Howdy folks. This is the next chapter of Mario's adventure in Hell Kingdom. Mario is about to take the first steps in Hazbin Hotel no human has ever done (aside from other fanfiction crossovers of Hazbin Hotel). Let's read.

Mario in Hell Kingdom
Chapter 5: Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel
The three guests approached the front doors of the Hazbin Hotel. The building was indeed huge for its amazing features. Angel and Cherri halted Mario because they wanted to do something special.
"Okay Mario, I want you to wait here until Cherri and I inform the staff you are here." Angel instructed.
"We want to surprise everyone that you've arrived." Cherri teased.
"Okay then, I can wait." said Mario.
The two demons opened the doors and closed them behind, leaving Mario to wait outside. He took the time to look behind and get a marvelous view of Pentagram City. It's no wonder the hotel was sitting on top of a hill.
'Well, there isn't any other place for me to bunk in. If I want to return home, I would need to follow official rules in this world until there is a chance for me.' Mario thought.
Inside the Hazbin Hotel, we see Charlie, Vaggie, and three other demons having some conversations and doing their own hobbies.
The first new demon was Alastor, also known as the Radio Demon. He was a slim-dapper demon Overlord with a broad smile of sharp, yellow teeth. He wore a red pinstripe coat with dark red apels piped with white, which is ragged along the bottom hem. Underneath this, he wears a bright red dress shirt with a black cross on the chest and long black dress pants with matching bright red cuffs. He also wears a black, knitted bowtie with a bright red center, black gloves with red at the fingertips, and black pointed-toe boots with red deer hoofprints emblazoned on the soles. Lastly, he carries a thin cane with a sentient vintage style microphone attached to it, which he uses to play sound effects and broadcast his voice. A creepy fact about Alastor is that he likes to hand out sinister deals out of his victims for his amusement.
The next new demon was Niffty, a single-eyed sinner demon who works as the maid, cook, and pest control for the hotel. Her attire consists of a black neckerchief around her neck and a 1950s red-pink maid dress under a white apron with three hot-pink dripping splotches. She also wears long black gloves, which cover most of her hands and arms, along with matching-colored tights. She's always crazy when it comes to stabbing and seeing more 'bad boys'.
The last demon was Husk, a grumpy gambler and magician who's in charge as a front desk clerk and bartender. His appearance is an anthropomorphic avian cat demon, with the look being evocative of a magician paired with casino referencing playing cards. His fur is a dark taupe, overlayed with white on his face, torso, feet, and upper arms. His tail is long and dark taupe-colored, ending with a large spray of plume-like feathers, which are vivid-red with black and white stripes. His wings are large and red, with darker-taupe on the undersides. He wears minimal clothing, which consists of a black top hat with a red band and a gold button-like decoration, a red bowtie around his neck, and a set of black trousers, which are held by black suspenders over his shoulders. One thing to know about Husk is that he hates everything in his life and drinks a ton of alcoholic beverages.
As everyone was doing their daily periodic schedules, the front doors opened, and the two demons came inside. Angel and Cherri walked toward the staff to say their hellos.
"Hello, my fellow acquaintances!" Angel announced.
"Wassup, douches!" Cherri greeted.
"Hey there, Angel and Cherri!" Charlie greeted them back.
"Where were you?" Vaggie questioned sternly.
"Puh, he probably decided to f**k some s**t." Husk growled.
"Did you meet any 'bad boys' out there?" Niffty asked.
"Please do tell, I really do like to hear the sweet despair of a sinner being tortured into a bloodbath." Alastor chuckled in a radio-like voice.
Angel and Cherri looked at each other, knowing where this was going. So, they decided to share their story.
"Well if you all want to know, Cherri and I encountered that stupid cobra, Pentious. We were doing our best to get him off of Cherri's home turf…"
"Didn't we just f*****g say you shouldn't be doing any sinful s***s since you are living here?" Vaggie reminded the spider demon with hate.
"Hey, I'm explaining the story here, mothy. Let me continue." Angel remarked while Vaggie got annoyed. "So anyway, Cherri and I were about to beat Pentious in the balls until he managed to contain us with his weaponry."
"At first, we thought we were going to die quickly until a handsome hero of a plumber jumped to our rescue and took care of that son of a b***h cobra. Oh, all of you should've seen it." said Cherri, feeling awestruck.
