Chapter 5

I immediately bought sealing supplies and went to training ground 4 which was often ignored due to its location and lack of features. "Well now, just to start let's make a half dozen test seals for every seal I plan to sell." I had taken to talking to myself out loud and knew I would need to stop before I went into the field and did something dumb.

Storage, explosion, medical, trap, haze, and agony these were the seals I would sell so after spending all day making them I went to bed.

The next morning I went to a seal and supply store which to my surprise had no Tenten in it. The owner was instead a young man of about 20 having recently inherited his fathers store.

"Hello Young friend, how can I help you today?" he seemed the friendly sort which should make him easy to start a partnership with.

"Good morning to you my new friend I have come here today with a business proposition for you."

"Great, can't wait to hear it." He sounded sincere with only a bit of doubt about my age bleeding through.

"I am, despite my age, a seal master and I want to sell my seals to your store. To that end I have brought with me 6 different types of seals and I have 6 samples of each." I began by going straight to the point.

"Well that is a surprise but as a younger man myself I understand that you may well be a gold mine so please may i examine the merchandise?'' I slid them in stacks on the counter before he spoke again."Ah I believe I recognize the storage and explosion tags they are hard to keep in stock but the others are a mystery to me."

"You are correct about those 2, they are the most common seals but as for the others, from right to left we have: a haze seal, it essentially is a stored genjutsu that creates heavy distortion. It's easy to notice but very hard to dispel due to a continuous output unlike a single cast genjutsu. Next is the medical seal. This is for first aid and will likely be the biggest seller of all since it can mend a broken bone and close up stab wounds in a few minutes." This certainly got his attention as he almost drooled at the seals. "Next are trap seals. They are just as they sound if chakra that did not set it comes near it they fire ninja wire around the target which is great for capture missions. Now last is the only one I won't let you test it is call agony and it does what the name says by directly targeting nerve cluster at the back of the neck it is a clean quick and terrifying weapon of interrogation. I will insist these only be sold to certain people by the way." I concluded my sales pitch on a negative since he had already bought in.

"Yes yes of course they seem very dangerous indeed so may I test the other 4 as I don't feel the need to blow up my shop either?"

"Go right ahead."

I left with some cash and a promise to purchase more when I made them. I quickly ran to the tower and told the secretary to give the old man the envelope that I put the cash he lent me into. Next I went to the field to make 100 med seals as they were the ones Enji paid the most for.

7 months later

I had been hard at work and now was level 38. I maxed out my agility to 10 and brought my luck up to 6 as for my ab points I maxed out funijutsu to 100 and brought taijutsu up to 75 meaning I was competent but not better than a chunin.(certain skill scale with age) I used the other 45 points to bring creativity up to 140.

This was it! The day I would announce to the world my first target. So to do this in a classy way I went to Ichirakus and asked about gift cards.

"Well we do send out free bowls coupons sometimes I guess we could just sell you those if you want?" The old man at the stand was intrigued by the idea of prepaying for others without trying to keep track of tabs.

"Sounds great, I will take 200 please."

"200!? Why do you want 200? I only have like 150 or so in stock for village wide distribution!"

"Oh well then I guess I will take 100 and I will come back later for more. As to the reason I need them well, that is simple. I need to bribe Naruto." On hearing that he just started laughing and got me the coupons.

It took me some time to find Naruto since he was not at the academy today but I eventually found him moping near training ground 9. "Hey Naruto"

"Who? Oh it you."he said like a kicked dog

"Hey now don't be like that besides I have come bearing gifts or rather payment for your services."

"What do you mean services and what were you going to give me?" now he sounded suspicious

"Well as for what I want it's just that since I know you have painted to monument in broad daylight before I have a special banner I want you to hang between the 2nd and 3rd faces for me."

"That is something I could do but if you want me to get in trouble like that you better make it worth it."

