This is my first writing Dino Fury and I'm doing all the episodes. This is the first time ever that I have written a Power Ranger fanfic where one of the rangers is a twin. I know that on Jungle Fury, in one episode, Theo is a twin and that in Dino Thunder, Connor mentions that his twin is at the Wind Academy. But for me, this is new territory. So, to those of you who is a twin themselves or is a parent to a set of twins, I hope that you guys like what I came up with.
Just so that everyone knows, for this chapter and all future ones, wherever you imagine the Brachio Zord to be on the Megazord is how you imagine it.
If you don't like the way I'm writing Dino Fury, then you don't have to read it. I'm not gonna force you to read it. A word of warning: I don't like to be rushed when writing. I want these chapters to be up to my standards and please, don't announce the next chapter. It's extremely annoying. As always, no negativity and Happy Reading!

At Dinohenge, Gold Ranger finally arrives. "Whoa." he said, seeing the dinos were statues and walks over to his dino statue. "It's all still here. Even you. Tell me, I miss anything important?"
"Control your breathing." instructed Zayto as Amelia, Izzy and Javi were practicing their fighting skills. Grace was sitting in a bean bag chair, slightly sleeping as she was nursing a punch to the face. "Focus on your opponent and execute your combo."
Ollie on the other hand was making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. "You know, Ollie, a PB&J is not the kind of combo he means." said Amelia.
"Or the kind that gets you hurt on accident." added Grace, then puts a little pressure on the bridge of her nose. "I think my nose might be crooked a bit."
"Can't train on an empty stomach. Right Izzy?" Ollie asked when the base's alarm sounded.
"Heads up, folks." said Solon as they all looked at the screen, seeing the Gold Ranger. "We have a visitor."
"Whats he doing here?" asked Izzy. They watched him teleport inside.
"Thought I'd drop in and say hi." he said, then powers down. Zayto had a look on his face as he slightly glares at his friend. "Zayto."
"Aiyon." he said.
"Don't just stand there." said Solon as she walks up to Aiyon for a hug. "Bring it in. Oh."
"It's been 65 million years, and you havent aged one bit." said Aiyon, taking in Solon.
"You're still a charmer." said Solon. "And thanks. I moisturize."
"So, you're the new rangers." said Aiyon, taking a look at the others. "I'm Aiyon."
"Antennae, huh?" asked Amelia as she walks up with Grace. "Are you a knight of Rafkon, like Zayto?
"Yes, I was. Ooh, food!" Aiyon said, spotting the PB&J in Ollie's hands. "Can I try? I'm starving."
Amelia and Grace chuckled as Aiyon takes the sandwich that Ollie had never offered him. "Mmm! Sweet and salty." said Aiyon.
"I thought our team was lost all those years ago." said Zayto. "How did you survive the great Sporix battle?"
"It doesn't feel like years to me." Aiyon tells him. "I'll show you. The last thing I remember is launching the final attack to obliterate the Sporix Beasts."
[Flashback]
Aiyon shows Zayto the Sporix Beast battle, remembering that they created an asteroid.
"Zayto! It's too powerful!" A Rafkon knight called out.
"The Ultrazord's gonna blow!" shouted Pink Knight.
"Eject! Eject!" Zayto shouted. Aiyon pressed the Zord's eject button.
"We had to abandon the Megazord." said Aiyon.
Once they had left, the Ultrazord was destroyed in the aftermath. Aiyon's pod landed in the water near Pine Ridge.
"I must've slept in the bottom of the ocean for eons, until…." said Aiyon. "the Green Morphin master appeared.
Out of nowhere, a portal appeared in the water and Green Morphin Master spots Aiyon.
"Gold Ranger, you're need for an important task." she said to him. "Without you, Lord Zedd will reign again."
She then energizes the pod.
[Flashback ends]
"Morphin Master?" asked Amelia.
"Interesting." said Grace.
"Wait, but Lord Zedd's not on earth." said Izzy. "He's been gone for ages."
"Maybe the Nexus Prism wasn't looking for something…." Ollie said. "But someone."
[Flashback]
"It did dive down into the ocean." said Ollie.
