BEEP BEEP BEEP!
"Ugh…" Lazily slamming her hand against the alarm clock she quickly dug herself under the covers hoping to get at least another 10 minutes of sleep in until she heard movement in her room making her jolt right up, searching her room she didn't see anything but could've sworn she heard something.
"Ochaco babe, you up yet?" Minas voice could be heard behind her door cherry as ever.
"Y-yeah." Uraraka scratched her head before letting out a big yawn and stretching her arms above her head as Mina let herself in.
"I swear I feel like we do this every morning." Mina laughed walking over to her bathroom.
"That's because we do." Uraraka gave a tired chuckle dragging herself out of bed.
"Yeah, that's true. Alright then it wouldn't surprise you to know we're running late." Mina casually said now laying on her bed.
"WHAT?!" Gawking, Uraraka bolted to the bathroom quickly getting ready for another day of school.
"Relax we still have at least 10 Minutes before class starts, and frankly I think Mr. Aizawa's already running out of punishment for us at this point." She grinned looking at her nails.
"Doesn't mean we should keep pushing his buttons." Uraraka said brushing her teeth and putting on her red tie at the same time.
"True." Mina shrugged getting to her feet as Uraraka grabbed her pink backpack, putting her hair up in a messy bun and grabbing Minas arm ran out and over the grass that would save them time, smiling as they reached the entrance of the school. "See we're fine." Mina lifted her hands in the air.
Giggling, Uraraka took one step before her eyes caught spiky ash blond hair not too far away leaning against his locker with his hands in his pockets smirking at something Kaminari and Sero were saying.
Buzzing with happiness, Uraraka felt her cheeks warm and sudden fluttering in her stomach, unaware that Mina had stopped walking as well, quizzically looking to see what had caught her friend's attention.
Lifting a finger to her chin with scrutinizing eyes, Mina quickly yanked her by the hand making the gravity manipulator yelp and stumble in her steps to try and catch up unless she wanted to be dragged through the hallway floor with how fast Mina was running.
"Huh?" Turning his head Sero saw a flash of pink and brown run past them before they disappeared down the hall and out of sight. "Guess everyone's gotta be doing something." Thinking nothing of it he quickly glanced back at Kaminari and Bakugo to head on to class with the explosive quirk user quickly blinking in the direction the girls had run off to with a faint pink tint to his own cheeks.

"Alright, spill." Mina authoritatively said, placing her hands on her hips. "I know that look so don't bother lying missy."
Rolling her eyes Uraraka suddenly gaped at her reflection in the mirror and gasped at the flushed look on her face staring back at her.
Smirking as if reading her thoughts Mina hopped onto the bathroom counter. "Don't worry girl, it's a cute look. So, talk."
"But we don't have time."
Glancing at her watch Mina shrugged. "We've got a few minutes so at least give me the short version."
Pouting, Uraraka reluctantly turned her head telling Mina what had occurred the previous days knowing there was no way out of it, especially with the way the pink girl seemed to hang on to every word like it was the very air she breathed.
"Wow…"
"Yeah…" Uraraka gave a timid smile heading for the door.
"So, wait! You guys are official now?!" Mina happily jumped up and down clamping her hands. "Like you're officially Mrs. explosion murder?"
Staring at her opened mouth Uraraka shook her head covering her face. "What-no I mean yes were together but don't jump so far ahead please!"
"Babe I'm just teasing." Mina wrapped her arm around her as they walked out. "But can I just say THANK GOD! I really thought that I had to somehow lock you two in a room again for things to happen."
"Mina!"
"Joking!" Mina winked. "But I am really happy for you two, even if it is with Mr. I wanna kill everyone."
"Thanks." Giggling Uraraka couldn't help but smile. "To tell you the truth… I can't stop smiling."
"Ochaco…" Giving her a warm smile Mina felt so happy for her friend since she's never seen her like this before. "Ugh I can't wait to tell Kirishima and Kaminari!"
"What? Mina wait-" Uraraka stopped her right before walking into class. "Just promise me you won't say anything. At least not yet, ok?"
"What?" Mina whined slouching her shoulders. "Kaminari was about to pay up..."
"Huh?" Blinking in confusion she saw Mina wave her hands dismissively.
"Nevermind that. But finnnneeee I promise alright." The pink girl pouted.
