In New York, Miwa jumped across the rooftops, before stopping near the edge of an apartment and pulling out her Binoculars, "Hmm, no sign of any Footbots or mutants," Miwa told herself, pulling away her binoculars, "Guess I should call it a night and-" she stopped herself when she felt something sting her neck and suddenly felt dizzy.

"Ooh, sparkles…" Miwa moaned with a dazed smile before falling on her back. Jumping down next to her was Kitsune, who sighed and picked her up.

When Miwa woke up, she found herself in Shredder's Lab, restrained to a table as Newtralizer prepared a Brain Virus Worm. "Ah, you're finally awake, Rokka-Rokka," Newtralizer said with a smirk.

"Newtralizer?!" Miwa exclaimed as she struggled to break free from her straps. "Let me go!"

"Sorry, but I'm here to help change your mind about whose side you should be on," Newtralizer chuckled, "Just wait, you'll be feeling better than ever," He said with a gurgle.

"Newtralizer, if you don't let me go, I'll rip your tail off and you better hope you grow a new one!" Miwa threatened as Newtralizer gave a laugh.

"An empty threat, Rah," Newtralizer said in amusement. "But don't worry, you'll be free eventually. Just after you take your medicine. Rokka-Rokka." He said as he pulled out a new Brain Worm. "And by the way…this will hurt," He said sadistically as he moved the brain worm closer to Miwa's ear, who struggled to move away from it as the parasite then started drilling into her.

"NOOOO!" Miwa yelled in pain before she went stiff as Shredder, Kitsune, and Rocksteady watched as Newtralizer stepped back.

"Did it work, K'Vathrak? I demand proof." Shredder ordered while Kitsune had a regretful expression towards Miwa while he wasn't looking.

"Yes, Master Shredder," Newtralizer said with a nod. "I re-engineered the parasite to bend her mind into total obedience to you, and you alone." He said as he pushed on a button that let her go and she opened up her serpent eyes. "Perhaps a demonstration will convince you, Rokka-Rokka-Rokka?" He suggested.

"Karai, attack Ivan Steranko," Shredder ordered, pointing to the Rhino.

"Ha, snake lady, no trouble for Rocksteady, let us do this like the bruises, eh?" Rocksteady asked, bashing his fists.

Miwa hissed in response and jumped off of Stockman's head, and leaped over to the side, she threw her sword at him which knocked him off guard, she then landed down and kicked him in the face. "Big mistake! Now Rocksteady brings out the hammer!" Rocksteady shouted as he tried attacking her, but she was far too fast for him, she knocked him on his back and held her tanto to his throat.

"Stop!" Shredder called as Miwa stopped as she stood still while Rocksteady sighed in relief. "You have done well, K'Vathrak." He said to the Salamandrian.

"Now there won't be any rejection of the Virus due to increased anger. I made sure of that after the last beta testing, Rokka-Rokka." Newtralizer said with a proud smile. "It would take a miracle to free her from this,"

"Very good," Shredder said as he walked up to Miwa. "But the true test remains," he said.

"True test?" Kitsune questioned.

"Karai, destroy Splinter, the turtles, their pathetic human allies, and the entire Shell Tribe, eliminate them," Shredder instructed.

"Yes, father," Miwa said with a smirk.

On Turtle Island, the turtles hang out with each other, except for Leo, who is currently sword sparring with Splinter, each holding one of the Blue-Clad Turtle's katanas.

"I already told you, Sensei, I'm fine!" Leo said with a swing.

"Are you sure?" Splinter asked in concern.

"Nothing's wrong, Splinter. Why do you keep asking me that?!" Leo questioned while the others looked on in concern.

"So much anger," Splinter said as the two kept clashing swords. "The un-open bottle will burst when its internal pressure becomes too much to bear." He wisely said as he blocked another swipe. "For weeks, you've become brooding, surly, and stubborn."

"Yeah, right!" Leo brushed off as he clashed harder with Splinter, who blocked each strike.

"You have not been yourself, my son," Splinter said as he clashed weapons. "You must release what's festering within you. Your family can help you, Leonardo." He said to him. "It is important that we're open with one another." He said as Leo yelled and clashed blades with him, and managed to knock Splinter's sword out of his hand.

"You want me to be open?! Okay, how about I say that this Katana Lesson stinks!" Leonardo stated hotly, "I mastered this years ago! Years ago!" He emphasized.

Splinter narrowed his eyes and retrieved his sword, "It is not the student's place to decide when the lesson is learned!" Splinter told Leo as they rebegan their match. "The student's place is to listen and learn from the master."

The others watch the duel in great concern. "Isn't Leo hitting too hard on Splinter?" Jenny questioned.

"Something tells me the cork's about to pop in that unopened bottle," Mikey commented while holding his stuffed iguana.

"That hothead," Raph said as the others looked at him in surprise as Raph crossed his arms. "I hate it when Leo reminds me of me."

"Leo hasn't been himself for some time since the whole realization with the brain worms," Olly noted. "He's been pretty distant and a bit harsh every now and then, and been training much harder than usual."

"And something tells me that he's about to erupt like a volcano," Tal noted as Leo got into a blade lock.

"I've already mastered this lesson!" Leo yelled as he pushed Splinter back. "And yesterday's lesson! And the lesson before that!" He called as he pushed Splinter's sword away. "WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO TEACH ME SOMETHING THAT I DON'T ALREADY KNOW!?" He snapped as he raised his sword and jumped at his master.

Vee's eyes widened at this as she rushed into the dojo, ignoring the other's calls to come back and put herself in the way of Leo, "Leo, stop!" She pleaded with her arms out.

But it was too late as Leo slashed his sword at Vee, which made his eyes widen in shock as Vee yelled in pain and stumbled back, holding her chest while in Splinter's eyes, he saw a woman in Vee's place, a man with claws in Leo's and the area was covered in flames.

"No!" Splinter called as he quickly grabbed Vee and held her as the others crowded.

"Sis!" Ames called as they rushed towards Vee while Leo dropped his sword in horrified shock.

"Are you okay?" Mikey asked in concern.

Raph then turned to Leo with an angry expression, "Leo, what the shell is your problem?!" He questioned, pointing to his brother.

