R&R LONGER NOTE AT THE END

The tanned shinobi looked at the cookbook to her side her eyes scanning the picture of the sirloin steak with carrots, fries and gravy before her eyes darted to the plate she had made tilting her head from side to side before slamming her hands on the counter in frustration.

It made no difference what angle she looked at it from she would have to admit that the charcoal mess that was once a steak looked nothing like what the book told her, she closed her eyes as her mind flashed through the steps she had followed wondering where exactly she had gone wrong.

Perhaps the flame of her sword had been too hot after all she thought as she opened her eyes rereading the book in front of her, was it possible she had used too much oil? Hearing the door to her shared apartment open she quickly hid the book and the former steak in a cupboard as she stood in front of the door trying her best to act normally as her dark brown haired lover entered the kitchen smiling.

"Hey sweetheart" Homura said with a smile pressing her knee against the cupboard door "How was your day?" Asuka paused as she removed her coat looking over at the other squinting a little as she looked around the kitchen, placing her coat on a hook she turned to face the other crossing her arms across her chest.

"What did you do?" Asuka asked as the other twitched trying not to give anything away as the other continued to stare "I promise I won't be mad, just tell me what you did".

"I didn't do anything" Homura lied staring back, her green eyes locked on her lovers hazel ones neither one blinking or looking away "Why are you always so suspicious of me?" Asuka sighed as she walked forward standing in front of the other as her eyes rolled over the other, she could always tell when the tanned girl was trying to hide something and knew full well this was one of those occasions.

"What happened?" Asuka asked once more as the other twitched once again her knee hitting the cupboard door causing the Hanzō leaders gaze to travel down "Something in that cupboard or do you just like it so much?" Once again their eyes met as Homura tried her best to stay composed, she looked at the intense stare of the other as the cracks began to show in a fight she knew she would always have the advantage but off the battlefield she couldn't help but crack under the intense gaze of her girlfriend.

"Well…I can certainly tell there was an attempt at least" Asuka said as the two stood next to each other looking at the completely inedible meal Homura had created "Although if I'm being completely honest, even scientists would struggle to identify what this use to be". Homura glared at the other turning away from her clearly frustrated by the remark as Asuka chuckled looking at the others behaviour, slowly the tanned girl felt the others arms wrap around her waist a weight landing on her shoulder as Asuka rested her chin on the agitated shinobi.

"It was meant to be a nice surprise alright" Homura said finally still refusing to look at the other but not moving from the embrace "You're always doing the cooking so I thought I'd give you the night off and do it instead, yet I failed at something so damn basic". Asuka chuckled as she slid herself around the other keeping a tight hold as she looked deep into her lovers green eyes with a smile, she moved forward pressing her lips to the others in a loving kiss feeling the tanned girl relax as she returned the kiss for a blissful few minutes.

"I give you ten points for not burning the kitchen down" Asuka said finally managing to get the other to smile before she continued "I like cooking but you don't need to force yourself on my account but if your serious about it, then let me teach you. You've helped me with my combat training so let me help with yours". Homura sighed leaning in stealing another kiss as she smiled one thought running through her head.

I'm the luckiest girl alive to have someone so amazing.

So of course we have to bring in Asuka since there is no way they wouldn't get one and as a funny and cute moment between them I decided that Homura's biggest weakness is she can't cook. So now that we have cleared our lovely Asuka its time to move on over to whoever is next of course if you remember the order of the Asuka version I did it should be obvious who is next
