So, this is my collection of Bible notes that have been spread across the years. Maybe you'll find some of them interesting. I'd love to see you're reviews and thoughts on the passages I read! Lol, enjoy.

3. Chapter 3

1-24-2024

Colossians 1: 1-2

Main Idea: As members of God's family, we have reasons to be glad.

We should celebrate our personal callings.

We should celebrate our spiritual community.

We live in an extremely distracted. This is exactly why Paul wrote Colossians. Focus on Christ! [The world (Satan) is trying to take our attention off Jesus] (v1-2) How do we apply these two verses to Christ? Remember who you are! Remember whose you are! God is trying to protect us, not hurt us. Have you been brought from Spiritual death to Spiritual life? ... when we come to Jesus, we shouldn't keep the story to ourselves, we are called to spread it! (Matt. 28:19-20) The Bible says that whatever we do, we must do it for Christ. :D

"To the saints and faithful brothers in Christ at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father." (v2)

Saints: Set apart, made new in God! The church is a community, we stick together.
