Time passes as two days goes by upon the Holfort Kingdom.
The current attention is upon a vast graveyard located at the kingdom's capital. There are hundreds of people that are present as they are all wearing black mourning attires as they are all family members of those who have died during the war.
Cries, tears, and sadness are spread amongst the people as they mourn their lost loved ones who are their family, lover, and friend.
Kira is present at the graveyard as the young man wears the suitable attire for his noble ranking but in a black version. He watches with a frown to the people who are crying by the gravestones of their deceased loved ones.
The young man stood by a large tree that is planted in the graveyard and is just standing under the shades. Tori is on his right shoulder, the mechanical bird let out a cry before twisting and turning its head a few times then flew off.
"empty graves." A voice spoke out as Kira turns to see Mylene approaching him from behind. The queen wearing the royal attire version of a black mourning dress. Her face shielded by her black veil but the young man could tell that her expression was saddened. "all their loved ones were lost in the war and they are only able to be mourn them upon empty graves."
Kira watches Mylene as she came and stood beside him.
"Their cries, their tears, and their sadness will only be washed upon empty graves with the name of their loved ones." Mylene stated as she watches with Kira to the sight of dozens of mourning people. "it's saddening to the point of pure pity."
"yes….i agree." Kira replied. "but seeing how many mourn their lost ones, just shows that they all loved them with all their hearts." He then forms a sad smile. "it shows that their love would be everlasting."
Mylene glances at Kira for a moment before she looks down and sighs with a smile.
"I'm starting to wonder what would've happened if Malcom wasn't so paranoid." Mylene spoke out. "I wondered what would be the Kingdom's future if the war never happened." She sighs while closing her eyes. "but I cannot wish for such things now that it has pass."
Kira nodded in reply as both went silent for a moment.
"do you regret allowing me to be a citizen of the kingdom, Mylene-san?" Kira asks Mylene who made a noise while glancing at him. "do you think the Kingdom would've stayed as it was if I never came here in the first place?"
Mylene looks at Kira for a moment before she looks to the front and sees the many people in the graveyard. She was silent for a minute as she closed her eyes and then shakes her head.
"I don't think I can." Mylene replied. "sure, my no good husband would be happy to not have you in the kingdom considering that his daughter is no longer a princess and is going to marry you soon. But…" she pauses before she opens her eyes and looks to the sky. "I have a feeling that if you didn't come to the Kingdom, the casualties would've been much worse to the point that the Kingdom would not have existed anymore." She sighs and looks at the view before her. "what we have right now is the minimum of the tragedy and we should be glad for it."
Kira looks at Mylene for a moment before he looks at the view with her.
"I see." Kira spoke in a small whisper. "the minimum, is it?"
"yes." Mylene nodded before she smiles and waves a hand to Lacus. The pink diva wearing her own mourning dress as she consoles several women who lost their husbands or brothers or lovers, she waves back to the queen before returning to continue consoling the mourning ones. The queen sighs and then held her hands together to her stomach. "if you never came, I don't think the Kingdom could recover as fast it could." She looks to the side and sees a bunch of worker robots flying around the grave and placing bouquets of white lily and rose flowers to each gravestone. "nor could I properly give my respect to the many who were sacrificed for the Kingdom's peace."
"I see.." Kira replied before he pocketed his hands into his pants. "I'm sorry that I couldn't save more."
"it's fine." Mylene said with a sighing smile before she looks at the young man. "you helped ended the war, began a reconstruction of the Kingdom's damaged properties, and even plans to build an orphanage to take in all the children orphaned because of the war." She then giggles a bit. "though I think that the last one is Lacus' idea."
"it was." Kira said before he smiles softly when he sees Lacus on her knees and giving compliments and cheers for a young boy and his parents as the three lost the father's first son in the war; the pink diva gently wiping away the child's tears and giving him courageous and proud words on how he's brave and kind to salute to his brother's grave to honor him but still cried in the end. "Lacus loves children after all."
"She does." Mylene nodded. "She was the first one to tell me such wise words about them." She smiles in seeing Lacus hugging the child and patting his back to comfort his cries. "to nurture the Kingdom and ensure its prospering future, we should not nurture the nobles or the adults but the children; for they are the seeds that will grow and continue the journey we have paved for them." She sighs and shakes her head. "it was with those words that I actually approved her ideas for schools to be built at rural areas of the Kingdom and allow orphaned children to study for free. That child is truly meant for something greater than being the queen of the Kingdom."
"yeah, I think so too." Kira nodded before he thought about something that made him look down and frown a bit. "speaking of approval.." he then looks at the queen. "has the approval for the Fanoss Duchess' home upon a residential floating island been decided yet?"
"yes." Mylene nodded before frowning a bit. "but I'm sorry to say that we will have to keep a strict watch upon them as we restrict all their movements due to the result of the war." She then looks at the people around them. "I'm afraid what could happen if we allowed them freedom after getting them to rejoin the Kingdom's hierarchy."
"I see.." Kira said before he thinks about Hertrude. "that girl, she is a lot like me. we were both made to become weapons yet I was given the freedom to change the direction of my path while she wasn't." he then looks up to see Tori flying back to his right shoulder. "I hope that the peace could give her the time she needs to recover from everything that has happened."
Mylene looks at Kira for a moment before she smiles and looks to the front and nodded.
"yes, I hope so too." Mylene said.
Both now stayed silent as they just keep quiet and watched Lacus who is now giving a song for all the fallen people in respect for their bravery and sacrifices for the Kingdom's current peace.
About an hour later, a number of people began to leave the graveyard as a few stayed to still mourn for their lost loved ones.
Kira and Lacus are seeing off Mylene who has her carriage waiting by to pick her up.
"I'll be taking my leave now." Mylene said as she bowed her head to the two who bowed back. She then looks at Lacus. "I'll take care of the diplomat situation until Miss Deidre can take the spot in time." She smiles and then hugs the pink diva. "for now, take the time to rest and have a joyful day with your fiancé."
"yes. I will." Lacus replied with a nod while returning the hug.
After a minute they separated and Mylene looks at Kira.
"Take good care of her and have a wonderful life together, Count Yamato." Mylene said as Kira nodded before bowing her head with a hand to his chest.
"I will make sure that she is the happiest and the entirely loved woman in the whole wide world." Kira said and Mylene nodded with a smile.
"I'm counting on you." Mylene said before nodding her head to Lacus who nods back. The queen then turns to her carriage as the coachman opened the door for her and then closes it once she is inside.
Kira and Lacus then watched the carriage goes off as the coachman whips the reins once to get the horses to run off.
After watching the carriage going off into the distance, Lacus hugs Kira's right arm with her left arm and then leans close to him.
"Shall we go home?" Lacus asks and Kira nods with a smile, both turning and then began walking to the direction of their carriage that is coming to their side; the vehicle not having an ordinary coachman and ordinary horses but it has Hachi's drone as the coachman and mechanical horses which seems incredibly bizarre for people passing by.
