Chapter 51 New Beginning

Kazuma was having a meeting with Sonsaku and Touka in Go with the others, they had they're factions behind them and Qin was standing near Kazuma.
Aisha looks at Qin and bows. "Lord Qin, it's a honor to meet the former Emperor, someone you stature is a blessing."
He laughs it off. "Oh your silly, i'm not that impressive."
"No, you brought peace to our land." Aisha said.
Many respect they're former emperor for what he did a long time ago.
"Well back on track, with Chili and Shocker forming they're own powerful factions, it's clear just by having our own kingdoms won't be enough." Kazuma said.
"What does it mean?" Rinrin asked.
"It means if we all fight alone we will be attacked and defeated." Shoto said shocking her.
"Yes, so I think the only way is to make sure who the Emperor will be." Sonsaku said.
Karin got curious. "Oh, how would you do it, many would see it as a sign of weakness if you handed control to another."
"Hmmmm, that does sound bad." Touka said.
"But there is a way." Sonsaku smiles.
"How?" Kazuma said.
"You accept a marriage from us." She said.
"What?!" They said.
Touka blushes since Sonsaku said she has to marry Kazuma.
"Me marry you two!" Kazuma said.
"Sheren! Are you crazy?! I thought you wanted to be happy with me?" Meirin said.
"I do, but if we wanted a child we would need a male lover too." Sheren smiles.
"But, wasn't he supposed to marry your sister?" Meirin said.
Sonken blushes being reminded that.
"Yes, but that would be more of a alliance instead of him getting the chance to rule. With Ryubi marrying him too would give Kazuma the title of Emperor." Sheren said.
"Well... If it helps." Touka said.
"Touka." Gien said. "Are you sure?"
"It's for the good of everyone to join forces." Touka was nervous.
"Are you kidding me? In order to rule the entire land now I have to get married to both of you!" Kazuma said.
"Why not, you'll be together with two beautiful women." Sheren said.
He rubs his head while Qin chuckles behind him finding the scene funny.
"Well... We'll have to think about it better." Kazuma said.
"But think about it well, as the Messenger of Heaven, you can show the world a true meaning of peace even more having been the chosen by the former Emperor." Sheren said.
Kazuma sighs since it seems that's what many would follow, but he can't deny that, many do need a symbol of hope now what will happen.
The attack of monsters is not something the people are used to, even more when just a small group took over one of the factions for themselves which caused many to be scared.
"Fine, I guess it will have to do." Kazuma said.
"Are you certain Kazuma?" Ruby asked.
"Of course, we can't just keep fighting with each other anymore to see who has a better chance, we all need a leader that can rule the entire country." Kazuma said.
He was thinking Touka would be a good leader since she was the one that rule the entire kingdom in the books, but now that's all out the window because of the additions of Shocker and Chili who are using monsters and only he has the powers to even face them off.
Even he knows there could have been better leaders than him, but power is something many cannot dispute. He managed to keep his city safe using Gate Guardian as the summon can face any enemy that would come near it as an example.
"Well let's talk about this." Kazuma said.
"Well looks like you managed to become the new Emperor, or will be soon." Karin smiles.
"Don't start Karin." He said.
"I'm just happy for you." Karin said.
"At least Pairen was easier to accept since she wanted to protect her people, Reiha was the one that got the hardest as she tried to invade my kingdom before." Kazuma said.
"Oh yes we heard about that." Sheren said.
"It was funny seeing her get destroyed so easily." Karin said.
"She made a big mistake since her men got attacked by that city's guardian." Renfan said.
They all heard about what happened and Reiha's own arrogance caused her to lose her kingdom as she never expected a big giant that controls the elements destroying her army, she thought that having a big army was enough despite the powers Kazuma showed off.
"Well let's talk." Kazuma said.
Later
They decided Kazuma would be the leader and he was now at the rooftop of the palace looking out to the moon.
"Well this is the next step of what will happen, now we have to be in peace."
"Yes." Kazuma saw four lighs came down.
They were red, blue, white and black, they turned into the four gods Suzaku, Seryu, Byakko and Genbu in they're human forms.
"Wait..." Kazuma felt a strong presence from them. "Could you be?"
"We are the gods of this land, we saw how you managed to bring peace in a non violent way through marriage, even thinking someone else to be another ruler until they all picked you." Suzaku said.
"Yes, you are very noble that many humans should follow as a example." Genbu said.
"And strong too to take down your enemies." Seryuu said.
"Having the sense of justice to stop the evil that dare harm the lands." Byakko said.
"We will watch you young Kazuma, we will see if you are indeed worthy by your friend Koryu, he saw the potential and we see it too. Do not fail us." Suzaku said.
"I will not." He bows to them.
"Good, a priestess may come back to help you one day, as they are the ones that can call upon our powers. So we will see who shall be the chosen one." Suzaku said.
"Once she arrives, you'll be in the path of getting our blessings, as instead of a new guardians she will have you to take our powers. Unlike the other gods we do care about humanity and see they're potential." Genbu said.
They vanished making Kazuma stunned and wonder what other gods they are talking about.
"Is there like other gods from different myths." Kazuma said. "Well if this doesn't count as a messenger of heaven I don't know what will."
He was basically visited by the gods and they are going to test him.
"Well better go back and see the others." Kazuma goes back inside and get some rest too.
Since this is only the new beginning that will happen to the land for a new future.
Note: They had a meeting to marry Kazuma so that he will become the new Emperor as a non violent way, the four gods came to visit him, they're all based on Fushigi Yugi for reference.