At the mention of plumber, everyone was a little incredulous. But for Charlie, she seemed to know who they were talking about.
"You said plumber, right?" said Charlie as both demons nodded 'yes'. "Would this plumber happen to be named 'Mario' by any chance?" she asked.
Everyone in the foyer looked at her with surprised looks while Angel and Cherri were shocked by the reveal. "Yeah, he's the one! Wait, how did you know about his name?" Angel wondered.
"I got a call from my Mom that a very important guest would be arriving here, and we must make sure he stays here safe and sound inside of our hotel. Possibly this 'Mario' you're mentioning." Charlie informed.
"We?" Husk felt annoyed by the sound of that. "Why the hell do we have to join this f****n' soiree of hospitality?"
"Because if he is a human who's not a demon or sinner, then we must make sure he doesn't get killed by anyone in Pentagram City, especially to the overlords that rule each district." Charlie instructed.
"Well, your Highness. What if we told you that these two demons and this human 'Mario' managed to take down a couple of jackasses along with their leader by killing them all?" Cherri dished out.
"WHAT! Why did you two kill those demons?!" cried Charlie.
"Hey, we were on our way coming here, and those f*****s decided to get in our paths and started to f**k us around." Angel reminded them. "But the good thing is Mario managed to overthrow the pack and left us killing them, leaving loads of cash at our disposal. Here, why don't we explain how it all began."
So Angel and Cherri started sharing their story of meeting the fabulous Super Mario to the staff. They gave out his background story of where he was and the amazing history of his heroic records. Then they started explaining the battle against the centurion demon and his pack of goons, how Mario used special powers to strike them down, giving Cherri living-sentient bombs, and using fire flowers to burn the leader into a crisp and take all their allowances from the battle.
All of the staff members were perplexed at the human's outstanding performance. Charlie was proud of Mario's choice of not killing sinners but felt a little scared he could've almost died in the hands of a sinner. Vaggie was thinking about this guy if he were to be trusted or not. Alastor was quite perplexed with Mario's unique triumph over the centurion demon, so he wondered how powerful he was so he could give some kind of challenges if he were to show up. Niffty was both curious and excited about learning this new 'bad boy' in these premises. Would she like to stab him out of liking or hug him so tightly? Husk at first didn't seem to care, but when he heard how the three managed to get a ton of cash by killing the demon, he suddenly felt interested about that phenomenon Mario had within.
As soon as they were finishing it up, Angel and Cherri stood up and walked up the entrance doors. "And to end this off, we have one last surprise." Angel said, motioning to Cherri to open the right door handle. "Ladies and Gentledemons, we would like to welcome the special guest from the Mushroom Kingdom! Meet and greet the honorable famous star child, SUPER MARIO!" They both opened the doors and in front of the hotel entrance stood the one and only famous Super Mario, hero and savior of the Mushroom Kingdom, here in the doorsteps of Charlie's hotel, in person!
Mario just stood there, feeling a little unsure of starting things. So he just stood there and waved at everyone. All the staff members got the chance to take a look at his appearance; Charlie was over thrilled, Vaggie had wonderment, Alastor took it very passionately of his trademark, Nifty was very joyous of a new 'bad boy' here, and Husk only huffed as always.
It didn't take long for the princess of hell to run up to him and say her greetings. "Hello there! You must be Mario of the Mushroom Kingdom, right?" Charlie shouted.
Mario was surprised by the demon's outburst of joy, and he responded. "Umm yes, I'm-a Mario, Super Mario."
Charlie was feeling much happiness as she started shaking both hands at the plumber. "Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel, where you can stay here and redeem your sins and seek redemption. I'm Charlie Morningstar, proprietor of this establishment and the princess of all hell. Pleased to meet you." she spoke out.
Mario returned both handshakes and was surprised to meet another princess. "Oh, you're a princess?" Then he bowed at Charlie as if he was meeting Princess Peach for the first time and gave out a small introduction of himself. "Well greetings Charlie Morningstar, I'm Mario, hero of the Mushroom Kingdom. I recently came to this world from a portal, and I'm looking for a refugee to stay in. I also am not a sinner, for I didn't commit any crime or nefarious things."
Charlie nodded his greeting and proceeded to bring him in while Angel and Cherri closed the doors behind them. She then started to introduce the other staff of the hotel.