The Nexus Prism dove down and finds Aiyon in his pod, sleeping.
[Flashback ends]
"It must have told the Morphin Masters you were here." said Ollie.
"So, when Zedd escaped us, they woke you up." said Javi.
"You'll have to fill me in on who this Zedd guy is and whatever a Nexus Prism is." said Aiyon. "Oh! But first, have you heard anything about my Zord?"
"Not a peep." Solon tells him. "I'm sorry, Aiyon."
"You know, while we figure out a game plan for if Lord Zedd ever comes back to earth, I'm going to go take some Tylenol in case the pain comes back." said Grace, removing the ice pack and starts feeling the muscle around her eye. "I'm surprised that I can still see anything."
"I didn't mean to!" said Izzy as Grace waves her off.
She walked a little past Aiyon, looks up at him and gives a small smile. "You're cute. I wish there was a boy who is exceptionally handsome as you are." she said, before walking away.
"Give her a minute." said Ollie. "I don't think she's not in her right mind."
"This is a side of Grace that I've never seen…." said Amelia, knowing her sister as Aiyon blushes. "Like…..ever."
"I've said what I said, Amelia!" Grace said, coming out from the other room with a bag of cookies. "I may be in pain, but I'm not taking what I said back. Aiyon really is cute."
"Grace has spoken." giggled Amelia, gesturing to her twin.
"You lucky we share the same face." said Grace, smiling at her twin as Amelia giggles even more. Zayto continues to have a dishearten look on his face.
"What's with the down vibes, gang?" Izzy asked the two Rafkonians. "It's great to have another ranger on the team. Isn't it, Zayto?"
"Yeah…." he replied, feeling a little suspicious about Aiyon.
"I'd love to be a part of your team." said Aiyon. "But I have one condition. I should be the leader."
"Excuse me?" asked Amelia.
"Why? Zayto is amazing." said Javi.
"With all due respect…." said Grace, walking over to Aiyon. "There's never been a gold color ranger as leader. If I remember correctly….the leader of every ranger team has always been red. It's been that way since Zordon of Eltar created the first ranger team in Angel Grove."
"Grace's right. Every ranger team has always been lead with a red ranger." said Izzy.
"So, you havent told them?" Aiyon asked Zayto, who didn't have an answer. "Zayto isn't a great leader you think he is."
"What are you talking about?" asked Ollie.
"I was his closest comrade." said Aiyon.
[Flashback]
On Rafkon, Zayto and Aiyon were sparring.
"We were both proud knights, eager to protect our planet." said Aiyon.
Zayto knocks Aiyon to the ground with a kick sweep and aims his sword at Aiyon. He smiles and chuckles before helping him up.
"Then the news came."
"The forces of evil are nearing Rafkon." said the leader of Rafkon. "If they attack, we plan to create an army of Sporix Beasts to destroy them."
[Flashback ends]
"Your people made the Sporix?" questioned Izzy.
"The Sporix Beasts were supposed to fight with us to protect our planet." Aiyon explained. "But I knew the people in charge hadn't done enough testing. Zayto could have stopped it, but he didn't."
[Flashback]
"Zayto, as leader of the Rafkon Knights, do you have any concerns about our plan?" asked the woman. Aiyon rushes forward, grabbing Zayto's arm, knowing that the plan wasn't a good idea.
"Please." he begged Zayto. "The Sporix are dangerous. Stop this."
Zayto didn't know what to think so he steps forward. "The Military Council says that they're safe." said Zayto. "I trust their judgement."
"The magma flows are in alignment." said the woman. "Activate the machine and release the Sporix!"
Her friend activates the machine, opening a hole in the ground. As the machine powers up, Aiyon makes a decision.
"I took matters into my own hands." said Aiyon.
Aiyon drew his sword and starts stalking over to the machine when Zayto stops him in his tracks. "Aiyon, don't!" said Zayto.
"Stand aside!" he tells him. They fought for a moment as other knights drew out their swords. "This is a mistake!" shouted Aiyon before fighting against Zayto. Other Rafkon knights gathered around to protect the machine as Zayto and Aiyon continued to fight.