"I have a very good offer I believe. The offer is 30 free bowls of Ichiraku's ramen. What do you say?" I said the last part with complete victory in my voice as he was drooling at the papers in my hand

"I say when do you want it hung?"

"Right now."

1 hour later

I was sitting on a bench in plain view of the tower looking at a giant banner that said "THE FIRST TARGET OF LOKI'S HAREM CONQUEST IS ... ANKO MITIRASHI!

It was subtle messaging at its finest. Speaking of subtlety, the Hokage had snuck up behind me while I was admiring the banner which cost 3x what he loaned me easily.

"Loki-kun I have to hand it to you, that is the funniest shit I think I have ever seen. Hehehehehe! It is also the ballsiest thing I have ever seen as well considering who's name is on that banner." He sounded downright proud of me right now and it was a little bit touching with the sunset and all.

"I only wonder how long it will take her to find me now that I don't live at the orphanage anymore." I had moved out last year into an apartment on a month to month while I searched for a house and waited for graduation day. The registry did not reflect this change yet.

"Well it may take her hours or days but either way you will be seeing her soon.(big old man sigh) By the way now I am even more curious about how you plan to rope me into helping with your crazy harem idea when that woman is your target?" He seemed a little worried and I found it cute.

"Well when I promised that I would reveal part of the mystery on this day did you really think I would let it make you less curious?" I asked with crystal clear mirth in my voice.

"HA no ... No, I suppose that would be nothing like the Loki I know. I need to get back to my work. I hope you survive this scheme of yours boy. Good Luck." And with that he vanished.

4 days later

I awoke to the feeling of someone else in my bed standing on it.I knew who it was and why she was here so I needed to make a perfect first impression.

"Anko-chan, if you're going to join me in bed you can lay down and be more comfortable." As I said this I looked at her and she seemed like someone who just got thrown off their game but she recovered quickly.

"Sooooooo Loki-kun I hear you want to conquer me hmmmmmmm!? and make me a starter whore in a harem?! Is that right my dear dear Loki-kun?" Her voice started sexy then switched to angry then back to sexy at the end it was quite an experience to hear.

"Ah I see you got my message well what did you think? Pretty romantic using the monument like that huh?" This was even more fun than I imagined it would be when I decided to start this way.

"Romantic? ROMANTIC!? You little fucker you think publicly declaring your intent to conquer me into a fucking harem was romantic?!" She screamed at me so loudly that everyone in the village heard her. I felt certain of that. She then grabbed 2 kunai and put 1 to my throat and 1 at my crotch. "How much more romantic will it be when I castrate you and hang you bleeding naked body where that banner was?"

It seemed to be time for some expert negotiations. "Now don't do that. I have a much more fulfilling proposition for you. 100,000$ is my steak and a single date where you try to have a good time and not at my expense is your steak. How's that sound?" I really was evil for how I was doing this but all is fair in love and war.

"Oh you are a cocky little shit aren't you what's the bet first?"

"The bet is within 40 days you will call me master." Her eyes lit like fires and she pressed the knives harder against me.

"You bastard I should kill you for even suggesting that might happen."

"You seem awfully scared I might win Anko-chan. Are you truly that afraid you can't control yourself?" It was do or die literally now because she may well kill me before I can channel chakra.

"Fine! And I will stay in the village as much as I can so you can't claim I hid either but you better pay in cash or you will pay in blood."

With that she left through the window and I could only smile because this was freaking fun.

28 days later

I had decided to graduate and left the academy behind since I wanted to do a few D ranks before dealing with Anko. I went straight to the chunin mission guy and grabbed 10 D ranks to do while I waited for the rest of the month to pass. 3 of them were dog walking and 3 were grocery delivery jobs things I could do without issue and did all 6 the first day.

next day

Today was 1 day before I would meet Hiruzen to deal with Anko and I planned to spend the first half painting a fence, cleaning a house, moving an old lady to a new house, and finally weeding a garden.