"Since it's your first time here, allow me to introduce our patriots of Hazin Hotel." She motioned to Vaggie. "This is Vaggie, the manager of the place and my girlfriend." she said.
Vaggie got up and took a quick inspection at the human plumber. "You seem okay for me, but just make sure you don't cause any problemas in the hotel or Charlie, okay?" she said seriously.
"Yes ma'am." said Mario.
Then Charlie looked at Alastor. "And this gentleman is…"
"Greetings, oh great, Mario." he interrupted her and showed his disposition. "I'm Alastor, one of the Overlords of Pentagram City and the facility manager of the hotel. You're gonna have a wonderful time here or a bad time, whichever is best. HAHAHAHAHA! Anyway, I also hope I can make a deal out of you." he said, sounding disoriented and showing his right hand, glowing in green fire.
"Umm Alastor, now's not the time. You don't want to spook our newly important guest." Charlie assured him.
Vaggie then shared something with Mario. "A serious word of advice; never, EVER, make a deal out of Alastor. You don't know what he'll do that'll cause you to get tortured or serve him for eternity." she quoted seriously.
Mario took note of that and complied. "Alright, whatever you say."
Then Charlie walked over toward Niffty. "This little sinner is called Niffty, our housekeeper and cook for the hotel." she said.
Nifty zoomed up to Mario and climbed up to face, holding on to his overalls. "Heh heh heh, you look very handsome with that beautiful mustache. You'll be a fine 'bad boy' to hang out with." she noted.
Angel came up and picked her up before she could do anything embarrassing in front of him. Mario got a little creeped by her attitude and her 'bad boy' persona. But that didn't matter to him. He then followed Charlie at the front desk, where Husk stood.
"And last but not least, we have Husk, our concierge and bartender of the hotel." she pointed out the grumpy cat magician.
Husk just huffed out of annoyance and said, "Meh, just don't bother me at any time. I prefer to be alone so no one can f**k me around." he said coldly.
Mario felt a little shame that someone was feeling so bummed, making him wanna do something to cheer him up. Then Angel and Cherri walked up to the two to introduce themselves.
"And just so you don't forget, I'm Anthony Dust, but you can call me Angel. I'm a sinner who is a client in this hotel and a famous porn star." he presented.
"I'm Cherri Bomb. An expert at demolitions, athleticism around the city, and close friend/partner in crime of Angie Dusk." Cherri greeted.
"Nice to know all of you. As I said to Charlie, I'm Super Mario, hero of the Mushroom Kingdom. I came to this world via portal. It would be my pleasure to stay at your hotel for the time being. I also am not a sinner, for I didn't commit any crime or nefarious things. However, I might have to leave in the next couple of days." he told everyone.
"Wait, why?" asked the princess.
"Since this is a hotel, I can only stay here a little while. And I have to find a way to go back to my world. I gotta save my people and the princess from the evil King Bowser." said Mario.
"Ohh it's not that simple, my fellow meatface." Alastor replied.
Mario turned and faced him. "Why is that?"
"Since you were sent here, there's absolutely no way hell's council would just simply send you back. You would need to prove yourself in being part of this world's conditions and give in a self-immolation that'll convince heaven to accept you from above." Alastor said, pointing up with his thin cane.
"As much as I hate to say this, he's got a point. Not only hell's approval, but heaven's official authority as well. They take their rules more seriously than here." Vaggie added.
Hearing this, Mario felt very troubled. For how long will he stay here if the Mushroom Kingdom is in great peril. What else could he do?
Then Charlie walked up to him and put her hand on his shoulder. "Hey, it's okay. Everything'll be alright. You are brand new to these grounds, so we'll be the ones who can look after you. If there is a chance we can talk this out in heaven, Me and Vaggie will support you."
Mario took note of that and smiled at the princess of hell. "Nevertheless, let's get you a room to rest for the day, shall we?" Charlie provided.
"Sure, that'll be nice." said Mario.
"Well, I have to go back to my turf and see if anyone is trying to invade it. I'll see you all next time. I'll give you a call if I need back up, Angie." Then she looked at Mario. "And I'll be seeing you soon, my delicious handsome man. I wonder what other interesting feats you are keeping under that cap of yours." She winked at him, despite only having one eye.
