I don't own Naruto or high school dxd if I did issei would have had good character development through pain, and Naruto would have ended with Shizuka or a woman from the filler or movies, who had 100 times the chemistry of Naruhina.
"12455, 12456, 12457, 12458"
"Naruto"
"12459, 12460, 12461"
"Naruto!" Red bloodshot eyes opened in irritation. Being ignored didn't sit well with him. He sent a little bit of his chakra to his container, specifically targeting a gravity seal on his back. The result was instantaneous: an unexpected increase of 250 tons that caused him to smash his face into the ground, breaking his arms, back, and nose.
Said container desperately sent Chackra to turn the seal off completely, the wounds that would have kept a man on a bed for life -if not killed- didn't even take a second to heal, Steam rose from his wounds, Bones snapping back into place, he Lay on the ground for a second before rolling over, allowing His face to be illuminated by the dusk light, revealing a handsome young man drenched in sweat and blood, Golden hair, beautiful blue eyes and 3 barely visible whisker marks on each cheek.
"That's enough training, go take a bath" His friend's head turned to him, a frown on his face, irritation visible in His eyes, mouth opening, undoubtedly ready to protest "You can have as much ramen as you like, only tonight" that seemed to do it, He stopped, a smile appearing on His face and irritation replaced by pure joy in His eyes.
"Hell yeah!" He sprang to his feet, stretching a little. Turning his face to the right, he saw an image that had become all too familiar: an ocean of exact copies of himself training in various Shinobi arts—ninjutsu, shurikenjutsu, Taijutsu, kenjutsu, fuinjutsu, genjutsu, and more.
The progress he was making was quite extraordinary.
Six Paths sage mode was overpowered-the ability to heal everything, to understand all things that used physical or spiritual energy, the capability to use all chakra elements and sub-elements, invulnerability to all attacks that use the elements, and the one thing that he always lacked.
chakra control.
He could manipulate chakra to a degree that would make Hashirama look like a genin in this field.
but the thing that annoyed him the most was that ninjutsu, fuinjutsu, and kenjutsu came easily to him-extremely so.
he took fuuinjutsu as a hobby barely a year ago, he was learning from Uzumaki scrolls but still, with no clones and he was already a master, same with kenjutsu, and already knew hundreds of different ninjutsu.
it was frustrating, the fact that if he had taken Jiraiya's offer to teach him fuinjutsu, if he had taken his training seriously since the academy.
if only he hadn't tried to act like a fool to get attention
his world, his friends, everyone wouldn't be ...
Slap!
"No" slapping his cheeks, the blonde broke from that train of thought.
given what day was, these kinds of thoughts were inevitable, but he shouldn't allow himself to wallow in regret or self-pity.
nothing he could do now, just like the third taught him, nothing good will come from living in the past, learn from your mistakes and don't make them again, he dispelled all his clones, immediately feeling a massive amount of information entering his brain.
" Kurama?" the blond voice instantly caught the attention of the small orange 9-tail fox sitting a couple of meters behind him
"Mhh"
"I'm grateful you know" An eyebrow rose in curiosity "If you were not here with me, I don't know what I would have done, I would have been all alone again" he stopped for a second turning around to face him fully, a big smile on his face "so I'm grateful that it's my best friend and someone that understand me like no one else can, the one that is by my side"
"_"
"I..." The mightiest biju was, for once, without words. He truly didn't know how to respond to that, but...
"You don't have to say anything, I know." Of course, Kurama understood him, and the opposite was true as well. "I just wanted to make sure that you knew." That rewarded him with a feral grin as big as his own. "Shall we go?" His response? The little ninetails dissipated into red chakra that flew to the seal in his stomach.
He began going through a series of hand seals before smashing his hand on the ground. Immediately, a red barrier revealed itself, covering about 2.5 kilometers in every direction.
Its purpose?
To conceal everything going on inside and to restore everything that was destroyed after the activation of the barrier. Seeing his barrier fall, the trees getting restored, and the earth appearing where only a few seconds ago huge craters lay around, he nodded in satisfaction before disappearing in a yellow flash, leaving no sign of ever being there.
"Jejejeje." He reappeared instantly a couple of dozen kilometers away. It had already been three months since he learned the Flying Thunder God's jutsu, and he simply couldn't contain the happiness it brought him—the joy of having mastered a technique that was his father's main jutsu.
The place he appeared in was small: an apartment with a single bed, a nightstand, a bathroom, and a small kitchen. It was nice.
he'll be staying here for another week. He was traveling the country, only staying in a place for a week or two, so this more than met his needs. He went straight to the bathroom, taking his clothes off as he entered. The only sound heard for a while was that of water falling.
