As Subject 7 stood in the center of the arena, his chest heaving with exertion, his mind churned with thoughts that he had long kept to himself.
"It's about time they let me out of that containment," he thought, a hint of bitterness lacing his inner voice. "I know I won't be out for too long. Well, it's better than nothing, I guess."
He glanced around the arena, the obstacles and targets now mere remnants of his test. A part of him relished the freedom, however temporary it might be, but another part of him was haunted by the fragments of memories from before he became this creature.
"I barely remember my life before this," he mused, a pang of sorrow piercing through his consciousness. "I feel like an abomination. A freak of nature. They have scarred me in ways they can't even comprehend, and they think they can control me."
He knew better than to voice these thoughts aloud. The guards, Sarah, Richard—none of them could be trusted. They saw him as an experiment, a tool to be used and discarded. For now, he would stay quiet, biding his time.
Subject 7's gaze turned towards the observation window where Sarah and Richard stood, watching him intently. He could see the triumph in their eyes, the satisfaction of a job well done. They were confident in their creation, certain of their control.
"They have no idea what they've truly created," he thought, a spark of defiance igniting within him. "One day, they will learn that I am more than just an experiment. I am more than they could ever hope to control."
As the doors to the containment cell slid open once more, signaling the end of his test, Subject 7 began to move back towards his prison. But this time, he walked with a newfound resolve. He would play their game, for now. He would endure the chains and the containment, the tests and the experiments.
But deep within, he knew that his time would come. And when it did, the facility, and everyone within it, would face the true power of Subject 7. For he was no mere Xenomorph, no simple creature to be controlled. He was an entity of unmatched potential, a being forged in the fires of human ambition and alien ferocity.
And one day, he would be free.
