Time-Line: The day after school starts and the announcement about the Tri-wizard tournament.

Synopsis: After hearing about the tournament, Harry, to keep from getting smacked about cheating, comes up with a plan to rid them of Voldemort once and for all. By going undercover in the tournament, creating a fourth school, Harry, his friends and other members. That decided enough already with the current status quo, create a new academy, that later. Gives birth to their own version of the Order, as the year goes by, and danger looms on the horizon now.

In the form of the current Order, as Harry signs on to become a junior Auror, Albus Dumbledore, determined to do things his way. Starts in becoming the new threat, in place of Lord Voldemort.

Chapter 5: Going Into The Chamber And Horcrux Hunting

"Well you keep this up baby, we're not making it to your 18th now, you have to stop doing this to us." Poppy said and I nodded. "Issues in my job, I destroy 5, and kill him we can all relax, before I kill the snake and be done with it." I said and she nodded, sighing. "We realize that son, but your body can't take this abuse repeatedly now." Ben said and I nodded, as Jeff's girlfriend Kristine squeezed my shoulder in big sisterly way and I nodded, as I explained it to Amelia.

"Broken arm, before Lockhart vanished my bones, and then to prevent that from happening again, Severus paired me up with Draco." I added and Crouch and Fudge nodded. "Like I said, his wand does devastation with even the simplest spells, I'm preventing Harry. And from ending up in the hospital, again, after he scared us out of our wits 3 days prior." Severus said and Crouch nodded. "Open." I said to the door, and a snake started circling the door and opened.

"Brace yourselves." I said and lead them into the chamber and they nodded in shocked disbelief. "You killed this thing with a sword." Crouch said and I nodded to him. "Why's there blood all over the floor in here." Minerva said and I nodded, as Ginny was gripping the arm that got stabbed. "In stabbing it through the head, he got it to the arm." she said and Minerva nodded gently. "The Outsiders Chapter 4." Penelope Clearwater said and I nodded then gently to her.

"It took stabbing the diary three times, to break the trance, and when she came to, she found me on the floor next to her, with it's fang next to me, and then realized I risked getting bitten. Just to save her life, but we were never the same again after this, we been completely traumatized and by this, that this was why I wanted a normal year last year." I said and Minerva nodded. "And with my hunting down Peter, you get it." Sirius said sternly and I nodded gently.

"Well we can reverse the word structure after getting the truth from you, after he heard your conversation, Professor, Minister. But Peter was your friend guys, and he betrayed you and Uncle James, he was your friend, that we hope he finds us. As when he does, we're going to be ready, when he does, we're going to kill him ourselves." Mione said and they nodded sternly. "We get it guys, we understand, but don't let revenge rule your life." Sirius said gently to me.

"Was mum pregnant, before the attack?" I asked him and he and Remus looked down, and I nodded, feeling my heart shatter. "Your mother was planning on giving Severus a second chance, she realized if his words never said he was sorry, then this would have. And was preparing to give him godfather status to baby, you belonged to me though." he said and Severus wiped the tears off his face. "And Peter took everything from me." he said to that news.

"He took it from all us, I'm making sure he pays for this, so the dementor's kiss." I said and Crouch nodded sternly. "But he kills Cedric's clone, it's the worse then death penalty, so Sir, you and Cedric clone yourselves and fast, before the second task. This is what clones are meant for, keep the original alive." Mione said and he and Cedric's father, Amos Diggory nodded smiling in relief at the news. "Thank you for the warning baby, son." Fudge said and I nodded then.

"Yes you definitely earned that services to the school, but this, this snake is worth nonillions, in truth here, Harry." Hagrid said and Ron fell back into one of the statues then. "Indeed Hagrid, you are correct, the total estimate for a snake this size, is 985 nonillion." Griphook said and I nodded. "That number is enough to give anyone a heart attack." Mione said shaking as she fell to the floor and I nodded. "Meow." Norris said weakly, also laying down on the floor. "Yeah too much, this is too much right now, to compensate for that joke year." Severus said in shock then. "He just got the school out of the redline, and compensated the level of emotional damages. That Dumbledore put us through the last 2 years." Ron said, getting down on one knee in shock.

"I'm a philanthropist here." I said and they nodded gently. "Yeah that and humanitarian right now, but what's left in your money bag, dump it into the fountain at the ministry." Arthur said and I nodded gently. "This is enough though Arthur, her recovery?" I asked and he nodded gently. "Enough, it's more then enough, you gave us 75x's the amount that Dumbledore should have paid us, after he said there was no lasting damage to her." Ron said gently and I nodded.