About three hours later, upon Kira's floating island which is now named as the Territory of Count Yamato.
Kira and Lacus who are now wearing plain clothes such as a grayish white shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes, and a simple white sundress, and short white heels respectively. The two are walking upon the grassy land as they are having a stroll around the island while watching dozens of worker robots working around the clock as many are working on building a large church like building which is going to be the new orphanage that the pink diva had chosen to build for the orphaned children.
"Things are progressing slowly, aren't they?" Lacus asks and Kira nodded. "it'll take time to build all the things that the children would need. It'll also takes more time since the children need time to accept the new changes after everything that has happened."
"It will take time, but that's how life is after war." Kira said as both stopped to watch several lawnmower bots working together to clear a field of grass and that allowed more robots to come in and began to drill in holes on the ground which gets plugged with fence poles. "but we must always have hope for the best. We need to do our best to help the children who have been through so much after the war. It's the least we can do to help."
"yes. That's true." Lacus nods.
The two continued their stroll around the island as they soon got the company of Hachi and Creare's drone.
"Kira, I have a report to make." Hachi said before projecting a hologram screen image of the wrecked up Freedom that is getting all the damage upon its frame fixed and replace with spare parts. "The repairs and the upgrades of the Archangel, and the Eternal are progressing smoothly but the repairs of the Freedom will take longer than expected from the extensive damage."
"I see." Kira nods. "What about the others?"
"the Justice, the Buster, and the Strike are completely fine after some maintenances, but I cannot say the same for the Aegis and the others." Hachi replied before the screen image shows a complete rebuild of three of the five G Weapons. "they were completely wrecked to pieces in the battle against those humongous monsters. I would say that it would take at least 3 months to repair, and adjust all the mechanics of the three mobile suits."
"on a side note, we have a report about some new islands that we've discovered during the leeway time we had after the war." Creare said before Hachi projected a new image on the screen that shows parts of mobile suits, weapons, and many more. "I think I can say that we've hit the jackpot!"
"are all of them from our world?" Kira asks.
"50% are from our world while the other 50% are from this world's Old Human technology." Hachi replied. "we will reuse them for our purposes and get things started for future needs."
"Make it happen." Kira nodded.
"Hachi, how are things at the capital?" Lacus asks. "has there been some improvement since the rebuilding?"
"there's been progress, but there's also some problems." Hachi replied before showing an image on the hologram screen which shows the capital and fights which occurred at places. "since there're nobles who fled the war and had their entire nobility and property confiscated; there's been riots by the people because of the hatred that they had to the cowardly nobles."
"which also leads to many arrests into the Dungeon and their encounter with the Spanker Gangs~!" Creare added in all cheerfully while projecting a 3D hologram image of the Spanker with more identical copies of itself posing together. "it was so much fun punishing the bad and naughty New Humans~!"
"let's discuss on the solution for such a problem on a later date." Lacus stated. "for now, arresting and apprehending them into the Dungeon will suffice." She then looks at Hachi. "also, pull back the Spankers as they are not following with the Kingdom's regulation as punishers."
"understood." Hachi replied while Creare fumes in the background.
"but the Spankers are meant to punish the naughty ones~! What's wrong with that~?!" Creare cried out.
"on another matter, what of the messages that Mylene-san had planned to give us?" Kira asks Hachi as they ignored Creare's whinig. "has she made the permission for the transfer to the neighboring nation?"
"it's currently on route to you as we speak." Hachi replied before everyone looks up and sees a copter drone bot that comes flying down and then stretched out a mechanical claw which holds a letter given to Kira. "she had just sent it to us 30 minutes ago."
After the talk of various topics, Kira and Lacus had a meeting with Mylene about their request to find their friends and comrades who could be anywhere in or out of the Kingdom. The queen did her best to follow with their request and had made good on her word.
Kira opens the letter and takes out the content for him and Lacus to read together. The two reads the written words carefully before their eyes widen and they looked at each other with happy smiles.
"they're out there!" Kira and Lacus said before hugging each other. The letter containing content about their friends which they had given good physical description and photos, this one having word that a blue haired male teen and a blonde female teen having an exact matching description to two of their close friends who are currently located at another kingdom. "we found them!"
"a blue haired male teen and a blonde female teen." Hachi reads the letter before beeping a few times and then projected a hologram screen image that shows Athrun Zala and Cagalli Yula Atha on it. "I believe that it is Mr. Athrun and Miss Cagalli."
"It has to be them." Kira said after separating from the hug, him having Lacus close as both have excited smiles. "It has to be Athrun and Cagalli. There's no doubt about it."
"hmmm, If I'm guessing. This Athrun Zala and Cagalli Yula Atha are close with Master Kira and Miss Lacus, right?" Creare asks while closing in to read the letter.
"more than close." Hachi replied. "Miss Cagalli is Kira's twin sister and Mr. Athrun is Miss Lacus' former fiancé and Kira's best friend."
"eh~!? Miss Lacus' former fiancé is Master Kira's best friend~?!" Creare cried out before having an imagination of a love triangle between the three. "such a complex relationship~!"
"he was only arranged to be my fiancé by our fathers." Lacus replied. "besides, it's already been annulled during the war's breakout."
"and Cagalli is dating Athrun. So there's not that much of a problem." Kira added in.
"eh? really?" Creare asks as Cagalli was added to the love triangle. "Human relationship is quite hard to compute."
"it is best to not compute with it." Hachi stated before turning to Kira. "with us now having confirmation that friends and comrades are out there. What shall be done first, Kira? shall we dispatch airships and go straight to pick them up?"
"no, not exactly." Kira replied as he takes out another paper from within the letter which he opens to reveal transfer papers of the Holfort school to another school located upon Alzer. "you see, I made plans to do a study exchange to Alzer where Athrun and Cagalli are at."
"eh? A study exchange?" Creare asks. "why for? Shouldn't we just go and pick them up then come back here?"
"that's a good option to take but we cannot be that haste." Lacus replied. "after all, we were only able to make confirmation that Athrun and Cagalli are there. Who knows who else might be there with them?"
"therefore, Kira would go to Alzer to meet up with them then try to find out if there are others who might be stranded like he was." Hachi stated after beeping a few times. "looks like this is going to be quite the adventure."
"yeah, I think so too." Kira nodded before he looks at Lacus. "will you come with me, Lacus? It'll be nice to meet Athrun and Cagalli again, right?"
"it would, but I can't." Lacus replied as she held Kira's hands. "I would love nothing more to go with you to Alzer and meet them, but I can't. Not yet." She then turns to look at the field that has been built by the worker robots that are now building what appears to be a playground. "Our land needs to have someone watching over it and help the new citizens settle in. The kingdom also still requires my assistance in managing its diplomatic. There are many things I need to do to help." She looks back to her beloved man and smiles. "but don't worry. Once things have settled down, I'll head straight for Alzer to meet with you and everyone. I promise."
