Chapter 9
When we got back to the village I sent Anko with Haku in tow to the house while I went to see the Hokage.
"What's up old man, how you doing today!?" I tried to be more polite and inquire after him when I burst through the doors this time.
"Ah Loki-kun it's good to see you and I am doing just fine thank you. So how did the mission go?" I smirked and unsealed Zabuza on the floor where he could see. "My goodness that Zabuza of the seven swordsmen! So you were right after all the mission rank was fake. Dammit! I was going to send team 7 on that mission until you asked for one. That could have been a disaster of epic proportions!" He seemed as angry as he was relieved.
"So it looks like I will get the good seats at the exams and you still have to offer up a good bet if you want that secret." I said and he chuckled with me.
"Yes it is a shame but I have little doubt I can tempt you with something. Oh there was something I wanted you to do for me if you had nothing else to report."
"Oh just that I have invoked right 93 of the ninja rights charter. She is at my house."
"Ah, another slave and a foreign warrior this time. I hope you used less generous seals on her than you did on Anko." At my acquiescing nod he continued with what he had to say. "I have been informed that all the rookies from this year's class are to be nominated for the exams. I can withhold approval for any reason and I want to use that as leverage to have you test them and report your findings on them to me. Now I know you won't do this for money so what are your conditions?" He said trying to act aggrieved and failing miserably.
"Well I guess I will use the same leverage as you to get my fun in on them so my only condition is that the jonin drop them off at grounds 57 by noon tomorrow and leave for the day, no observers and no interference." He had a look that said he was not sure if leaving me alone with young, innocent genin (they are infact older than me by 24-36 months) was a good idea but he agreed to my conditions and that is all that matters to me.
When I arrived at my house I walked in on Anko playing dress up with Haku. She had Haku in a maid outfit "Yes definitely yes it's your new uniform!" I think my words started them since they both jumped and while Anko began to grin like a Cheesier cat Haku blushed head to toe brightly. It was soooooo cute. I couldn't stop looking her up and down until Anko spoke to me.
"Only one thing is still a question about this outfit." Haku seemed to know just what Anko was going to say and tried to wave her into silence. "Should she wear anything under the skirt?" With these words she lifted Haku's skirt and I saw that Anko had shaved her kitten since bringing her here.
"I think she can have underwear for when guests are here but she should not wear them unless there are guests. Now I have time to kill and for once I have no urge to train so Haku is going to learn how to give a massage." as I moved to lay on the floor Anko declared that she was going shopping for some massage that I would wait.

The next day I went to the training field around noon-ish and met the rookie nine all together for the first time since academy.
"You! What the hell are you doing here? We were supposed to meet a chunin for evaluation." Kiba always knew just what to say to annoy me. I.e. anything loud.
"Troublesome, Loki-san is our evaluator I'm guessing." Shikamaru saved me the trouble of correcting the mutt.
"What, no way he can't be a chunin!" Naruto was loud but thankfully didn't have the voice actor from the dub.
"No child can evaluate an Uchiha!" Oh Sasuke if only you knew.
"P-p-p-p-p-perhapes we should hear Loki-san's explanation before ...epp!" Hinata you are just too cute not to love.
"Here is the mission scroll for evaluation of all nine of you. As you can read, it is made out to me. Furthermore it says you will cooperate with this test and any conditions I put on it at my own discretion. Now stop bitching and listen! You will all 9 attack me at once you will have 30 minutes to land a clean hit with any non genjutsu attack. I will evaluate you both as teams and as individuals during this test. When you land a clean hit I will retaliate but until then I will not use offense at all. Lastly any one who is too pathetic to land a hit in the time allotted will receive punishment with either the cane, the paddle or my hand 25-50-100 respectively. Any questions?"
"Yeah what the hell?" It was quite eerie to see and hear 6 people speak in perfect sync like that. The exceptions were Shino, Shikamaru, and Hinata with the first two remaining silent and Hinata fainting. Yea, blushing is cute most of the time, stuttering is cute some of the time, but fainting is only cute once . I was going to break that habit today.
"You can't spank us, you perv!" Ino's declaration was expected and welcomed with a retort that none of their prides could resist.
"Oh so you guys are both questioning official orders AND presupposing that you will be unable to land a single blow 9vs1 for 30 minutes straight, and you think that you should be a chunin." With that they all shut up and fell into stances looking like they wanted to not just pass the evaluationn but kill me. This will be fun!
I set a clock on a rock about 20 feet away and put a seal to prevent tampering on it then returned to them. "Start" I began by dodging them for a while just observing for the report. The first thing of interest to happen was Sasuke throwing a fireball without looking behind his target. I had to save Choji from a painful death because of that. The next interesting thing was Naruto spamming hundreds of clones in a mad bum rush.
I dodged all his attacks and dispelled most of the clones until I felt a small cut on my leg from where he had transformed into a rock in the madness and since I failed a perception check he got me clean. "Good job Naruto!" I congratulated him and quickly paralyzed him with a seal that had been on him in the first wave of attacks. The next person I knocked out of the game was Shino since his bugs had gotten on me.
Shikamaru ended up getting me in his shadow at one point just long enough for Choji to land a hit. I then activated my light seals, breaking the shadow and quickly paralyzing both boys. Ino had tried to get to me too but missed and was out of it from being out of shape for most of the match. Sakura was, as always, useless, and Kiba kept swinging and missing for the most part. Until Akamaru reverted to his puppy shape and acted all adorable at me. I knew it was a trap, but I willingly fell for it picking him up and getting bit for my trouble.
Now there were only 4 left and Hinata was the only one who held her own fate in her own hands as the rest would get no mercy from me. The emo attacked me from behind no less than 9 times so far apparently not realizing how predictable it was. Hinata launched herself at me and I dodged backwards with only a small amount of difficulty until my foot was caught by... a hand? It was enough to let Hinata close 3 chakra points. I lifted the Naruto clone out of the ground, and realized he must have saved one or more of them from the spam even after being paralyzed.
After that I took out Hinata and sent a detection pulse through the ground and then destroyed every remaining clone. There were only a couple minutes left on the clock and the attacks from Sakura and Sasuke got more and more reckless while Ino had gotten more timid with all her teammates out of the game. In the last 20 seconds I ended up having to stop a kunai from pinky or it would have killed Ino, but then finally.

"And it's over!" I quickly took down the last three before they could make a run for it. "Ok so since this is just as much about humiliation as pain I am going to prop up our winners so they can watch our losers get what is coming to them. I will also restore function to the heads of our losers for greater entertainment."
I decided to start with Sasuke laying him on an earth table much like the Iwa nin had been laid on. He squawked and yelled and threatened so much I almost regretted letting his head be free. I heard gasps from the fan girls when his butt was bared for all to see.