"What were you thinking?!" Olly demanded, just as angry.

"Vee! Venus, I'm so sorry!" Leo cried as he pushed the others aside and rushed to Vee. "I-I didn't mean to hurt you! I just… I just lost control." He said in complete guilt as he lowered his head in shame.

"N-no, it, it's fine. I-I'm, you j-just grazed me," Vee assured in pain as she held her chest where the slash was taken. "Fast slash there, Heroboy," She joked as she sat up.

"Perhaps, but you need to be healed," Splinter said as he then placed Vee down on her back and put his hands together after taking a breather. "Rin…Pyo…Toh…Sha." He started as he moved his hands in different formations and placed it on Vee's chest. "Kai…Jin…Retsu…Zai…Zen." He said as Vee felt her slash healing up and the pain fading as she sighed in relief.

"Thanks, Sensei," Vee said with a grateful tone while sitting up.

Tal looked amazed and turned to Splinter, "Splinter, what was that?" She asked the rat.

"It is an ancient technique passed down through generations," Harumi spoke as they turned and saw the healer enter, "It is called, 'The Healing Hands', it allows the users to transfer their own chi to heal another's wounds but can only be performed by one who truly loves and cares for others,"

"Indeed," Splinter said with a nod. "I take you have learned its secrets as well."

"Why yes, I did," Harumi said with a smile while placing a hand on herself. "It's part of my healer's lessons. One must know all possible healing methods if you are two save lives,"

"Wow," Tal said in wonder before looking at her hands, "Hey, Aunt Harumi, do you think…" She tried to ask as Harumi turned to her.

"You wish to learn the secrets of this technique?" Harumi asked as Tal nodded eagerly as the elder female turtle chuckled and kneeled, "Alright, follow my motions and repeat my words," She instructed as Tal kneeled in front of her, and the two closed their eyes and recited the mantra.

Splinter then turned to his eldest son with a serious expression, "Leonardo," He said as Leo turned to him in worry, "Meet me in our hut," He said simply before walking out of the dojo.

Leo sighed as he lowered his head in shame and turned to the others. "Well, there's one more thing I screwed up." He said as he walked off sadly, while the others looked at him with concern.

"Leo," Vee spoke up, wanting to reassure him, but Leo was already out of sight. "Have any of you ever seen Leo like this?" She asked the New York brothers.

"No. This is the first time Leo pulled a Raph-up on anyone." Donnie answered.

"Hey!" Raph called in offense.

"Yeah, every other time, it's always Raph who blows up and screws up," Mikey added.

"Hey!" Raph repeated with a red vein on his head.

"Wow, that must be the first time for everything," Jenny said with giggles as Raph growled before he sighed and slouched in defeat.

"Don't worry, I'll talk to him," Raph said, straightening up and turning to leave.

But then Olly put a hand to his chest, "No, I handle this," He said to them.

"Are you sure?" Naomi asked in concern. "Leonardo seemed pretty upset."

"I think I know why he's like that. I'll see you guys later." Olly said as he walked off, the others watched him leave.

In New York, Casey, Keno, and the O'Neil sisters were just leaving the theaters while talking about stuff. "I thought a little night out would be good for me but I still can't shake everything that's happened," April said with a sigh.

"You're not the only one, sis. Because you never know what something strange might come at ya." Robyn said in agreement as Casey and Keno decided to play a trick and snuck around on the other side.

"At least dad's back, I just want a little normal stuff in our lives." April said before noticing the boys were gone, "Casey, Keno?" She called as she turned around, and Robyn did the same.

"Where did they-?" Robyn tried to ask before the two boys jumped out with a monster-like roar, causing the two sisters to scream, "Really?!" She asked with a look as the two laughed and high-fived before walking on.

"The six deadly poisons were cool, but I would've smashed that scorpion dude in one hit!" Casey said excitedly as he was doing some fighting poses.

"Yeah! I mean, seriously, one huge boot and squish!" Keno added with a smile.

"And yesterday I lost my head, and now I can't walk around because I have no head," April said sarcastically while Casey was in his own world.

"Not listening to a single word, are you?" Robyn said, shaking her head as they went back to O'Neil's apartment, where Kirby was watching from the window.

"Ah, we're just messing with ya, girls. Come on, laugh a little." Keno said to them. "I mean, after everything that has happened, it's better to have some humor every once in a while."

"You wanna know what my favorite part of the movie was?" Casey asked as he went to get his bike.

"I don't know, Casey, maybe the nonstop violence?" April asked sarcastically.

"It was the way the hero never gave up, even against all odds," Casey answered, which surprised them.

"That's right, we listen," Keno said with a smile.

"Catch ya later, red; I'm sure your lost head will turn up soon." Casey joked as he clicked his tongue before driving off, and April chuckled at that joke.

"We'll meet up on the island maybe sometime tomorrow with the others," Keno said as he walked off.

"Sure thing!" Robyn called with a wave as the girls entered their apartment.

Meanwhile back on the Island, Leo was sitting by the TV, after having a short talk with Splinter about his frustrations and lack of control, Splinter decided Leo needed some time away from training so the Blue-clad turtle just sat in front of the TV, watching the rainbow screen.

"Leo?" Olly spoke up, which made Leo flinch as he turned and saw Olly walking in with a furrowed brow. "You okay?"

"H-Hey, Olly, I'm fine." Leo waved off before looking back at the television. "Just, watching TV is all."

"What, the rainbow screen Special?" Olly questioned as he walked up to Leo. "Leo, usually, you would watch Crognard then or a rerun of Space Heroes."

"Yeah, well, that was already done anyway." Leo said while looking down sadly.

Olly then turned off the TV as he turned to Leo. "Okay, Leo. How about you tell me something you've been wanting to say for a while?" He suggested to him with his arms crossed. "To get it off of your chest?"

"No. I think I'd already did back in the training grounds." Leo said sadly while looking away. "And I hurt Vee because I lost control."

"Leo, even from that Raph-up you did, which is a bit weird, I can tell that's not the entire thing you've been holding for weeks." Olly said to him with a concerned look. "What's on your mind lately that caused you to turn into a blue-Raph, Leo?"

Leo sighed, as he realized there's no avoiding it as he spoke. "If I gotta be honest, it's this whole leadership thing, Olly." He said.