Kira smiles before he leans down to peck Lacus' head and then hugs her close.
"Then I'll make sure that you'll have the best welcoming party once that time comes." Kira said as Lacus hugs him back. "you can count on it."
"yes, I definitely will." Lacus replied with a smile before she and Kira stared into each other's eyes and then kissed.
As the two are in their moment, Hachi and Creare's drones come close to each other.
"Perhaps it would be best that we make their pre-wedding celebration the glorious one as possible." Hachi stated.
"I'll get things ready~!" Creare said as the drone's inner gears started to spin very fast to its thought process. The AI making 3D Schematics of Lacus' body and designs a wedding dress for her. "I'll make Master Kira's jaws dropped the moment he sees Miss Lacus' incredibly beautiful wedding dress! I'll even add the spicy function for it too~!"
"Please remember to hold back on the materials." Hachi told his kin. "and to also remember to do plans for the wedding hall."
As Hachi was reprimanding Creare on their course of action for Kira and Lacus' upcoming wedding celebration, the Junk Guild AI received a call that made a few beeps.
"This is?" Hachi receives the call signal and listens to it before beeping a few more times. "understood." The copter drone then turns to hover near Kira whose attention is to it after separating from the kiss with Lacus. "Kira, you have a call."
"from who?" Kira asks.
"from Mr. Balcus." Hachi replied. "he informed me that Miss Angelica along with Miss Olivia, and Miss Clarice are coming here."
"they are?" Kira asks while raising an eyebrow and looking a bit surprised.
In the sky, there is an Espada Airship flying through the clouds. The Yamato Household produced airship having been customized and painted red as it bears the symbol of the Redgrave Household on its mast.
Angelica along with Olivia and Clarice are found on the front part of the ship; the three wearing their preferred casual clothing but it would seem for the two noble ladies; their preferred casual clothing seems rather fashionable than normal.
"I see it." Angelica spoke out, the blonde holding parts of her blonde locks behind her ear as the gust of winds blew them to her eyes. The Redgrave daughter seeing Kira's floating island coming into view.
"looks like he's upgrading things like all the talk is going." Clarice noted, the Atlee Daughter seeing the factory which is producing Armors and Airships along with the buildings and houses that is being built upon the land. "makes me wonder how much of a power house the place might become in the future."
"yes." Olivia nodded in agreement as she saw several Gladius Armors marching upon the land while carrying large wooden logs on their shoulders. She then frowns a bit while grasping her hands together. "I feel…"
Angelica looks at Olivia and sees her expression which made her sigh a bit before she comes near and held her friend close while showing a reassuring smile.
"hey, Livia. You can't feel anything else but anticipation for today." Angelica told her best friend. "we're going to Kira with determined faces on, right? Don't begin to feel weak all the sudden."
"yeah, are you feeling to be backing out on confessing to Kira-kun?" Clarice added in.
"n-no, I'm not!" Olivia cried out to the two before she looks down while grasping her hands together to her chest. "I'm just a bit nervous that's all."
"hey, we're here together to confess to Kira, right?" Angelica told her friend. "we'll support each other for whatever answer he would give us."
"no, Angie. I'm not nervous about that." Olivia replied as she thinks about everything that Kira has accomplished ever since the duel against the five stupid lovers of Marie. "I'm just nervous if Kira accepts us."
"wait? What?" Clarice looks confused. "Why are you nervous about that?"
"I mean.." Olivia spoke before pausing and then continuing. "I'm just nervous if I can live up to Kira-san's expectations."
"Expectations?" Angelica and Clarice looks at Olivia for a moment before they understood what she was talking about. "oh…"
"I'm only the honor student of the academy and I'm still considered a commoner while Kira-san is a foreigner who is already a highly ranked noble of the Kingdom." Olivia spoke as she thought about the level of hierarchy that she is in with Kira and the others. "if I really do get to become his mistress, I might not be able to handle how I need to be in his household.."
"that's…" Angelica muttered, thinking about what her friend was thinking. She understood that since she is the daughter of a Duke Household and Clarice is the daughter of an earl and minister household; they wouldn't have much trouble being a part of another household's mistress or not, but Olivia is only a commoner with no noble heritage. The marriage of such union would lead for heavy expectations be placed upon them; especially the timid blonde. "Livia, you don't have to do anything to meet Kira's expectations."
"yeah, she's right." Clarice added in before smiling and pointing a finger up. "I mean, don't you all remember how Kira-kun was also struggling in the noble hierarchy? You'll be fine because you'll be learning together about being a noble and everything."
"still…" Olivia looks more nervous than before. "I'm afraid that I might a mistake and that'll burden Kira-san."
"and you think Kira-kun will reprimand you for that?" Clarice asks before she shakes a hand in front of her face. "no way. if anything, you and Kira-kun will learn together and that's the only thing that'll happen."
"but…" Olivia wanted to retort but Angelica stopped her by holding her hands with hers. "Angie?"
"Livia, just be brave and be strong." Angelica said as she gave a reassuring squeeze to her hands and then smiles. "no matter what happens, we will support each other and learn from our mistakes together. Okay?"
Olivia looks at Angelica for a moment before she smiles and nodded.
"okay!" Olivia replied with a determined voice and this made Angelica and Clarice nods together.
The three then looks back to Kira's island as they are arriving there very soon.
About a few minutes later, our attention is to Kira's cabin house where Angelica and the others are found sitting upon the Living room's couch together while facing the young owner who sat on a single chair with Lacus standing beside him.
The three girls look a bit nervous and tense while Kira and Lacus are calm and relaxed.
"would everyone like tea?" Hachi's drone made an appearance as the AI controls its physical small form and a humanoid worker robot that walks in while carrying a tea set on a tray.
"we would." Lacus replied to the AI as the robot came and began to place the cups upon the table that separated between the guests and owners. "thank you, Hachi."
"you are welcome." Hachi replied as the worker bot proceeds to pour warm tea to each cups before placing a glass container filled with sugar cubes and a bottle filled with golden honey then a plate of cookies. "please choose between Honey, or Sugar cubes as your preferred choice of sweetener."
"we're fine with plain tea." Angelica said in representing her side as both Olivia and Clarice nodded in agreement.
"honey for me and Lacus." Kira told Hachi as the worker robot proceeds to take the bottle of honey and poured a decent amount into the engaged couple's cups of tea. "thanks."
"I shall leave you all be now." Hachi said as the worker robot proceeds to go away. "do call if you require refills."
"we will." Lacus said after thanking Kira who stirred her tea and then gave it to her.
"now." Kira said as he then drank a sip of his tea before placing it down on the table, he then faces his friends sitting before him. "you've all come to tell me something, right?"
"yes." Angelica spoke with a nod before she sighs a bit. "I believe Prin..i mean Miss Lacus has told you about the topic, correct?"
