In New York at the docks at night, the twin guards of Don Vizioso are seen coming up to the place, they hear a throat clearing turn to see Kitsune walk up to them. "The Vic and Vinchinso, the Falchi Twins, punctual as ever." Kitsune greeted them.
"Kitsune." Vinchinso responded.
"I believe that belongs to me." Kitsune gesturing to the suitcase.
"You ain't getting our merchandise without forking over our loot." Vinchinso responded, Kitsune dropped a case with money on the ground and pushed it over to them both and Vic tossed her the case.
"This had better be worth the price, You don't want to disappoint the Shredder." Kitsune threatened until something landed down and they saw Slash tower over them. "The infamous Slash, I presume? Hardly stealthy, for a ninja." She mocked.
"When I lack in stealth, I make up for in friends!" Slash called as he ready his mace while his team landed behind him, Leatherhead joined the team and became second-in-command. Meet the Mighty Mutanimals!"
"More freaks! Blast them!" The twins shouted as they fired at all of them. Leatherhead went to take them down while Slash was fighting against Kitsune.
"Hold still you sneaky little.. agh!" Slash shouted with pain as a smoke bomb was thrown to his face before he was kicked back. Rockwell tried using his powers to hit Kitsune, but hit Pigeon Pete instead, Kitsune held her chain ball at Rockwell and restrained him with her chains before she threw him at Ray, knocking the doctor out.
"Vic, Get in the car!" Vinchinso shouted as his twin got it and he started to the car as Leatherhead turned to them.
"Get this thing moving! Go, go go!" Vic shouted as they were barely avoiding Leatherhead who roared at them as they drove off. Kitsune then kicked Ray back and threw a bolo at Slash which restrained and electrocuted him.
"Feel the feathered wrath of Pigeon Pete!" Pete shouted as he landed on Kitsune's back, pecking her fiercely. But he was grabbed by the neck and slammed against the shipping containers and held him up.
"I've always hated pigeons." Kitsune said menacingly before she saw Leatherhead trying to attack her and threw Pete on the Alligator's head and knocked him down. She then grabbed Rockwell by the neck and turned to Leatherhead, "One more step, and we find out if all monkeys go to heaven." she warned.
Leatherhead growled right before a van suddenly drove right into Leatherhead, knocking him into the water while Pete and Ray were left unconscious.
"Secure the beast," Kitsune ordered as the van attached a tow line to Slash before driving off while dragging him along, "You will be of great use to the Foot!" Kitsune said with an evil laugh as the remaining three Mutanimals were left behind.
On Turtle Island, the turtles are in the living room watching Crognard, who is fighting his own teammates by an evil wizard. He then tried to take Crognard's mind, but it was too small to control, which gave Crognard the chance to smack him and free his comrades as they beat up the wizard.
Mikey then thought and looked at his team, "Hey guys, have you ever realized the shows we watch are almost like our missions?" He asked.
"Seriously? You're reading way too much into a cartoon show, Mikey." Leo said, unconvinced by his brother's theory.
"Speaking of missions, I know what our next one should be; Shredder," Raph said as he was punching the dummy with Shredder's face in rage. "Why don't we take him down… once…and...for…All?!" He asked with anger as he punched the dummy across the room.
Vee gave a taunting laugh, "Whoa-ho-ho, someone extra hot under the shell, today," She teased as Raph growled at her.
"His impulsive and over-emotional state is probably because he still hasn't unlocked his Hamato Ninpō power like you, Leo, and I have, Vee," Olly said with a smirk.
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING IMPULSIVE AND OVER-EMOTIONAL!?" Raph yelled as he got next to Olly's ear, which caused him to flinch and rub his ear in pain.
"Actually, I would go with hotheaded." Ames joked, which caused Raph to scream in rage while Ames flinched.
In the lab, Tal and Donnie are fixing up the Shellraiser that they brought back from the old lair while they fixed the engine underneath before they heard Raph yelling in rage while wrecking something as Ames screamed in fright. "Great, Raph's going off, again," Donnie said in annoyance.
"He really needs to try yoga," Tal said tiredly.
"Got any advice for when Jenny blows up?" Donnie asked his girlfriend.
"To be honest, I would just stay out of her way and find something that she would like to beat up to release some steam," Tal said to him. "How about we just stay in the lab for a bit until Raph cools down."
"Yeah, good call," Donnie said before he smiled and put the wrench down. "There. I think the Shellraiser is finally fixed." He said with a smile.