As the bell rang to commence the beginning of class Bakugo had his eyes closed lazily leaning back on his chair, arms behind his head and feet propped up on his desk until he felt a hard shove of his feet. "What the-" biting his tongue he saw Mr. Aizawa staring back with an unamused expression before their teacher walked back over to his desk just as the two girls rushed to their seats with Mina awkwardly walking stiffer and somewhat shaking like a small volcano wanting to explode but couldn't.
"Tch." Scowling he snug a quick glance at the back of the room where Uraraka was unpacking her books and paying attention to what Mr. Aizawa was saying, no doubt trying her hardest not to catch him staring since he could see the already growing blush on her cheeks making his lip twitch before refocusing his attention over to their teacher.
A few desks over Kirishima pressed his lips together frowning and feeling bad for his best friend, after all he deserved to be happy. But it seemed that both of them were too stubborn for their own good sometimes and Uraraka was a nice girl. Out of everyone he's ever met Kirishima knew for a fact that if anyone could handle his Bakubro then it would definitely be her.
She was nice, not bad to look at, could always put Bakugo in his place and fight back if needed be, but she also seemed to have a neck for calming down the angry guy -which let's face it is not the easiest and he could tell Bakugo really liked her. Uraraka on the other hand also needs someone who wouldn't shy away from challenging her and push her to go past her limits, who wouldn't hold back knowing she could take care of herself. Someone who could see her as an equal and respect her. And even though his bro didn't know much about the world of dating he knew Bakugo and knew that once he set his mind to something he would make sure he did right by it. Do right by her. Not to mention she needed someone who already knew how feisty she could be because as the years went on, she let those moments shine through every once in a while.
They'd all grown a lot since their time here at UA and he knew that she, just like all of them, would become great heroes someday and remain a strong family. That they could and would help each other grown even more to be the best parts of themselves, and it wouldn't hurt if they got to go on double dates eventually…?
Wiping a tear from his eyes Kirishima grinned at the thought making sure to get a plan in motion for his buddy. 'Don't worry bro I got you.'

Sighing the blond rolled his neck glaring at the giant clock on the wall again before he propped his chin on his hand, impatiently drumming his fingers on his desk as Present Mic continued to sit next to the tv screen at the movie he was playing.
Why they were even watching it was beyond him since he would catch Present Mic yawning every so often thinking maybe the teacher just wanted to get the hell out of there too. But to Bakugo time seemed to be dragging by at a snail's pace. Just a few more minutes and it would finally be lunch time and he could finally get some much-needed time with dare he say it…his girlfriend.
It didn't matter how many times he tried to wrap his mind around it, he still couldn't believe it. Everytime he thought about it he would feel his heart thumping hard against his chest, the nervous flutter in his stomach that wouldn't stop making him queasy and the constant sweating of his palms.
He was currently torn between the nervous and panic wreck he felt himself being- but would never out loud admit it of course since he was determined to make some time later today to do more research on the matter and torn between just wanting to run out of this room and hold her.
Hold his girlfriend.
'Ochaco Uraraka is my girlfriend.' Nervously swallowing he was fully aware of the heat rise to his face and felt the sudden need to slam his head down making Hagakure jolt in her seat in front of him and Deku chuckle, really hoping it would help cool his face.
'Poor Bakugo…' Kirishima glance at him shaking his head then turning sideways to see Mina still shaking in her seat also piquing his interest.
Rapidly blinking at Bakugo's odd behavior and internally hoping that he was ok, she crossed her legs turning her attention back to doodling in her notebook. It had already been a rather busy day for her and she felt as though it wasn't going to get any easier.
All she really wanted to do was get some of lunch rushes yummy food, be done with school, then get some sleep. But that sounded so far away. Inwardly groaning she had to keep reminding herself that she still had cleaning duty after school, then her work studies at Hawks all before coming back home and doing some homework. She was lucky to even eat lunch if Ms. Yano was busy today since her schedule was so cramped that Uraraka had trouble making time to see her.
The only thing that was keeping a smile on her face was just a few rows over, sitting or rather sprawled over his desk with Deku curiously poking him with his pencil to make sure he was alright. Startled out of her thoughts when the bell rang, she along with the rest of the class including Present Mic who was the first to leave, quickly stretched their legs intending to make it to the cafeteria.
"Hey Ochaco, you ready?" Tsu asked walking over to her with Iida.
Shoving her things in her bag she saw Deku, Shinso and Todoroki also approaching and blocking her view of the blond. She couldn't be sure, but she swore she saw Bakugo jump to his feet the minute the bell rang only to find Kirishima and Kaminari standing in front of him to chat and wait for him as well.
