After calming down, Jenny tied her brown hair into a ponytail, while the others were getting ready to find Dex. Lola called her old family friend to ask for help.
"Hey, Miss Behitha," said Lola, on her cellphone.
"Hey, Lola, how have you been?" said Behitha.
"Well, we have a problem with the Hamilton Habitat. But I gotta ask: Do you believe in werewolves and were-cats?" said Lola.
"Certainly, I always believe in supernatural creatures. What seems to be the problem, honey?" said Behitha.
"Our leader Dex Hamilton got scratched by an eye-glowing cat or whatever kind of cat it was, he got turned into a were-cat," said Lola.
"Come to my shop immediately, we have magical magic to make a cure right away," said Behitha.
"Yes, ma'am, thank you so much," said Lola.
"Thank you, sweetie," said Behitha.
Lola and Behitha ended the calls. "Who's Behitha?" asked Zap. "My family's friend, she's a Blackfoot-Native American of African descent and owns a spiritual crystal shop in the city with a fortune-telling room in it. She performed shamanism, she can help us change Dex back to normal," said Lola. "I know where her shop is," said Jenny. "Let's go find Dex," said Zap.
The others left the habitat and headed to Behitha's crystal store. "Are you sure this is the right place where she owned it?" asked Tung. "Of course, yeah," said Lola. Lola knocks on the door, Behitha comes to the door and then opens it. "Hey, Lola, you came," said Behitha. "Hey, Miss Behitha," said Lola as she and Behitha greeted each other with a hug. "Are they Dex Hamilton's crew members? I saw them on TV," said Behitha. "Yes, ma'am, these are my friends and crewmates: Zap, Jenny, and Tung," said Lola.
"Please come in, welcome to my crystal store," said Behitha. The others came inside Behitha's crystal shop, they looked around with amazed expressions. "Whoa, this is so beautiful," said Tung. "Beautiful, is it?" said Behitha. "A lot of crystals and stuff around the place," said Tung. "Indeed, follow me to the room," said Behitha. Zap viewed the spiritual arts of the wolves, eagles, and the Native Americans. "I wish I had a pet dog," said Zap, talking to himself.
Behitha guides Lola and the others to the room where she creates a cure. "Is this the fortune-telling room?" asked Tung. "This is my shamanic, magic room, the fortune-telling room is in the next room," said Behitha. "Whoa," said Zap, amazed. "Let me tell you a true story about the werecat: When a person gets cursed or a mysterious glowing cat gives a person a cursed scratch, the person will discover the full moon in the nighttime and then the person transformed into a were-cat painfully just like the person turned into a werewolf. A were-cat is similar to a werewolf, but different species. If the curse from the cat or a witch hasn't been lifted when the sun rises or the eclipse season hits, the person will remain a were-cat forever and remain to terrorize others for the rest of his or her life and remain to be exiled to the woods or even worse, the hunters will kill them," said Behitha, telling a true, mythical story about the were-cat by using her shamanic smoke from the magical sage stick she smudged to show the story as well. "Oh no…" said Zap and Jenny, worried. "But there is a cure to lift the were-cat curse, the cure I'm making right now is the anti-cat serum. The serum has the herbal ingredients, Navajo tea, and moon water mixed in, the herbs: are lavender, sweetgrass, grape seed extract, passionflower, and tea tree oil, and then I pour the Navajo tea and the magical moon water into the pot to mix it," said Behitha as she is making a cure in the cooking pot.
As she pours the Navajo tea and the moon water as the last ingredients, she stirs the herbal potion in the pot to turn it into an anti-cat serum. "The potion smells good here," said Tung. "The potion is all done and all set," said Behitha.
The potion shines with the lightful color of indigo, glowing. "Now, let's go find your leader immediately," said Behitha. The others agree with Behitha's words.
In the city, the others looked around to find Dex. The scream from the woman emerged in the city. "What was that?" asked Tung. "The scream came from the middle side of the town, come on, it's gotta be Dex attacking someone," said Jenny.
The others followed the scream into the middle path of the town. The were-cat Dex is hissing and growling at the woman who is walking her way home. "Please, don't hurt me, I have a baby at home with my wife!" said the man, scared for his life when he was terrorized by Dex the were-cat. "Dex!" shouted Zap. "Please, help me!" said the man. "Dex, don't!" said Zap. Dex turned to see Zap and the others, still recognizing. The man runs away to safety. "Dex, we're here to help you. Can you recognize us?" said Zap, talking to the were-cat Dex.
The were-cat Dex crawls closer to Zap, Zap gently strokes Dex's head, cat ears, and his fur. Dex purred, and he stroked Zap's cheek. "It really is him," said Tung. "The cat scratch made him turn," said Jenny. "Dex, we got you a cure, you have to take it so that it'll bring you back to normal," said Zap. Dex purred with the agreement. "Come, child, you must drink this," said Behitha, talking to Dex. "Oh my God, it's a were-cat!" said the hunter who came down the streets, startling the team and Behitha. "Uh oh!" said Lola. "Come on, Dex, we've gotta get you back to the Habitat," said Jenny. The team tried to get Dex out of the city, but the other hunter threw a dart at Dex, causing him to be sedated. "Dex!" said Zap. "Oh no!" said Behitha.
"Stay aside, fellas, he's a danger to the city," said the leading hunter named Dorian. "Don't hurt him, do you recognize that the were-cat is Dex Hamilton?" said Zap.
"I know Dex Hamilton, but this were-cat is not him," said Dorian. "Sir, it is Dex, are you dumb? He got scratched by a cat and transformed into a were-cat," said Jenny. "And you pretty lass, you must Jenny 10," said Dorian. "Lass?" asked Jenny. "Dorian!" said Behitha. "Ah, Behitha, long time no see," said Dorian. "Dorian, your hunting is still the reason why we broke up last year. You need to know that the were-cat is Dex Hamilton and the others and I are trying to cure him," said Behitha. "Oh, you can't cure the were-cat, it'll never turn into a human self," said Dorian. "Don't kill him!" shouted Jenny as she came up to Dorian, defending the were-cat Dex. "Well, nothing's going to work for you, lass. Look at you now, with beautiful brown hair, the sweet curves of your body, and the whole beauty," said Dorian, circling Jenny as she looked at him angrily. Jenny covers her butt with her hands, preventing Dorian if he tries to touch her. "You wouldn't dare!" said Zap. "Don't even think about it, dude. Touch me in the butt or anywhere on my body, and I'd kick you right in the nuts real hard so that you won't make babies, I mean real, real hard, I kick you," said Jenny, scolding Dorian in a harsh tone. "Yeah, don't even touch any of us," said Lola, defending Jenny as she pointed her pepper spray at Dorian. "If you fellas siding with the were-cat over me, I suggest we should take one of you with us as bait," said Dorian.
Dorian grabs Jenny by the arm, Jenny tries to pry Dorian off. Zap stops him by pushing him. "And there's a strong bug boy," said Dorian. "If you're gonna take her, take me instead. I am not afraid of you, so back off of her and take me as bait for something," said Zap. "Well, fair enough," said Dorian. "Zap, don't do it," said Tung. "Zap, don't," said Lola. Jenny shakes her head no, disagreeing. "I have to. For Dex," said Zap, talking to his team and Behitha. "Zap!" said Behitha.
The hunters take Zap hostage while they're taking the were-cat Dex with them, and they drive off. "We've gotta save them both before the time runs out soon," said Tung. "Don't worry, we'll follow them. I promise you, we'll save them just in time before things start rising soon," said Behitha.