"After a bit of fixing and getting some replacement parts, the Shellraiser is now up and ready to roll once more," Tal said with a proud smile. "And with the built-in portal projector on her, getting to New York from Turtle Island will be easy as-"
They heard a loud thump. "Whoa!" They exclaimed.
Outside, Raph was strangling Ames while Jenny and Mikey tried to hold him back as Tal and Donnie came out.
"What was that?! Did Raph finally blow a gasket?! Because I got spares!" Tal said while gesturing to the lab.
"That wasn't Raphael," Naomi said as she gestured outside to see Leatherhead coming into the village as he fell to the ground.
"Turtles…" Leatherhead groaned.
"Leatherhead?" Jenny asked in surprise as they rushed to him.
"Are you okay?" Leo asked as Ames and Mikey came to him and held his head.
"Seriously? Can't you tell?" Ames questioned while rubbing Leatherhead's head.
"Just Look at his adorable yet tortured gator face, aw..." Mikey said, trying to comfort him.
"Amoly and Michelangelo are right," Leatherhead said as he stood up. "I've bring dire news. Slash and Rockwell has been captured by Kitsune." He informed them seriously.
"What?" Olly asked in shock. "Why?!"
"She said, 'they could be used to the Foot'," Leatherhead said.
"Three guesses what that means," Raph said seriously.
Mikey and Ames tried thinking what Raph was thinking. "Yeah. They're gonna do that thing with the thing." Ames said while rubbing her chin.
"We have no idea what you're talking about," Mikey said with a shrug.
"The mind control serum!" Raph yelled as he got close to the two turtles.
"The land lubbery's right, mateys," Ray said as he stepped in while leaning on his harpoon spear. "After what ye told us, we've be trying to slow down Shredder's plans by tracking he underworldly deals. But avast, it be for no good,"
"You did your best, Ray." Olly said while placing a hand on his shoulder. "Even we had trouble slowing Shredder down."
They then heard cooing sounds and saw Pete crash into the gates. "Oh, not Pigeon Pete." Raph groaned.
Pete got up and looked around. "Wow! Now this is a perfect bird vacation spot!" He asked in excitement as he flew around the village.
"Anyone but Pigeon Pete." Raph said tiredly as Pete flew over the village.
"A village of tree houses!" Pete cheered as he landed next to the turtle's hut. "Now that is a great home!" He called as he flew on the roof. "If you ask me, the only thing this place needs is some bread!" He called with a smile.
"Well, we have those, but we also got something better," Mikey said as he held up a box of pizza and opened it to reveal some pizza crusts inside. "Pizza crusts, bra!" He cheered before Pete squawked and tackled him down when he saw them.
Pete stood up, holding a pizza crust in his hands, and started eating it. But then, the second he took a taste, his eyes widened, "Ooooh!" He called as fireworks went off in his mind. He sighed and got on his knees. "Where have you been all my life?" He asked before he took to the air again.
"Why couldn't Kitsune use his brain?" Raph asked dully with his arms crossed as Pete flew around.
"Look, who we have right now, doesn't matter," Olly said firmly, "The Mutanimals are our friends, and we're gonna save them,"
Meanwhile, at Shredder's lair, Shredder watched as Newtralizer continued his work on the formula before Kitsune walked to him, "You retrieved the chemical?" Shredder asked his mystic.
"When have I failed you, my lord?" Kitsune asked rhetorically as she opened the case and pulled out a vial of red chemical, "The Turtles Mutant allies attempted to stop us, but their efforts were in vain, and I've returned with two of them." She explained while pointing up to where Slash and Rockwell were restrained.
Newtralizer then came up to Kitsune and took the vial, "Yes, this is an ideal chemical needed to perfect the mind control formula, where did you get it?" He asked with a hiss.
"Not your concern, K'Vathrak," Kitsune stated with a look, "We trust you are on schedule?" She questioned.
"Of course, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka," Newtralizer answered, "Now that I have the final component, the formula shall finally be complete and give you full control over any injected with it," He said with a rumble.
"And you are certain it will work?" Shredder asked him as Newtralizer gave a laugh.
"The Salamandrian Brain Virus is the most powerful mind control formula in the 10 Dimensions," Newtralizer boasted before looking at the Vial curiously, "Of course, it was never made with what is found here on Earth, Rokka-Rokka,"
"I would like to see a demonstration. Test it on the two mutants." Shredder ordered while looking at the tied-up Mutanimals.