"she did. A few days ago." Kira replied with a glance to Lacus who smiles with a nod. He then looks back to his friends. "you wish to confess and wishes to be my household's mistresses or concubines?"
Angelica and the others nodded in unison as they look very nervous for a single moment before that emotion was discarded for determination to come in.
"We understand that you have different views regarding such courtship, Kira." Angelica spoke out first while clenching her hands on her skirt. "your country might have a different governmental structure, but we're fine being your mistresses or concubines. whichever you wish for us to be, we're fine with it."
"it might be seen as a bad thing by other people from a different country, but it's definitely fine here!" Olivia added in. "we're okay with people seeing us and judging us because of our status! We will do our best to not hinder Kira-san and we'll do our best to support your household!"
"yeah, whether it'll be finances or politics or anything!" Clarice added. "my household can help since we're producing airbikes and we can do a collaboration considering how our interests can be aligned!"
The three started talking and they didn't stop in pointing out how they would help Kira in his households and how they would accept their status as his concubines and mistresses. This scene is watched by the couple who just listens patiently.
"therefore…" Angelica spoke as she looks very determined and hopeful to Kira. "please accept us, Kira."
Olivia and Clarice looks at Kira with pleading looking eyes, the girls very nervous and anticipating Kira's answers.
Kira looks at the girls for a moment before he glances at Lacus who looks back at him and just nodded with a smile before she place her cup of tea down on the table then proceeded to walk out of the room.
Everyone watches the pink diva leaves the room before they faced one another.
"Angelica…Olivia…and Clarice-senpai." Kira spoke out in calling out each girl's full name with a slightly serious voice. "I understand everything and I just want to tell you all a few things."
"t-that is?" Angelica replied with a slightly nervous voice after gulping.
"first.." Kira looks at Olivia who tensed up to his gaze. "Livia, you're smart in general knowledge but you are weak minded in conflict and your capability is only in healing magic." He then turns to Clarice who flinched a bit. "Clarice-senpai, you are strong willed and have the right standing of your noble lineage. However you are reliable only with your followers. You may be improving yourself because you will be graduating soon, but you are still relying on other's help in your choices." Lastly, he turns to Angelica who has a bead of sweat sliding down the side of her cheek. "and Angie. You are knowledgeable about everything because you spent your entire childhood days in learning everything to be a queen to a kingdom, but you have a flaw and that is you are hotheaded. You let your emotions take hold of your choices and that leads to consequences upon yourself." He sighs and then leans against his seat. "there's so much positivity that you can give to the household, but there's also negativity. Other households would definitely learn of your weaknesses and take advantage of each and every one of you. This leads to trouble for you and everyone related to you."
Angelica and the others listens to Kira's words carefully and understood every meaning as they knew that they are not perfect and had given trouble for him once.
"other households would keep on asking on why you would become mistresses to my household and everything. They would try to find if you have any weaknesses that they can exploit from you and that would trouble for this household." Kira said as he intertwined his fingers on his lap. "there's so much that you need to be prepared for if you really wish to stand by my side. Do you three understand what I am saying?"
"we do." Angelica said after the three nodded their heads in unison. "we know that we once brought some trouble to you, Kira. we know that we're not perfect and that there's so much expectations that will be placed upon us because of the standing of your household, but…" she clenches her fists and looks at Kira with a strong determined eyes that are a bit tearful. "but we love you, Kira! you are our closest friend who has helped us in our time of need! You showed us a world that is filled with kindness and that's why we can't help but want to be with you!" she placed a hand to her chest. "even if it means becoming a mistress or a concubine. Just being with you is enough for the three of us!"
Olivia and Clarice nodded their heads a few times in agreement, both sharing the same ideas as Angelica.
Kira looks at the three girls for a moment before he closed his eyes and sighs a bit.
"I see." Kira said as he nodded. "I understand your conviction and determination." He then opens his eyes to look at them. "but do you have what it takes to face all the possible hardships that may come for you all in the future? I can assure you that the path that I am headed will be treacherous considering my status as the man who stopped the war between Holfort and Fanoss. you won't be able to back down and you'll only regret your decision afterwards. Lacus has that determination and conviction, do you three have the same thing?"
"we do!" Angelica and the others replied in unison as they sounded very determined and brave.
"if that is your answer…" Kira spoke before his expression softens and he smiles kindly to them. "then I guess I have to accept you all as my wives then."
"then!" Angelica and the others look happy and excited before they all look confused when they processed his last sentence. "eh? Wives?"
"yes." Kira said with his smile growing. "The three of you won't be my mistresses or concubines, you'll be my wives."
"eh? But isn't Miss Lacus…" Olivia spoke before Lacus came back into the room with Hachi's drone and a floating legless worker robot that is carrying a small silver tray that has three ring boxes on it.
"you see, I've talked with Kira about your confessions and asks what his reply would be." Lacus said as she came to Kira's side. "he said that he doesn't like having you all as his mistresses or concubines, but I reassured him that I'll be fine if you all be his wives instead."
"then…do you accept us?" Angelica asks Kira who nods.
"you three are the first few friends I have made since I first came to the Kingdom." Kira said. "I've had troubles adapting to such a different society, but you all helped me with no hesitation." He smiles. "how could I accept you all as my mistresses and concubines for everything you have done for me?"
The three looks at Kira for a moment before they look extremely happy and tearful as they hugged each other. Them being glad that their crush accepted their love and returns it full.
Kira and Lacus smiles to them before they smiled to each other while leaning close to each other.
"I believe I should make this an official announcement later on, but for now." Kira said as Hachi got the floating worker robot to place the tray down in front of the three girls. "I think I should seal the deal here."
"this is?" Olivia asks in seeing the ring boxes.
"each one is a special ring made for each one of you." Hachi said as Kira gets off his seat and proceeded to take the ring box in front of Olivia. The young man opening it and reveals a beautiful silver ring with a beautiful aquamarine gem in the shape of a tea drop. "first is for Olivia-san. A silver ring with an aquamarine gem that represents happiness, hope and everlasting youth." The ring was then slide onto the girl's left ring finger. "The color also represents her timid, joyful, and kind nature. While the shape represents her kindness for others."
Olivia wows to see the ring on her left hand before she smiles to Kira who proceeded to give a peck to her forehead and smiles back.
Kira then moves back to proceed to take the next ring box that he presents to Clarice. The young man opens it and reveals a bronze ring with an emerald gem in the shape of a feather.
"for Miss Clarice, she is given a bronze ring with an emerald which represents good fortune, growth and foresight." Hachi added in as Kira takes the ring and slips it into Clarice's left ring finger. "also the shape of the gem represents her free winded nature as she is rather an outgoing person."
"I'm more of a social girl than outgoing though." Clarice said before she smiles when she looks upon the ring.