"Leadership?" Olly asked in confusion and surprise.

"You know, leading the team, charging into battles while leading the charge, giving orders?" Leo listed out with a sad look.

Olly gave a brow from that. "Is it because I was put in as leader of the group? Because if so, I don't know why you brought it up now since you accepted it after the Kraang invasion." He said.

"Olly, I appreciate that you are a great leader, but before I met you and the other islander turtles, being leader was usually my thing." Leo started while looking away.

"I get it. Because you wanted to be a hero like your favorite character like Space Heroes." Olly said, knowing what Leo is saying.

"No, it's more than that." Leo said, which made Olly look at him in interest as he sighed. "It's no because I wanted to be like Captain Rian from Space Heroes, at first I did, but after a while, I found being a leader to be a passion, the very thing that made me who I am." He said, which made Olly look at him in surprise before he frowned. "There are times that I don't want to be a leader if the guys don't listen to me or if it's too much for me to handle, but as it turned out, I was the best suited to lead them. And since then, being Leader became part of who I am, who I was meant to be." He said to him as he looked away in shame. "But, ever since you came in and started taking that role, especially I was removed from that title-"

"You feel like that part of you is gone, something that made you who you are is removed." Olly finished with a solemn look.

"Yeah. It's like I lost the purpose of who I was meant to be, who I should be." Leo said sadly as he looked down. "All because of my recklessness."

Olly looked at Leo, feeling bad and a little guilty that Leo lost what made him who he is as he sighed. "Leo, you have the bravery, compassion, and will to be a leader, but I don't think you get the most important thing," He said as Leo turned to him curiously, "Since I'm the oldest, I have to be responsible for taking care of my sisters and make sure we can handle anything we come across, meaning I can't for once think about my future or act like my life is all that matter, because if I do…everyone I love could end up dead." He explained with a serious look while facing forward while Leo looked at him, "Being a leader isn't about passion or superiority, it's about selflessness, to be willing to give anything for the sake of what's important…even your life,"

Leo thought momentarily as he took Olly's words in, as he saw why Olly was always serious and took charge. "I get it. I think I experienced something like that, twice." He said, which made Olly look at him in wonder. "During the first Kraang invasion, I stayed behind to take out the Kraang Portal in TCRI to stop the Technodrome from coming, but failed. And then, when we rescued April and all the people captured from inside, Kraang Prime was on our tail, and knowing he might kill us before we could escape, I held him back so the others could get out and barely escaped."

"Then use that thinking when you do become a leader again," Olly said as he stood up, "Just remember, being afraid is what makes being a hero all the more valuable," He said before walking off, leaving Leo confused.

At night, April was seen walking around a strange fog, looking worried. "Hello? Where am i? Who's there.. show yourself!" April shouted as she could hear noises all around the place; she gasped in fear as the building behind her shattered and from it she saw a huge white snake rise up behind her, hissing at her. April screamed in pure terror as she tried to run away from the snake but she was eaten in one swift bite.

April woke up from her bed, and she breathed heavily. "Oh.. it was just a nightmare," April said in relief, but it was short-lived when a certain Kunoichi landed on her bed in front of her, "M-Miwa?" She said in confusion before Miwa's head shot up, with white scaled skin and green snake eyes.

"Hello, O'Neil," Miwa said with a horrifying grin as her snake-like hung out before she lunged at April.

Robyn got out of the bathroom before she and Kirby heard April screaming. "Sis?!" Robyn called out.

"April!" Kirby called out as he and Robyn rushed to April's room before they saw her on the floor out cold as they gasped in worry.

Robyn then saw Miwa's shadowy silhouette at the window, looking at her with glowing green eyes, before she jumped away, "Miwa?" She whispered in shock.

The turtles are in the living room doing their own activities, with Zach and Catilyn hanging out with them, "Help! Guys!" Robyn exclaimed as they turned and saw her and Kirby rushing in.

"Robyn? Kirby?" Olly asked in surprise as they saw the two holding April before gently laying her down.

"Snakebite. Please, help us!" Kirby pleaded.

"Give her some space," Naomi said as they crowded April and she inspected her.

"She's gonna be okay, right Naomi?" Ames asked as Naomi inspected April. The girl moaned in pain, and the brown-clad turtle saw the snakebite on April's arm.

"Oh, no," Naomi said grimly.

With Casey, he rode through the streets, beating boxing to himself until footbots suddenly landed all around him. "Whoa! What the what? Footbots!" Casey said seriously as he whacked one away and tried to ride off.

"Better warn the guys!" Casey shouted as he pressed on a button a few times before he saw more bots land in front of him and drew their weapons. Casey put on his mask and shot some Taser bombs at them, which made them explode, and Casey drove off laughing at that. Another one was charging at him, and Casey took out some sharp weaponry from his bike and jumped off a sidewalk.

"Goongala!" Casey screamed as he slashed its arms apart, Casey loaded up a rocket and shot it into the air before slamming down on the bots and destroying them. "Hahaha! Oh yeah! You better robo-check yourselves before you wreck yourselves, son!" He said in victory as he drove off again like it was nothing special.

Miwa was watching the whole thing from a rooftop and decided to attack him; Casey kept on beatboxing himself right before he heard Miwa yell and saw her kick him off his bike. "Miwa, you're here. Weird-way to say hello but I dig the sweet style." Casey teased.

"It's Karai. And do you like this?!" Miwa shouted as she delivered multiple kicks to him and kicked him back.

"I thought you were on our side I don't wanna hurt you!" Casey shouted, backing up a little.

"Oh, but I wanna hurt you, slowly... painfully..." Miwa said menacingly as she drew her sword. Miwa slashed at him, and Casey blocked it right before she could while she hissed at him like a snake; Casey flipped over more kicks from her until he swept her legs and caught her and had a smug look again.

"I'm not sure if I wanna fight you or ask you out." Casey teased again.

"Not bad Jonesss," Miwa said a little impressed.

"I got plenty of surprises for you, sweetheart," Casey said smugly.

"So do I.." Miwa said before she backflipped off of him and hissed at him again. Karai lunged her snake arms at him again and barely avoided biting him as he was being backed into an alley.