"Excellent suggestion. To see if there's any unexpected side-effects, Rokka-Rokka." Newtralizer said as he used his repaired teleporter to zap himself across the room and appeared in front of Slash and Rockwell with the rest of the chemical mixtures between them. "Prepare yourselves, willing subjects." He advised as Slash struggled to break free.
"What are you gonna do to us, Newtralizer?!" Slash questioned his former partner.
"Oh, Slash, you should know by now that it's for my latest project," Newtralizer said with a smirk and rumble as he poured the red chemical into the mixture, which turned completely red.
"I'd just like to clarify that we're not willing, not at all!" Rockwell said, trying to escape as well while Slash started sawing his straps with his shell.
"The serum has to be injected directly into your brains, but it is still a prototype, I cannot do so by standard methods," Newtralizer said as he held up a tube. "Fortunately, I have just the right creatures to deliver it, Rokka-Rokka." He said.
"Creatures?" Both Slash and Rockwell asked nervously.
Newtralizer then brought up a small terrarium of worms. "These worms will carry the serum inside them and directly into your brains, Rokka-Rokka." He explained with a laugh. He then placed the tube over the terrarium, and the serum spilled into it. The two Mutanimals watched nervously as they saw the worms changing.
Newtralizer picked up one of the worms, which was now swelled up with multiple eyes in the front and a four-piece mouth that acted like a drill as he looked towards Slash. "And for your betrayal, you will be going first, Brother." He said with a smirk as he moved closer to Slash.
"Let us go, Lizard-Lips!" Slash yelled as he strained to break free. "I mean it!" He added as he gave a mighty roar.
Outside Shredder's lair, the turtles and the three Mutanimals are on a rooftop keeping an eye out as Raph drew his sais and was about to go in, but Jenny stopped him. "Whoa, Raph! What are you doing?!" She asked.
"Going in all blaze blazing, like we should've done weeks ago," Raph said to her.
"Raph, we don't even know exactly where they are being kept." Olly reminded him. "We need a plan first before charging in."
"You need a recon fly boy? I'm the birdman for the job! Pigeon Pete to.. ah!" Pete screamed as he fell of the roof, much to their shock with the turtles having white disks on their eyes. Pete flew up towards Shredder's lair, but he crashed into the window of the side wall.
"Well, he is acting like any other pigeon would do," Tal said optimistically with a sheepish shrug.
Just then, Slash and Rockwell burst through the doors of the lair. "Rockwell, we've gotta move!" Slash called tiredly as they ran out of the lair, much to the group's surprise.
"They escaped on their own?" Vee asked in surprise before they saw Footbots approaching.
"But they'll still need our help, come on!" Olly said as they rushed after their friends.
Slash and Rockwell ran into an alley, looking very exhausted as they saw the Footbots advancing towards them as they were too weak to fight. But then the turtles and the three Mutanimals took them out with ease as Slash got down on his knees with a sigh.
"Slash, are you okay?" Raph asked in concern as he ran towards his former pet turtle.
"Raphael…" Slash moaned weakly while Rockwell held his head.
"What did that Scallywag Shredder do to you?" Ray questioned.
"They don't look very well," Naomi said in concern. "Their aura is fluctuating erratically."
"We gotta get them back to the island, guys." Donnie declared as they nodded.
A bit later, they are in the Hamato's hut while Pete played with the Space Hero pinball machine with Leatherhead and Ray watching while the others huddle around Slash and Rockwell in concern as Harumi checked them over, "Hmm, I can't find anything physically wrong with either of you," Harumi said confusedly as Dariyasa came in with some soup.
"We are just relieved you two managed to escape with your lives," Dariyasa said as she gave the two Mutanimals some soup.
"Shredder is not one easily eluded," Splinter added, knowing from experience.
"Well, we're just glad you guys are okay," Raph said in relief.
"Are you sure? Something seems off about you two." Mikey said as he saw them upside down.
"Mikey, you're upside down." Ames pointed out with a slight giggle.
"Oh, right," Mikey said as he steady right back up.
"Though, you two did look pretty weak when you escaped." Tal noted as she went up to them, "Did something happen before you escape?" She asked.
"They did do something to us, yes…it's all coming back now." Rockwell said as he looked at his soup, "We were being experimented on by Newtralizer and his Brain Virus. " He said as his head hurt.
"Experimented on?" Donnie asked, worried about that.
"He put in these…strange little worm creatures and then… and then…" Slash trailed as he clutched his head in pain.
"Dude don't leave us hanging!" Mikey said, wanting to hear more.
