The Phantom thieves
Dimension P.5: Unknown Pov: My Name is Ren Amamiya, I was once a normal high school student until one day everything changes. I try to help a woman who was being assaulted by attacking the man who was bothering her, but it turn out eh was some big shot and turn the tables on me and I was arrested. I end up with a record and was send to Tokyo for a year to attend school. During this time I enter the metaverse. It pretty much the minds of everyone. This was the start of my journey as Joker the phantom thief. Along the way I met several people to help me along the way. My guide Morgana AKA Mona. My roguish best friend Ryuji Aka Skull. The fierce beauty Ann better know as Panther. The just student council present Makato AKA Queen. The artist Yusuke or Fox. The sly Hacker Futaba or Oracle. And lastly the kind soul Haru AKA Noir. Together we were the Phantom thieves of hearts. Our goal was to destroy the corruption in the hearts of others. We did this by entering their Places, in other worlds their minds.
From there we find their palace treasure and steal it. Once that done they soon have a change of heart and turn them selves in to the cops. We taken down many bad people like this until we found ourselves into a plot to use the metaverse for their own goal. This was done by the guy who had me arrested Shido. He was using the metaverse to try and become Japan leader. Lucky my team took him down. But things got worst as we learn that the god of control was ruling the people from Mementos. We set out to take him down to free the people. It was a rough battle and in the end the people side with us as we took down the god and saved the world. From there we carry one helping people even so the Metaverse is gone now. It been a bout 2 years since then as I was in my apartment making Breakfast. On the counter next to me was the cat form of Morgana. His tail sway as he watch me. 'Looking good Ren." He said. "Of course I gotten pretty good at cooking." I said as I felt a pair of arms around my neck. "That you did." A girl voice said.
Standing behind me was my girlfriend Makoto. We gotten together after everyu thing settle. We recently just move in together. Although it was hard to convince her sister Sae to let it happen. "Morning Makoto coffee all set for you." I said as I gesture to the pot. 'Don't mind that I do." She said as she went to pour her a cup. "So what the plan for today?" Morgana ask. "Aren't we meeting the others at Leblanc?" Makoto said. 'That right, Futaba want us all to hang out." I said. 'It been some time since we all been together I wonder how lady Ann is doing?" Morgana said with a dreamy look on his face. Me and Makto chuckle at the cat. 'You do realize she dating Ryuji right?" Makoto said as the cat scoff. 'What she see in that ape is beyond me, unlike him I'm a gentlemen." He said. 'Your a cat Mona best get use to it. Come on we should get going." I said as I grab my keys. We got in my van as we drove to the cafe to meet up with the others. Once in side we saw that everyone was here. "Hey guys glad you make it." Ryuji said.
'About time Ren the inari is annoying me." Futaba my little sisters of sort said as she latch onto my arm as she glare at Yusuke. Thea rtiest roll his eyes. 'All I said was the cafe could use a little color to liven it up." He said. 'As if this place is perfect as it is." Futaba said as she stuck her tongue out at him. "Nice to see some things hadn't change." Ann said with a giggle. "It nice hot having to worry about anything anymore." Haru said. Ryuji let out a groan as he lean back into the booth. 'It boring as hell, man I wish we can kick some ass like in the good old days." he said. 'Perhaps I can help." A voice said. We look to see one one sitting at the counter. He have short white hair and wore a white suit as he was drinking a coffee. 'I hope you don't mind I needed a pick me up." He said as he drank from his gun. We got ready for a fight. "How the hell he get in here." Ann said as she got behind Ryuji. 'Who are you." Makoto said as she held her hand s up ready top punch him. 'Now now I didn't come to pick a fight with the Phantom thieves." He said as we gasp. 'You know who we are, who are you?" I ask. "I am Pax Travos I am a dimensional guide and traveler." He said introducing him self.
Futaba got in his face. 'Dimensional traveler, that means the multiverse is real isn't it." She said excite. 'Indeed it is miss Sakura, I come to meet with you on a very important matter that I need your help with." Pax said. 'What do you mean." Haru ask. "Do recall Gorou Akechi?" Pax ask. 'You me the douch bag who pretended to be a ace detective but was really a nut job who killed people for Shido what about him he gone." Ryuji said. 'Correct he died 2 years ago in Shido Palaces." Yusuke said. "Not quite, he manage to survive as he fell through the cracks betweens worlds. He was found by the Hazardous one who is currently threatening the multiverse." Pax said. "Hazardous one?" I aks. 'Correct, he been gathering allies across the multiverse for unknown reasons. We learn one of his goals is to gather the crests of the Digimon Tamers." Pax said. I cross my arms at that as it got me to think. "Tamers you mean like Takato Outway?" I ask. The others look at me. 'Who?" Ryuji ask me.
I blink, shit I shouldn't have said that. 'It hard to explain guys, it part of something I can't talk about." I said. 'No it quite alright you have permission to speak about it Ren after all it one of the reasons I'm here." Pax said as he hand me a letter with a familiar logo. I smirk as I open it. "Dear Ren Amamiya, you have been invited to complete in the coming Smash brother Tournament once again. Do to recent exploits your friends, Ryuji, Ann, Morgana, Makoto, Yusuke, Futaba and Haru are invited to complete as well. I do hope you all attend, sigh Master hand." I said with a chuckle. 'So it that time again." I said. "Ren what going on what is Smash?" Makoto ask. "Well it this secret multiversal battle tournament I got invited to 2 years ago. It where fighters of various world come to complete with each other. Takato was one of the people I met there. I was invited before we met Haru and Morgana ran off." I said. 'So you been part of a secret battle tournament and didn't tells us no fair big bro." Futaba said puting. 'He couldn't say, there a rule about not mentioning Smash to outsiders." Pax said.
"That would make sense since it suppose to be a secret. Pax-san if I'm right the reason we been invite is because this Hazardous one you mention will most likely try something at the tournament?" Makoto ask. 'He will it why he send Akechi and many others into the tournament." Pax said. I look to the others as they knew what I was thinking and nod. 'Were in when does it start?" I ask. " in a week be here by that time and I will escort you until then." Pax said as he vbnaish in a white light. "Well it look like were in for a hot mess again." Ann said with a sigh. "You kidding me this is going to be awesome." Ryuji said excited. "Indeed it will be a infesting experience, oh the painting that could be inspire." Yusuke said. "I'm looking for ward to this." Futaba said. 'Well leader what do you say?" Makoto ask. I smirk at them. 'Were going to smash everyone best be ready." Is aid as we head out to get ready. Time for us to make a comeback.