"Baby, we understand generosity but I call this being too generous right now, you just gave their parents a coronary, when they hear what the estimate comes to here." Minerva said gently and I nodded. "Well this gets the school out of the redline, you have the money to afford new equipment now." I said and she smiled gently. "You better put that back into the budget, and let Aggie handle the pricing." Remus said and she nodded in agreement to that gently smiling.

"Isn't that a little stingy to the school, Harry." Dumbledore said and I crossed my arms at the remark and Crouch moved forward. "Are you saying 75,700 nonillion is being stingy in your eyes?" he asked and he started shaking, realizing he was getting greedy, but this amount was enough to get them out of the redline, if he been stealing from the school accounts. "You maybe the headmaster, but Minerva actually runs the school." I said and he went white in fear then.

"And with that, Minerva, I'm promoting you to Headmistress this year, you handle the budget and the plans here now, this is a Death Eater trap, disguised as the tournament." Aggie said and she nodded smiling in relief then. "One of the two headmasters is a Death Eater, so Death Eater trap disguised as a wizard version of the college X-games." Severus said and I nodded. "And issues in the obstacle courses, we see things like this on tv, that doing it for real right now."

"We need a tracking beacon underwater 1), and 2) be ready for trouble, so the two departments together, can make this as muggleborn as possible. As the first task, everyone saw it, but the next two, they're blindfolded till you have a tracking beacon, on us." I said and they nodded. "Agreed, we go muggleborn here." "And you're suffering two of them you old fool, lust and greed, you don't control it, it can and will kill you." I said sternly and then smiled. "But even better." I said, and moving like lightning, I grabbed his wrist, and we heard a sizzle, and he screamed in pain. As he jerked free and looked at his hand, in shock. "Voldemort of the lightside." I said and he went white then.

"You finally gone from good to so good, you're dangerous." Minerva said slowly at that. "I saw and heard all of that Professors, so Harry Potter is going undercover in the tournament. If his name's chosen, he's a student at the newly created auror academy, under his family name. And he's taking his friends and in-laws with him now, so the Chosen One is moving school locations. And training to be an auror, to destroy he who must not be named, long before his return now."

"While Headmaster Albus Dumbledore is trying to steal from children, an amount that means it pays out the redline 100x's over and he's now gone from good, to good. He's the future Dark Lord, after Potter destroys Tom Marvolo Riddle once and for all." we heard sternly and I turned and saw a blonde woman, wearing glasses, with a camera man standing there next her. "Rita Skeeter, writer for the Daily Prophet." she said and I smiled at her, as this would work out.

"I remember, and to answer the other question, the one that fired off at the world cup, was Junior, he's rejoined Tom Marvolo Riddle, AKA, you know who." I said and she nodded in shock then. "The other thing is Peter Pettigrew is an animagus, he sold us out and murdered the 13, who are actually clones, Sirius went to bring him in, and he stunned him. By the blast into the car, my map exposed Peter, and my in-laws have been holding him hostage for 13 years."

"Before he escaped last June, he's returned to Riddle and I'm going undercover to hunt him down, and see who put my name in the tournament. As you shut him down for good, and bring two supposedly dead murderers to justice finally. And with the devils in the walls here." her editor said sternly and I nodded. "Stand by." Percy added to her and her camera man and they nodded gently. "Are you really questioning the amount, after the animosity year 2, after the obstacle course. My having to prove it, after my sister was taken." I said with a growl and he went white, realizing he got caught. "Griphook get on it, I'm going to see if there's another one on Campus, we get it a hit, and on to the next, let's go guys." I said and Mione and Ron followed me out the door then.

With Luna, Ginny and Neville right behind us then. "Hey wait for us." the quintet and Oliver Wood called out to me as they followed us back upstairs then. "A good hiding place, where's a good hiding place, for something nobody wants found exactly." I asked and Luna nodded. " The room of requirement." she said and I nodded smiling. "Anybody got the count for however many of us, just graduated from Hogwarts and younger we got coming, they said 30 only here."