Slash just grunted in pain while Dariyasa hummed in concern, "You must still be recovering, let me get you some water," Dariyasa said about to leave until Slash's eyes were pure white.
Vee's Chi Clairvoyance suddenly acted up and she gasped, "Mom, watch out!" She called.
Dariyasa perked up and turned just in time to see Slash roar and whack her with his mace, she yelled in pain and slid across the the floor, "Mother!" Olly and his sisters yelled in horror.
Slash roared again as he raised his mace, but Raph and Leo rushed in and blocked his strike. "This can't be happening!" Leatherhead said in shock.
"What's wrong with you, Slash?!" Raph demanded the large turtle.
"Enemies, of Shredder, must be, Destroyed!" Slash said, almost robotically, as he spun and swatted Leo and Raph away and moved to crush Dariyasa again.
Until he was blocked by Orimura as he drew his sword and pushed against his strength, "You just made a grave mistake, my friend!" He yelled as he clashed weapons with Slash as he pushed him back before Ames and Mikey held Slash down as Raph came in to help them.
"Harumi, check up on Dariyasa!" Raph called as Harumi nodded and rushed towards Dariyasa with Splinter and Olly as Rockwell clutched his head, before his eyes turned pure white too.
"Sister?" Harumi asked in concern as Splinter turned the Tribe mistress onto her back.
"Mom?" Olly asked hopefully before he, Splinter, and Harumi were lifting into the air and looked down to see Rockwell standing on his hands, "Not you too, Rockwell!" He shouted before Rockwell threw them away into Ray and Pete.
Slash got Ames and Raph off, but he crushed Mikey under his shell to the wall. "A little help, guys!" Mikey called out before Slash grabbed him by the face and tossed him to Orimura.
Leatherhead tackled Slash down and tried stopping him. "Don't make me hurt you, Slash!" Leatherhead warned, holding him down.
"Don't make me laugh, monster!" Slash mocked before he bit down on Leatherhead's arm, which freed him. Slash grabbed his mace and began swiping at Leatherhead through the place.
Pete then pecked around Rockwell. "I don't know what's come over you, doc! But snap out of it!" He called before Rockwell blasted him back and into the pinball machine.
"Rockwell, why are you doing this!?" Ray demanded as Vee threw her fans at him but they were caught in his telekinetic hold.
"It is the will…of the master," Rockwell answered in the same tone as Slash.
Tal then noticed something, "Wait, look at his eyes," She told the others, pointing to Rockwell's blank white eyes.
"They're mind controlled!" Donnie realized as Rockwell threw many things around the hut at them, knocking them down as Slash stood up.
"Master Shredder desires one of the turtles," Slash said to Rockwell.
"I volunteer to kick his but after I kick yours," Raph said as he stood up and charged at the two control Mutanimals.
Slash brought out a smoke bomb and tossed it at Raph's face, which made the Red-Clad turtle cough as he fell before Slash picked him up. "Rockwell! Fall back!" Slash exclaimed as he and Rockwell ran out of the hut with Raph.
"Raph! NO!" Jenny yelled, chasing after them with the others.
Orimura, Splinter, and Harumi helped Dariyasa up as Vee and Leo went up to her, "Mom, me, and Leo will stay with her." Vee said with a concerned look.
"Don't worry about me, Venus, I will survive," Dariyasa assured her while Orimura and Harumi kept her stable.
"The three of us will take care of her; you must go after Slash and Rockwell and rescue Raphael before it is too late," Splinter told the two.
The two nodded as they rushed outside and saw the Party Wagon driving off before vanishing out of sight. "They stole the Party Wagon!" Mikey exclaimed.
"Good news is, the Shellraiser's good to go." Tal told them before rushing to the subway car, "Come on!" She called as they followed after her. Leo started the engine, and they drove off, opening a portal to New York.
In New York, the Party Wagon appeared in an alley as it drove down the street while the Shellraiser exited its portal and followed behind it. "Donnie, slow them down!" Leo called out.
"Taking out the trash!" Donnie called as he fired garbage balls at the Party Wagon, which avoided each shot.
"Deploying battering ram!" Leo called as he activated the Shellraiser's battering ram and bumped the back of the Party Wagon.
"Ugh, that's close enough, turtles," Rockwell said as he activated another feature.
"Oil slick! Oil slick!" Tal shouted in fear as the Shellraiser was caught in the slick and was knocked over roughly.
The others groaned with pain as they tried getting up, "That only hurt, a lot," Jenny moaned with Ray on top of her.
"But they got away with Raph," Mikey said while he was underneath the others as they exited the Shellraiser.