Twenty minutes later, he was ready to go. Wearing a simple dark blue long-sleeve shirt, black pants, and white sneakers, he stepped out of the building. Instead of teleporting or running, he decided to take a leisurely walk.
The atmosphere in town was quite nice and reminded him of konoha after pain destroyed it, the big difference was that here he wasn't worshiped.
he did miss that.
The sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow upon the streets of Kitakata. Amidst the neon signs and hurried footsteps, there it stood—a modest ramen shop, its wooden facade weathered by time and stories. there weren't many people on the streets— He strolled leisurely until he Pushed the door open, he stepped inside, and the aroma of ramen instantly enveloped his senses.
"Yo, old man," he greeted. The first thing he saw was an elderly black-haired man with his back turned, cooking by the looks of it.
"Ahh, Naruto," the man turned around to greet the teen. "The usual?"
"You know it!" With a smile, he sat on an available stool, eagerly awaiting his food. Glancing around, he noticed that the place was like always half full. Apart from himself, there were 5 other people. he turned around as the chef placed a steaming hot bowl of ramen in front of him, he thanked the man and whispered, "Thanks for the meal." He dug in, finishing it within seconds, knowing that another bowl would soon appear.
After devouring twenty-five bowls of ramen, he received a mix of awed and disgusted looks from fellow diners and a greedy look from the chef.
and then, he felt it.
an overwhelming wave of negative emotions washed over him. Concentrating on his sensory abilities, he sought the cause. Just outside town, he sensed a single signature—a woman's, or rather, a devil girl's, whose magical reserves were titanic compared to the average high-class demon.
"a high-class devil then, or maybe an ultimate..." Concentrating a little deeper, he felt something that left him stunned, or rather something that he couldn't sense.
there was no evil piece in her.
that didn't make any sense, devils wouldn't allow someone from nobility, and a lot of potential just the...
"ah, that explains it" She was half-human, based on her speed and the way her magic was fluctuating, she had never gotten any kind of training, and her magic was dormant inside her.
She exuded anger, hopelessness, and, most notably, an overwhelming amount of fear and sadness. She was being chased by four devils who, even without directly sensing their intentions, made him feel a wave of pure disgust.
"Thanks for the food," he said, standing up. He knew what he had to do. Leaving the money owed on the table, he walked out, ensuring no one saw him. With a leap, he landed on the rooftop of a nearby house. Then, he sprinted and jumped from rooftop to rooftop, invisible even to the trained eye, until he reached the edge of town. Into the trees he went, leaping from tree to tree until he reached his destination. He landed in a tree, using his chakra to stick to it and hide for a second to analyze the situation.
barely a second took him to reach from the restaurant to his current position.
A red-haired girl, who looked like she had been crying for days, clothes dirty and full of mud, lay on the floor, hugging a tree and giving her back to the four devils- in a diamond formation behind her, he noticed- She was more than likely too terrified to face them.
"Taking your mother was quite fun, you know," a green-haired man, the leader, more than likely, enjoying the way the girl's sobs turned louder.
Considering that demons were a society where blood and power ruled, blood always took precedence. None of them acted in any way like an aristocrat. So, as the one with the most power, that of a high-class devil, he must be the leader.
a sick grin appearing on the 4 devils faces "But your father grew bored of watching you beg for her, now he wants to watch as you suffer the same fate and we are more than happy to do as he wishes" the devil started approaching the girl, untying his belt "i might as well give you a little taste of what's about to come"
The elite shinobi in hiding didn't need to hear anymore. His eyes turned icy as he extracted a single kunai from the seal on his wrist. Swiftly, he allowed himself to fall from the tree, landing soundlessly just behind one of the devils. The unfortunate demon could do nothing as the kunai pierced his throat.
The shinobi vanished once again into the shadows.
The body crumbling to the ground caught the attention of the remaining devils.
"Jamie?" one of the demons spoke, shocked at seeing his friend on his knees. clutching his throat in a vain attempt to stop the rivers of blood leaking out of his body. His eyes were unfocused as he took his final breath.
Taking advantage of the demons' distraction, Naruto struck again. This time, he positioned himself behind the leader. With a touch of his finger, he sent a surge of lightning chakra to a specific part of the leader's brain, knocking him out immediately. Before the leader even had a chance to touch the ground, Naruto hurled two more kunai at the remaining devils. Both kunai struck the back of their skulls, ending their lives.
Turning around, he saw the girl, a year or two younger than himself, still crying and clutching the tree so hard that her nails had broken and were bleeding.
He got down on one knee.
