets ready.
"Wow, going all out already."OOO shrugs.
"Die!"She shoots all her weapons at him.
OOO's legs glowed and he jumps over the shots as Calibur runs away making it miss.
She got surprised and he takes out two familiar guns, Helios & Eos.
"Helios, Eos, welcome back."OOO shoots at the holes of Invincible hitting Scarlet and she screams.
"Darn you!"She tries to shoot at him but he jumps away.
He then takes out two medals and scans them.
TAKA, UNAGI, CHEETAH!
He changes his parts and runs around her as she misses all of her shots.
"Stay still!"
"How about this!" He throws a whip at her and grabs Scarlet and drags her out of Invincible.
She falls to the ground as her machine falls down.
"No!"She said.
OOO crosses his arms at her."Are you done?"
"No! I won't give up the title of the king to you!"She takes out her blaster, Peace Maker and points at him.
"Well I don't like to reveal my secrets this early, so..."He uses his original medals.
TAKA, TORA, BATTA, TA-TO-BA! TATOBA, TA-TO-BA!
He goes back to his base and she shoots at him but he takes out the Medajaribur slashing the shots away.
OOO charges at her and brings his claws out, he strikes her with them and Scarlet scream from the pain, he kicks her back and shoots her weapon away with one of his guns.
"No!"She said.
"Now to finish this!"He scans the medals.
SCANNING CHARGE!
He jumps up and the three rings appeared, he goes through them doing a rider kick.
"Don't say it!"Scarlet Rain puts her arms up.
"Seiya!"He hits her and she explodes.
Scarlet Rain got sent back and she was badly damaged, she was on the ground and she gets up slowly to see her HP was very low.
OOO goes up to her and said:"Give it up."
"No, it's mine! The position of king is mine!"She screams.
"Will you stop it for once."He grunts."Would you rather if I destroyed your avatar."
She got scared hearing that.
"So give it up, I would rather not to kill a strong member."He walks away.
"Fine, but the other kings will go after you!"She said.
"Let them come, I ain't afraid of fighting against them, i'll take them on if I have to."OOO said and he looks up."But I know... Theres one that will always be by my side."
Purple Thorn smiles, since he's talking about her."I will always be there to join you in battle my love."
Calibur looks at the legion."Come on everyone, give it up for big bro!"
They started to clap for him one by one and they cheered for OOO who looks at him.
"Welcome back Rider! Welcome back Rider!"
"Thank you."OOO said.
The other kings were still seeing him.
"Black Rider, you will pay making me your enemy!"Blue Knight said.
"Rider, are you a friend or foe?"Green Grandé said.
"Well Rider, you've got my attention now, I can't wait to see you again."He laughs.
White Cosmos stares at him."This can't be happening, with that form he will surpass me, I need to stop him!"
Black Lotus stares at OOO."Rider... Please forgive me."
Blood Leopard goes up to OOO."My king, what shall you be doing now?"
"Well what I used to do, lead the Legion and fix any problems that happened, since..."He looks at Scarlet."This hot head is just shoot first ask questions later!"
"Hey!"She said.
Calibur looks around and said:"Well it seems everyone is here."
"Yes."Cassis Moose said."We were wondering what happened to you after your brother had his avatar destroyed Calibur?"
"It just... It didn't feel the same without big brother anymore."Calibur looks down.
"I see, I thought some of the other kings would have tried to recruit you."Leopard said.
"Me? Well some tried."Calibur said.
He could remember the others trying to recruit him since he was Red Rider's brother, but at least Purple Thorn wanted to recruit him so he wouldn't be lonely in the Red legion.
"But now, let's go and see what has happened since the last time i've been here."OOO said.
They nodded and went to they're area and Rider has returned, they're true leader and he will make sure to help them out.
Note:Here's OOO vs Scarlet Rain and he managed to defeat her, he knows her weakness and just pulled her out of her mech, of course Blue Knight just sees OOO as a fake instead of the real Red Rider, while the others either want to kill him or are unsure.