"Uraraka?" Iida asked tilting his head.
"Oh, I um…have something I have to-" Cutting herself off she saw Ms. Yano standing by the doorway smiling and waving her over.
"No. I told you already I'm busy morons!" Bakugo sneered trying to get past his idiot friends.
"With what? It's just lunch time." Sero grinned walking up to them.
Opening his mouth to snap at them again, he saw Uraraka walking over to that school therapist waiting for her.
"Eh dude?" Kaminari waved his hand in front of his face making him blink once and glare at him.
"What?!"
Exchange questioning looks Kirishima was the first to speak. "Lunch. You ready?"
Scowling Bakugo silently stomped his way out of the classroom and into the cafeteria followed by his friends.

"Thank you for taking the time to meet with me again." Uraraka smiled at Ms. Yano.
"Not at all Uraraka. I've told you before I always try to keep my door open to all the students and I know that you being a third year, is bound to have a busy schedule."
Smiling, Uraraka placed her hands on her lap scanning the room.
"So how have things been? Since we didn't get to talk last week."
"Things have been…great actually." She beamed.
"Oh?" Ms. Yano smiled leaning back in her chair. "How so?"
"W-well, I'm happy to finally be back home for one since I'm sure you heard about the trip we had." Watching her nod Uraraka continued. "As much as it was pretty stressful and scary to be there...I think it actually helped us."
"That's good to hear."
"Yup."
"Did your friends feel the same way?"
"I'm sure they do; some might disagree at first…" she giggled looking at the desk with a slight blush. "But I think all of us took something away from this trip…"
"Is that so?" gave her a curious look. "Any new developments?"
Chewing on her bottom lip Uraraka nervously played with her sleeve.
With a kind smile Ms. Yano nodded. "It's ok if you don't want to tell me Uraraka. But if you feel the need to talk to someone, I'm here."
"Thank you." She smiled gratefully. "But to tell you the truth…I think everything's going to be fine. I know that this year's been tough and there's going to be times when I won't even be able to keep my head up with how tired I'll be, even now." She chuckled to herself. "But I know it'll be worth it in the end especially having my friends in my life and him to..."
"Oh, so I take it things have gone well?" She lifted an eyebrow already knowing who Uraraka was talking about.
"Yes." Uraraka grinned. "We worked things out and decided to give it a shot."
"Well, I'm glad to hear that." Ms. Yano smiled, placing her hand on top of hers. "Just remember what I said before ok."
"I will." Uraraka reassured her.
"So, on that note…" Ms. Yano said looking down at her papers. "Let's talk about your future. Have you given any thought whether you plan on continuing with…Hawks? If you plan on staying here or moving to a big city?"
Fidgeting in her seat Uraraka gave her an unsure smile. "I know what I want to do, but as for the little details-"
"The little details sometimes make the biggest differences Uraraka."

Dragging her feet through the empty halls she completely ignored the beast of a growl in her stomach, too involved in her head by the conversation she had just had in her last meeting. 'What do I see in my future other than being a hero?'
She remembered when she was little and just like any kid her own age, she had always let her imagination run wild whenever someone asked her about her future. But unlike some other kids her age she had always wanted to be a hero for the heroes. Someone who would help take care of someone when they couldn't take care of themselves, even heroes. Everyone had always portrait them as being made of steel basically untouchable and always expected them to smile for the cameras, show no fear and always win. But what they missed to see, were the people underneath the masks and the costumes…the everyday people just wearing capes.
What they always failed to see where the sadness, the fear, the constant worry in the face of danger that they were never allowed to show. But she did notice…she noticed it all the time. She had always wondered about those people underneath the costumes.
She remembered her parents confused looks whenever she would just focus on the happy faces of the crowds of people who cheered the heroes on, and she loved it. But she also remembered the heroes themselves. She remembered tugging on her dad's sleeve one day asking why did they looks so sad? Did they have a family waiting for them? Maybe they even had kids like her at home.
She still remembered the time during the recovery of the first battle and the faces of all the people and heroes suddenly giving up. The hopelessness in their eyes. She watched each and every one of their defeated faces as they crumbled. That's why it hurt her so much and felt like speaking out when she saw Deku hurting when everyone was ready to cast him out.
Is that where her future lies? Is that all there is? Is that all she wanted? Could she have more?