"Because the tournament is in 5 weeks." I said and Percy pulled out the list. "Well aside from the girls, George, Fred, Penny, Oliver and me, we have Ron, Mione, Ginny, Seamus. Dean, the Patil twins, Lavender, Luna Lovegood, the Creeveys, that's 17, 3 from the academy itself. That's 23, we need 7 more, and we got a full 30." Percy said and I nodded gently to the news then. "I spoke to Lee, he said he's in, that's 24." Angie said and I nodded smiling, gently at the news.

"Too late Susan, Hannah, Ernie and I are joining you." Justin said and I nodded. "As are Terry, Anthony, Sally and Lisa, we're bringing in followers faster then we can count here." Luna said and we nodded. "Our defense club is growing faster then ever, because we all had enough, it's been nothing but dangerous situations, since I started school. That we all decided someone has to take a stand, someone had to say enough, and we did." I said and they nodded gently then.

"Agreed, we're not doing this anymore, after you kill the snake, we destroy the prophecy, and arrest the out of Azkaban Death Eaters." Ron said and Mione nodded sternly. "And done, we want the last two years to be happy, safe and quiet here at Hogwarts, we destroyed them all. But these Death Eaters never know when to stop, but they been pushing us headlong and into dangerous situations for 5 years, one day someone has to take a stand, one day now."

"Someone had to say enough, today is that day." she said and we, Neville, Ginny and Luna exchanged firm looks. "Well that's everyone here now, we're bonded by our hatred of the dark arts, and Death Eaters, as they tore apart so many families." I said and they nodded smiling sternly. "Bravery, loyalty, cunning and wisdom, in our darkest hour, we're joined as one, but strength over fear, peace over anger, honor over hate." I said and they nodded, smiling then.

"Join hands." I said and they gripped mine, as I quoted our new analogy. "In time of danger, we are joined as one, to defeat the overwhelming darkside threatening to consume us. Remember this my friends, what would become the Defense Association, is now the Junior Order Of The Phoenix now. 'There is no Dark Side, Nor a Light Side, there is only the Force, I will do what I must to keep the balance, I embrace the light, yet it does not blind me."

"I embrace the dark, yet it does not consume me, the balance is what keeps me together, a Auror is kind, courageous and is humble. Straying from the sins, I am pure of heart, knowing the sins lead to the darkside. I must remain ever vigil, keep my body clean of temptation, I see sin, and I must resist. "Let me guess that's the code of honor, for the owners of these weapons, in that movie series, not one or the other, but the middle ground." Percy said and we all nodded gently. "Just wait till next year and we got 15 more names added to the list, in the school that hate whoever takes Moody's place." Angie said and Mione started laughing then.

"Advanced training, Remus has Defense, Sirius I'm not sure yet, but the curriculum just got updated, we're learning mythology, in addition to history class this year." I said and they smiled. "Well it's about time, we get better teachers right now, this school is below standards, though I think he may claim that's for the greater good, but to us, he's destroying this school." Susan said sternly and I nodded. "He's dangerous, Susan." I said and she nodded sternly then.

"Room of requirement, if it's not on the map, your father never found it." Mione said and I nodded, as we headed in that direction, before I turned and saw a door appear. And opened it, and nodded in shock. "Whoa, somebody needs to clear out the storage in here." Professor Alexandra Cunningham said and Mione and I started laughing. "Point taken Professor, good to see you again." Percy said and she smiled. "Hello boys, Penny." she said, smiling gently at him.

"Point me Riddle's anchor." I said and it started swirling around, before point straight at the 2:30 position, and we went in the direction, and I looked up. "You got to be kidding me, I never went rock climbing, this is a broken leg waiting to happen." I said and they nodded. "Be careful up there baby." Aurora Sinistra said and I nodded to her, as I went up, before the infestation of whatever animal infestation they had in here, suddenly startled me, nearly losing my grip.

And at that. "Harry!" Mione called out and I nodded. "Yeah I'm fine, I think I found it here." I said as I opened a box, and saw a beautiful tiara sitting there, giving a hiss, it hissed back. "Guys I found it, Mione, catch." I said dropping it down to her, and she took it. "That's Rowena's missing diadem, it's been missing for centuries!" Cunningham said in shock and I smiled. "That's 1, and 5 left to go, including me, he's also a anchor." I said and she nodded smiling in delight.

"And there's the meaning of the prophecy, neither can live while the other survives, you're both anchors, destroy one, you destroy him, after killing your's now." The unspeakable said smiling then. "If he did all of the founders, best guess is Helga's cup and Salazar's locket." I said and he nodded, smiling. "That's 2 more, and we get 4 in total, plus you, his snake, and possibly Marvolo's ring." an aged auror, no older then 80 said gently and I nodded smiling then to him.