Miwa tried attacking him more until Casey put his stick right in front of her neck. "It's over, Miwa!" Casey said, trying to hold her back.

"Stop calling me that! It's not over until I say it is!" Miwa hissed as she stepped on his foot, which lowered his guard. She lunged her snake hands at him again, and they coiled around him and brought him to her. Miwa hissed at him again and almost attacked him before she literally brought him into a kiss which surprised him before leaning into hit before she pushed him back.

"Whoa…that was crazy; I mean, don't get me wrong, it was nice and all, but why are my lips.. numb?" Casey asked, confused as he was feeling strange before he started choking and fell to the ground.

"The numbness is one of the effects of my venom. Some go faster than others." Miwa answered as he could feel its effects. "First weakness, then paralysis, then... blackout." She explained as Casey started breathing heavily. "You're the second, now, and once I get Andrada, I'm going to poison Shell Tribe, one by one, to the very last turtle." She said, knocking Casey down with her foot and walking off with Casey hanging onto consciousness.

Back on Turtle Island, April was in the Healer's Pavilion as Harumi was checking on April's vitals while checking her pulse and the monitors Donnie, Rockwell, and Tal set up. "Her condition is getting worse." She said grimly. "The poison in her system isn't showing any signs of stopping and it is still spreading."

"Bitten by Miwa in her bedroom?" Leo asked in shock, going over what Robyn told them. "This doesn't make any sense. Why would she do that?"

"There was something in her eyes, Leo," Robyn said, rubbing her chin, "Something I saw in this movie where one of the hero's teammates was brainwashed,"

"Wait, you mean, mind controlled?" Olly asked in concern by what Robyn was saying as his eyes widened. "Oh no." He muttered.

"You don't think," Vee Trailed off in worry.

"Aw, Sewerapples," Raph groaned with a facepalm.

"Of course," Tal muttered.

"Not again," Leo said while facepalming himself.

"Uh, mind filling us in?" Bandit asked in confusion.

"Seems like Newtralizer improved his mind control formula," Donnie stated.

"And used Miwa as a guinea snake," Ames added.

"Well, here's what's worse," Jenny said as she walked in. "We've got an SOS from Casey's bike."

"Great. Jenny and I will check it out." Raph said as he and Jenny were about to walk off.

"Wait, take Ames and Mikey with you," Olly spoke up to the two.

"Why?" Raph questioned.

"Because you two might need more backup in case Miwa attacks," Olly explained. "The rest of us are too busy helping Harumi with April." He added.

"Ugh, fine," Jenny groaned before pointing to the two, "But no Turflytle or Ladyfly!" She said firmly.

"Ames, Mikey, Raph, and Jenny, the new A-Team!" Ames cheered.

"Let's do this, ya'll!" Mikey cheered as he and Ames rushed out after the two tough turtles while the latter pair groaned.

"Maybe we should've taken her to a hospital," Kirby said, really worried for April.

"Dad, the doctors wouldn't even know where to start with helping April, not without years of study which she doesn't have," Robyn said as she brushed April's hair.

"You did the right thing coming here," Harumi said as Donnie, Rockwell, and Tal gasped when they looked at April's blood.

"What is it, guys?" Slash asked, walking up to the three.

"None of the known anti-venoms have any effect on the poison in Ms. O'Neil's blood," Rockwell revealed in dread, "Possible due to the fact that we are dealing with a mutant snake's venom,"

"If we can't come up with an antidote soon…" Donnie trailed off as they gasped, knowing what would happen if April wasn't cured soon.

But then, they heard a groan and turned to see Angel and Zach carrying in a weakened Keno, "Keno? What happened?" Vee asked in surprise.

"We found him just outside, flopped on the ground," Zach explained with a concerned look.

"Look at his arm," Angel said, showing them two bumps on his arm, similar to April's.

"Oh no," Olly said, realizing Miwa had gotten Keno too.

Raph, Mikey, Jenny, and Ames arrived at the place they got the signal from. "This is the place where Casey's bike was sending off the signal, maybe we should split up," Raph suggested before they heard a strange sound.

"Dudes listen! You hear that?" Mikey asked as they saw something not to far from here.

"It's coming from over there, come on, guys!" Ames shouted as they quickly ran up to a large pile of trash, they pushed them out of the way and saw Casey on the ground really injured.

"Casey! What happened?" Raph asked, worried for him.

"Attack… Foot…Miwa… Kiss…" Casey mumbled before he passed out.

"He's not making any sense," Raph said in confusion and worry.

"I think he's asking you two to kiss Miwa's foot, better do what he says!" Mikey encouraged them before they pushed him away.

"Not what Casey is saying, Mikey!" Jenny retorted.

"I think he's saying that he was attacked by the Foot, Miwa attacked him, and she somehow kissed him to poison him?" Ames translated with a brow.

Raph and Jenny turned to her in surprise, "You actually understood what Casey was blabbering about?" Raph questioned with a brow.

"Mikey translates crazy, so I picked up a few pointers," Ames said while gesturing to Mikey, who chuckled.

"She's the master!" Mikey cheered.

"Let's grab his legs and get out of here," Ames said to them as they dragged Casey back to the Party Wagon with Mikey, Ames, and Casey in the back while Raph drove with Jenny beside him.

"Oh no. Oh no, oh no, Miwa really got him good." Mikey said to Raph and Jenny. "You're gonna have to suck the poison out, bra!"

"I'm not sucking the poison out! I'm driving!" Raph pointed out as they looked at the two, missing the snake tail, moving over the windshield.

"And I'm in the passenger seat, so I can't be in the back!" Jenny exclaimed. "You two do it!"

"No way! He could've been bitten on his butt or his lips if Miwa kissed him!" Ames exclaimed. "That's gross! You do it!" She told her boyfriend.

"No way!" Mikey complained.

"Just do it already!" Jenny and Raph yelled, which made Ames and Mikey flinch as they didn't hear any hissing.

The two looked at the bites as they were nervous to suck which one to get the poison out, but before they could even try it, Miwa, in her snake form, burst in through the back and hissed at the two turtles, causing them to flinch.

"Now what?" Raph questioned before he and Jenny saw Miwa attacking Ames and Mikey as the two yelled in pain before she lunged at the two hotheads as well.