The rest of the day I spent making a fresh 'jaws of life' seal. It was strange since it was one of the only seals which could expire if not soon enough having a shelf life of about a week before losing effectiveness. It was one of 2 things I would use tomorrow, the other being my jacked up skills. As I looked over the seal one last time before I went to bed I had but one thought. Tomorrow will be awesome!

next day

I walked straight past the secretary today and straight into the big office smiling to myself."Hey old man today is the day are you ready."

"Hello and good morning Loki-kun. It is indeed the day that you made some pretty wild promises about, so how do you want me to help? I am not saying I will help but I want to finally sate my curiosity!" He seemed to be quite taken with my little conspiracy and only made a token effort to pretend neutrality.

"Well the first thing for you is super easy just summon Anko-chan to the tower if you would."

"Now now I never promised to help so you must give me a reason why I should want to summon her." Surprisingly he was actually playing fair.

"You currently have a shinobi under your command running around compromised by a seal on her neck and the 'yet to be acknowledged but none the greatest seal master in the world' is here and happy to remove it." I made this statement with as much grandeur and flourish as a nearly 11 year old could muster.

"Cat fetch Anko immediately" He lost his playful tone and was now looking quite serious at me. "How did you learn of the seal and how are you certain you can fix it?"

"On the first matter it is simple. Once I decided to have Anko I learned as much as I could about her, and that seal is hardly a secret. Now on the second matter it is less simple because explaining to someone how damn good you are at something without sounding egotistical is not exactly easy." I said the last part with a slight smirk knowing full well to whom I was speaking.

At that opportune moment Anko came through the door with Cat. "What have you got for me tod- WHAT THE HELL IS THAT BRAT DOING HERE?" It was a perfect moment of realization that I would treasure forever in my precious memories vault.

"It would seem our resident young seal master wishes to undo the curse you have been living with Anko." The old man was pragmatic in his explanation.

"This cocky shit is a fucking seal master? Seriously?" Anko seemed to doubt me for some unknown and unknowable reason.

"Yes I have seen his work myself and he is at least in my opinion better than Jiraiya-kun at the art." the old man had clearly either purchased some of my work or spied on me but who cares it works in my favor.

Now I needed to get while the getting is good. "Well Anko-chan this is what I have been working on for a while now. To bring you right here, right now. I will undo the curse seal that binds you to the devil you know, but only after you sign this contract with the devil you don't" This seemed to catch them both off guard as I set 3 copies of a contract on the desk. "These are all the same contract and I won't water it down at all; it is basically a slave contract. Under the terms if I do not succeed I owe Anko-chan 200,000$ but when I do succeed she will become my slave and accept the summon seal, the recharge seal, and the tattle tail seal instead of the more common slave seal.

"This seems a dirty way to get what you want Loki" Hiruzen's voice was full of reproach but it did not matter at all to me since Anko was already walking to the contracts.

"Before I sign tell me what these seals are."

"Of course the summon seal will allow for two way summoning between the 2 of us. The recharge seal will let you store 80% of you capacity worth of chakra in it and use it anytime you the tattle tail seal will tell me when ever you do something against my will or instructions." This was far far more generous than a slave seal which used pain for damn near every situation.

"Fine then, I still don't think you can do it but this is still a win win for me." She signed right in front of me, the old man and the anbu in the room.

"Ok Hokage-sama, the next thing I need from you is a location to do this because people will feel all the chakra that will be flying about." He simply nodded with a serious look on his face and led the way to the basement sealing room.

"This room will contain most any chakra used or released so go ahead." He clearly had a somewhat diminished opinion of me now but that would recover in time I was certain.

3 hours later

I set Anko on the coach in the Hokage's office. She was out for most of the procedure by design since working with her screaming in pain would be hard.

The jaws of life seal basically hold a seal apart so that individual parts can be worked on. The reason the curse seal is such a problem is that traditionally you have to make a counter seal that breaks though and destroys everything at once in one go and if you miss any part the whole thing grows back without you being able to tell where you went wrong.

