Chapter 1 The New House

this is one of my lighter heart stories about family love trust and upgrade all good time like you do when you get a good Reba story Cheyenne and Van are older now and they have at least another kid. Eventually, Cheyenne is pregnant again and Elizabeth is a lot older Elizabeth is now 11 reaching close to her 10 years, Cheyenne is pregnant with another baby and they finally get the house of their dreams but things don't always go the way you think what will happen you'll have to find out. read and laugh along as you read this hilarious fanfiction.
Mom this this house looks great. Cheyenne said to Reba as she walked into her new home or other one was burnt a long time ago and we lived with you even longer than that and then you lived in an apartment Riva said Cheyenne knotted yes we did but it was so tight for us, now we're older and we want our place. Besides, we're expanding another house your house is not big enough for all of us, but Keira is gone. I know Keira has moved on as well. She became a big touring sensation and I'm proud of her Reva said I know, so am I Cheyenne said. and Jake is busy as always did Brock get back with Barbara Jean, no but they do Copel co-parent Henry so that's a plus I guess at least we don't have to deal with that anymore. Mom Grandma it was Elizabeth you've grown up so much Elizabeth Reba said you're growing such a such a lovely long young girl now, yes she said yes I have grandma she said so have you forgiven Barbara Jean Cheyenne said returning to the conversation at hand I have to since there's no action going on about it Reva said.
well, I want to know how did you get the house? Oh, Cheyanne said Van helped. You know I think him becoming part of the real estate business has been very good for him. It's easy to get houses too and easy for us to purchase a house and now that we're more mature and more adult now than we have been since the first time since we were teenagers I think this is the best move for us, not taking her oldest daughter's hand. I am proud of you Cheyenne becoming pregnant at 17 but earning up to your mistakes and fixing them. Have you thought of going and talking to Vance's parents I haven't spoken to them in a while I'd like to I'd like to go visit my parents and explain to them that they're going to have another grandbaby also I want them to approve our marriage. I don't know Mom maybe you should instead of van they try every time I go over there they try to get the van to move out from me and make the van move in but make me make us get divorced. If you can maybe you can explain it to them reba Nads maybe I should've done that years ago I should've gone and told them years ago about this they still think of me as a sleazy cheerleader Cheyenne said but I'm not anymore no you're a great wonderful woman now Reba said you were no longer a 17-year-old or 1819 whatever 27-year-old. I am in my 20s Mom you're close to 40 now dear Cheyenne I am in my 30s going on 40 I guess I'm not sure messing up her words now I think we should squeeze her hand. Do you want me and Brock to come with you?

I think it's a boy, Elizabeth said to Cheyenne but I'm not sure yet, it's still early on, but I am learning to not be so selfish of course so I'm selfishly just not gonna find out what the baby is until I find out on my own Reba. they left the baby's room and walked, and this is mine and Van's room, the master bedroom with the master bath and the small bathroom for Elizabeth. Oh, the kitchen is downstairs just like your house mom said this house is a little smaller three bedrooms instead of four right exactly we had a bigger house because of you we had a three-bedroom house. You and your sister share a room, that is true and then Keira wanted her room exactly all right then why don't we all go have lunch now and celebrate your new house Cheyenne no yes you and Elizabeth Van aren't home from work yet, and well. I was just thinking that we should that sounds like fun Cheyenne.