Miwa then took the wheel and stopped the Party Wagon before she stepped out with Raph and Jenny, held in her snake arms before throwing them in the back with the others, "Four down, six to go," Miwa said with a smirk as she slammed the doors shut.

Back on Turtle Island, Keno was placed next to April, as his vitals were monitored as well. Harumi searched through her remedies as Donnie, Tal, and Rockwell tried everything they could to help them. "Any luck, you three? Anything?" Kirby asked desperately as they shook their heads.

"This isn't your normal snake venom, Mr. O'Neil. Miwa's poison is very unknown due to her being only half mutant-snake nature." Tal said to him as she injected another Anti-Venom, "The most we can do is slow it down but to cure it would take-"

"Something much more powerful, perhaps?" Harumi said as she walked out for a moment.

"Where is she going?" Kirby questioned anxiously.

"Easy, Dad. Harumi is the best healer. She might have something to help them." Robyn said to her father. "She took care of Leo for three months when he was out cold."

Harumi then returned, a scroll in her hands, "I knew this would come in great use someday," She said, looking hopeful.

"What is that, Harumi?" Leatherhead asked.

"It is an ancient poison-draining technique of the Healing Hands," Harumi said as she opened up the scroll. "If done correctly, it may just eradicate the venom in their bodies."

"So, it's like some kind of magic?" Mondo questioned, scratching his head.

"Not magic, but a very advanced skill that can be mistaken for magic," Harumi explained.

Leo's T-Phone then rang and he saw it was Raph calling as he answered it. "Raph? Where are you guys? Raph?" He asked.

"Hello Leonardo, your friends are right here, with me," Miwa answered from the other side.

"Miwa? Is that you?" Leo asked, shocked.

"They're not in the best of health," Miwa said as she spoke through Raph's T-Phone while in an abandoned subway tunnel with the poisoned heroes beside her with a couple of Footbots. "I'm afraid that if you, Donatello, Olliver, Venus, Talena, and Maolier don't come soon, then Jennika, Amoly, Michelangelo Raphael, and Casey Jones will all expire. Come to the old abandoned station and bring the others with you; I'll be waiting for you." She explained as she hung up on them.

"Miwa? Miwa?!" Leo called out when Miwa ended the call.

"She's not getting any better!" Kirby called as he looked at the three smart ones and Harumi. "I brought April here because I thought you could save her!"

"Calm down, Kirby!" Olly called firmly.

"We have a bigger problem," Leo said to them.

"There is no other problem! April and Keno are the only people you all should be worrying-" Kirby tried to say before Robyn spoke.

"DAD!" Robyn yelled, which made Kirby flinch as he turned to his elder daughter. "Casey and the others are just as important!" She stated.

"Mr. O'Neil, we are doing the best we can, we just need more time!" Rockwell tried to explain.

"Enough! All of you!" Splinter shouted as he walked in and looked at April and Keno, "If Harumi and I can focus, we may be able to get the poison out of their systems,"

"You six must go and rescue your siblings," Harumi told the six turtles.

"You know it's a trap," Donnie told Olly and Leo.

"Of course it is," Leo stated, "But it doesn't matter, if we don't go Raph and the others will die,"

"He's right, we need to rescue them, all of them," Olly agreed before turning to the others, "Kirby, Robyn, Zach, and Caitlyn, help Master Splinter and Harumi with whatever they need, Slash, you, and your team stay and protect the village in case Shredder launches a sneak attack," He instructed.

"You can count on us," Slash said with a nod.

"Let's move," Olly said as the turtles rushed out.

A bit later, April and Keno are on the ground as Harumi and Splinter take breaths with a couple of smoke emitters around the poisoned teens while they then move their hands in formation while chanting the healing hands and reciting the mantra before their hands glow white and place them on Keno and April, Harumi with Keno, Splinter with April.

As they continued, Kirby and the three teens watched the heart monitors which were steady at first before they turned red and started beeping erratically as April and Keno moaned and squirmed in pain.

"April, Keno! No!" Robyn cried as Harumi and Splinter continued to recite as their hands hovered over the two poisoned teens until the heart monitor changed to green and beeped normal.

"Their heart rate slowed down," Zach said in slight relief.

"Does that mean the poison's…" Kirby trailed off hopefully.

"We've stopped it from getting worse," Splinter answered, "But they are not out of danger yet,"

"What do you mean?" Caitlyn asked.

"The venom has already claimed much of their bodies, the mantra may only hold it back long enough for them to overcome it," Harumi explained before giving a concerned look, "But, it will all depend on whether or not they have the strength to defeat it,"

In New York, the remaining turtles swam in the sewer tunnels in water that is giving off a green mist. "Eh, gross. This water smells worse than the average sewers." Vee said while covering her nose.

"You said it, sis," Tal said in disgust.

"Let's go, guys. This is the way to Miwa and the others." Olly said as they all started climbing the ladders, and Donnie groaned.

"I-I don't feel so good." Donnie moaned as Leo looked up and saw Olly, while looking a bit dizzy.

"Me… neither." Leo moaned as he climbed as they made it to the subway tunnel.

"Wow, I think that swimming took more out of me, than I thought," Olly said while rubbing his head as they walked down the tunnel. "Is the tunnel spinning, or is it just me?"

"It's not you, Olivier," Naomi said while clutching her stomach. "I think that Pizza I had is returning with a vengeance." She moaned.

"Oliver, Leonardo, Donatello, Venus De Milo, Talena and Maolier. Sneaky coming from the sewers." Miwa's voice echoed. "How are you feeling, turtles? Nausea? Dizzy?" She taunted as the others did feel like that.

"Ugh. My brain is melting." Tal said before Leo saw them with fruits for heads.

"Guys, why do you all have fruits for heads?" Leo questioned.

"Wait. We've been… poisoned!" Vee exclaimed as they all panicked and then they rushed down the tunnels.

"Oh, we have to act fast before we collapse!" Olly called as they rushed down the tunnel. "How did Miwa even poison us?! We weren't even bit!" He exclaimed.