Standing just 2 meters apart, he thought about how to get her attention. After a moment's consideration, he made his choice. Holding the ram seal, he made flowers blossom all around them, ensuring they enveloped the girl. His chakra was warm, like the sun, something that made people around him feel safe—at least when he allowed it to be felt. Seeing her calm down, he knew it had worked.
Her hands stopped clutching the tree, and her breaths and sobs calmed down.
"They can't hurt you now," his voice, calm and full of warmth, called her attention. A small smile graced his face as he tried not to startle the girl. slowly, She turned to face him, allowing herself to be bathed in his aura, her pink eyes searching for reassurance, her eyes looked behind him before relief washed over her.
Thud
"-"
and she just passed out
Making a cross hand seal, a shadow clone appeared, gently picking the girl in his arms. The both of them disappeared in a yellow flash.
She needed a good rest and some food. He'd talk to her later; for now, he needed information.
His gaze fell onto the unconscious devil behind him. His hand reached for the devil's head to wake him up.
"I'll take it from here," his friend spoke whitin him
"Kurama, I can do it."
"We both know you are not made to torture people."
That was true. He couldn't deny it. He was more than ready to kill those who deserved it without being affected by it. But inflicting pain and watching people suffer by his hand was something completely different. Even then, if it meant that innocent people could be saved, he was more than ready to do so.
Decision made, he decided to convince his friend that he could handle it. He closed his eyes for a second, appearing inside his mindscape—a sewer, something he had offered to change, but apparently, Kurama liked it. He had appeared right in front of Kurama. Unlike before, he was now whole, yin and yang. His size increase was quite amazing; standing tall, he was around 250 meters high.
Their eyes met—shining blue meeting demonic red. Seeing him for a little while allowed him to understand his reasoning.
"You just want to torture someone, don't you?" Not really a question.
"It's been a while."
"Ah," he stood awkwardly there for a second. "Ahem, okay, have fun, I guess."
He exited his mindscape, a mass of red chakra coming out of his hand and into the unconscious devil.
Time in the mindscape passed differently, so it shouldn't take that long—probably around...
"Haaaaaaaa!" the dévil started screaming in pain, tears in His eyes, now awake, a deranged look on His face, before he went unconscious again, the Mass of chakra returning to him.
"What do you have?" Silence.
"Kurama?"
"go to sleep. I'll tell you tomorrow" The seriousness in his voice stopped the ninja from asking anything else.
"Okay." He looked at the unconscious man for a second. In a swift movement, his kunai pierced the heart of the devil, killing him. Taking a sealing scroll and opening it, he poured a little bit of his chakra into it, sealing the bodies of the devils, before burning the scroll.
Seeing as there was nothing else to do, he disappeared in a flash, appearing inside his apartment. The red-haired girl was sleeping in his bed, still in those dirty clothes. The shadow clone was on one knee, his hand over hers, glowing green, healing her, dispelling once he finished, Holding the ram seal, a wooden chair materialized just beside the girl. He sat down when something caught his eye.
A White Box
Curiosity getting the better of him, he opened it. Inside, he found a beautiful red scarf.
"Happy birthday," the fox said. It was obvious that he was completely out of his element—his voice unsure, nervous even.
"Didn't know you could knit," playfully, the blonde whispered. Too many emotions were going through him.
October 10th
The blonde felt conflicted. He was happy to receive a gift from his friend, yet he didn't feel like celebrating his birthday in any way—not now, and probably not ever. Since his birth, this day had brought nothing but tragedy—for himself and those around him. Why would he be worthy of receiving anything today?
"No, bad Naruto" he thought, slapping his cheeks. This wasn't himself.
"Your mother made it for you when she was pregnant," the fox explained.
slowly, he caressed the scarf, inspecting it a little closer he noticed something.
seals imbued in the fabric, a lot of them.
Such an Uzumaki thing to do.
Gently, he picked it up and put it on, it made him happy in a way he only felt twice- when meeting his dad and then his mom.
"I...Kurama...I..." he tried to talk, to express just how much this meant to him but the words died in his throat.
"You don't have to say anything, I know" The mightiest biju opened his eyes, when he felt something smashing against one of his tails, seeing one of the biggest, most sincere smiles that has ever graced his container face, immediately he turned around, hiding his face.
It wasn't as if watching him smile so brightly made him happy or anything.
Nope, not at all!
"Still, that woman could be useful" Kurama thought to himself, he knew that the only thing keeping Naruto together was himself, and His siblings, they had pleaded with Naruto in the war to kill them- they Would come back to life either way- and with a heavy heart, he did.
Looking behind him he saw the statues of the other Biju, all 8 of them.
Since he was feeding them some of His chakra It shouldn't Take that long for all of them to be alive again, probably around 3 to 6 months.