Zayto tosses him over his shoulder, placing Aiyon on his back. "It's over!" said Zayto as the machine was fully powered up and released the Sporix Beasts. Sporix Beasts were released into the Rafkon sky and scattered all over the planet.
"Instead of helping us, the Sporix Beasts devasted our planet."
[Flashback ends]
"And we were no longer friends." said Aiyon.
"You could've stopped the Sporix Beasts from ever existing, and you didn't tell us?" asked Amelia, shocked by this new information.
Just before he could say anything, the alarm went off in the base. "Speaking of Sporix Beasts, we've got one at the port." said Solon.
"I owe you all answers, but right now we've gotta stop this beast." said Zayto.
"Agreed. I want to hear what you have to say." said Grace.
"Grace, you can't be serious?" asked Amelia.
"For argument's sake, Amelia, we have to hear him out." Grace said, giving her sister the look their grandfather always gave them whenever they were in trouble together. "We've listened to Aiyon's side of the story about what happened. I'm willing to hear Zayto's side of what happened from his point of view."
Amelia nodded as Zayto walks past Grace and teleports the team out with Aiyon teleporting afterwards.
Out at the port, people ran from Mucus. "Here, fishy-fishy!" Mucus said as she fires of laser rounds from her weapon. "Pew, Pew! Man, I am one scary mushroom!"
Just then, the rangers arrived behind her. "Oh." said Zayto. "The Sporix Beast is Mucus? She's no threat."
"You know, Mucus….you can't run around and fire off your weapon." said Grace. "You can get yourself hurt if you've aimed it at the wrong thing."
"Oh, rude." said Mucus. "But I'll show you! A storm's coming!"
"Then I hope you have a life raft." said Amelia.
"Link to Morphin Grid!" shouted the rangers.
"Stay back. I've got this." said Zayto.
"One ranger kebab coming right up!" said Mucus as she aims her weapon at Zayto, who then starts to run at her as she fires of laser rounds. "Pew, pew, pew!"
As Mucus fires at Zayto, he deflects them from hitting his body, causing one laser round to hit a container filled with unknown liquid. "Ugh! What's this gunk?" Zayto asked. "Fish oil? Oh well." Just as he was about to take a step, Zayto starts to slide around. "Whoa, whoa!"
"Yikes!" exclaimed the rangers.
"Yeah….you're gonna have to take a shower after this." said Grace.
"She's right. The base doesn't need the smell of fish oil." added Izzy.
"Fun!" squealed Mucus as Zayto slips around the port in fish oil. "I love a moving target. Pew! Pew! Pew!"
As Zayto was leaning against wooden slates, Mucus fires off arrows at him, landing on his ranger suit. "Oh great!" said Zayto.
"Ha! Looks like your mighty leader's a bit stuck." said Aiyon.
"Don't worry! We got you." said Amelia as she, Grace and Ollie ran towards Mucus.
"I wish I was filming this." Mucus said.
"Its slippery, but I think we can…" Amelia said as the three of them slipped and slided. "Whoa! Whoa!"
"Ow!" groaned Grace as they landed on metal barrels and fishing net.
"So, tell me, Red, am I threat now or what?" Mucus asked Zayto as she shakes her weapon a bit. Zayto struggles as he tries to free himself from the harpoons that clung to his suit. "Guess who's catch of the day?"
When Mucus tried to fire off more harpoon rounds, it was empty. "Oh, fungus! I'm out of spears!" said Mucus. "Hengemen!"
Once summoned, the Hengemen threw up their weapons at the rangers. "Keep 'em busy while I reload." she ordered and they nodded, then runs towards the rangers. "Good boys."
"Get ready." Javi said to Izzy. "This could get messy."
"Not if you follow my lead." said Aiyon. "Ha!"
He throws his dino dagger into the air, aiming it at a crate above them. Soon as it was cut, the crate landed on the ground. Aiyon then uses one of the wooden boards and skates over the fish oil towards the Hengemen. "Whoo!" he happily shouted.
"Man, he's cool." said Mucus after reloading her weapon and fires at Aiyon.