"Uhh sure, no problem." said Mario, feeling unsure why she said 'delicious' to him. Cherri walked out of the hotel and left, leaving the rest of the demons on their own.
"Well this has been a thrill of a presentation ever since the Great Gold Rush!" said Alastor, ecstatic. "If you'll excuse me, I need to be at my radio tower." he said before leaving.
"Oh well, time to tidy up the hotel, heh heh heh heh heh, and kill the bugs." said Niffty. "See ya, and until we meet again, 'bad boy'." she said to Mario.
Niffty zipped away while Husk kept drinking at the front desk. "Hmph, now will you all get the f**k away from me?" he grumbled.
"I'm gonna turn in for the night." said Angel before looking at Mario, Charlie, and Vaggie. "Say, do you want me to sleep with our celebrity guest? I bet I can think of some luxurious ideas to feel our bodies more."
"Angel, you better not try to seduce the plumber during the night." said Charlie.
"Besides, you try to touch him, I'm gonna beat the s**t out of you!" yelled Vaggie.
"Geez, you're no fun as f**k." Angel muttered. "Oh well, until next time. Toodle-loo…" He walked up the stairs toward his room.
Charlie blew a whistle, and three new creatures came down. The first two were Razzle and Dazzle, small demon dragons as former bodyguards of the hotel and the princess of hell. Then there was KeeKee, a one-eyed cat who's in charge of the hotel's key services.
"These three will escort you to your room on the upper floor." Charlie motioned to Mario as he followed them to the next floor.
Once Mario was gone, it was only Charlie and Vaggie alone together in the foyer. The former was thinking about everything that's been passed. "Haaah, nothing like a fine day to end this. We managed to bring a famous celebrity to my hotel, OMG!" she squealed.
Vaggie took both of her hands to calm her down. "Easy there, Princess. Everyone is about to go to sleep. You don't want to cause another commotion, alright?" she assured.
"But Vaggie, we're talking about Mario, the famous plumber who did tremendous good deeds over the years! Do you think maybe he can help us with our hotel problem?" Charlie thought.
"I'm not sure…I mean, we barely got to know him. So it's gonna take a while to persuade him in helping us." Then Vaggie started to yawn. "Oh man, I can't believe it's already nighttime. Shall we go up to our room?"
"Yeah, let's go. Perhaps tomorrow, we can show him more of my ideas. I hope he doesn't make fun of it, though." Charlie felt worried.
They held their hands together and proceeded to walk up to their private room.
Outside at the right side of Hazbin Hotel was a small radio tower attached to the building. In there, we see the Radio Demon walking back and forth. What could he be thinking about you might ask? Why it is about the new guest, Mario, who was brought by Angel and Cherri recently. He was contemplating the wonders of the three annihilating a group of street thugs with magical power-ups. Something about this Mario character made him wonder if he is stronger than any sinner in hell or the Overlords. He then looked at one of the hotel's windows, where he saw the plumber, in a set of pj's, getting ready for sleep. He narrowed his eyes partially closed, smiling.
'So this Mario character has a ton of wits ever since arriving here. If I want to share my allegiance towards our new guest, I would need for him to complete some desired challenges that'll prove his trustworthiness. After all, Pentagram City has a ton of strict sinners who don't comply in joining alliances or take necessary offers. It's as they say 'shoot first, ask questions 'til they suffer.' Then he faced the other side of the window, looking at a specific building over the horizon. 'So you wish to take our guest for your foul needs of popularity? Two can play at that game, because no one is allowed to take something that rightfully belongs to ME…my dear, Vox!' Alastor finished thinking as he transformed into a lethal demon.
In a tall, angelic, sanctuary tower rests two angels, one tall and one small, who saw everything that happened down in Hell. They saw live footage on a crystal ball the incursion of two demons killing a gang of thugs with a real human assisting them.
"Sera, how did a real human come down on the outskirts of Hell?" questioned Emily.
"I am not sure Emily, but after seeing all that happened, this will not be tolerated." Sera declared.
And we've reached the end of this chapter. So, it seems things have turned out pretty well for Mario in meeting the staff of Hazbin Hotel. Now Mario is going to see what interesting choices the staff will provide during his stay. In the next chapter, we take a look at the three V's meeting that Vox had requested. What will they do to get their devilish hands on the heroic plumber? Not only that, but heaven already knows Mario's appearance and the occurrence of that battle.