Naruto needs someone else, someone to care for,
He will have to convince him to take care of her. Given who he was, it wouldn't be too hard.
He rested his head on his paw as his jinchuriki was now sleeping in one of his tails.
When did he do that?
He neither knew nor cared.
Was he really going to use a girl who had gone through so much for the sake of his friend?
Yes, he wasn't like Naruto. He didn't—couldn't—care just about anyone. If he has to kill half the planet just so Naruto feels happier, he'll do it in a heartbeat. If the girl proves to be a hindrance, he will simply have to get rid of her.
but that will have to wait till tomorrow, closing his eyes the king of Biju allowed sleep to claim him.
Next morning
Naruto Uzumaki, the indomitable ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village, stirred from his slumber. The morning sun, filtered through the windows of his modest apartment, as he sat up, the remnants of a dream clung to his consciousness like dew on morning grass.
Opening his eyes fully, the first thing that greeted him was the red-haired girl he had rescued the night before. A peaceful smile graced her face. Now that he noticed it, her clothes were what you'd expect from a high school student's uniform. It resembled a white sailor uniform with a black collar and black cuffs adorned with white horizontal stripes. An orange-colored tie hung from the edges of her collar, and she wore a short black skirt with a single white stripe. Her long black socks had a red-colored ribbon around her upper thighs, and she completed the ensemble with a pair of maroon-colored shoes.
Seeing the dirt and blood staining her clothes, along with the black rings encircling her eyes—more than likely due to lack of sleep and constant crying.
he needed to know.
"Kurama," he spoke, his voice steady, "what happened to her?"
"Her name is Mio Naruse or rather Mio Lucifer."
"Wait, you mean she is the daughter of the acting Lucifer?" From what he had heard, the demons ruling the underworld now were not like their predecessors, but if they were...
"Not exactly. Apparently, the original Lucifer had a son—a man named Risevim. He raped this girl's mother, a human woman."
"What happened to her mother?" His calm tone masked the fury simmering beneath. To anyone who knew him, it was clear that he was pissed.
"Four days ago, the devil you killed was tasked with kidnapping that girl and her mother. They were taken in front of this Risevim, and he made her watch as her mother was raped day and night."
"Why?" his voice low but full of rage, now impossible to hide.
"This man believes that all demons should be evil, just because, he simply enjoyed watching as the girl begged for her mother, and how his men, made her suffer till the end, this girl got lucky you know" eyes still closed, voice uncaring "there was a succubus that helped her escape before they could do anything to her"
The tale unfolded, and Naruto listened, the hundreds of women, kids, and men who suffered the same fate or similar, his resolve hardening. Justice would be served, even if it meant challenging the very foundations of existence.
Naruto clenched his fists, the weight of responsibility settling upon his shoulders like a cloak of destiny.
"I won't stand idly by," he vowed, his resolve that of steel. "Not while innocent lives hang in the balance, she wasn't the first and if I don't stop them then who knows how many more will suffer at their hands."
"Where are they?" his voice full of conviction, making it clear that not getting the information he wanted was unacceptable.
A single red-eye opening in interest.
"20 thousand km to the northwest of Lilith, the capital of the demons. "
"Then that's where we are going" Giving one last look at the girl in front of him, naruto stood up, going to the bathroom, and closing the door, he took off all his clothes, being specially careful with the scarf, pulling it inside one of the seals in his chest, before channeling some chakra to a seal in his forearm.
in a puff of smoke, there lay the standard jounin uniform of the village hidden in the leaves, Naruto traced the fabric—the sturdy dark green flak jacket, The Uzumaki swirl, crimson and proud, adorned the back—a symbol of lineage, of resilience.
He donned the black long-sleeved shirt, its folds embracing his lithe frame. The material clung to his skin, a second armor, then his flack jacket, The dark-blue pants were next, practical and unassuming, whispered of stealth. Naruto cinched the belt, securing kunai pouches—the tools of survival. His fingers brushed the metal-plated gloves, They bore scars—their own tales of shadowed missions and whispered oaths, and the mask—the same kind that Kakashi's used for his whole life, Naruto tied it around his head.
his headband went last, lifting it carefully, he pulled it to his forehead, tying it up he gave himself an appreciative look in the mirror, he looked quite badass really.
turning around he made some final checks.
inspecting the seals on his pouches, and arms, 400 kunai, 800 shurikens, 8 thousand meters of shinobi wire, 500 explosive tags, 200 hiraishin kunai, 80 smoke bombs, 2 tantos, a single katana, fuinjutsu supplies.
Good, he was ready.
Making a cross-hand seal, a single Shadow clone appeared with civilian clothes, His purpose was clear, that woman needed someone to watch out for her.