Last is Angelica who looks anxious as Kira takes her ring box and opens it to reveal a golden wedding ring with a fire shaped ruby gem.
"and lastly for miss Angelica, a golden wedding ring with a ruby gem." Hachi continued for the last ring as Kira takes the ring out of the box and holds out his hand for Angelica who presented her left hand. The young man sliding the ring to her left hand and lets her marvel upon it. "The ruby represents her love, passion, and bravery while the shape of the gem represents her fiery and determination in dire time. It also somewhat represents the Redgrave Household's fiery fire too."
"And also her determination to win childish games no matter what." Kira said with a smile.
"Will you give that a break!?" Angelica cried out in embarrassment. "it was just one game during the field trip!"
This made some laughs be shared in the room as they all know how Angelica is very serious in doing everything she does.
"I guess this means that you will be marrying all four of them at once, Kira." Hachi spoke as the AI's drone come near Kira. "I believe we should prepare for a larger and grander wedding venue on the island."
"I guess we should." Kira nods before he smiles when he finds Tori flying into the room and then comes to perch onto his right shoulder.
"I will contact Creare about this and have her prepare three other wedding dresses." Hachi said as the AI beeps a few times before making a single beep noise that is a bit louder. "oh, it would seem that she already knew."
"how?" Kira asks before Hachi proceeded to turn his drone to the side and looks up before firing taser cables that flew and instantly hits an invisible object that gets electrocuted and is revealed to be Creare's drone. "oh."
"how come you always like to tase me~!?" Creare cried out.
"I only do so if you didn't use your camouflage function for such insignificant things such as watching us in secret when you are supposed to be preparing the wedding venue." Hachi said.
"oh boo~! I already done it and…aiiiehh~!" Creare cried out before getting electrocuted again. "what was that for!?"
"your designed wedding venue is impossible to be built and therefore requires revision." Hachi said. "Re-Do it and I'll check to see if it's passable or not."
"why do I have to be your junior~!?" Creare cried out before the AI's drone instantly gets electrocuted. "Not again~!"
As this little playful scene between the two AIs continue, everyone else either smiles in amusement or awkwardly to see the situation.
"well, I guess we should let them be." Lacus said as she watched Hachi's drone keep on electrocuting Creare's drone while taking her away. She then faces the girls who are now officially considered to be Kira's wives. "for now, let's lay down one ground rule in this home."
"and what's that?" Clarice asks before flinching a bit when she sees Lacus smiling sweetly while her eyes went SEED Mode.
"I and I alone shall be considered to be Kira's legal and main wife." Lacus stated. "you may have your affections returned by him, but Kira loved myself first and foremost." Her eyes squinted a bit. "do remember that my seniority is absolute and cannot be changed, understand?"
The girls nodded after gulping, they felt a bit powerless as Lacus had a strong demeanor that made her look like a giant compared to them.
"if you can understand and follow that rule, I won't ever raise any objections." Lacus said as her expression turned normal. "so do understand the rules and don't try getting head starts of anything, got it?"
"r-right.." Angelica and the others replied, feeling that they might get into trouble if they do anything that might irritate Lacus.
As this was going on, Kira looks very awkward and pale as he was sure that Lacus made her point of being his legal and main wife no matter what.
'I guess I should be careful to not do anything that will irritate her too.' Kira thought while Tori let out a single cry and then flies away from his shoulder.
About some time later, at the Bartfort Household. The head of the household; Balcus is currently at his office and looking to be in a headache of a dilemma. The reason being he has dozens of letters sent to his home; all of which are from nobles who wish to marry their children to his sons and daughters or have a partnership in hope to get help from Kira and many more.
"why did I get this much stuff to do first thing in the day~!?" Balcus cries out as the stacks were dozens and more have come when the household servants came to present them. "more~?!"
After the war, Balcus got his household ranking increased as so did his formerly second son; Nicks. The two had a lot of stuff to do since they become higher ranked nobles and this means that both are going to have hectic trouble against other nobles who want their trust and friendship.
"I know that I fought in the war for the Kingdom's sake and all, but why are there people who want courtship with me and my family!?" Balcus cries out as he had already read a few letters and those letters consists of noble women demanding that he'll be their husband and they have extraordinary baffling demands for if he does become their husband. "I'm a back water nobleman! Not a city nobleman!"
As Balcus continues to writhe in his painful headache, Luce made an appearance as she entered with one of their new household servant named Yumeria. The green haired elf having been recruited into the household and has done quite well.
"What is it, Luce?" Balcus asks after taking a quick glance to look at Luce, he then place his head down on the table. "if it's more courtship letters or any other letters that are anything alike, please push them away.."
"Dear, it's Kira." Luce called out to her husband. "he's here with the Prin- I mean Miss Lacus." She then looks a bit awkward to the side and then looks back at the man. "along with Miss Angelica, Miss Clarice, and Olivia-chan."
"eh? Kira? along with them?" Balcus said while looking up from the table. "Why are they here?"
"well…." Luce said before she did some explaining to Balcus whose face looks like he just lot a few years of his age.
"that boy~!" Balcus cries out. "a wedding here on my island!? He wants to get married with four women at once~?! Since when was that boy a playboy~!?"
After the whole meeting with Angelica and the others, Kira had decided to come to Balcus and ask for the household's head's permission and help to organize and place the wedding reception at his island.
"sure I could understand if it was a wedding that he needs to help prepare at his island, but why mine~?!" Balcus cries out. "does he have any idea that I have to be the one to meet and greet with all the nobles of the Kingdom?! Not to mention that his engaged partner is the former princess which means I have to meet the King and Queen too!"
"I-I don't think it's that bad…" Luce said. "I mean, Kira-kun and Miss Lacus are going to be considered as the legal engaged couple. While Olivia-chan and the others will be mistresses…"
"how can you think that it won't be bad~!?" Balcus cries out. "Miss Angelica is from the Duke Household and Miss Clarice is from the Earl Household! They're way higher than our household and that boy wants to have them as his mistresses!? Does he have any idea how much work is needed to make sure that their parents won't do anything rash when they hear about this!?"
"they would be very tense and ready to get angry?" Yumeria guesses out loud before squeaking a bit when Balcus' face fell head first to the table as he just passed out. "eh~? Ehhh~!?"
"Dear~?! Dear~!" Luce quickly went to Balcus as she finds that he had passed out from all the stress. "DEAR~!"
Meanwhile outside of the Bartfort Household, Kira has just arrived near the home mansion as they were greeted by Nicks and the others.
"Kira-niichan~!" Collin cried out as he ran to Kira and lunges at him. "you're here!"
"hahaha, I am." Kira caught the young boy as they twirled around a bit before the young man carried and place the young boy down. "been a good boy, Collin?"
"yeah~!" Collin grins in reply before getting a knuckle to the head by his brother; Nicks. "Ow~!"
"told you a hundred times to stop doing that, Collin." Nicks said before he sighs. "the last time you tried that, Kira nearly fell. Remember?"