"My venom is highly toxic in any form, even in water. It seeks through the skin in seconds." Miwa said as she walked around the station as The poisoned turtles rushed up to her as Foot Bots came behind her as Vee, Donnie, and Naomi fainted from the poison while Olly, Leo, and Tal tried to stay strong as they drew their blades. "It's over, Leo, Olly, and Tal." She said as the three fell to the ground. "You all are finished."

Tal was barely conscious as she looked at Miwa, reaching a handout, "Miwa, please…" She mumbled.

"Finally. After all this time." Miwa said with a smirk. "Put them with the others! I want to admire my trophies." She said as she turned to the others, all chained up by the subway, as the Footbots dragged the six turtles to them.

"Rin…Pyo…Toh…Sha." Tal muttered the Healing Hands words.

"The poison is slow. Within the hour, you will all perish." Miwa said as she looked at them smugly, "I don't even care about any of you. You're nothing more than a means to get to Splinter and the Turtle Tribe." She continued as the robots hooked Vee, Naomi, and Donnie up to the chains.

"Rin…Pyo…Toh…Sha." Tal kept reciting the Mantra as she, Olly, and Leo drew their daggers.

"The rat will eventually come for you, and then, I will have my revenge." She said as she looked at her snake arm.

Tal, Olly, and Leo then took out the Footbots and faced Miwa tiredly, "Don't, count on it," Olly panted.

"Fighting the poison, impressive," Miwa admitted.

"Miwa, this isn't you," Leo said, holding his side, "It's that Brain Virus, you need to fight it,"

"Lies won't help you Leo, I'll just have to do this myself," Miwa said, raising her snake arms.

Tal raised her arms to her brothers, "Guys, free Donnie and the others, I'll handle Miwa," Tal told the boys as she stepped forward with her bow.

"You sure?" Olly groaned.

"I'm, sure. Now go." Tal said as the two boys nodded and went to the others as Tal then started weakly firing her arrows at Miwa, who dodged them effortlessly as she charged at her as she exchanged blows and punches as Tal tried to block them. "Miwa, you have to fight it." She said before Miwa wrapped her snake arms around Tal, tossing her to the other end of the station as she groaned.

Back with the others, Keno and April are still groaning in pain from the poison in their system. "April, Keno, the poison is still inside of you," Harumi spoke up.

"We can slow it down, but only you can defeat it," Splinter told them.

"What was I thinking?!" Kirby asked in panic. "I'm calling the hospital."

"No. This poison has no cure." Splinter said to him.

"Only the mantras can save them now." Harumi finished.

Tal kept fighting Miwa as she was grabbed by the arm, with Miwa biting down on her with her snake arms as she was flung to a pillar after a kick. "Still feeling the effects?" Miwa taunted as Tal painted. "You're weak, Tal. And you're all done for!" She called.

Tal growled as she stood up and placed her hands together, "Rin…Pyo…Toh…Sha." starting to recite the healing hands as Miwa looked at her in confusion.

Around the same time, Harumi and Splinter are reciting the healing hands as the three mutants are moving their hands in sync without knowing as their hands start glowing.

"Kai…Jin…Retsu…Zai…Zen." Tal continued as she felt her strength building up, "Rin…Pyo…Toh…Sha...Kai…Jin…Retsu…Zai…Zen." She recited as a white glow appeared on her hands.

"What are you doing?! What is this?!" Miwa asked while looking in shock at what was happening.

Splinter and Harumi placed their hands on April and Keno as the group watched in hopeful desperation.

With Tal, she placed the healing hands on herself; she began to glow as well, but not only that, but it didn't stop there; she then gained periwinkle diagonal streaks on her body while her eyes were still closed, a periwinkle symbol of the Hamato Clan appeared in her mind.

Tal not only felt refreshed, but the bites on her arms also faded as she opened her eyes, which were pure white, and glared at Miwa. Miwa had enough and lunged her snake hands at her, but Tal dodged them without even looking, knocking them down as she hit Miwa's snake arms, making them fall down, unable to move them.

"Come back to us, Miwa!" Tal called as her hands glowed with periwinkle light before placing it on Miwa's forehead, and Miwa also began to glow. After a moment, Tal let go when Miwa stood stiff. "Miwa?"

Miwa hissed as she tried to pounce on Tal again, but then, she started shrieking in pain and wrapped her snake arms around herself, struggling from the inside, before she sat on the ground, and then started gagging as crawling out of her mouth, was the brain worm, which she spat out before Tal crushed it under her foot.

Tal kneeled in front of Miwa, holding her shoulder as the girl panted, "Not, too shabby," Miwa said with a weak smile.

Back on Turtle Island, Keno and April woke up as they came to. "Sis, Keno!" Robyn exclaimed in huge relief.

"Harumi, Splinter, you both did it!" Kirby cheered as he and Robyn hugged April. "Oh, my sweet baby girl." He cheered.

Keno groaned and rubbed his head, "What happened?" He asked as he sat up.

"You were poisoned, but Harumi and Splinter saved you and April," Zach explained.

"Oh, right," Keno said with wide eyes.

Back in the subway tunnel, Olly and Leo put the others together after bringing them down while Tal used her new powers to help heal them. After a few moments, they began to wake up as they opened their eyes with a groan.

"Oh, man, snake bites is worse than the worse." Casey groaned.

"Snake bites aren't that bad, I've been bitten by a giant wasp, mutant dogs, Dream Beavers, squirrels, squirrelanoids." Mikey listed out.

"Are you still talking?" Raph questioned in annoyance.

Miwa then walked over while holding her arm in guilt, "Guys, I am so sorry, I knew everything I was doing but, I just couldn't stop, it was like my body was on autopilot," She said in shame.

"It wasn't you, Miwa," Donnie said to her.

"It was Shredder who is responsible for this, not you," Naomi assured her.

"Now, let's get home before something else happens," Olly suggested.

But then, teleporting from above was Newtralizer who gave a battle cry, "Look out!" Raph called as they all moved out of the way of Newtralizer's attack.

"Come on, seriously?!" Mikey shouted in exasperation as Newtralizer fired at them.

"We won't win this fight, we're still too weak. Everyone, fall back!" Olly called as they avoided the lasers.

"You don't have to tell us twice!" Tal called as she swiped on her bracelet, which caused her to vanish while the others tried to do the same with theirs, but Newtralizer's laser kept preventing them from trying.