"At least we know where they're going," Vee said.
"Looks like we're gonna do what Raph wanted, after all, take the fight to Shredder," Olly said with determination.
Raph groaned and regained consciousness as he saw he was restrained to a table, "Where am I?! Slash, Rockwell, snap out of it!" Raph shouted trying to get through them before he turned and saw Newtralizer with Koya, Tigerclaw, and Kitsune behind him, "Newtralizer!" He growled.
"Turtle, it's been a long time, Rokka-Rokka," Newtralizer said with a smirk as he walked up in front of Raph. "Don't bother wasting your breath on these two, with my Brain Virus coursing through their minds, resistance is futile!" He declared.
"I'm really lousy at taking orders, ask Olly!" Raph stated, trying to escape.
"Let's test that theory, Rokka-Rokka," Newtralizer said as he brought one of the Brain Worms close to Raph as its mouth split.
"Okay, that is disgusting," Raph said before Slash held his head straight as Raph forced look at the worm as Newtralizer placed it on Raph's forehead as the worm shrieked and started entering his head as Raph screamed in pain, and Newtralizer looked with a sinister smirk.
Outside, the others are on the rooftop looking straight toward Shredder's lair. "I just realized we don't have a strategy," Donnie spoke up. "Um, shouldn't we make a plan?"
"Forget the plan," Olly said as he drew his axe. "Leatherhead, get ready to make a door." He said firmly.
Meanwhile, Raph was dragged into a room filled with Tiki totems before he got up and groaned as he saw the Foot Warriors behind him. "Where am I?" He questioned before Shredder rose up from the middle of the room and put on his helmet.
"Your new home, boy," Shredder answered calmly.
"Shredder! Finally." Raph said with a smirk as he drew his sais and stood up. "I've been waiting for this!" He called as he charged straight at Shredder.
"Stop," Shredder said calmly just as Raph was about to stab him in the head, but he froze as he struggled to move and Shredder slowly stood and turned to him. "Now, bow to me." He ordered as Raph tried to fight whatever was happening before his eyes turned pure white, and he got onto his knees.
"As I promised," Newtralizer said with a smirk.
Shredder then narrowed his eyes at Raph, "Attack me!" He ordered as Raph then started fighting Shredder, who blocked his strikes and dodged them. "Harder. Without holding mercy." He added as Raph kept attacking.
Some foot bots were guarding the throne room until the turtles and the three Mutanimals jumped down and took them out quickly. "Come on!" Olly whispered as he ran ahead with the others. They quickly moved their way to the dungeons in the room and took down any bots that were there; they suddenly heard grunting and quickly went to see what it was.
Raph kicked Shredder into the air before knocking him to the floor. He was about to finish him off until Shredder stopped them once again. "Enough!" Shredder ordered, which made Raph stop and struggle again. The door slammed open, and Leatherhead roared with rage as the others charged in.
"Raph!" Mikey called as they saw Raph holding Shredder with his Sai to his throat.
"Raph, do it! End this!" Miwa encouraged but Raph didn't move his weapon any further.
"What's he waiting for?" Donnie said in confusion.
Then Raph stood back up and turned to them with blank white eyes, "Oh no," Naomi said in horror.
Shredder chuckled as he stood up. "Raphael is mine now to control." He said before the gates shut behind them as Slash and Rockwell appeared from the tiki statues. "As are your other mutant friends."
"No escape for you, reptiles." Tigerclaw said as Raph then went up to a tiki head and grabbed a pair of gauntlets similar to the Shredder's and draw their blades.
"Raph?" Ames muttered in worry as the Foot Warriors and enslaved allies stood together.
"Now, let us welcome you properly," Shredder mocked.
Jenny growled and charged at Shredder but was blocked by Raph, "Raph! Snap out of it, man!" She called as she flipped back and ready her claws. "Shredder is the enemy!"
Raph drew his blades. "You are the enemy!" He roared as he charged at Jenny as Shredder sat on his knees.
"Let us see how my new servants can do," Shredder said as he was lowered down a bit and a ring of fire surrounded him as the Foot and enslaved charged at them.
"Tal and Donnie, you take Rockwell, Ames and Mikey, you've got Tigerclaw, Leo, Vee and Miwa, Kitsune is yours, and Naomi, Newtralizer's all ours!" Olly ordered as they charged at their opponents.
"You two take Slash," Pete told Leatherhead and Ray as he prepared for take-off, "I'll take Koya!" He declared and took to the air as Slash attacked his teammates.