"it's fine, Nicks." Kira replied with a smile as he went and ruffled Collin's hair. "I'm fine with it."
"See~! Kira-niichan is fine with it!" Collin told his big brother.
"You should really stop encouraging him to keep on doing it, Kira." Nicks said after sighing tiredly while having his arms crossed. "it'll be painful if he keeps on doing it till you fall for real."
"I guess so." Kira chuckles before he hears his voice being called out in a scream as he turns to the side and he looks shocked because here came Jenna at lightning speed. "J-Jenna-san!?"
"KIRA-KUN~!" Jenna squeals out as she went and lunges straight for Kira who gets pushed to the ground and gets his cheek smothered by the girl. "KIRA-KUN~!"
"hey, Jenna. Better stop before Kira gets traumatized." Nicks said to his sister who didn't listen and that made him sigh before he made a noise and looks to the side because Finley came near while in the middle of eating a lollipop. "huh? fancy seeing you here, Finley. Though you were busy with some other stuff back at the house."
"I already finished it an hour ago and was bored when Onee-chan suddenly screams out Kira's name and ran out of the house like a madwoman." Finley said before she looks at Jenna who is still smothering Kira. she then pops the lollipop out of her mouth. "I though it'll be entertaining to watch."
"really?" Nicks sweatdropped.
"ah! That's my lollipop! You stole my candy again, Onee-chan!" Collin cried out while Finley just sticks out her tongue at her little brother in reply.
"should've kept it at a better hiding spot than your cupboard." Finley replied as this made Collin fume.
"I'm telling Mom!" Collin cried out before he ran off to get to where Luce is.
"haaa…." Nicks sighs while face palming before he looks at Jenna who is still smothering Kira even at this moment. "got to handle this problem first before the rest."
About ten minutes later, Kira is freed from Jenna's smothering as the young woman is held back by Nicks.
"back off, Nicks! I want to be with Kira-kun~!" Jenna cried out.
"alright, that's enough. You nearly traumatized the poor guy, so don't push it." Nicks told his sister as Kira looks a bit physically traumatized. "and also, don't forget that he's engaged to the former princess too."
"but that still means I can still be his mistress like mom, right!?" Jenna cried out.
"Mom is no longer a mistress since that old hag Zola is offed from the family, right?" Finley stated, the Bartfort Household no longer associate itself with Zola, her kids, and her household because they fled from the war and that leads to them being stripped of everything. "she's basically dad's legal wife, right?"
"that's true, but not the main point for Jenna." Nicks replied as he looks at Jenna. "you think that him getting engaged to the former princess would stop her little love sickness and stuff."
As Nicks continues to stop Jenna from lunging herself at Kira, the group hears a loud noise from above as they look up and sees the Eternal flying over their heads with the company of a few Espada Airships.
The so called Royal Airship had come flying and then landing right upon an empty grass field with the other airships that landed and docked themselves by the harbor.
"isn't that?" Nicks spoke as everyone minus Kira looks at the airship.
"yeah, the Eternal." Kira said before he smiles when he sees a large door compartment of the Eternal opening and then extends out a metal walk pad for Lacus along with Angelica, Olivia, and Clarice to come down. "ah, they arrived."
"Kira-san! We're back!" Olivia cried out while Lacus went to Kira first, the pink diva hugging her fiancé and then getting a kiss on the forehead.
"welcome back." Kira spoke with a smile. "hope the journey wasn't too long."
"it wasn't too long considering that we've just went to the capital to pick the ship up in only 20 minutes." Clarice said while crossing her arms under her chest. "but yeah, we took a bit long considering that we're picking up the royal airship and bringing it here with escort airships."
"Raymond and Daniel were the first volunteers to escort the airship." Angelica added in before she turns to the side and pointed at the direction where Kira could see Raymond and Daniel coming while the latter was hollering out to them. "guess with their promotion, they need to act more noble than before."
"I guess so." Kira chuckles.
After that, everyone gathered together in one spot.
"man, I can't believe that you're going to get married this early~!" Daniel said as he pulled Kira in and began to ruffle his hair very roughly. "this little lucky bastard got a princess to be his future wife~! It's so damn enviable~!"
"yeah! All the fan girls who were gunning for you, are trying harder to get to you now!" Raymond added in.
"sorry about that." Kira replied as he got out of the little mess and combs his hair a bit. "but do tell them that my heart is already taken."
"what's with that cheesy chad like line~!?" Daniel and Raymond looks more jealous than before. "we wanted to say that once and that is before any of us got engaged too!"
"is that so?" Kira chuckles a bit.
"still, putting this all aside.." Raymond said as he sighs and adjusted his glasses before he looks at Kira. "A lot of nobles will be wanting to get a chance to get to you, Kira."
"get to me?" Kira asks.
"yeah." Daniel spoke with a finger raised. "you got engaged to the former princess and that means the other nobles sees you to be their best chance to get closer to the royal family." He then shrugs his shoulders while raising his hands up. "best be prepared for dozens of letters from many women who will want to be your second wife, mistress, or concubine."
"I see." Kira said before he smiles. "but I don't think I will need to be prepared, considering that I already have my wives and all."
"we know you would say that, but still you need to be…" Raymond spoke as he shakes his head a bit before he paused when he realized something. "eh? Wives?" he looks at Kira confused. "what do you mean by wives?"
This made others minus Kira and his engaged partners to look very confused and curious at the same time.
"well.." Kira spoke while Lacus giggles. He then motions to Angelica and the others who smiles and then proudly show their wedding rings on their left hand that they held up for everyone to see.
Everyone blinked their eyes once, twice, and thrice before they made a loud "EEEHHH!?" in sync.
"you're going to get married to four women in one go!? What the hell is that gung ho type of style!?" Daniel and Raymond exclaimed in shock.
"Kira-kun is going to marry four women!? Doesn't that mean that I still got a chance to.." Jenna cried out before getting knocked out with a karate chop to the neck by Nicks.
This little action of Nicks surprised everyone as the young man held Jenna's unconscious body before he sighs tiredly towards Kira.
"if you guys wanted to make such an announcement, you should've done it at another place?" Nicks said as this made the others sweatdrop in an instant.
About 30 minutes later, the group minus Jenna and Finley chatted for some time. The oldest daughter having been taken away by some servants while the youngest daughter left because she was getting bored. Now after the chat, Balcus and Luce comes to meet them all after being brought back to reality by his wife.
Now, they're talking together with the head of the household regarding the wedding.