"We need cover or we're fried!" Jenny exclaimed.

Leo looked at his friends and family struggling to activate their bracelets as they can't without being shot at as he looked at the Newtralizer before he gave a determined expression and drew his swords and activated his mystic powers. "I'll hold him off! You guys go!" He called as he charged at Newtralizer.

"Leo!" Olly called out as Leo charged at Newtralizer while avoiding the laser shots as Leo threw his sword at him, which Newtralizre simply dodged, but Leo appeared behind him as he clashed his blades at him, which Newtralizer blocked with his energy blade as they then clash with each other while Leo kept avoiding him with his portals while Newtralizer evaded his strikes.

"Go, now! I'm right behind you guys!" Leo called out as he kept fighting the Newtralizer.

"You better be, bro!" Raph called as he activated his bracelet, and he vanished as well. Miwa, Casey, and the others then did the same one by one. Vee then saw Leo getting knocked on, which made him roll across the floor as his bracelet got smashed.

"Leo!" Vee cried, but it was too late as she vanished as well.

Leo groaned as he looked at his arm and saw his bracelet smashed. "My portal bracelet." He said in despair when he saw his only way home destroyed, and to make matters worse, his swords were also destroyed. He looked towards the Newtralizer walking to him with a smirk.

"That's not all I'll destroy, Rokka-Rokka!" Newtralizer called as he raised his electric spear-shaped weapon at Leo, whose eyes widened in panic as Newtralizer brought it down.

But after a few seconds, the electric spear-shaped was stopped inches away from Leo's face while he looked in shock and horror. In front of Leo was Olly, who used himself as a shield as electric shots formed around him as he grunted in pain while Newtralizer smirked.

"Olly?" Leo asked slowly as Olly grunted and strained as he gave a selfless look to Leo while fighting the electric surge. He took off his bracelet and put it on Leo before pressing the button. "Olly, wait, no! Wait, Olly! Olly! No, Olly! Olly! No, OLLY!" He pleaded as the last thing he saw before vanishing was Newtralizer raising his fist and slamming down on Olly just as Leo disappeared.

Back on Turtle Island, the group teleported into the Healer's Pavilion as they appeared and collapsed, "Children!" Splinter exclaimed, rushing to Miwa and helping her up, "Are you alright?" He asked in concern.

"We're fine, father," Miwa said with a smile. "I'm free from Shredder's control. Thanks to Tal," she said while giving a grateful smile at Tal, who nodded with a smile in return.

"Yeah, she kicked butt, stopped the poison, and saved us," Jenny listed while giving a thumbs-up to Tal, "You're number one, sis." She declared.

Tal blushed at the praise while giving a snorty giggle, and Donnie kissed her on the cheek, "That's my girl," He complimented as Tal hugged him.

"Okay, so then what happened?" April asked, feeling better already.

"We were about to come back, but then we got jumped by Newtralizer," Raph explained with his arms up.

"Why'd we run anyway, we coulda taken him!" Casey complained.

Mikey then went over to him with a freaked-out expression, "In case you missed it, we were about to get our butts kicked!" He exclaimed while waving his arms.

"Yeah, we barely even survived the last time we faced him!" Ames added.

"Guys! None of that is important!" Vee exclaimed in great concern. "I saw Leo get hurt and his portal bracelet destroyed! Meaning that he's trapped! With the Newtralizer!"

The others looked just as concerned before Naomi realized something, "Wait, Leonardo's not the only one missing, where's-"

Naomi was cut off when Olly's teleport came but not with Olly, only Leo. Leo fell to his knees and started panting with a haunted expression while the others looked down at him in surprise. They're voices were muffled by a ringing in his ears, "Where's Olly?" They asked, a bit muffled as Leo pants.

Leo got his hearing back as he spoke. "Come on! We have to go back!" Leo told them as he tried to rush out of the hut but Raph and Vee grabbed his arms, "Let go of me guys, we need to move now!" He demanded.

"Leo! Chill out, man!" Raph called out, holding his brother's arm, "What's going on? Where's Olly?"

"Leo, what happened to Olly?" Vee asked him in worry as Leo shook them off and tried to walk out.

"Leonardo?" Splinter spoke up softly, which made Leo stop as he stood stiff and gave a frightened look.

"He… He took him." Leo said with a broken tone, "Newtralizer took Olly," He said as they were all horrified.

"You left Olly?" Keno asked in shock.

"He left himself!" Leo called in defense. "He used his bracelet to save me, all because I wasn't strong enough!" He cried while holding his head.

"D-Does that mean he's…" Ames asked with worried tears.

"He is still alive," They turned and saw Orimura walk in with Dariyasa behind him, "I can sense Olivier's chi, he still lives and bravely fights on."

"Then what are we waiting for?! Let's head back there and save him!" Leo declared with a fist up.

"Leonardo, wait," Naomi told the Blue-Clad turtle.

"If you won't come I'll just go myself!" Leo said, drawing his broken sword.

Leo then tried to use his powers to portal to where Olly is, but with his swords broken, it was useless, "Leo, be rational. You can't use your powers while your swords are damaged," Donnie told Leo, who kept trying to use his portal.

"None of us are in any condition for a fight," Miwa added with a furrowed brow.

"We don't even have a plan!" Jenny exclaimed.

"By the time we get back there, they'll be long gone, Bro; there's nothing we can do," Mikey said, looking down sadly.

"I don't care!" Leo said stubbornly, "Olly never abandoned me, I'm not going to abandon him!"

Orimura then gave Leo a firm yet solemn look, "Leonardo, he is right," He said.

"What?" Leo questioned the Grandmaster.

"I'm right?!" Mikey said in shock, "Oh wow, that's a first," He said to himself.

"Yes, you would never catch up to them by now," Orimura said before looking at Leo seriously, "And you're not ready to face the Shredder yet, we will rescue Olivier someday, but it is not today." He said while shaking his head.

"But Shredder might… he might…" Leo tried to say before he looked down sadly. "It's my fault, I failed Olly when he needed the most, it's just…the sight of Newtralizer so close to it, I…"

"Made your heart stop, put ice in your veins? Scared the shell outta ya?" Casey guessed.

"Yeah, something like that," Leo nodded, still looking ashamed as Orimura placed a hand on him.