Shaking her head, she decided to think about it some more later when she was suddenly yanked back by two strong arms tightly wrapped around her waist and down the stairs making her yelp out in surprise. Turning around her face lit up staring at the excited look in Bakugos crimson eyes with one of his rare smiles.
"Finally found you."
"You scared me!" she shyly smiled until his face suddenly changed into one of concern loosening his grip.
"Oi what's wrong?"
Confused she saw him give her some room obviously thinking he did something wrong and silently watched him reach his hand up and wipe a tear from her eye.
Had she been crying?
"Oh." Touching her own cheek, she shook her head reassuringly. "It's nothing, I just came from my meeting with Ms. Yano is all."
"So, what happened?"
"We just talked about my future after UA…"
"And that's why you're upset?" he asked, watching her nod before exhaling. "You've been hanging around with fuckin Pinky too long. Everytime those dumbasses talk about that shit she starts crying like a goat."
"A goat?"
"Yeah." He chuckled making her giggle in return. She knew what he meant but also appreciated him trying to lighten the mood.
"Thanks Ba-" stopping herself when he raised an eyebrow, she felt her cheeks warm. "K-Katsuki."
Ignoring the sudden heat in his face for what felt like the tenth time today, he placed his arm against the wall next to her head, curiously looking around before carefully pressing his lips softly against hers as they both drew in sharp breaths.
"Damn, I've been wanting to do that shit all day." He smirked while pulling away and twirling a lock of her brown hair around his finger.
"Me too." She timidly smiled.
"Wanna talk about it?" he asked, keeping his concerned eyes between her hair and her face.
"Maybe later?" she asked, watching him nod. "B-but there's actually something else I wanted to talk to you about."
"About what?" he asked curiously dropping her hair and eyeing the way she was nervously looking around once they heard students approaching. "Come on." Grabbing her hand, he quickly led her down the hall, looking both left then right before yanking the door open ushering her inside.
"Um why are we in the janitors closet?"
Lifting his palm up he activated his quirk, looking around for a light switch until he found one. "Figured you didn't want any of those nosey extras listening. So, what is it?" he said leaning against one of the shelves.
"W-well it's about us…" she said immediately regretting her choice of words when a frown crossed his face. Shifting her weight from one foot to the other she nervously started pressing her fingertips together.
"Alright…" He carefully said, waiting for her to say something more and feeling as though every second that past was a second too long.
"W-well you see…"
"Angel face, it's me ok. You can tell me anything. I mean I know I'm known to blow up on everyone-for good reasons too." he quickly added pointing his finger to put the point across that sometimes they did deserve it. "But this is different and…I don't want you to feel like you can't talk to me about anything ok. So just tell it to me straight if I did something to make you uncomfortable or-"
"No! Nothing like that." she quickly said, stepping up to him and placing her hand on his cheek for a brief moment before looking back down. "It's just…I don't know if I'm quite ready yet…to tell everyone I mean."
"What?" Jolting his head back, his brows shot up unsure if he heard her correctly. "Wanna try that again?"
"Please don't make me say it again…" she quietly said hearing the confusion and hurt in his voice.
"Are you serious?" Pushing off the shelf he stared at her for a good minute. "What are you like ashamed to be with me or something?"
"Of course not." Offended that he'd even think that she also understood and couldn't blame him because she had a feeling that he would come to that conclusion first.
"Then why? What's the problem with everyone knowing?" he threw his hands in the air taking a deep calm breath. "I'm trying to stay calm Ochaco, but you're not giving me any answers here. Why can't we finally tell people that we want to be together?"
"You remember a while ago…when people were saying nasty things about me?" she quietly said hearing him suddenly stay silent. "I know you don't care about things like that, and I admire that. But…you should've heard some of the things they were saying about me…"
"And you're worried that that shit's going to start back up again." He said understanding where she was coming from now.
"Not just that, but I don't want them to do the same to you-" she confessed.
"Ochaco." Lifting her chin up to look at him he gave her a stern look. "Like you said I don't give two shit what they think or say. Let them talk out of their asses all they want I don't care." Wrapping his arms around her waist to pull her closer he gave her a tender kiss on her forehead. "I don't care because I have the strongest, most caring, not to mention hottest, ass kicking girl in the entire school as my girlfriend. And I'm damn proud of that."
Smiling, she felt her heart skip a beat at those words.