"so you want to place the royal airship here for the wedding reception cause it'll be more formal and more traditional, you also brought so much stuff here to get here and there be prepped with the help of Hachi and this new friend named Creare. You are also getting married to Olivia-chan, Miss Angelica, and Miss Clarice too with the addition of your first and legal wife, Miss Lacus." Balcus said as he counted all the stuff that Kira had talked to him about, he nodded with a smile and nodded again. "I see, I see. This means that there'll be a lot of high ranked nobles being present, huh? Even the royal family will be present too. I see…"
"is that fine?" Kira asks. "I mean, I am the Bartfort Household's vassal knight and if I'm going to get married…"
"no, it's fine. But there's one thing I want to ask.." Balcus said with a smile before his expression turns into full of stress frustration and despair as he went and grabs Kira by the shoulder then begins to shake him back and forth. "WHY DO YOU HAVE TO GET MARRIED THIS SOON!? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GET ENGAGED TO THE PRINCESS WHO REVOKED HER LINEAGE AND EVERYTHING!? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO GET ENGAGED TO THREE MORE GIRLS WHEN TWO OF THEM ARE FROM VERY HIGH RANKED NOBILITY?! WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME SO STRESSFULL WITH ALL THE THINGS I GOT TO DO FOR THE WEDDING~!?"
"D-Dear! Calm down! You're making Kira-kun faint too!" Luce cried out while Yumeria panics in the background as Kira becomes a blur because of how fast Balcus was shaking him back and forth.
A minute later, Luce pulls Balcus from Kira who looks very dizzy to the point he nearly wants to barf. The young man being helped to stand steady by Lacus while Olivia uses her healing magic on his head.
"Well, that's a normal reaction for anyone." Raymond said and Daniel nodded in agreement.
Luce began to use calming words for Balcus while Yumeria fans the household's head to get him to calm down faster.
"alright, I get the whole gist." Balcus said as he rubs a hand to his forehead and looks at Kira who regained his mental stability from all the shaking. "I can prepare all the wedding preparation with your friends' help, but it will take at least a week to have everything set as tradition." He then sighs while face palming. "just make sure that you do it right and make sure that you don't regret anything at all, got it?"
"I know." Kira said with a nod. "I understand."
"do you?" Balcus asks and Kira just raise his hands up with a smile which made him sigh and shakes his head. "why do I even bother asking?"
After that, it comes with the whole planning of the wedding from their personal views as Kira and his engaged couples talk with Balcus and Luce about the layout of the event while Nicks, Raymond, and Daniel helped out in whatever they can provide.
"the venue should be at least 20 meters long to be able to fit in all the guests." Balcus said as he waved out a hand to the long and distant grass field before them while Yumeria is taking notes in the background. He then waves a hand up before doing some gestures. "since there's no church on the island, we'll be doing one that is shaped like a tent. We need to make everything white since it's the traditional color and everything."
"yes, that would be perfect." Kira nods as he agreed with Balcus' idea for the wedding. "the food for the venue will be prepared by Hachi and Creare." He then looks at Lacus. "is there any food regulations for weddings?"
"no." Lacus shakes her head. "nobility would prepare dishes that are distinct or unique in their land."
"guess that means Kira can prepare all the kebabs and stuff that he made before." Raymond said and Daniel nodded in agreement.
"though they got to eat with their hands and stuff.." Daniel said before he drools with a smile. "but the taste makes it worth it~!"
"if Raymond and Daniel says that the food you prepare is good, we got to definitely have it." Angelica said.
"yeah! Kira-san's cookies were good, his food will definitely be good too~!" Olivia added in.
"if you got the need for ingredients and stuff, you got help from me and my dad." Clarice said. "we got a whole island filled with vegetables, fruits, and everything. Just give us the list and we'll have it here by noon."
"well, that's a bit…" Kira spoke before he made a noise when he sees Hachi's drone coming in with a worker robot carrying a crate filled with neatly organized stuff. "Hachi?"
"sorry to bother everyone, but I needed Kira's help with something." Hachi said before the worker robot came to present the crate that is filled with items that looks to be personally Kira's. "you see, I had all the worker robots clean the Eternal inside and outside, therefore we needed to get some items out to deep clean it all, but I needed Kira's permission and opinion on where to put his belongings."
"well, you can just put it at our house and.." Kira said before he pauses when he spotted one peculiar item in the crate as it is the framed photo of his mother. "this.." he picks up the items and smiles to it. "that's right, I needed to invite her too."
"Kira?" Lacus looks at Kira who turns towards Balcus.
"Balcus-san, can you spare one seat to be reserved for someone special for me?" Kira asks and Balcus made a confused noise.
"sure." Balcus nodded. "who do you want to reserve it for?"
"for my mother." Kira said before he shows the photo to everyone.
"this is Kira-san's mother?" Olivia asks as she wowed to see the photo. "she looks like Kira-san~!"
"or rather Kira looks like her." Clarice corrected.
"She's beautiful." Angelica said with a smile before she looks at Kira. "you must miss her very much, Kira."
"I do." Kira nods before his smile turns a bit sad. "though she may not be with us anymore, I want her to be present at the wedding's front row."
"wait, you mean she's…" Nicks spoke before Luce shushes him and he looks a bit awkward. "sorry.."
"it's fine." Kira said as he sighs a bit while looking back at the photo. "in truth, I never knew her that much cause after I was born; she gave me to her sister; my aunt/ adoptive mother to care for. Her life was in danger and she didn't want me to be in that danger too." He sighs again. "I never got to meet her nor thank her for what she did."
"Kira." Lacus gently leans close to Kira as she gave a peck to his cheek and smiles. "I know that she would be so proud to see you be the man you are."
"yeah." Kira nods. "I guess she would."
"don't be modest." Balcus said as he patted Kira's right shoulder with a proud smile. "you are a grown young man who is a knight and is also a hero who helped protect and save the Kingdom from the war. She would definitely be proud of you."
"Just like how we're proud of you." Luce added in with a gentle smile.
"we all do." Angelica said with a smile as everyone else nodded in agreement.
Kira smiles to see their agreement as he looks at Lacus who smiles to him in return.
"thanks, everyone." Kira nods. "thank you."
"don't mention it." Nicks said as he went and patted Kira's back a few times before he looks at the photo. "so, who is the other baby in the photo? A sibling?"
"my twin sister; Cagalli." Kira said while pointing at the blonde baby girl. "I don't know which of us the older twin, but she claims that she is."
"Miss Cagalli is also the adoptive daughter of Uzumi Yula Atha; the Ruler of ORB." Hachi added in.
"oh, I see.." Balcus nodded as he checks the photo out before he snaps his head at Hachi while looking shocked. "wait, what!? adoptive daughter of this ORB's ruler!? Doesn't that make her a princess!?"
Previously, the whole fake story of Kira being a spy of ORB and what not had been spread to the entire kingdom. None dared to take action in claiming him to be an enemy, but they learned only of his background and made word to not dare harm him considering he has the protection of the royal family.
"I guess it would." Hachi replied with a few beeps. "not much is known but I believe that Mr. Uzumi is a close friend or relative of Kira's mother and that is probably why she was adopted by him."
