Thyra wakes up feeling refreshed while she normally doesn't need to sleep but transferring herself back into her body was taxing. She gets out of bed and walks into the kitchen where Greta, Maddox, and Ivan are already eating breakfast.

"Ivan, when is Dominic getting back?" Thyra questions as she sits down at the head of the table.

"He texted me last night. He'll be here around noon," Ivan answers as he pours more cereal into his bowl.

"Great. Let's go over the plan for today. Greta and Maddox are taking the vampire girl and that werewolf boy. Ivan, you'll be getting Jenna. I'll formally introduce myself. Dominic arrives with the other werewolf and he'll get the other vampire. Then the sacrifice happens," Thyra recaps to the three witches and Katerina who was sitting in silence.

"If you're going anywhere Thyra I would suggest you change," Ivan jokes looking at her outfit. She was in a sage green silk tank top and matching shorts.

"You think I would go looking like this?" Thyra asks, offended.

"Never. You have too many clothes for wearing something twice," Ivan says thinking about all the boxes of clothes Thyra has.

"Don't you have something to do?" Thyra asks, tilting her head to the side.

"Got it. See you later." Ivan stands up and sets his bowl in the sink.

It was around noon when Thyra made it to The Mystic Grill. She found a booth with a view of the bar. Thyra watches as Damon enters. He sits down next to Alaric. "Let the games begin," Thyra says as she stands up and walks over to the two men. "Gentlemen? Why so glum?" Thyra taunts.

"Who are you?" Damon demands.

"Right sorry, you may know me as Klaus. A woman I know truly shocking. You may call me Thyra though." Thyra smiles at the men's shocked faces. "Thanks for the loner, Mate." Thyra tries to pat Alaric's shoulder.

"Any reason you stopped by to say hi?" Damon demands.

"I'm told you and your brother fancy my doppelganger. Just thought I'd remind you to not do anything you'll regret." Thyra smiles.

"Ha," Damon scoffs. "Thanks for the advice. I don't suppose I could talk you into a postponement, by any chance, huh?"

"You are kidding?" Thyra looks over to Alaric. "He is kidding, right?"

"No not really," Alaric shrugs.

"I mean, come on, what's one more month in the whole grand scheme of things?" Damon suggests.

Thyra pretends to think it over. She shrugs, "Let me be very clear… I have my vampire. I have my werewolf. I have everything I need. The ritual will be happening tonight. So if you want to live to see tomorrow, don't screw it up." Thyra grins and turns to leave. She walks back to her car and gives Maddox a call.

"Thyra is everything okay?"

"All peachy Maddox just checking in. How are the children?"

"Complaining, worried, scared. You know the usual kidnapping victims," Maddox explains.

"Oh yay! When can I ever have a fun kidnapping victim I want escapes, rage, funny anything really," Thyra complains.

"Are you serious?" Maddox asks.

"Not really but something like that would be fun. I'll see you in a bit Maddox"

"See you Thyra." Maddox hangs up.

Thyra wanders around town for a few hours before deciding to head back to Alaric's apartment. "Everything okay?" Katerina asks from the kitchen as Thyra walks into the apartment.

"What have you been doing?" Thyra questions.

Katerina gestures to the coffee pot. "Making coffee. Do you want some?"

Thyra narrows her eyes and speeds over to Katerina and grabs her neck. "Tell me what you've been doing." Thyra compels.

"Making coffee," Katerina gasps out. Thyra drops Katerina. Katerina grabs her neck rubbing it.

"Wait. Take off your bracelet," Thyra demands. Katerina takes off her bracelet and cautiously hands it to Thyra. "Now darling, I want you to walk over to the window and stand in the sunlight."

"But I'll burn," Katerina shouts.

"You don't have a choice." Katerina slowly walks into the open light and takes a small step forward. Immediately her face starts to burn and she cries out in pain. Thyra smiles at her pain. "That's enough." Katerina rushes to a dark corner of the apartment still sobbing. "Guess I was wrong. All right, then. I need you to do something for me."

"Ivan, what's up?" Maddox asks from his perch. Thyra assigned Maddox to guard the young wolf and vampire.

"Where do we keep the dried vervain? I'm at the storage unit and I can't find it." Maddox could hear boxes being moved around in the background Dominic must be back.

"Try behind the suit of armor," Maddox suggests.

"Of course behind the suit of armor. Have we talked to Thyra about hoarding?" Ivan jokes.