well, we should go somewhere nice Reba said yeah I think so too. Cheyenne said no Elizabeth said where do you want to go for lunch McDonald's she said you always want to go there Cheyenne said how about somewhere new and different no Elizabeth said we are not going to McDonald's this time and I'm not going, don't you argue with me Cheyenne said to her daughter you're gonna be a big sister soon and you need to act like one you're gonna be 12 as well so you need to start acting like it does that mean I have to light new food no but when we decide to go somewhere nice and fancy for lunch, you don't protest, you can still order burgers there, too probably better than what McDonald's gives what if you all decide to have sushi yuck. You don't know if you don't try it. I was thinking that Reba said I was thinking about going to the new sushi bar mom I was thinking about it. I haven't eaten there in a while.
or Mexican food Reba said oh yes that would be nice. You've eaten at Taco Bell before Elizabeth you like it Cheyenne said Elizabeth shook her head. Yes, I do like that. OK, then we'll go there.
We could pick it up and bring it back. We don't have to eat at the restaurant that sounds good too. We can eat in the new kitchen. They got into the car and went to pick up their lunch. They went through the drive-through to get it even though they would like to go inside, Cheyenne wanted to try out the new kitchen, so that's what they did I went to trial they went to go pick up the food, and brought it back to their new house and set up the food in the kitchen.
you know you'll have to pay a lot of payments on this house, yes, I know that and we take a loan out on it. Cheyenne said well then at least you know what the responsibilities are for Reba said I'm an adult now Mom I'm not a teenager anymore. Oh no, I know you're not a teenager anymore, you have one baby and are expecting another you scared me that one time when you said you were pregnant 23 years after Elizabeth was born but the baby didn't even make it no it died in the womb which was sad for me Cheyenne said, but I'm so glad that Nana and I are trying again and now we're having another baby which is nice I guess so yeah she put out the plates and silverware and fixed Elizabeth's plate. Elizabeth got tacos well that's all they got. They just got a big bag of tacos. Cheyenne got her vegetarian tacos van never gave me the right ones. Well, at least he tries. Yeah, that's true.
this is nice Reba says we get to have a family at least the three of us and lunch together. Just us girls just us Elizabeth said Grandma and Mom.
She said you mean Cheyenne corrected grandmother and grandma, mom and me and she said trying to correct her daughter's speech you're right I should start acting more of a grown-up. She said that's it. You need to work better you're in fifth grade now dear, you need to start being like one. Yes, since I'm going into sixth next year, she said you're growing up so fast, I know I'll be a teenager and I don't know I could do things that teenagers can do like drive. You have to wait to your 1617 Cheyenne said oh and one more thing when you get to that age don't have kids at 17 everyone laughed because that was funny I'm serious Cheyenne said and screws up your whole life. Even if you got yourself a boyfriend, please wait till you're married. Elizabeth looks shocked and surprised that her mother would even say something she's old enough to know and soon she'll be old enough to know about how it works.
right, that's a good idea. Reba said all right then so when do you want to go and visit Vance's parents when vans are around well not when vans are around but when you and Dad have time to take me to their house and Elizabeth too, they haven't seen Elizabeth since next another fight he had with them, they're asking about where they want to see her so I'll take her to her other grandmother's house soon Cheyenne said and also like I said I want you and Dad to come because well it'll be better. After all, the last few times they got mad that I was just me they're not gonna be happy if I go by myself without van.
I remember when I went with a van to his parent's house just me and him Reba said they disowned him. I know they still think like I said as a sneezy cheerleader who hasn't gotten her stuff together and trying to get a career have you thought of what we're doing now I went back to school remember right I did settle on dentistry and I'm going to dental school and everything. She said Vans work helps pay for the dental school and well you know that's a plus for me too.
and I want to tell them that I'm getting my stuff together and getting a career but I'm not a cheerleader anymore. I'm a mother of one and going to be a mother of two soon and well. I want them to know that I'm doing well and not a sneezy cheerleader and isn't just a football player anymore either so that's what I want to tell them good for you Reba said all right then we'll do that.
no, let's eat these tacos. The three girls ate the two the mother, the grandmother, and the daughter. It was a relaxing lunch just then fan was at work and there were no issues with Barbara Jean, which was nice. The family was getting along well and they were enjoying their new home, don't be a stranger. Mom came whenever when lunch was finished. Oh, don't worry I'll come whenever I want or whenever I need you to. Don't be such an over like you usually are Mom Rinad I won't, dear I promise.
as Reba left and got into her car and went home she told her she told Cheyenne told Elizabeth now you were out because of this new house thing tomorrow you're going back to school it's the weekend Mom right well then you will rest. I will go clean my room. Good idea you need to finish unpacking do you need me to help your daughter? No Mom I can do it on my own. Elizabeth said I want to be able to do this on my own now.
OK let me know if you need any help I will. She said then when you're done you can watch cartoons. Elizabeth nodded, knowing that when she was done unpacking, she could watch television all right then this was not easy she thought. Well it's not gonna get easier from here Cheyenne thought as she walked around the house cleaning up van wasn't here but he was at work so he couldn't do the unpacking. Well, that's good then he doesn't know how to get a house settled, Cheyenne said I unpack our room and then I unpack the kitchen she thought.
then I'll set up my office or my study room. She said she got everything unpacked. She set up her study room and put the laptop and everything she needed in the places she needed it. My study is done. She said now what to do next I guess I'll clean she thought and get dinner ready even though we just had lunch I do need to get supper ready then will want it when he gets home I must get that done as well smiling to herself all right let's do this.