"Hey! (Thwack)" Aiyon called out as he knocks down each Hengemen. "What's up? (Thwack) Have we met? (Thwack)"
"Pew!" shouted Mucus as she aims a harpoon at Aiyon who then deflects it with the board.
"Whoo!"
"Slick moves, huh?" Izzy asked her brother. "I want to go!"
"Aw, are you missing out?" Mucus asked, hearing what Izzy just said. "Pew, Pew!"
She then fires upon Javi and Izzy, causing them to take cover behind the split crate, riding them over the fish oil. "Pew, pew!" Mucus said when her weapon was out of harpoons. "Oh, not again!"
"Hey, so…." Zayto said to the Hengemen. "can we talk about this?"
"Ha!" shouted Izzy as she slides through between the Hengemen and Zayto.
"Come on. Come on." Mucus said to herself as she reloads. "And now I….oh, no."
She looks up and sees Aiyon coming at her from above. "Mosa Blast!" he shouted, firing his blaster at Mucus, knocking her weapon out of her hand, then knocks her down with a kick.
"Ouchie! For that, I'm gonna…." Mucus said but couldn't finish her threat when the others surrounded Aiyon. "Hey, I'm not threat, remember?"
"Mucus! We have what we need, so lets strike a pose and bow out." said Slyther as he and his group of Hengemen teleported out.
"What do they want with a boat?" asked Javi.
"Suckers!" Mucus taunted the rangers. "Now that we know where the Gold Zord is, its gonna be history!" After she said that, Mucus teleported away.
"They found my zord?" asked Aiyon.
"Uh, guys?" Zayto asked. "A little help here."
"I got you, Zayto." said Grace, jogging over to him and glares at the others.
"Well, it's a miracle those spears didn't injure you." said Solon as she takes a look over Zayto.
"You were really great back there." Izzy said to Aiyon as they walked in. "That crate trick was…awesome."
"Just doing what's best for the team." said Aiyon.
"Its good you were there." Solon said.
"But Zayto….proved my point." Aiyon said. "You're not fit to be leader."
"I'm sorry." Zayto said to Aiyon.
"Don't worry about him." said Aiyon. "We have to find my zord before that mushroom and creepy cape guy get to it."
"So, how could they have found it?" asked Izzy.
"Logically, the Zord's underwater," said Ollie. "so to find it, you'd have to….wait! Mom's submarine drone. They stole the data it collected. There's a copy on my laptop at Buzzblast."
"Come on." said Amelia as she and the others went to Buzzblast, unknowingly leaving Grace behind.
"Thank you for the clothes, Solon." said Zayto as she looks behind her. "You're so good to me."
"Don't mention it." said Solon.
"I should've told you about the Sporix." he said, guiltily.
"Owning up to mistakes never comes easy, so I understand why you did it." she said.
"And so do I." said Grace, appearing behind Solon.
"You do?" asked Zayto.
"Yes, I do." Grace said nodding, then walks over to Zayto and places a hand on his shoulder. "Everybody on earth makes mistakes, I've had my share of mistakes and so has Amelia, even when she doesn't want to admit it sometimes. No one is perfect and knowing you, you've learned from this mistake that Aiyon is talking about." Zayto nodded.
"Maybe I'm not fit to lead." Zayto said to Solon and Grace.
"Zayto, its not your fault." Solon tells him. "You trusted your superiors."
"I should've trusted Aiyon." argued Zayto. "Now most of the team is clearly doubting me whether I should be in charge. They might be right."
"One mark of a good leader is knowing when to stand your ground and….when to step aside." Solon said.
"Are you and Grace saying that I should let Aiyon lead the rangers?" asked Zayto.
"That's a decision only you can make." said Solon.
"What do you think, Grace?" Zayto asked, turning to her.
"If it was me and I was in your position, I would let Aiyon lead us. At least for today's problem anyway." she tells him. "Aiyon will realize that there's more to it than just being a leader. As a team, we all have to work together."
"I appreciate your opinion and advice." said Zayto, smiling as he hugs her.