Just before Slash could bring his mace down again, Leatherhead caught it, "We are your friends Slash!" Leatherhead pleaded to their leader.
"Not anymore!" Slash shouted, knocking Leatherhead back before blocking Ray's harpoon.
"Come back to us, Captain!" Ray said as the three fought while in the air, Pete flew away from Koya.
"Get off of me, fly girl!" Pete called.
"Mmm, I love pigeons for breakfast," Koya said with a smirk as she swung her talons at Pete, but he dodged them as they flew in a circle before they charged at each other as Pete started slapping his feet in Koya's face. "Hey! Watch the beak, ya Drongo!" She called.
"Your pathetic ninjutsu is no match for the power of my mind." Rockwell said as he threw weapons at Tal and Donnie. The two smart turtles dodged and charged at Rockwell before they felt their weapons float out of their grip and Rockwell started whacking the two turtles with them as they ran away.
Ames and Mikey were fighting Tigerclaw above the room as they brought out their weapons, but Tigerclaw drew his blaster and fired ice bullets at them as they dodged each one. "Hey! No fair with the ice guns!" Mikey called out.
"Ever heard of fair play?!" Ames exclaimed while dodging each shot.
Naomi backflipped away from Newtralizer's lasers as he whipped his tail at him and was about to split her skull with his disk until Olly blocked him with his axe, "How long have you been working for Shredder?!" Olly demanded the alien.
"Details, Details, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka!" Newtralizer shot back, "You have more immediate things to worry about, like keeping your head on your shoulders!" He said as he drew a fist coated with Electricity back and jabbed in Olly's gut, shocking and sending him flying into a wall.
"Olivier!" Naomi yelled in shock.
"Oh yes, I still owe you for this new power you've given me in our last encounter," Newtrailzer said with a smirk. "Allow me to return the favor." He said as he then threw some lightning at them, but Naomi managed to dodge them while Olly managed to get his bearings and got up as he glowed with green strikes.
"Well, you're not the only one with new powers!" Olly called as he slashed his axe to send a fire line at Newtralizer, which caught him off guard as he was sent back to the wall.
Leo, Vee, and Miwa were fighting with Kitsune as the woman managed to hold back the three, "Even with all three of you together, that is the best you can offer?" Kitsune mocked as she kicked Leo back.
"Trust me. We're just getting started." Miwa said with a glare as she charged with her tanto up as she clashed with Kitsune's chain ball while exchanging blows.
"I know how you fight, Karai, I taught you and my daughter everything you know in Japan! Remember?" Kitsune taunted.
"Don't you dare bring Shini into this!" Miwa said in rage as Kitsune threw her ball at her, which Miwa dodged as it hit the wall with a crack, "And you only taught me everything you know, but I'm not in your dojo anymore!" She stated as she changed to her half-snake form and lunged at her.
With Jenny, she was clashing weapons with Raph as she was pushed back before she jumped on top of a tiki head. "Raph! You've gotta break from Shredder's control! This isn't you! Where's that crazy bad temper I love!?" She called with a concerned look as she held her claws.
"Don't be a fool. There's nothing you can say, Jennika." Raph said as Jenny jumped down and clashed weapons again.
"Break free, Hothead!" Jenny called as she and Raph kept fighting.
Shredder watched the fight as he turned and saw Slash knocking Leatherhead and Ray back as they fell to the ground. Ames and Mikey were tossed to a tiki head, tied in their own weapons as they fell to the floor with Tigerclaw lowered towards them with a chuckle and his blaster aimed at them before Ray tackled Tigerclaw back, knocking him into Koya as they both went under.
Miwa kept lashing her snakeheads at Kitsune as she kept dodging, "So it's true, you have gained full control of the serpent within you!" Kitsune said as she knocked one head away, "But not well enough!" She said as she kicked Miwa into a tiki pole before Leo jumped in and clashed with her while Vee helped the girl up.
Leo sent Vee an eye message as Vee nodded in understanding, "You up for this?" Vee asked Miwa with a smirk.
"Today, you better believe it," Miwa replied with a smirk as they both nodded to Leo, who nodded back as he ready his swords.
"Hey, Kitsune!" Leo called as Kitsune turned to him. "Let's see if you can double trouble!" He called as his blue markings appeared, and he swiped his swords, which made two portals appear from both sides of Kitsune. Before she realized it, Miwa and Vee came through each one and struck Kitsune. They repeated the attack while Kitsune tried her best to block each one, but they were unpredictable.
