Chapter 56 Family meeting

Kazuma spent some time with Kanae before he told her he needed to check on something, he rushed to his appartment and opened the locked door.
He checks the place and said: "Okay it's still normal, it seems it's still my house, by some miracle, didn't see any bills either."
"Because I looked after it." He looks to the side and saw Riku Kadoya relaxing on a chair.
"Wait, are you the new Decade?" Kazuma said.
"Yes, i've been looking after the places of the new riders, since it could be useful if you returned, so you don't have to worry about you girlfriend." He said.
"Okay, but what about Shoto and my mom?" Kazuma asked.
Riku sighs and gets up. "Fine i'll go get them for this trip."
"Thanks, Kanae is asking to see Shoto." He said.
Kazuma goes outside and he saw Kanae waiting for him. "Kanae?!"
"Oh Kazuma, is this where you live?" She asked.
"Well yes." He was sweating.
"I see, it's a pretty nice place." She looks at it. "I guess a small family won't need a big house."
"Yeah, we don't need a huge house." He said.
"Can I come in?" She asked.
"Well..."
"Hey Kazuma." Shoto comes out surprising him.
That was fast! He was shocked.
"Oh are you Caliburn?" She asked.
"Yeah, my real name is Shoto, nice to see you Thorn." He smiles.
"Nice to finally meet you too, my name is Kanae." She smiles back.
"Kazuma, who's there?" They saw Ai step out.
"Mom." He said.
"Mom?!" Kanae was surprised. "So this is your mother?"
"Yes, i'm Ai so nice to meet you." Ai bows.
"It's okay, ms Ai, I never expected to see you here." She said.
Good thing I kept my personal life to myself during the game. Kazuma thinks to himself.
"I heard so many things from you Kanae, Kazuma told me how you always cared about each other in the game." Ai said.
"It was the least I can do." Kanae waves it off.
"Well would you like to have some tea?" Ai asked.
"Oh that would be wonderful." Kanae nodded.
They went inside of the house and sat at the table together, Kazuma was looking at the scene around him, Kanae getting along with his family made him smile.
It's like what I had imagined, but better now that mom is here. He smiles.
Someone knocked on the door making Shoto look.
"Who could that be?" He goes to check.
He opens the door but his eyes lost all life when he did, there was a married couple with purple hair, the man was wearing a suit and the woman a green sweater with a skirt.
"Oh Shoto, you've grown up so much." The woman said.
They're the Kurogi family, the previous ones that took care of them.
"What?!" Ai was shocked to see them.
"Who are they?" Kanae said.
The man looks at her. "We are they're parents."
"What?! But that's impossible ms. Ai is they're mother." Kanae said.
"AI?! Oh that terrible woman, she was always stalking the boys." Mrs. Kurogi said.
"But your supposed to be dead." Shoto said.
"Oh actually, we had to go on a trip so a friend faked our deaths but we're really sorry." The husband said but he wasn't sincere.
"We heard you were doing well so we came to take you back home with us." The woman said.
Kazuma looks down as his eyes were covered in shadows.
"Now we'll have to call the police to send her back to the asylum since she still thinks she's they're mother." Mrs. Kurogi grins.
"No, not again." Ai got scared.
"ENOUGH!" Kazuma yells.
"Huh?! Kazuma?" The woman said in shock.
"How dare you come here after many years, you left us to fend for ourselves and now that we have our real mother you want to take her away from us?!" Kazuma was mad.
"But that woman always stalked you and Shoto, we were just protecting you." The woman said.
"Protecting us?! You didn't care and now we find out your alive! You have some nerve!" Kazuma said.
"That's right, we're not letting you come here and take mom away!" Shoto hugs his mother.
"Shoto, Kazuma." Ai smiles.
"But we raised you!" The woman said.
"You didn't raise crap! You just did a few things and pretended like you care, well my eyes are wide opened, so get out or i'll call the police." Kazuma said.
"That's right." Kanae said.
"Who would believe you?" The husband said.
"I would." They looked and saw a police officer at the entrance.
"Wait I remember you." Kazuma said.
It was the man that gave him the money to make his new life.
"I remember these two when they were living on the streets, you two should know if you were the legal guardians this means you left them on they're own, which is a crime." The officer said.
"But-" They go scared.
The officer put them in cuffs and took the two away, he then looks at Ai. "They chose to be with you, so it's they're choice."
"Thank you so much." Ai was happy.
"It seems the things they said were all false, as your pretty sane to me." Officer goes off.
"That was really nice of him." Kanae said.
"Yeah, he was nicer than most." Kazuma smiles.
"Well let's celebrate." Shoto said.
"Yeah!" They all cheered.
Riku watches from a rooftop and saw them having fun, he smiles at the scene. "Well have fun, you deserve after the whole war happening."
He knows Kazuma will have to return, but just being here for a bit, would be good for him.
"I gotta go check on Elizabeth and the others." He goes away to check on his own family.
Note: Yeah the old family faked they're own deaths and tried to take advantage of them now that they're older, of course that backfired as they wanted they're real mother, now to answer a guest review: "Well all I can say Judai can't have a ex since it wouldn't fit with his character from the start of the story, I didn't play the other No More Heroes game so i'll have to see and the others as well."
Guest hey guest no I didn't get black medals wrong, that's the ones that are not black your talking about, Sakabi is for the black ones, just like how the movie says Sasori is a head medal, so I just went with how it's supposed to go in the actual Canon so don't complain about stupid stuff.
