Hey guys, I'm sorry I haven't been posting any stories lately because everyone was just reading other stories and all, because I haven't gotten any reviews lately from anyone. But I'm here now, with a new chapter of Wolfington. So I hope you guys have a great summer and have summer vacations and all, so enjoy the story.
Chapter 8: The Anniversary
It was a nice pretty night In Los Angeles, and today was the anniversary of when Wolf and Diane first met and they were having their anniversary in a fancy restaurant.
Diane sat at the table waiting for Wolf to come, she had on a royal blue dress with a halter neckline and blue high heels. She had been working hard as governor all day, she had been itching for their anniversary dinner celebration for all day.
Suddenly she looked up and saw Wolf coming, who was wearing a dark blue blazer and pants with a white button up shirt, black shoes and a blue tie. And he had a bunch of roses in his hand.
"Good Evening Madam Governor," he said with his trademark smirk.
"Good evening to you too Mr. Wolf," Diane replied smirking as well.
"I picked those roses for you," he said giving her the roses.
"Oh thank you," Diane said as she took the roses.
"You're welcome, I knew you would love them," Wolf told her as he sat down in his chair.
"Thank you very much, you're a little late through," she told him.
"Yeah and I'm sorry about that, I was getting ready for our anniversary and Snake and Shark challenged each other to a card game, and I wanted to stay for a little bit just cheer on Snake, cause you know he's my best bud and buddies cheer on for each other, you know," Wolf explained.
A waiter came with a bottle of wine, poured it into each of their cups.
"Yes I know what you mean, and take it that your buddy won?" Diane asked.
"You could say that yes he did, but it's kind of a long story," said Wolf.
"That's okay Wolf you can tell it to me later, but for now let's enjoy each other's company," she said as she took her cup in her hand.
"Yeah you're right, it's our anniversary of us meeting for the first time," said Wolf as he took his cup in his hand too.
"To our first time meeting," he said as he lifted his cup up.
"Yes to our first meeting," Diane chuckled as she lifted her cup as well.
They both cheered, and took a sip of their wine.
A few minutes later, the waiter came back and asked if they're ready to order. They agreed on getting two steaks and two large baked potatoes. And they got the soup of the day as a appetizer.
As they waited for the soup, they made some chitchats about their day.
"Well you and the gang have done a lot of good deeds for the city, like returning the ruby back to its rightful place at the museum," said Diane with smile on her face.
"Yeah, cause I figured that is where it belongs when the Chief tried to set us up to look bad," Wolf replied.
"And yet you and your friends decided to turn yourselves in, when I was about to tell them about my secret identify," Diane added.
"Yes we did, because I wasn't going to let you go to prison, and besides we did steal a lot of things we decided to take responsibility and to have a clean slate," Wolf told.
"And it was very brave of you and your friends to do that for me," said Diane.
"Well you would've done the same for me, since you busted me and my friends out of prison," Wolf added.
Diane chuckled, then the waiter brought them their soup, and enjoyed their soup which was very good and delicious.
As they enjoyed their soup, they made conversation and laughed multiple times.
"Wow you must of rob so many banks, and jewelry stores a hundred of times," said Diane as she finished her soup.
"Yeah that's what me and my crew did, I would come up with the plans, Snake would crack open a safe, Webs would hack into the security system, Shark would be in disguise distracted people, and Piranha would take care of the security guards, and I would always be the getaway driver when we're being chased by the police," Wolf told when he finished his soup too.
Then the waiter came back and took the bowls away.
"How were the appetizers?" he asked.
"Very good," Diane told him.
"They were pretty tasty, but the main course should be even better," said Wolf.
Then the waiter left, and the two continued to have their conversation.
"So you were indeed the best thief in the world," Wolf commented.
"Yes I was," Diane replied.
"Stealing the Zumpango Diamond, and disguised it as a ring was genius," said Wolf smirking.
"Yeah I am sentimental and I wear it for special occasions," Diane told him smiling.
"And everyone assumes that you were a guy when you were the Crimson Paw," Wolf added.
"Yep, so that way no one would know that I'm really a woman and the tricky fox they always told me I was," said Diane.
Then the waiter came back with two plates that had steaks and two large baked potatoes on each of them. He put them on the table, and told them to enjoy.
The two dined together and made conversation. They laughed multiple times and enjoyed their food.
"I be surprised if you didn't asked me to have some fun with you in my bed the first time," Diane said as scarfed down the last bit of her potato and wiped her mouth with her napkin.
"Well I kind of wanted to do something like that with you in the bedroom, so that way no one would see us," Wolf told her as he ate the last bite of his steak.
"And I pretty much wanted to do the same thing with you Wolfie, and I got some plans to do with you in my bedroom tonight," Diane told him.
"Really? What are your plans for tonight in your bedroom?" Wolf asked smirking.
"Oh I got lots of them," Diane replied.
She took her foot out of her shoe, and ran it up his leg. Wolf gasped softly and quietly as he felt her foot go up his leg, when her foot reached to his knee. Wolf put one hand under the table, grabbed her foot and started to rubbing her foot with his dull nail on the sole of her foot, she let out a soft yelp and bit her lip.
"You ok there Madam Governor?" Wolf asked smiling.
"Oh yeah, I'm perfectly fine," Diane told him trying not to laugh.
He continued rubbing her foot for a few more minutes, and then he let her foot go. Diane put her foot back in her shoe, and smiled.
"Well I'm certainly looking forward to it," Wolf said to her smiling.
"So am I, right after we have coffee and dessert," Diane told him smiling.
"And the check," Wolf added.
Diane chuckled. The waiter came back to take the plates, and asked them what they wanted for dessert. They told him that they wanted coffee and cheesecake, and then he left to take care of it.
As they waited for their coffee and cheesecake, they talked some more and made more conversation.
"Oh so Snake made you pay for the bill?" Diane asked surprised.
"Yeah he, when we were leaving the cafe, saying that it is his birthday, and then I told him so now you play the birthday card that's interesting," Wolf replied.
Diane chuckled.
Then the waiter came back with two cups of coffee, and two plates of two slices of cheesecake, and left. They drank their coffee, and dined on their cheesecakes.
They enjoyed their dessert and their coffee and were having fun, this was the best night of their lives.
"Well I certainly enjoyed tonight and had fun," Wolf told her.
"So did I, and it's only going to get better at my house in my bedroom tonight," said Diane smirking.
"And I can't wait," Wolf replied.
After they had their coffee and cheesecake, the waiter came back to take the plates and cups. Wolf asked for the check, the waiter nodded and then left to go and get the check. He came back with the check a second later, and Wolf paid for it. And then they left to go to Diane's house for tonight.
They got into Wolf's car and drove off.
When got to her house, they went in and talked for a little while.
"Well that was the best dinner I had at that restaurant, we should do it again real soon," said Wolf as he loosens his tie.
"Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking too," Diane agreed as she put her purse on the table, and took off her shoes.
"Maybe like for another special occasion?" Wolf asked.
"Yeah like another special occasion," Diane replied.
Then she walked up to Wolf and wrapped her arms around his neck, and he wrapped his arms around her waist.
"So what do you want to do now?" Wolf asked.
"How about we go into the bedroom, and begin our plans like we talked about," Diane suggested.
"Okay then, let's do this," Wolf agreed as he scooped her up and carried her like a bride, and went to the bedroom.

Wolf and Diane slept in the bed happily and peacefully. It was the best night of their lives together for their anniversary. It was a night that they would never forget.