Miwa came out of the next portal and kicked Kitsune back, "Not bad, Little bro." She said to Leo.
"Hey, we're practically the same age!" Leo shot back as Vee appeared and punched Kitsune in the face.
"Save it for when we're not fighting a battle," Vee advised as they kept the pressure on.
With Jenny, she was still fighting Raph as she clashed blades while they appeared to be evenly matched. "I understand now! You can't feel emotion because you're Shredder's puppet! A blank slate!" Jenny called as she kept clashing with Raph as the Red-clad turtle seemed to struggle with himself. "As a matter of fact, I think you like whatever Shredder tells you, like a good little doggy!" She added with a smirk as Raph growled and slashed harder. "You probably love it so much you wish you were in the Foot from the start! Don't ya?!" She called as she knocked Raph back with a slash as growled angrily.
Raph screamed with rage and almost attacked her before his stomach suddenly hurt badly. Raph gagged for a few moments until he coughed out the worm and breathed heavily before Jenny stabbed the worm with her claws.
"Raph?" Jenny asked, placing a hand on his shoulder. Raph wiped his mouth and looked at her.
"How's it going, babe?" Raph asked with a weak smile.
Shredder was surprised and turned to Newtralizer, "K'Vathrak! What is going on?!" He demanded. "You assured me the Virus was absolute!"
"It was still beta testing!" Newtrailzer retorted. "Increased adrenaline from the victim forces the Brain worm to eject itself while taking the virus with it, Rokka-Rokka!" He stated before Olly knocked him away while he was distracted.
"Jenny, you're a genius!" Tal exclaimed with a smile as she and Donnie were telekinetically pinned by Rockwell as he made them slap themselves, "Ow! Ow! Something you're not, Rockwell!" She insulted as Rockwell gave her a look as they continued slapping themselves.
"So, you can make us slap ourselves, Ow!" Donnie called as Rockwell snarled at him, "If you had a brain with your powers! Ow!" He yelped.
"You might actually be smarter than an infant gibbering baboon!" Tal insulted with one last slap as Rockwell snapped.
"What?!" Rockwell demanded as his eyes turned back to normal, "How dare you?! You reptilian-brained evolutionary throwbacks! A-" He stopped him as his stomach grumbled while he covered his mouth before spitting out the worm as it landed on Donnie's head before Tal stomped on it.
"Sorry about the insults Rockwell." Donnie apologized walking up to Rockwell while he covered his mouth.
"No, they were necessary," Rockwell assured, "Although complete fabrications." He added.
"Agree to disagree." Tal said with a shrug before pointing at Slash fighting Leatherhead and Ray. "Now brain blast that worm out of Slash before he turns Ray and Leatherhead into a Sushi Handbag!" She shouted.
Rockwell fired a psychic blast at Slash as the turtle screamed in pain before he coughed out the brain worm too as it burned in the ring of fire.
Shredder had enough of this and stood up from the circle of fire he was in. "It is time I end this experiment," Shredder said, drawing out his blades as the Mutanimals, Turtles, and Miwa stood together while in ready positions.
"Alright, team, take Shredder down!" Olly ordered as Slash swung his mace at Shredder before he redirected it, and grabbed Donnie's staff to knock Slash back before sweating Donnie into Vee and knocking Pete away. When Leatherhead tried to punch him, Shredder grabbed his arm and threw him over his shoulder and onto Ray as Mikey threw throwing stars at the man, which he blocked before dodging a flying kick from Ames, grabbing her by the bandanas and throwing her away. Shredder then blocked arrows from Tal but got a mental blast from Rockwell, making him hold his head in pain as Leo and Olly slashed their weapons at him before they were kicked back as Vee and Miwa slashed at his back and leaped away from his strikes while Rockwell and Naomi were thrown against the wall along with Tal, Donnie, Mikey, and Ames.
Leatherhead, Slash, and Ray tried to attack Shredder from behind but were quickly swatted back, along with Pete, Vee, and Jenny.
Leo, Olly, Miwa, and Raph were the only four left, Leo and Olly held Shredder's blades in place with their weapons right before Miwa jumped and tried to stab him through the head, but Shredder veered his head and kicked her into a wall, knocking her out cold just before Shredder jumped split kicked Leo and Olly away.
"And then there was one," Shredder said, turning to Raph, who spun his sais.
"One's all it takes," Raph shot back as he charged at Shredder, who drew his blades as Raph went over Shredder and back-kicked him, but when he was about to get another strike, Shredder gave him a double punch, knocked Raph to a tiki statue as he managed to land on his feet with a groan. "Lucky shot." He muttered as he was still ready for more as Shredder gave a dark chuckle.