Satisfied, he stopped moving, His breathing calmed down, as far as anyone could tell he might as well be dead for how he wasn't moving Even a millimeter.
Not Even a second later, orange pigmentación appeared around His eyes, opening them, they showed great change, instead of the usual electric blue now they were yellow with a horizontal bar as a pupil.
Sage mode
People in this world said that nature's Energy was corrupted, that It was evil, they were wrong.
Nature Energy is an amplifier, when you use It, It brings to the surface who you really are, and all of your abilities are Taken to the next level.
Right now, he was feeling the warm embrace of nature, like that of a friend or even a mother, It was peaceful, It was nice.
But there was no denying It, nature hated youkai, as far as nature was concerned they were abominations, beings that shouldn't exist.
He had an objective now, using sage mode he could feel the entirety of the world and thankfully all dimensions that were connected to It, he focused on the underworld, finding Lilith in a second, he started looking Northwest of there, and found It.
The only establishment in there, around 200 devils, almost all of them had the magic reserves of a high-class dévil, except two, one had the power of an ultimate class and the other was certainly a surprise, he had the reserves equivalent of 1.5 percent of His own reserves.
Wasting no time, he concentrated, and using natural Energy he created a hiraishin seal on the other side, before disappearing in a flash.
Appearing 500 meters to the south of the castle.
The first thing that caught His eyes? was, that the sky was different here, purple-redish in color, and the second thing?
6 devils were disposing of what appeared to be bodies, at the very least 2 dozen, sending a little bit of chakra to His eyes so he could see more clearly.
Based on the revealing clothing, small bodies, big sexual attributes, and small bat-like wings, only one conclusion came to mind.
Succubus.
"They must have found out that one of them betrayed them" Setting that aside for now, he watched the castle, analyzing it, and after only a couple of seconds, he was surprised.
this castle was a fortress, powerful barriers protected the castle, guards in the 4 towers and patrolling the perimeter, yes this should be impossible to infiltrate.
for a genin, that is.
The barriers that they put were made to detect any kind of magical disturbance and to prevent all teleportation magic inside the castle.
he was sure that any chunin could infiltrate quite easily, it was honestly disappointing, the people of this world relied almost completely on their magic, and almost all of their defensive or offensive techniques were long-range, even bullets were threats to high-class demons .
not that he was complaining.
shinobi are the perfect counter to the supernatural, so it was no surprise that getting inside the castle barely took him 5 seconds, by Exiting sage mode, he concealed his chakra completely, a testament to his beyond-perfect control., and simply moved fast.
The demons, distracted, glanced elsewhere. He seized the opportunity, leaping toward the castle. His landing was silent, just above the massive doors, beneath the gaping windows. Like a shadow, he scaled the castle walls. Three guards stood atop the tower, their eyes vacant, indifferent.
Naruto's senses heightened. His back pressed against the cold stone, granting him a panoramic view of other towers—each teeming with 3 devils. In a heartbeat, he acted. Three kunai spun through the air, their deadly trajectory ending the lives of the three unsuspecting demons. Their brains were obliterated, and they fell.
landing inside the tower, he wasted no time. Nine more kunai dispatched the devils in neighboring towers. Satisfaction washed over him as their signatures vanished. This mission was about extermination, not infiltration.
He glanced back, opening the door to a stairwell, Time was of the essence. He sprinted down, senses alert he waited at the bottom, concentrating on his sensory abilities, once there was no one around, he opened the door that led to the maze of corridors in the castle, jumping to the ceiling and sticking to it with chakra.
for now, the biggest threats were the ones that had to be taken out first and thankfully, it seemed the both of them were together, he started moving to the position of the biggest magical signature, planting explosive tags as he went, only stopping when something caught his attention.
the stench of blood, sweat, and sex.
seeing only a devil in the vicinity, he stopped channeling chakra to his feet, allowing himself to fall behind the devil, before putting his hand around the devil's neck, and putting a little bit of pressure.
he was rewarded with the sound of bones breaking, opening the door with his free hand he entered, pulling the devil inside, and throwing him to the side, what he saw was sickening.
Bodies in various states of decomposition, boys, and girls no older than 12, teenagers, men and women, all chained to the walls. their bodies, even that of the kids smelled like...
taking a couple of calming breaths, trying to reign in his desire to simply blow this fucking castle with a bijudama, taking a scroll out of his jounin flack jacket, he sent a little bit of his chakra in it, the bodies got sealed in the scroll.
the very least he could do for them was give them a proper burial.
He would make sure that these monsters, these beasts won't be able to hurt anyone else.