"Sure man. 'Hey, Thyra have you ever heard of the show hoarders?' She would love that," Maddox mocks.

"I found it. I'll see you later Mad." Ivan hangs up. Maddox notices a change in his wards and immediately clocks himself. It takes about three minutes for the vampire to show up in front of the cellar door.

Maddox jumps down from the tree and lands behind Damon. "Which one are you trying to save? The blond or the wolf? Did you really think that Thyra would leave them unprotected?" Maddox questions.

"Wishful thinking," Damon states. He rushes Maddox and pins him on the ground. Damon starts strangling him but Maddox uses his powers and throws Damon back against some rocks. Maddox stands up and uses his powers again and gives Damon an aneurysm. Damon screams and tries to fight the pain. Suddenly there's a gunshot. Maddox falls to the ground and starts to cough up blood. Damon raises his head and sees Matt with a rifle. Damon gets up and snaps Maddox's neck.

Thyra felt a change in the air. "Fuck!" She screams Greta looks up.

"What's wrong Thyra?" Greta asks.

Thyra starts to pace around the altar. "Maddox is dead."

"How do you know?" Greta questions softly.

"It does not matter. Go find his body and give him his proper rites." Thyra orders.

Thyra was waiting in the shadows watching Elena and Stefan. "Thank you for tonight," Elena says as Stefan helps her out of his car.

Thyra walks out of the shadows and gets the two's attention. "You got me all nervous. I thought maybe you'd done something stupid. You ready my dear?"

"I'm ready," Elena numbly answers.

She turns to walk to Thyra "No," Stefan states blocking Elena.

"I wouldn't," Thyra cooly states. "No reason for you to die too."

Elena moves around Stefan to look him in the face. "No. Stefan, hey, hey, it's fine. I'll go. No one needs to get hurt. There's no reason for you to get hurt." She reaches up and kisses him. "I love you."

"I love you," Stefan whispers back. The two kiss again much to Thyra's disgust and annoyance.

"Come on children." Thyra goads.

"Close your eyes. Close your eyes," Elena demands of Stefan. He does and feels the wind brush against his face when he opens his eyes the two women are gone.

"Where's Greta?" Thyra demands as she enters Alaric's apartment. "She should be done with the rites by now."

"I don't know," Katerina answers honestly as Thyra sits down and opens a laptop. She pulls up a live feed of Jules the other werewolf. "What are you doing? Where's Elena?"

"I sent her off with Ivan and Dominic," Thyra answers as she turns her attention to Jules. "It's almost time." The door flies open and Thyra sinks back into her chair annoyed. "I wasn't aware you were invited in," She tells the guest.

"I've come here to tell you that you have to postpone the ritual," Damon explains.

"Didn't we already have this conversation?"

"Yeah, but that was before I rescued your werewolf and vampire and killed your witch."

Thyra stands up sharply her chair flies backward. "Excuse me?"

"And you can kill me for it. I don't care. It was all me."

Thyra stares down Damon for a few seconds before saying anything, "Katerina give us a moment." She doesn't hesitate to leave the room but not before glancing at Damon. "You know I've heard about you. The crazy, impulsive vampire in love with his brother's girl. I knew one of you would try to stop me. It was just a 50/50 guess on who." Thyra walks over to her computer and presses play on the live feed of Jules. "The nice thing about werewolves is they tend to travel in packs. Need a closer look?" Thyra throws Damon a phone with the same video playing.

"Jules."

"When you spend thousands for years trying to break a curse… you learn a thing or two. First rule is always have a backup. Backup werewolf. Backup witch." Thyra reveals.

"Backup vampire," Damon continues.

"I've got that covered, too," Thyra smiles as she breaks Damon's neck.

Elena and now Greta were walking through the woods. Ivan and Dominic made the switch at the edge of the forest. "Where are we going?" Elena whines.

"This way," Greta leads.

You're Luka's sister, aren't you? I heard about you. He and your father were looking for you," Elena explains.

"Well, they were wasting their time. I wasn't lost," Greta explains as Elena trips on a rock.

"God I can't see anything," She complains. Greta waves her hand and the flames light the area around them. Elena sees someone lying on the ground and rushes over to help.

"Jenna? Jenna, Jenna! Jenna? Hey, hey, Jenna! Jenna!" Elena can't find a pulse. "Oh, my God. No. Jenna! No!" Elena looks up at Greta, "She killed her? Why? I did everything that she asked. Jenna wakes up coughing and gasping for air.

"She's not dead. She's in transition."