"You stand outmatched and alone, yet you persist. And for what, Raphael?" Shredder questioned as Raph took a ready stance, "Honor, glory, justice? All meaningless in the face of power," He taunted as he walked towards the Red-clad turtle while doing a familiar motion with his hands: the Sato-Oshi Strike. "Perhaps I shall reward you for it." He said while narrowing his eyes.
Raph growled in anger and determination before he took a breath, calmed down, and focused his chi, "Like a river, over stone," He said to himself as in the black abyss of his mind, a red symbol of the Hamato clan appeared.
Raph's body was decorated in red flame-like markings glowing on him, creating a slightly big red energy construct of himself, roughly around Slash's size. And just when Shredder was about to deliver his strike, he saw the turtle construct. "What's this?!" He exclaimed in shock.
Raph got his bearings when he opened his eyes and saw his projection. "Whoa, my Hamato Ninpō! I finally unlocked it!" He exclaimed with a wide exciting smile. "And a bigger version of me! Sweet! Now I'm the biggest baddest turtle there is!" He exclaimed before looking at the Shredder with a wide smirk. "How'd you like me now?!"
Shredder growled as he pulled his vibrating fists back before sending them towards Raph, but he used his construct arm to punch against Shredder's attack, sending him into Tiki Pole, and he crashed onto the ground. Raph then saw the tiki statue, starting to tilt and beginning to fall before quickly moving away, as it crashed onto Shredder.
When the dust cleared, Raph was out of his construct while brushing his hands. "Now that's what I call using your head," Raph said with a smirk.
"Nice one, Raph!" Jenny cheered as the others got up and came up to him with smiles as Pigeon Pete landed on the rumble with a laugh. But the victory was short-lived when Foot Bots came swarming the room as Kitsune got up with a glare.
"Another day!" Olly said as the turtles threw smoke bombs on the floor, and they all disappeared.
Tigerclaw and Newtralizer pushed over the statue to help Shredder out, who was hiding in the circle that lowered down. Shredder then roared with rage as victory had escaped him once again.
Back on Turtle Island, Rockwell and Slash looked at the three masters as Slash offered some tea to Dariyasa, who had an arm in a sling. "I'm… sorry… Grandmistress Dariyasa." Slash apologized as Dariyasa accepted the tea with her one good arm.
"When I attacked, I could see everything that was happening. But I couldn't control my actions." He explained with a guilt-filled expression while Rockwell shared the same expression with his helmet off. "Please, forgive me." He pleaded with his head down.
Dariyasa placed a hand on Slash's shoulder and gave a soft smile "There is nothing to forgive, my friend. This was all Shredder's doing, your mind wasn't your own. I hold no grudge against you." She assured the large turtle.
"Nor do I, so do not despair, Slash, you will always be welcome here," Orimura promised Slash with a forgiving smile.
Slash looked grateful and bowed his head, "You honor me, Grandmaster," He said.
"Those worms must've programmed you two like sleeper agents." Donnie theorized, "It seemed that the effects took time before surfacing,"
"Indeed, it was dreadful, my thanks to all of you for saving us," Rockwell said gratefully.
"At least we know that the Brain Virus is still not perfected," Tal said optimistically.
"Still, it is too dangerous for any of us to be in the city alone," Orimura said before turning to the Mutanimals, "Stay among us, my brothers, until the threat of Shredder has passed," He told them.
"Thank you, Great Orimura," Leatherhead said with a bow of his head.
Mikey then stood up, "All I know is that those worms were nasty, and it's awesome to have you guys back." he said, putting his arm over Raph's shoulder. "And way to go, finding your powers, bro."
"Thanks, little brother," Raph said with a smile before turning to his girlfriend. "But we owe it all to Jenny, who figured out a way to snap us out of it."
"Well, what would we do without you?" Jenny asked with a smirk. "Well, what would we do without you? Every team needs an impulsive, loudmouthed, super violent hothead or two, right?" She teased with a smirk as Raph went up to her with a growl while the others watched nervously, and Jenny kept her smirk.
Then surprisingly, Raph smiled and gave Jenny a tight hug as he lifted her up. "You're the best, babe." He said to her.
Jenny gave a giggle. "Okay, alright. Alright." She said as the others smiled, they had stopped Shredder's mind control plan for now, and now four of the Turtles had unlocked their Hamato Ninpō powers as they were growling stronger with each one awakened.