Elsewhere
"you know, love is the strongest emotion or so they say" a regal voice was heard through the main office of the original descendant of Lucifer, a devil with the appearance of a middle-aged man in his 40's with dark silver hair and hazel eyes. long hair and a beard. possessing a bottomless and creepy aura around his body. He wore the same Maou Lucifer attire as Sirzechs-the acting demon king, although colored in silver.
"but watching all that love turned into desperation, into hate is the most beautiful thing in existence" his eyes looking lovingly at the piece of art on the wall of his office.
except it wasn't art, it was a naked woman, whose heart was ripped out, red markings covered her whole body, blood and semen leaked out of every orifice, her face full of tears, and her red hair was stained with white.
this was the mother of his daughter, he had put a preservation spell, to be able to always remember their faces, to look at her and remember their pleas.
Haaaaa just thinking about that sent pleasure through his whole body.
THIS WAS IT
THIS WAS HOW A DEMON SHOULD ACT
THIS WAS HOW DEMONKIND SHOULD BEHAVE
IT WAS IN THEIR BLOOD
IT IS WHO THEY ARE
lucifer's descendant, turned around facing his companion a young handsome-looking man appearing in his early twenties with silver hair that is tied in a braided hairstyle. He wears a silver robe with detailed accessories.
"Once Trihexa is free, well show them what demons really are," Just thinking about all the pain they will bring, all the desperation, all of the dead, it was enough to bring so much happiness to him.
"Yes, Lord Lucifer, we will show them our might, what it means to be a demon." Euclid Lucifuge, a loyal devil to the real Lucifer answered, his voice full of admiration and loyalty.
"once this is done, we will go to that other world and create the same chaos, we will make all the worlds fear the might of Lucifer" he put his attention once again on the woman on the wall, or at the very least he tried.
"What?" a surprised whisper, there was nothing, she was gone, he turned around mouth opening ready to question his loyal servant, however, he was on his knees, a shocked expression on his face, a black rod was piercing his heart, his entire body disintegrating.
One of the only 3 super-devils, a transcendental being as he was called, was unable to do a thing as one of those black rods also pierced his chest, looking behind him, he saw it.
a man whose entire face was hidden, the only thing visible was his golden hair, and those icy blue eyes, full of an incredible amount of disgust and rage, it froze him.
Fear surged, his eyes filled with desperation and fear, tears welled up, he tried to use his magic but couldn't, "Please, don't kill me, I'll do anything!" Nothing not even the slightest reaction, "PLEASE DON'T!, I...gwa" a gloved hand was now choking him.
"You are pathetic, nothing but a spoiled child" That voice was calm but with such hate in it that it made him flinch, he was thrown to the ground, trying to stand up, a foot was put on his head, with so much force that his jaw, and nose were broken.
he could only watch as the man made a single hand sign and explosions started, he could feel the floor shaking, the screams of surprise and pain, he watched as his left arm disintegrated, but he could do nothing but cry, he wanted to scream, to beg, but he could do neither.
"Your very soul as well as that of everyone under your command will be eliminated," That cold voice made him flinch in fear, wishing with all his might that this was nothing but a dream.
it wasn't.
and so, one of the strongest beings on the planet met his end.
not in a grand battle that will be known by everyone in existence.
there was no glory, no respect.
he died as he lived.
like an unwanted monster.
nobody will remember him.
nobody will weep for him.
truly a befitting end for a demon like him.
11 hours later, naruto's apartment
everyone's favorite ninja appeared once again in his bathroom, mentally drained, after killing all of those devils, hunting down every one of them in the human world, and then giving a proper burial to all of those people.
today he has seen things that he hadn't seen even Orochimaru do, to think that there were monsters like that.
but at the very least it was over.
all of them were dead, that was the only good thing that happened to him today.
Shaking his head the blonde changed his clothes back to his civilian outfit, while doing so, the clone that he left behind dispersed, allowing him to know everything that happened here while he was away.
the girl woke up barely an hour ago, but she had simply sit on the floor, in front of the window, watching the rain.
she hadn't eaten a thing.
she didn't take a bath.
she didn't speak.
"well it is understandable" pulling his shirt on "I'll need to find somewhere to hide her and someone to take care of her" he was about to open the door when...
"Let her stay with us" that deep voice stopped the blonde in his tracks.
"Kurama we can't, we have our own things to worry about, we can't take care of her" Naruto's voice was resolute. They simply couldn't shoulder this burden. His primary objective was to protect the Biju—they trusted him, and he wouldn't let them down
The blonde was forcefully pulled into his mindscape, now standing face-to-face with Kurama. The almighty nine-tails opened his eyes, rising to his feet. His voice boomed.