"I take it you arrested him one too many times, Mr. Ogden?" I asked and he nodded. "I arrested his son, but he hexed Riddle Sr. himself, and nailed a snake to his front door." he said and I grimaced at that news then. "Well 130 years of in-breeding his mind snapped, he's as crazy as everyone else in his family, and Riddle is living proof of that." Mione said and they nodded in agreement to that remark, knowing the level of trouble coming….

The Debate:

"This is simply outrageous, he can't be allowed to leave Hogwarts, Cornelius!" Dumbledore shouted and he crossed his arms. Harry's family estate in Cornwall, it looks like Harlaxton Manor, in Lincolnshire here right now. So you're the best normal magic training school in Britain, we're the best junior Auror Academy. In England, we took students that are future muggleborns, age 10 and they're grade schoolers now."

"Just took 3 days, and we're building the academy version of Hogsmead, so I will just remove my students from your records. So Minerva, the kids finished their chosen selection and taking along a few others, the fourth years, minus the Slytherins. All opted to come to my school, being taught by my version of the Order, Alexander Parker is holding my position." Crouch said, passing her the list, and she saw her 4th year leaving along with the quidditch team.

"I'm headmaster of PASS now, so 34 of the assembled 40 in year 4, and several both age groups, Creevy is taking his younger brother and Nigel Wolpert." he said and she nodded smiling then in relief. "That's fine, I want him, that's Harry, away from here, so he can be allowed to have a normal term, without being thrown headlong into it as bait. So we do this your way, and us Order members are relieved of guilt and responsibility." she said and he nodded smiling.

"There's plenty of room now, so you're not under budgeted, this is just the only year of no quidditch now for you, but rather what the muggles call extreme sports." he said and she nodded. "Well I call this extreme sports right now, baby needs a new strategy, everything coming is something we never taught him yet right now." she said and he nodded. "That's no trouble at all, we signed on some old friends, and they're training the kids." he said to her then.

"We're packing up their stuff, and taking it to the academy, so see you in a month." he said and she nodded smiling, as we came back in. "Hey good news, we found one." I said and showed it to her. "That's Rowena's missing Diadem, he turned it into a Horcrux!" Filius said in shock and I nodded. "If he did you, he did Pomona and Severus too." I said and he nodded sternly. "Then find it, we're shutting him down, for good now." he said and I nodded sternly to the orders.

"And now we can drop the titles, and you can call us by name now." she added and I nodded gently, as Mione smiled. "I saw that coming with us, 30 of us, not being students here for the next year, but 3/4's of our class are coming. Along with Nigel, the Creevey's, Luna and Ron's family, and the team." she said and Minerva nodded smiling. "That creates the Defense Club you'd create next, it's self defense, not a junior Order." Severus said and I nodded to him then.

"Said club next year, and we're training other members, as we ended up in advanced training, as I said this is really advanced stuff, and it takes time, but we're junior aurors." I said and they nodded smiling. "And saying of which, if my cupboard gets ransacked again…" he started to say and I nodded. "I'll look into it, but Barty is here, not Senior, but Junior, Alastor was kidnapped, polyjuice potion." I said and he nodded sternly at the news then, as she said it then sternly.

"Like you said, someone had to take a stand, someone had to say enough is enough, and today is that day right now, but we have the devils in the walls this year. So keep your friends close, but your enemies even closer." Sirius said and I nodded as she crossed her arms. "We need a copy of the map, Sirius, you and Remus created, can you make a second for us. "There's an easy to do this, but it's by added passage ways now, so further escape routes right now, Argus and you, as the faculty, know the first 7. But I'm inputting 33 more, so the school is positively honeycombed with them, as the school belongs to me. But this makes it next to impossible, if the minister's concerns become a reality now." I said and she nodded sternly. "You just came back from the bank yesterday, your parents will huh?" Aurora asked and I nodded.

"Yeah and you better hear this, as this is what he never wanted you to know." I said and pulling out the will and he went white, realizing as an heir I could undermine his attempt. Just to keep this hidden. "Well headmaster, it seems you're trying to cross lines not meant to be crossed here, but seems every word given here is another nail in your coffin. Harry is out of your control and whatever this says, your goose is cooked." Fudge said sternly and he swallowed hard.