"You're welcome. Now, I gotta get to Buzzblast. That paycheck can't earn itself without me being there." said Grace and teleports out of the base.
"I can see why she's always the optimistic one of her and Amelia." said Solon as she walks away.
"I agree." said Zayto, then sighs as he thinks about Grace's advice.
At Area 69, Mucus was sitting in a chair, singing. "I am so great. I am so great." sang Mucus.
"Installing these parts is a delicate process, so cease your distracting.." Slyther scolding Mucus.
"My distracting is what got us these parts." said Mucus, then twirls around. "Lets celebrate Mucus!"
"Are you finished?" asked Void Knight.
"Almost!" said Mucus.
"Good." he said, getting a Sporix Beast and walks over to Slyther and Mucus. "While that stolen drone data will lead us to the Mosa Zord, a precious Sporix Beast is still needed as the final piece of our new Zord Destroyer…or as I like to call him, Wreckmate."
He places the Sporix Beast in Wreckmate's chest and Slyther turns on the power, giving him life. "Ha-ha! Another complete success." Slyther exclaimed as Wreckmate became alive.
"Ahoy, maties!" said Wreckmate as he gets off the table. "Now, tell me, who runs this ship?"
"I do." answered Void Knight. "You can call me Void Knight or master. Now go to the ocean and destroy the Mosa Zord."
"Aye, aye, Captain." said Wreckmate, saluting Void Knight then turns to Slyther and Mucus. "Uh, where is it?"
"Mucus, tell him." said Void Knight.
"Aye, aye." she said, bowing to Void Knight. "Okey dokey. I'm chief mate-second in command, and I run a tight ship."
"That's fine!" said Wreckmate.
"I love the beach, so obviously I'll join this mission." said Mucus. "But we'll need to make a quick stop first."
At Buzzblast, everyone gathered around Ollie's laptop. "Spotting a Zord in the ocean's kind of like…" Amelia started saying.
"….finding a needle in a haystack?" asked Izzy.
"Or playing hide and seek with their twin?" asked Grace when suddenly, Ollie's computer beeps.
"But, hey, there's our needle/hider." said Ollie, pointing to the screen, showing the others that the Mosa Zord was indeed underwater.
"We need a fix on its location." said Aiyon. Just as Ollie was about to locate Aiyon's zord, their morpher's went off. "Go ahead."
"Rangers, there's trouble at Beachfront Plaza." said Solon.
"My Zord can wait." Aiyon said as he closes Ollie's laptop. "Let's roll."
"You know, I've been reading this book with some pretty cool quotes at the beginning of each chapter." said Grace, stopping the others to let Aiyon get ahead of them a bit. "Today's chapter has a good quote. It says, 'In general, pride is at the bottom of all great mistakes'."
"Who said that?" asked Ollie.
"John Ruskin." Grace tells them and heads out of Buzzblast after Aiyon.
"Shiver me timbers, Mucus!" said Wreckmate as he and a couple of Hengemen created havoc at Beachfront Plaza. "You're taking forever! I wanna destroy that Zord!"
"Hey, these are essential supplies for a day at the beach." she said, holding up a ring floaty, then looks around at the market. "Now, what else?" Mucus then spots something. "Ooh-hoo-hoo! Ice Cream! Yum, yum, yum. Wreckmate, catch!"
"Huh?" he said as Mucus tosses him an ice cream cone. "I don't be wantin' ice cream! Well, ok. What flavors they got?"
"Oh, yummy chocolate!" said Mucus as she tosses a scoop to him.
"Ah."
"Cookies 'n' Cream!" Mucus said, tossing another scoop.
"Oh."
"Lime!" added Mucus as Wreckmate catches the third scoop.
"Oh!"
"Mango!" squealed Mucus. "Woohoo!"
"Oh." said Wreckmate, chuckling as he stares at the flavors Mucus had tossed to him. "It looks delicious." Just as Wreckmate was about to take a bite, someone fired off their laser at his ice cream. "No! My creams!"
"Sorry. I was trying to save you a dentist bill." said Aiyon.
"Prepare to be shipwrecked." said Wreckmate.