"We both know that what you don't want is to create a bond" he was now looking at the shinobi accusingly, "we both know that you don't want to leave her be"
"it's dangerous for her" his voice was now but a weak whisper, looking at the water below, unable to look at those red eyes.
"What do you think your parents will say?"
blue eyes opening in surprise, that was a low blow, before he could retort he was interrupted once again.
"you will take her with us and that's final" His tone was harsh, leaving no room for negotiation. Then, it softened. "Look, Naruto, I know you're hurting.
But if you abandon her now, it will haunt you for the rest of your life. I hate seeing you suffer. So please, do this."
the blonde recoiled in shock at seeing his friend, the proudest being he ever met beg him, however he could feel his sincerity, his worry.
that made him feel awful, especially since his words were true.
he didn't want to abandon her.
"I understand, I'll do it" Seeing the almighty biju nod in acceptance, he was about to leave but not without saying his thoughts"Thanks Kurama and I'm sorry, for acting so unlike myself"
Outside the seal, he turned the knob, opening the door and there she was the girl he was discussing about,
Mio, the red-haired girl of sixteen, her tear-streaked face hidden in a pillow.
Naruto approached her, his footsteps gentle on the wooden floor.
the knuckleheaded ninja sat on the edge of a chair, His eyes, usually brimming with mischief, now held a solemn depth—a reflection of the pain that permeated the room.
Her trembling hands clutched a frayed pillow, her tear-streaked face buried within its folds. She was a mere sixteen, yet her eyes held a lifetime of sorrow. The flickering light of nature cast shadows across her delicate features, emphasizing the vulnerability etched into her skin.
He had faced countless foes, battled gods, legendary shinobi, and monsters, but this? this was something different.
Naruto leans closer to Mio, his eyes filled with empathy. His voice, though soft, carries the weight of experience.
"Mio" he whispered, his voice a balm for her wounded soul. "I'm so sorry, I can't pretend to understand your pain. But I'm here. We're in this together."
Mio's gaze flickered toward him, eyes swollen from endless weeping. "Why?" Her voice cracked, like a wounded bird seeking solace. "Why did they take her? Why did they hurt her?"
Naruto's jaw clenched. He had no answers, only rage. The demons—the monsters who had violated Mio's mother—were a stain on the world. But vengeance wouldn't heal Mio's shattered soul. He had to be more than a ninja; he had to be a beacon of hope.
He shifted closer, kneeling by her side, the floor creaking beneath him. "Mio, your mother was brave. She fought to protect you. Her spirit lives on in you."
Her eyes, wide and haunted, bore witness to the unspeakable. She had seen her mother being raped—the blade slicing through her heart, The girl's small hands clenched into fists, her knuckles white.
She turned to him, her eyes red-rimmed and filled with pain.
His azure eyes held hers, unwavering.
Naruto's voice was gentle, a soothing balm for wounds that ran deeper than flesh. "I'm here," he murmured, his azure eyes reflecting her pain. "I know it hurts. But you're not alone."
He pauses, gathering his thoughts. "For now, allow yourself to grieve. It's okay to cry, to rage against the unfairness of it all. But remember that your mother would want you to find strength in her love, not drown in sorrow."
The girl's voice cracked as she spoke, her words raw and fragile. "Why? Why her?"
he listened—the weight of her grief heavy between them. He understood loss, the ache that burrowed into bones and threatened to consume. His own scars pulsed in sympathy.
Naruto's hand found hers, calloused and warm. "Sometimes," he said, "there are no reasons, some people only wish to see the world burn, But we can choose how we respond."
He pulled her into an embrace, and she clung to him as if he were her lifeline. Her tears soaked his shoulder, and he let her cry, absorbing her anguish. The night seemed darker, colder, but Naruto's presence was a beacon—a promise that she wasn't abandoned. Naruto simply stayed there, not an ounce of care about anything other than the red-haired girl.
He wiped away her tears, his touch gentle.
The night wore on, and the girl's sobs subsided into hiccups. Naruto stayed by her side, a silent sentinel. He couldn't erase her pain, but he vowed to be there—to fight alongside her, to protect what remained.
after what seemed like hours, Naruto carried her - bridal style to the bed, her pink eyes still looking at him, "Listen," he murmured, his voice low but resolute. "Your mother was brave. She fought to protect you. And now, it's our duty to honor her memory—to ensure that her sacrifice wasn't in vain."
"I'll make them pay," she whispered.
Naruto shooked his head "There is no need" Seeing her look of confusion and hurt, he clarified "I already did, they won't hurt anyone ever again"
Surprise adorned her face," then what about my mom?"
"I already buried her alongside the others that were there" he put her on the bed "I'll take you there tomorrow"
"ok" her voice now a whisper, seeing as he was turning around to leave, she questioned him"Are you going somewhere?"
