Midoriya Izuku is born with the sun in his right hand, and the moon in his left.

Chapter 1:

Midoriya Inko is tired, her very bones ache, and her eyelids feel heavy. The only thing keeping her grounded is the almost searing hand gripped in her own and the sound of her own breathing. The lights flicker above her head, as the storm outside grows heavier. She repeats the mantra that's been going through her head for most of the night.

Breathe in, Breathe out and Push.

Midoriya Hisashi is whispering encouraging sentences to his beautiful wife, wishing desperately he could do more than just holding her hand. In the corner of his eyes he sees one his deserted cups of coffee slowly float up.

Breathe in, Breathe out and Push.

His head swivels around as more joins his coffee, he sees medical equipment, bags and more float up. The obstetrician's calm voice breaks his rapid thought process,

"Midoriya-san! I need you to control your quirk ma'am. You're very close, just a few more pushes."

The green haired woman's eyes snap open as she looks around in pained surprise.

"S-She's not doing this." Hisashi speaks out as he looks over at their gripped hands and looks her in the eyes as she pushes with her contractions.

Breathe in, Breathe out and Push

And of course, it has to get worse before it gets better,

"Sir," One of the nurses speaks out, worry or fear clear on her voice.

"What!" The doctor snaps out aggravated,

"Can't you see that I'm busy?!" He continues.

Breathe in, Breathe out and Push

"Look outside!"

And as Hisashi turns his head around to look outside into the dark, stormy night, he doesn't understand the nurse's worry. Until without warning the storm reaches its crescendo when a strike of lightning as bright as he's ever seen strikes down right outside of their window.

Suddenly it's dark, the power cutting out, seemingly just in their room. Then he sees it, the worry in her voice suddenly making complete sense. The moon…

The moon seems absolutely massive, not only that, it's a pure, dark red, almost pulsing with some kind of supernatural power

"You can do it, Midoriya-san. One more and you're there!"

Breathe in, Breathe out and Push

The creaking in his hand forces him to pay attention to the more important thing happening in front of him, and as Inko pushes with all her strength, a sudden wail fills the room. The light flashes back on, and everything floating spontaneously crashes to the cold tiles.

The doctor holds their baby, and pauses suddenly before shaking himself out of his stupor,

"You've given birth to a healthy boy, ma'am. Congratulations!"

He hands their baby to a nurse, who gently places the baby in Inko's arms. As Inko and Hisashi take in their beautiful first born, the doctor's pause suddenly makes sense to Hisashi.

Two beautiful forest green eyes meets his parent's eyes.

The third one, centered in the middle of his forehead, as dark red as the moon that hangs, in the now calm, night sky. Filled with three concentric rings, with each ring having 3 tomoe, slowly closes as the moon turns back to its original hue.

"Midoriya Izuku."

Inko tearfully names their child.

"Midoriya Izuku"

Hisashi repeats and nods.

The morning after the birth of their child, Inko and Hisashi see the news talk about the spontaneous and unexplainable Lunar Eclipse that happened the night before. That morning they also see two birthmarks, each on Izuku's hands. A sun in his right, and a moon in his left.
