When Jaune unlocked a Semblance based on a game system, he saw it as a chance to become more popular and impress girls, and so sank all his points into Charisma. Now the world needs saving and apparently he's supposed to be the one to do it, and this stupid Semblance doesn't come with a respec option. Welp.