"well I'm going to rent the apartment next door, so you can sleep peacefully" he could see she was afraid, he was about to speak but she beat him to it...
"Can you stay?" her voice was desperate, afraid, and on the verge of tears.
"of course" he didn't need to think about it, not even for a second.
just like yesterday, he sat on the chair just beside the bed, seeing her still afraid, as if scared that he'd disappear, he took her hand on his own, and that seemed to do it.
he held her hand all night—a shinobi and a grieving girl—bound by loss and a shared resolve. The demons may have taken her mother, but they had also ignited a fire within Mio—a fire that would burn brighter than any hellish flame.
And in that fragile moment, amidst the pain and the ache, they forged a bond—a promise etched in blood and tears. Together, they would defy fate, rewrite tragedy, and find solace in each other's broken hearts.
For in the darkest of nights, even shattered hearts could find solace in the company of kindred souls.
Believe it!.
a couple of things.
1- this is my first story so be kind please, this story was written piece by piece, in a week, sometimes I was super motivated, and for others, I was just wishing to finish a part of the chapter, hopefully, it's not too noticeable.
2- as mentioned before it's my first story, the fight scenes and some other scenes are not all that good, I know, but it's the best I can do now.
once I improve I'll come back to the early chapters and fix them.
3-Lately, I've been reading a lot of stories, and there's one recurring theme that bothers me: the way they often depict Naruto as a servant or slave, and the way they nerf him or make him 10 times more stupid than in canon. Whether it's the gods ordering him around like an obedient dog, manipulation by women leading him to do their bidding, being turned into a slave by high-class devils, or being killed by fodder—none of it makes sense.
Here are some of the absurd scenarios I've encountered:
Post-War Naruto's Ineptitude: In some stories, post-war Naruto struggles to find the Kuoh church even with sage mode and thousands of clones. Yet, he miraculously saves Asia only after her demise, breaking down and pleading with Rias on his knees. Frankly, that was utter nonsense.
Ineffective Defense of Loved Ones: Then there are instances where characters threaten or sexually assault women dear to Naruto. His response? A small beating and that's it. But if he happens to kill these attackers, suddenly everyone around him questions his morality. "This isn't you," they say. "You're a monster." Seriously, did we watch the same show?
Kurama's Protective Instincts: If Naruto decides to kill, he starts acting as if he is a monster, to be clear, in this story, When someone so much as glances at Naruto the wrong way, Kurama—the tailed beast within him—is ready to tear them apart. Kurama and the other biju care solely about Naruto. If he decided to annihilate the entire world, they'd probably cheer him on.
So, let's address these clichés:
No-Kill Policy: Naruto refraining from killing? Forget it. He's not a saint; he's a shinobi. After losing his world, he blamed himself for not acting like one. He could have slain Obito or Kaguya, but he chose not to. And in doing so, he lost everything. When he's in combat, he's going to fight like a true shinobi.
Forgiveness and Battle IQ: Forgiving enemies who've caused immense harm? Not Naruto. His battle intelligence remains sharp. No more letting opponents power up while he stands idly by. That's not happening.
In summary, Naruto won't play the knight in shining armor attacking head-on. He's a shinobi through and through, and he won't compromise his principles- even if it means making tough choices.
And now the reason why many of you little pervs are reading this.
The harem Is not going to be big, 5 is my limit.
1- Mio Naruse
2- Serafall Leviathan
3 -?
4- ?
5- ?
if you have any suggestions I'm more than happy to read you.
But don't put girls that are overused, I want girls that Naruto will be able to love and who are more than just sex dolls, so the main girls that I think should get in are:
1-sona sitri
2-ravel phoenix
3-Gabriel
The other girls I've chosen are because I believe they are the type of girls Naruto could love and respect, and while I appreciate Rias, Xenovia, Akeno, etc. etc. I don't think Naruto would be drawn to overly promiscuous girls. Naruto is deserving of all of them, but the reverse isn't necessarily true.
this also isn't a triple crossover, as you saw Mio's father in this story is Risevim Livan Lucifer, I see no reason to create a crossover and then make it so that the MC only participates in events or situations that I create.
Naruto is going to change the canon one way or the other.
in this story, if a girl or guy attacks Naruto with the intent to kill, then Naruto is going to respond in kind.
What does this mean? unlike in a lot of stories where Naruto forgives them just because girls have big tits or they make him extremely incompetent, in here, even if it's an important character like say kuroka, Arthur, vali, gods, or whatever.
they will die.
This author's note has been quite lengthy; I'll conclude here.
See you in 3 or 4 weeks.
