"After falling down that waterfall on the day you left, the brainwashing Father put them under had been undone to a small degree," said Numbuh Three Hundred and Sixty Two as she moved to stand before The Supreme Guards.

"Since then we have been working as her personal guards in order to make up for what we had done," said David.

"Wow, things just keep getting weirder around here," said Numbuh One with a stunned expression.

"Says the guy who has not aged," said Alessandra.

"This is all nice and all, but what exactly was your plan?" asked Father.

"To send you into a black hole, making it so the Darkness can never get to you as every part of your body would be destroyed," said Numbuh One.

"And how are you going to do that when it's already here?" asked Father while turning his attention to the window.

"We were supposed to have a week!" said Numbuh One as they all looked out at a black cloud that was heading toward them and devouring every planet and star in its path, making the blackness of space even darker.

"It picked up the pace after realizing I was in danger," said Father.

"There's nothing you children can do now, so it would be better for you to just give up," he said while turning to face them again, another smile forming as the black fluid ripped apart around his mouth.

"I can still do one thing," said Numbuh One before hitting father in the face.

"Nigel!" said Numbuh Three Hundred and Sixty Two as her friend pulled out a dagger-like weapon from his pocket while putting his knee on Father's chest and holding the knife to his throat.

"If I kill you now then the part of the Darkness you have will disappear for years, that will give us enough time to figure something out," said Numbuh One.

"You won't do it," said Father with a laugh.

"The KND don't kill people, that would make you as bad as us adults," he said.

"Do you want to bet on that?" asked Numbuh One while pressing the blade closer to Father's throat.