Exhaling loudly, he couldn't help the frustrated look that crossed his face, but he could also see the hint of sadness in her eyes. "But…if that's what you want to do right now, then guess I can hold of for a little bit." He says in a calm tone. "Doesn't mean I have to be happy about it though…"
Pressing her lips together she felt her heart clench at the disappointment in his eyes. "I promise it won't be long. Trust me I want to tell everyone too but…just one step at a time ok."
"Tch." Pouting, he felt her timidly wrap her arms around his neck. "But that shit better not take fuckin long you hear me!"
"It won't." She giggled. "Oh that reminds me…Mina may have found out…"
"Of course she did." He rolled his eyes in annoyance. "Fuckin Raccoon eyes can smell gossip miles away. And trust me, if she knows then everyone will too."
"She won't tell anyone, she promised."
"You really think she can keep it from Shitty hair?" he asked lifting a dubious brow.
Pondering this she gave him a small smile remembering how great of a friend he is and good at keeping secrets after helping her last year. "I guess Kirishima's fine."
Moving some of her hair out of her face he carefully considered his next words knowing he wasn't the best with words. "Ochaco…when I told you back then how I liked you and felt about you, I wasn't really expecting anything in return that time. I just really wanted you to know. But when you told me you did too…you don't know how happy that made me feel." He smirked. "Now I know we're both new at this, but I'm willing to learn with you and only you. Because when I told you I'm serious about you…about us… I meant it. So, if this is what you want for now…then I guess I'll try my best not to rub it in everyones faces…just for now."
"Alright."
"But you can't get fuckin mad when I do!" he gave his usual scowl.
Laughing, she lazily started playing with the spikes of his hair like she's been wanting to do since he came back, running her fingers through those thick, soft strands unaware of the shudder that coursed through his body. "Thanks Katsuki…"
As a low growl erupted from his throat when his name passed her lips, he leaned his forehead against hers slightly closing his eyes. "You have your work studies with Hawks today, right?"
Nodding she continued to stare at his content face. "Yeah, after cleaning the classroom, and you?"
Breathing out he silently nodded before moving his forehead from hers. "Got ours with Endeavor today right after school and tomorrow."
"Oh." She said unable to hide the disappointment in her voice. "D-do you know when you'll be done?"
"Pretty sure it'll be before you. So, I can pick you up-"
"No, that's fine." She smiled. "Besides I'll have the guys with me."
"Fine, then just let me know when you get back."
"A-are you sure? What if it's late and-"
"It's fine." He scowled. "It doesn't matter what time."
Grinning, she got on her tip toes and gave him a light peck on the lips making his cheeks flush. "There, I always wanted to know if I could wipe that scowl off your face."
When his stunt expression turned into a devious one, he tilted his head to the side. "Is that right?"
"Mhm." She eagerly nodded.
"Did it work?'
"I'd say so." She shyly smiled as her eyes drifted to his lips once more when he leaned down mere inches from her lips. When she started to flutter her eyelids shut, she snapped them right back open when she felt him chuckle. She could now clearly see the amused and satisfied smile on his face at the sight of his obvious effect on her. "Katsuki!" she pouted hearing the laughter coming off him once again.
"Keep saying my name like that and we're going to have a problem angel face." He grinned, cutting off anything else she was about to say with a hungry kiss.
Gasping against his mouth she felt him not wasting the opportunity to meet her tongue with his, kissing her again and again each time with increasing urgency and dragging out a long moan from her. "Katsuki…"
Burying his hands in her hair he couldn't get enough of how sweet she tasted thinking about just staying here the rest of the day. When he felt himself tremble as she pulled him closer to her body he slowly pulled away.
"Ochaco…" Pausing for a moment he felt her gasping for air along with him as their eyes fluttered opened. His lips curled into a happy smile, and she smiled back. "As much as I'm enjoying this…" he said giving her one more kiss before pulling away and picking up his bag quickly digging through it. "Lunch is almost over, and I know your ass hasn't eaten yet."
"W-well no but-" widening her eyes she was flabbergasted to say the least as he pulled out a small plastic bag no doubt with some of Lunch Rush's delicious food inside.
Nervously averting his eyes, he felt the familiar feeling of warmth rush to his face at the warm smile she gave him. "So, eat up before it gets cold-and stop looking at me like that!"
"Sorry." She giggled, snatching the bag from his outstretched hand. "And thank you Katsuki you really didn't have to do this."
"Course I did." He grumbled sitting down next to her. "Besides seeing you drooling over it says otherwise."
Sticking her tongue out, she quickly started eating before it was time to go back to class.