The jaws of life seal is made to counter this problem by essentially changing the rules and letting a seal master try and fail on individual parts rather than on the whole.

"Well Loki-kun you did it" he sounded less happy than I would have preferred him to be but he would adapt and like me again with time.

"Yep, (sigh) I found a good 'rent to own' house that I will be moving into today. Here is my new address." I slid him a piece of paper." Also the next chunin exams are in Iwa and they have always allowed individual competitors so I want to be in them." It was not the best time to bring this up but I didn't really want to talk about anything else at the moment.

"Hmmmm, I can see why but we are Iwa's most hated enemy. You WILL BE A TARGET." He didn't raise his voice but his tone was so serious that he didn't need to.

"I'm sure you spied on me enough to know it won't be an issue right?" I asked as much as I told with those words.

"I will sign the paperwork since you are the only genin I would even consider sending there. This might bring the temperature down if we successfully work together on an exam. However you are not to antagonize anyone when at the exams or it defeats the point."

It was the best deal I could get and Anko was stirring so I agreed quickly and turned to her " Back to life I see Anko. Well how do you feel?"

"Urgh I feel like puke warmed over shit on a dango stick." Her response made everyone chuckle including her not so secret anbu friend cat.

"Well I mainly stuck around to make sure you woke up without issue. I am going to move to my new house now so once you are up to it, meet me there. I gave Hokage-sama the address." With that I departed.

(Hiruzen's pov)

"How are you truly feeling, Anko? This is big in multiple ways for you?" I was quite concerned with the whole ordeal and more concerned since Loki-kun seemed to not know the meaning of the word 'concern'.

"I'm not sure how I feel. I know that I am beyond thrilled to be free of Orochimaru but now I find that a boy who I have known less than 40 days now has my leash in his hand. It's not like I know what kind of person he is because he has wrong footed me at every turn so far. It's like he wants to keep me off balance."

"I would love to give you comforting answers but I don't have any." I said truthfully "The boy is a mystery to me as well, but this is by far the most malicious thing he has ever done, however that is all I can say."

"Well all I know is my life just got a lot more interesting (sigh) I am gonna grab some dango before I meet him. What was his address?"

2 hours later

I had completed the move but most of my stuff was still in bundles and boxes. It was however, at this time that Anko knocked on my door. "Hey Anko-chan you don't have to knock, you will be living here too." I declared, gauging her reaction from the corner of my eye. She seemed like I confirmed her thought rather than dropped a bombshell on her.

"I had suspected as much. Ummm I have a question."

"Feel free to ask questions when not under immediate orders." I told her to close the loophole before it could be used.

"So when you say the seal will tell when I do something against your will what does that mean?"

"Oh that just means when I say to do or not do something there is no getting around it on some technicality because it's not just my exact words but my will you see?"

"Yeah, I kinda figured that was the case. (sigh) Look I know I will regret asking this but the contract also says you have sole rights to punish however you see fit. Ummm what did you mean by that exactly?" She sounded truly embarrassed on this inquiry.

" It means what it says, but if you are asking me what punishments I will use... I'm not telling." I said the last part with a smirk "Oh by the way, time to deal with some outstanding business. Anko you don't have to do this more than once most likely but I command you to call me master."

She blushed. Whether it was from anger or from embarrassment I could not tell but it was cute nonetheless.

"Yes master" She said looking to cry from embarrassment or from anger or both so I just nodded, she knew who won.

"You have a week to move in with me."

"I can do it in 2 days since my lease is up for renewal ummmm... what should I actually call you?"

"Hmmm well in public call me Loki but in private for now call me sir."

"Yes sir" Anko purred. Oh wow was she messing with me? I had expected more fight from her but she seemed more like she wanted me to cream my pants right now.

" Now I need to give you some standing orders to follow. So first you will not flirt with anyone other than me from now on second you SHALL use your seals if you are in danger and 3rd you will not unless ordered to tell lies about me got it?"

"Yes sir."