"Vanilla!" said Mucus, tossing him another different flavor when it hits him.
"Argh!" Wreckmate growled as the ranges laughed.
"Pistachio!" said Mucus as she threw another flavor at Wreckmate.
"Argh!"
"Careful." warned Ollie. "You'll spoil your dinner."
"Belay that!" said Wreckmate, as he started to send soundwaves towards Mucus.
"Strawber…." she said and before Mucus could finish her sentence, she felt the vibrations, screamed and exploded with the cart. Just then, Zayto teleported to the others.
"What are you doing here?" asked Aiyon.
"I just want to help." said Zayto. "A true leader knows when to step aside."
"Oh really?" questioned Aiyon as Zayto nodded. "Okay, then."
"Quit yammering and prepare for the wrath of my new, upgraded….Aqua Hengemen." said Wreckmate.
"That's new. Never knew that you could upgrade them like that." said Grace.
"Lets show this pirate who's boss." said Aiyon. "It's Morphin Time!"
"Dino Fury Key! Activate!" shouted the rangers. "Link to Morphin Grid!"
"T-Rex fury…Red Ranger!"
"Ankylo fury…Pink Ranger!"
"Brachio fury…Purple Ranger!"
"Tricera fury…Blue Ranger!"
"Tiger fury…Green Ranger!"
"Stego fury…Black Ranger!"
"Mosa fury….Gold Ranger!"
"Dino Fury Power!" shouted the rangers.
"Plunder!" shouted Wreckmate and the Aqua Hengemen ran towards the rangers.
"Blazing Dino key….ready!" said Zayto, taking out the dino key.
"Electro Dino key….ready!" said Aiyon, taking out an electric power dino key.
"Battle Armor." they said as both dino keys attached to them.
"I'm gonna take point." Aiyon said to Zayto. "You got my back?"
"Got it!" said Zayto and both rangers ran towards Wreckmate.
"Mosa Slash!" shouted Aiyon as he and Zayto combined their sabers against Wreckmate. "Electro Fury Blast!"
"Aargh!" screamed Wreckmate as electricity went through his body. He stumbles back from Zayto's grip. "You bilge-sucking barnacles!"
"What does that mean?" asked Aiyon.
"I guess he's mad." said Zayto as their armor disappears.
"Turns out you still got some moves." Aiyon said.
"I try." said Zayto. "You havent lost a step."
"We sunk the Hengemen!" said Ollie as they ran up to Zayto and Aiyon.
"But I just getting my sea legs!" said Wreckmate and starts to grow giant.
"Whoa!" said the rangers.
"I'll squish ye to shark bait!" bellowed Wreckmate.
"They always grow big. Why am I not surprised?" asked Grace.
"Incoming!" shouted Amelia as Wreckmate tries to squish them.
"Solon, send in the Zords." said Aiyon.
All of the Zords broke out of their rock hiding places and rushed into the city. "Ha! Linked!" the rangers shouted.
"Yeah!" said Aiyon as the Zords combined into the Megazord.
"Dino Fury Megazord….warrior formation! Ha!"
"All right, team. Lets go!" Aiyon said and they rushed the Megazord towards Wreckmate who then runs towards them. Using their saber and kicks, they tried to knock Wreckmate back.
"He caught our sword." exclaimed Ollie.
"Stay focused." said Aiyon. "We can do this."
Wreckmate starts attacking the Megazord. "Whoa!" exclaimed the rangers as sparks flew around them in the cockpit. Wreckmate then punches the Megazord, causing it to stumble back into the water.
"Time for a deep sea dive!" shouted Wreckmate, then runs towards the Megazord, causing it and the rangers to land on their backs. "Down periscope!"
Wreckmate jumps into the water with the Megazord struggling to keep afloat. "All ahead, full!" Wreckmate shouted as he swims towards the Megazord.
"Are these Zords waterproof?" asked Izzy.
"No." said Zayto. "Seawater's gonna start shutting down our systems any second."
"What should we do now, oh fearless leader, Aiyon?" asked Grace.
"Yeah. What's your plan, Aiyon?" asked Ollie.
