So in this what happens is that Minato did seal the Nine Tails inside Naruto's sister and half of the nine tails inside of Kushina with the help of Hiruzen. Hiruzen is alive and Minato is Hokage and everyone knows about his daughter Mito. But no one knows about their sone Naruto, not even Danzo. They don't want to forget Naruto, but they did subconsciously did.
Shisui Uchiha: (Standing at the training ground, waiting for Naruto)
Naruto: (Running towards Shisui) I'm here! *huffs* I'm sorry, I had to help a fish climb a tree.
Shisui: (Face faulted) I'm reminding for the last time, you better stop those lame excuses.
Naruto: *scoffs* What can I even do about it, it's just that they—
Shisui: No need for excuses, let's focus on training for now.
Naruto: *Looks at him with determined eyes* Right!
Shisui: This is not my first time seeing him this determined but still it doesn't fail to amaze me.
Naruto: So what are we going to do today except running around this village.
Shisui: *sighs* You're still young Naruto and you haven't even graduated.
Naruto: Oh come on! Better to be early and have to try again than to be too late and have to catch up.
Shisui: I guess other's no winning against you.
Naruto: *nods* Right!
Shisui: Well then today we will—
They trained till night and now Naruto is returning home.
Naruto: (Standing in front of the Namikaze resident, taking a deep breath) Here goes nothing. (Opens the door and walks inside and sees that they are eating dinner without him)
Namikazes: (Minus Naruto laughing and enjoying their dinner)
Naruto: (Slowly walks towards Kushina) Hey Mom, do you have any food left.
Kushina: (Looks at Naruto) Oh my sweetie, I'm sorry, we forgot about you.
Naruto: It's fine.
Kushina: Go take a look to see if their is anything left, if their isn't, then let me cook for you.
Naruto: (Goes and takes a look aty the counter and takes a deep breath) Don't worry Mom, theirs some left. (Lying)
Kushina: Okay sweetie.
Naruto: (Takes an empty plate and walks towards his room)
Minato: Huh! He didn't sit with us?
Mito: I guess he wants some time alone.
Minato: *nods* I guess to.
Kushina: Why are we wasting our time let's enjoy our dinner!
With Naruto
Naruto: (Was waiting at the stairs wondering if they would call him. Walks upstairs with a painful heart. Walks inside his room and puts the plate on the table and sits on the ground. Trying his best not to cry but he cires. Remembers something someione had told him.)
?: You can't laugh at the same joke again and again, but why do you keep crying over the same thing again and again.
Naruto: (Cries hard after remembering those words) I-it just it hurts, hurts so much that I— Who am I even talking, not like anyone's gonna sit and hear me. Except Shisui-sensei. (Sleeps on his mattress)
A Few Months Later: With Shisui
Shisui: (While removing his left eye) Itsuki… Please do me a favor.
Itsuki( Itachi is a female): Shisui! What are you?
Shisui: (He takes his only remaining eye out, and held his hand out to Itsuki) Please give this eye to Naruto.
Itsuki: Naruto, you mean that yellow hair student of your!
Shisui: Yeah please Itsuki.
Itsuki: (Takes the eye silently)
Shisui: (Feel backwards over the cliff and killed himself)
Itsuki: SHISUI! (Itsuki sharingan changed from the three tomoe to her mangeko)
With Naruto
Naruto: (Having his ramen in Ichiraku. When he felt someone touch his shoulder. The turned around) Ohh it's you Itsuki-chan.
Itsuki: Naruto, come with me for a minute.
Naruto: Hai! Right behind you!
Itsuki: (Touches his shoulder and body flickers)
Naruto: So what do you wanted to say to me?
Itsuki: (Trying to build up courage) Naruto, it's about Shisui.
Naruto: Umm yeah what about him?
Itsuki: Well he died just a few minutes ago.
Naruto: *His eyes widened* Wait what?
Itsuki: *cries a bit* I'm sorry Naruto, he died.
Naruto: (felt his cheek get wet. Rubs his cheeks and notices he is crying) B-but w-why do-does he ha-have to die!
Itsuki: I'm sorry Naruto, I can't even tell you who killed him but here wait a second.
Naruto: *still crying* What?
Itsuki: (Pulls out Shisui's eye) He told me to implant this in you.
Naruto: *Nods* Hai.
Itsuki: (Removes Naruto's left eye and puts Shisui's eye and heals it a bit)
Naruto: *Groaning in pain* Aghh! It's hurt! (Holds his left eye)
Itsuki: It's gonna hurt because you're not a full blooded Uchiha, and don't overuse it also.
Naruto: (Nods and wipes the blood from his left eye)
Itsuki: Can you open your eyes slowly.
Naruto: (Opens his eye slowly) Agh it hurts (It eye changed to Shisui's mangekyo)
Itsuki: *Her eyes widen*
Naruto: Huh! Did something happen?
Itsuki: Umm do you know chakra control and all?
Naruto: Yeah Shisui-sensei Taught me everything.
Itsuki: Can you put chakra into your left eye a bit.