"All warriors feel fear at one time or another, Leonardo; there is no shame in this fact. But only the most mighty among us can overcome that fear and master it, and from what I've seen, you are one such warrior," Orimura said as Leo looked at him in surprise, "Olivier sacrificed himself so that you can escape to fight another day. You must honor your brother by doing what would want you to; never stop fighting," He advised.

"We'll save Olivier one day, my children," Splinter said to turtles with a comforting smile. "For now, you must rest and plan your next strike accordingly before making a move."

"But how are we going to do that when, we don't have a leader anymore?" Tal asked, looking hopeless.

The others shared her expression before Raph clenched his fist, took a breath, and gave a serious expression, "Yes we do," He said before walking up to Leo, "You Leo, it has to be you," He said without hesitation, pointing to the Blue-clad turtle's chest.

"W-What?" Leo asked in shock.

"You're the best leader I know, Leo," Raph said to him. "A bit cocky, cliche, stupid, and a total bossy shell at times, but you are a great leader. You led us through battle after battle, planned every strategy, and, most of all, always looked out for us. So there's anyone I trust to lead into taking Shredder down, it's you." He said to him, which made Leo look at him in surprise at Raph's words while the others were just as surprised as he was.

"Wow, Raph is getting good with the pep talks," Donnie commented in surprise.

"Very inspiring," Mikey added in agreement.

"Deep, yo." Casey added.

"So, whatcha gonna do, Fearless Leader?" Raph questioned while crossing his arms.

Leo looked down for a moment, taking in Raph's words as he looked at him with a determined expression. "We're going to save our brother and then defeat Shredder…once and for all," He declared as they all smiled at Leo, seeing his spirit is up and ready to plan their next move.

Back with Olly, he groaned and opened his eyes, "Ugh, did anyone get the number of that bus?" he groaned before he looked around and realized that he was in Stockman's lab and strapped to a table. "Aw, Shell." He groaned as he struggled against his restraints.

"Olivier." Tigerclaw's voice spoke as Olly turned and saw him and Kitsune. "I see that you are awake." He taunted, holding Olly by the chin, "Such a pitiful state you've been reduced to."

"Just because I'm tied up, doesn't mean I'm helpless," Olly said as he glared at Tigerclaw. "And if you want pitiful, have you looked in the mirror lately?" He taunted.

Tigerclaw gave a growl and held his paw on the handle of his Machete, "I should rip out your tongue!" He growled.

"Tigerclaw, stand down." The three turned and saw Shredder approach them. Tigerclaw stepped away from Olly and bowed along with Kitsune.

"You'll have to excuse my servants; the lack of battle leaves them hungry for blood," Shredder said as he looked at Olivier almost studiously, "Since I was a boy, I had believed the Hamato Ninpō to be little more than a legend. How were you able to unlock its secrets?" He questioned while holding Olly's chin.

"Let me go and I'll give you a live demonstration, extra crispy!" Olly threatened as he lunged at Shredder but was held back by the restraints on his arms and legs.

Shredder just gave a curious hum, "This battle was between Hamato Yoshi, his disciples, and I, yet you lead yourself and your sisters into a war you had nothing to do with; why?" He asked the turtle.

"It's my duty." Olly said with a firm glare.

Shredder just gave a mocking laugh, "A word so typically spoken by the weak, many warriors before you who have challenged spoke of duty; they too met the end of their journey," Shredder said while turning his back, "And now, with the Kraang no more, I hold the entire city in the palm of my hand, and once all traces of the Hamato Clan have been wiped out, the world will be as it should: where the strong shall rule the weak," He said proudly.

"Last I checked, Splinter's not the one who got burned after killing the love of his life and stealing her daughter," Olly said with a smirk, which made Shredder flinch as he glared at Olly while Olly glared back. "Or never realized there was still some of the Hamato clan still out in the world. That's trash talk, by the way." He mocked.

"A minor oversight," Shredder said firmly as he turned to Olly. "Once I find the rest of your clan and destroy them, I will bring the Foot to the top of the food chain, and then all shall witness the true power of the Foot." He declared before he leaned in on Olly's face. "Now, where is Turtle Island?!" He questioned as Olly just kept smirking.

"He won't tell you anything," Kitsune told her master, walking next to Olly, "Just let me put this welp out of his misery," She requested, bringing her claws to Olly's throat.

"Little witch mask here is right. I am not telling you anything." Olly said bravely, unfazed by her threat or his blade to his throat.

"Oh, don't worry. You will tell us everything you know." Shredder said sinisterly. "We just have to give you a proper… incentive." He said as he turned to the side. "K'Vathrak!" He called.

Olly then turned to see Newtralizer walking up to him with a Brain worm, "A will as strong as yours is the ultimate test of my Brain Virus," Newtralizer said menacingly, "And I'm going to enjoy cracking you down."

"You'll never get away with this!" Olly called as he struggled harder.

"Oh, we'll see, Rokka-Rokka." Newtrailzer said as he pulled the Brain Worm close to Olly, which he placed on his head as Olly struggled to get it off, it then entered his head, as Olly screamed in agony when he felt the brainworm enter his head as his Hamato Ninpō marking appeared out of his control, trying to fight what was inside him.

Shredder, Kitsune, and Tigerclaw watch the display, the latter two with smirks. "They always do it the hard way," Tigerclaw said in amusement.

"The Hamato Ninpō will protect him from the virus for now," Kitsune said with a vile smile, "But even magic itself is not invincible. He will break, and when he does, his loyalty will only be to you," she told her master.

Shredder gave an evil smile under his mask as he watched Olly scream and writhe in agony, "Hamato Yoshi's days are numbered." He proclaimed with an evil laugh, while they now have a prisoner and soon slave to the enemy to end the Hamato Clan by using one of their own.

Well...that happened.

It is a good thing that Tal has unlocked her Hamato Ninpo and saved Miwa from Shredder's Control. A bad thing , though, is that Olly's now Shredder's new Guinea Pig for the Brain Virus, meaning we'll be in for another mind-controlled turtle for the turtles to deal with.

But one other good thing: Leo's back at the helm and is ready to be a real leader again, but will he be strong enough to save Olly from Shredder's Sway? We'll find out soon.
