For the next 4 days or so left till the beginning of the academy found naruto practicing surface walking which started with him laying flat on his back with his feet resting on the wall. He would then try to stick to the wall which gave him mixed results.
It was friday and naruto was practicing surface walking as he stood half way up his apartments wall. Taking a shakey step forward narutos concentration slipped which consequently caused naruto to slip, it was a good thing the red head had the forethought to put something soft below himself to break his falls should he slip and fall.
Naruto sighed before going back it, he at least wanted to decent in this exercise before his entry into the academy.
A month later
Naruto sighed once again as he left the classroom, he had found out that entering the academy at 7 was for those who needed to catch up to the children who were already taught which consisted of clan children and children who had shinobi parents.
He listened well as he was one of those who needed to be brought up to speed, something he did not mind as he liked reading. He had actually read through the material for the year until he joined the class with the clan heirs who would start from next year.
Naruto made his way towards the academies library as students in this year needed to wait a month till they were allowed to enter said place.
Walking up to a wooden door with a square pane of glass in it. Naruto opened the door to the libary and saw that only a few people were in currently including the librarian.
Making his way in naruto nodded to the chunin sitting at her desk before walking through the ilse of books before taking out a couple 1 on the 12 basic handseals, Chakra control exercises, the scrolls on the academy 3 and the other e-rank techniques available.
Naruto sat at an empty table and proceeded to read all the books and scrolls he had acquired.
Naruto sat and purely memorized the content of each book, he would practice at home in his apartment. It took naruto a while to memorize the contents of the books as he read through each and everyone with care and precision.
4 hourse later found naruto walking out of the academy grounds heading towards home where he would make something to eat and then he would try and make surface walking something instinctual before adding other methods of chakra control exercises while also performing handseals.
As naruto walked he watched how the villagers around him would act which mostly consisted of them sending him disgusted, hateful and fearful looks while some Whispered behind theirs hands like old people. Honestly he could care less what these people thought as he knew none of them and they didn't know him so what ever their problem was they could fuck off for all he cared.
Ignoring the people around him naruto made his way in the direction of his apartment when a decent smell wafted into his face. Sniffing the air narutos mouth began to water as he drunkenly made his way towards the origin of said smell.
He stumbled upon a small stand which sold Ramen. Making his way into the stand naruto hopped on a seat by the counter before picking up a menu to read over.
It did not take long for someone to greet him, a brown haird girl a couple years older than him came over.
"Hello and welcome to ichirakus may I take your order!" She asked.
Nodding naruto placed the menu back down. "I would like a bowl of miso Ramon with pork." He said to which she nodded before turning.
"Dad a miso with pork!" She shouted and a few second later the voice of an older man replied with a sure thing.
The girl turned back yo face naruto with a smile. "So what's your name?" She asked the red head who blinked before he looked at the girl behind the counter.
"Naruto, Uzumaki Naruto and you?" And stated his name before asker her the same thing.
"Ah naruto as in the Ramen topping that's so cute!" She squealed before coughing in slight embarrassment. "I'm Ayame, Ichiraku Ayame nice to meet you naruto-kun!" Ayame said to which naruto nodded "same." He added on after his nod.
Ayame was about to continue questioning the red head only to pause as her father placed his order down in front of him which caused his mouth to water once again.
"Becareful its hot and I hope you injoy!" Laughed the man as he saw the drewl leaking from the boys mouth.
Naruto cough with his slight tinge of pink to his cheeks "well thanks you for the head up." Replied naruto before he took a pair of chop sticks and broke them apart before clapping his hands in a praying position.
"itadakimasu!" Exclaimed the red head before he lifted a few noodlely goodness out of the bowl and with a few quick blows naruto shoved the noodles Into his mouth and Moaned in pure bliss.
"This is amazing!" Exclaimed naruto after finishing the mouth full of Ramen in his mouth before taking a piece of pork and Moaned again as the tender and succulent meat practically melted on his tongue.
His statement was met with boisterous laughter as teuchi grinned at narutos exclamation. "I glad you find it to your liking if you want another bowl just holler oh and I'm teuchi!" He said before heading back into the kitchen to finish his other orders.
Naruto sat and ate 2 more bowls before calling it quits he needed to return to his apartment and begin training plus it was getting late. Naruto paid for his 3 bowls of Ramen and bid teuchi and Ayame goodbye before heading off back to his apartment.