Naruto: (Does as Itsuki says) Okay. (Suddenly the Mangekyo turns into three tomoe)
Itsuki: That's impossible for someone to control it. I guess all big talks of Shisui were real. Okay Naruto look that thing you've got on your left eye. It is not a thing to show off.
Naruto: I know don't worry Itsuki-chan.
Itsuki: And how's you gonna hide it?
Naruto: Well nobody notices me even if I sit next to them so there's nothing to worry about, but still I'll wear a patch of cloth around my left eye until I graduate.
Itsuki: *nods* Good well then I'll leave.
Naruto: Hai!
Itsuki: *body flickers*
Naruto: (Body flickers to Ichiraku ramen while having his left eye closed, similar to how Shisui would)
Graduation Day
Mito: (Comes downstairs running and gigging) Hey Mom! Hey Dad!
Kushina: Hey sweetie.
Minato: Hey Mito!
Mito: Huh! You didn't left for your work?
Minato: Forgot what's today?
Mito: How could I forgot what's today! I have been training for this only!
Minato: *Nods* So during your graduation I'm also there.
Mito: *smiles brightly* But, what about Naruto?
Minato: *shocked* Naruto?
Kushina: Hmm what about him?
Mito: Well you already know right you haven't been training him since that day.
Kushina: *A sudden urge of guiltiness flows through their veins*
Years Ago
Minato: (sitting in his couch along with Kushina) Are you sure?
Jiraiya: I was summoned in the Mount Myoboku the elder old sage gave me a prophecy. (Says in a serious tone) And it's concerning.
Kushina: (Puts water in front of them and also sits down to hear about the prophecy)
Jiraiya: A strong entity will emerge and destroy the entire world even bijuu with bow their head inly one shinobi world towards peace and enlightenment. I strongly believe it's Mito.
Kushina: You're sure about this?
Jiraiya: She has Kyuubi's chakra and moreover she also has access to chainss. Your speciality chakra chains and being trained by the sannins and you and Kushina.
Minato: What are you trying to suggest?
Jiraiya: We must train her harder in order to let her carry the burden.
Minato: But what about Naruto? He is also important!
Jiraiya: I'm not saying he is not afterall I named hi, but we might not know when that masked guy could attack so, we must train her to be safe. Right now our main priority is Mito, we must train her you could train Naruto when her enters The academy.
Kushina: I'm not sure he might—
Jiraiya: I believe he is a understanding guy he will understand about this also don't worry.
Minato: (Looking at the glass of water he is holding) Alright Sensei.
In Present Time
Minato: *having a guilty feeling* Let's wait till he comes down for breakfast.
Kushina: *Nods* Right.
Mito: (sits at the dining table for her breakfast)
After a while Naruto woke up, took a bath, and headed downstairs.
Naruto: (Walking downstairs with a eye patch)
Mito: *looks at him* Hey who are you!?
Kushina: (looks at whom Mito is shouting and also looks confused)
Naruto: (Felt is heart being crushed) How good of a sister you are. Forgot about your twin brother already.
Mito: *eyes widen* Na-Naruto.
Naruto: Yeah.
Kushina: Why is my heart hurting like something stab me forcefully. Last time I remember knowing him was when he came for food and then—
Naruto: Stop thinking mom you would only get a headache and nothing much.
Minato: Naruto, why don't you come and join us for breakfast.
Naruto: *sigh* I don't like to have breakfasts.
Minato: Okay then we want to discuss about something for that could you.
Naruto: Alright, I understand. (goes and sits at the table) Can I get a coffee Mom?
Kushina: Umm yeah sure why not!
Mito: (lookking at Naruto in utter shock and blushing a bit) How could he have such a nice glowup.
Kushina: (Gives Naruto a glass of coffee) Here son (Sits down in front of him besides Minato)
Naruto: (sips his coffee) So how about to start talking Dad.
Minato: (Takes a deep breath) Naruto it might be hard for you and me also, but I know we peobably haven't train you for years and were only focused on Mito. So you know how about you do academy next year me and Kushina will prepare you for that.
Mito: Yeah Dad's right even I could train you then.
Naruto: (Sips his coffee and is calm) May I remind you Dad the everyone don't need their parents training to be a shinobi. There are some orphans who became shinobi on their own efforts. If you don't know about me then it's better if you don't talk about it Dad.
Mito: Naruto! That's not a way you talk to Dad.
Naruto: You—
Minato: Let iy be Mito, okay, then Naruto do you believe you could pass the exams.
Naruto: Yeah.
Minato: Okay then all the best for your graduation.
Naruto: Alright!
Kushina: And Naruto what's that eye patch for?
Naruto: (puts hand on his left eye) Oh this.
Minato: Yeah did something happen or?
Naruto: No nothing happened, it's just I don't know why but I'm looking good on this attire.
Minato: He is hiding something and is not telling me, I need to figure it out afterwards.
Naruto: Okay then I'll leave for academy.
Kushina: Wait for a few minutes for your sister, she might like your company.
Mito: Yeah let's walk together.
Naruto: *sighs* if you all say so. Just a few more hours then you won't be seeing me.