"I, uh…..I….." sputtered Aiyon as Wreckmate got closer to the Megazord, striking it as he swims by.
"We're in trouble here." said Amelia.
"The Megazord cant fight underwater." Aiyon said, standing to his feet. "Guys, how do we win?"
"Don't look at me." said Izzy.
"Zayto, what would you do?" asked Aiyon.
"We're not gonna win." he tells him. "It's too dangerous. I would teleport to safety and abandon our Zords."
"But they'll be toast." said Izzy.
"Yes, but we will survive." said Zayto.
"I vote for survival! Let's go!" said Grace. "I don't want my death to be caused by a sparking Megazord."
"Dark." said Javi.
"Really dark." said Amelia.
"You're right." said Aiyon. "It's the only option. Abandon Megazord." The rangers teleported out of the Megazord, leaving Wreckmate to cause more damage to it by firing torpedoes. Once back on land, the rangers saw a water explosion from Wreckmate.
"What have I done?" Aiyon asked himself.
"What you had to…." said Zayto. "to protect your team."
"And if I didn't,…..we'd have been destroyed." said Aiyon, looking at the others. "This is the job, isn't it? Making difficult choices while you're judged by people who don't know what it's like? I was your friend, and I even judged you. It's not easy. I get it now."
"You did what you thought was right." said Zayto. "Honestly, I'm just glad you're back on the team. I missed you. Friends?"
"Forever." said Aiyon.
"Hey, Aiyon, is your…..?" Izzy started to ask, pointing to his belt.
"My Zord? Its out there!" said Aiyon and the rangers looked out to the ocean. "It's active."
"Bon-voyage, Megazord!" said Wreckmate as he goes towards it for the last time. Just then, the Mosa Zord screeches as it attacks Wreckmate, taking him into its mouth, causing him to scream in pain as he was thrown against the rocks. "Finally, a challenge!" he said.
"Here it comes!" said Zayto as the Mosa Zord pops its head out of the water.
"Wanna help me save the other Zords?" Aiyon asked.
"Of course!" exclaimed Zayto.
"Battle Mode!" said Aiyon, taking out his Megazord Key. Out of the water, the Mosa Zord transforms into Battle Mode.
"Linked!" Zayto and Aiyon said as they teleported in. "Mosa Razor Zord…..Battle Mode!"
"Up for a water fight?" asked Aiyon.
"Lets soak him!" said Zayto.
"Thar she blows!" bellowed Wreckmate, firing off torpedoes as the Mosa Razor Zord ran towards him.
"Hah!"
"Aargh!"
"Ugh!"
As blades and kicks made contact, Wreckmate stumbled back, then fires again on the Megazord. "Megafury Saber!" shouted Aiyon, summoning the saber from the Morphin Grid.
"Mosa Razor Zord…..Harpoon Strike!" shouted the two Rafkonians, aiming the saber at Wreckmate.
"I should've battened down me hatches!" shouted Wreckmate as he was now destroyed.
"Dino Fury Victory!" said Zayto and Aiyon.
"That Mosa Zord came in just in time." said Amelia.
"Yep. Another few minutes, and our Zords would've been dolphin condos." said Izzy, causing the others to laugh.
"Things could've gone very badly today,…." Zayto said to the others. "just like in the past. Aiyon, you were right about the Sporix all those years ago. They were just too dangerous."
"Hey. You had no way of knowing that." said Aiyon. "It was a hard call, just like today. Remember what you said? 'A true leader knows when to step aside'. Well, that's what I need to do."
"You mean….." said Zayto.
"You should lead the team, not me." Aiyon said, smiling.
"Of course,…." said Zayto, drawing out his saber. "cos I'm the better fighter."
"Ha!" scoffed Aiyon. "You didn't see my crate trick?"
"One thing's not clear." said Ollie. "For the Mosa Zord to activate, Aiyon's ranger energy must have spiked. But why?"
"I think the answer's right there." said Solon as they watched Zayto and Aiyon continued to spare. "Look at the two of them."
"Friends forever." said Javi.
"Yeah." said Grace as red and gold rangers gave each other a fist bump and hugged.