"then if Kira's sister is the princess of Orb…" Angelica said before she looks at Kira in surprise. "doesn't that make Kira a prince too?!"
"no way~!" Clarice gasps.
"really~?!" Olivia gasps as well.
"well, it's not really that type of relation and all…" Kira spoke but his words fell deaf.
"oh no~! oh no~! oh no~! oh no~! oh no~! I have a prince as my vassal knight~! I was definitely rude to him once~! Am I going to get executed~?!" Balcus cries out with his hands on his head.
"we have a prince as our vassal knight, we are so sorry~!" Luce cried out as she looks panicked.
"Master Balcus~! Miss Luce~! Please calm down~! We are all panicking now~!" Yumeria cried out. The elven woman not knowing what to do.
"Balcus-san, Luce-san, and Yumeria-san. Please calm down." Kira told them. "I'm not a prince and I'm not…"
His words continue to fall deaf to their ears as the two began to dogeza to him.
"what~?! Kira-kun is a prince~!?" Jenna's voice is heard as Kira looks up and gawks to see her climbing out of a room's window. "really~?! He's a prince~?! A real prince from another kingdom~!?"
"hey Jenna! You crazy!? You'll fall if you do that!" Nicks shouted before he sees Finley and Collin in the room that Jenna climbed out. "hey! Collin! Finley! Pull that crazy sister of ours back in before she falls!"
"we tried but she didn't listen~!" Collin cried out.
"and I was bored so I didn't want to do it." Finley added in.
"unbelievable…" Nicks facepalmed.
"all hail Prince Kira~! we are your humble servants~! please forgive us for calling your name without honorifics and forgive us for being such rude individuals~!" Raymond and Daniel got down to their knees and began to bow to Kira with their heads on the grass. "please forgive us~!"
"not you two too." Kira looks a bit distressed.
This also happens for Angelica and the others who are looking a bit tense yet determined.
"this means that we were right about Kira-kun~! he really is a prince~! What luck~!" Clarice said.
"u-um! Does this mean we have to do our best since Kira-san is a prince~!? Does this mean we have to do everything to live up to his name~?" Olivia asks a bit worried and anxious but she sounded and looked determined too.
"we will definitely live up to his expectations." Angelica said as she had a burning passion blazing in her eyes. "definitely~!"
This situation got out of hand as Kira looks panicked while Lacus giggles in amusement.
"perhaps I let out too much information?" Hachi asks after beeping a few times.
"not too much." Lacus said. "just enough, that's all."
About a few hours later, at night time. The day had passed as the sky turned dark while the light only comes from the moon's radiant glow and the countless twinkling stars.
As the scene looks to be calm and silent, a sound is heard as a flashing blue star is seen flying across the sky. The object revealing itself to be the Strike that is flying straight for a lone floating island in the distance which has two large airships or spaceships docked on the land; one being the Ortygia and the other being the main body of Luxion. The two ships being given repairs by dozens of flying robots.
The Strike flew in before it came and lands on the island, the Gundam going down on one knee before holding a hand to its cockpit that opened for Kira to come out with his normal clothes on. The young man gets on the mobile suit's hand which then helped him get down to the grassy land.
Kira looks around for a moment before he spots a campsite near the Ortygia. The young man seeing Canard sitting by the campfire that he set up with his tent near him.
"Canard." Kira called out as the man turned and did a hand wave in return.
Kira came to Canard who motions him to sit on the log nearby. The two then sat down by the campfire as they were silent for a moment.
"so? Why you came here for?" Canard asks as he holds a pocket knife that he is using to carve a piece of wood into something. "don't you have a wedding to get to with your four fiancés?"
"I do." Kira replied. "but I just came here to ask you if you want to come there and would also be willing to come to Alzer with me." Kira replied.
"Alzer? Alzer Republic?" Canard said as he looks at Kira. "why you want to go there for?"
"the thing is…" Kira spoke as he explained the situation of him finding clues and learning that his sister and best friend are at Alzer. "that's why I need to go there and find them along with anyone else who might also be there."
"hmm. I see…" Canard said as he looks at the campfire before continuing his wood carving. "that place had many people who aren't from around there, so it would make sense if your friends got stuck there."
"yes. That's why I want to ask if you want to come with me to Alzer." Kira said. "your friend; Luxion told me that you went there before, right?"
"that was about six months ago." Canard said. "and besides, I don't got a reason to go there with you nor attend your wedding.. Why should I come with?"
"it's because I want you to meet Cagalli." Kira replied. "she would definitely be happy to meet me, but I believe that she would be excited to meet you. We thought we only had each other, but knowing that you're our brother.."
Alzer scoffs a bit as he looks at his wood carving that he made into a spear before he throws the object into the campfire.
"it'll be nice to meet this younger sister of mine, but I can't." Canard replied as he slowly gets up. "I can't go with you to meet her. not yet."
"why?" Kira asks. "do you have something that you need to do?"
"I do." Canard nodded. "I need to find the Dreadnought."
"the Dreadnought?" Kira asks.
"It's the Mobile Suit that Prayer Reverie piloted and used to beat me once." Canard replied as he takes a few steps forward and looks to the moon and the stars in the night sky. "it was just by an accident that I found Luxion, but with his help I found the Hyperion and my ship in this place." He then looks at Kira. "if I can find them, I might be able to find the Dreadnought and even Prayer."
"You think that they might be out there like my friends are?" Kira asks and Canard nodded.
"it's a small chance, but I'm taking it." Canard said before he shrugs his shoulders. "who knows, I might be able to find them somewhere close or somewhere far. All that depends on how lucky I might be." He then looks at the night sky. "or how hopeful I am."
Kira looks at Canard before he nods in understanding.
"once I find them or I don't, I'll stop by at Alzer." Canard said as he turns and smiles a bit to Kira. "got to meet this sister of mine, right?"
"yeah." Kira nods. "she definitely would like to meet you too."
Canard nods back before he sees Luxion's drone flying to him.
"Master, the repairs of the Ortygia and my main body have been completed." Luxion stated. "we are ready for departure."
"good." Canard nods before he reaches a hand into his back pocket to take out a phone like object that he pulls out and show to Kira. "if you ever get into some deep trouble and you can't get any help from your friends at all." He then throws the device to his younger half brother who caught it. "I'm just a phone call away."
"thanks." Kira nods. "take care of yourself, Canard."
"you too." Canard nods back. "get along with your four wives, kid."
Afterwards Canard and Luxion goes straight to the Ortygia and gets on board.
A few minutes later, the Ortygia and Luxion's main body began to fly off into the distance as Kira watches them leave.
Kira sees that the two ships are flying off into the distance and disappearing into the night, the young man is left alone as he stood upon the island by himself before he looks at the night sky.
"looks like this is just one of the rewards I can get for fixing the world, huh?" Kira said before he looks down and sighs with a smile and then goes straight for the Strike. The young man planning to head back home.
