We are now approaching the Moon, says the voice of the ship's navigation computer. Think about it, I have never taken a spaceship before, let alone having been on the Moon! The idea of all this would sound unrealistic to me before I met this cute boy, but I can foresee, that my stay on the Moon is going to be wonderful. I'll be the first from Kultajärvi, and perhaps this whole planet, to step on the Moon, and the notion of this generated infinite excitement in my mind!

The spaceship kept decelerating as it approaches the Moon and prepares for landing. From the Lunarian skies, we could see a futuristic city with elegant architecture and finely-decorated flying trains, as if they were animated by magic.

As the spaceship slowed down to a steady speed, it gradually descended, and landed at the docking bay. Serenity then pressed a button on the holographic control interface of the ship, opening the doors of the spaceship, and revealing the view of the sleek and clean Lunarian cityscape.

As I regarded out of the open door, I could observe a group of four beautiful girls in gowns of vivid colors standing before the spaceship, with expressions of anticipation. They each have different hair colors, and yet, the colors of their gown match those which Serenity said his sisters were wearing - red, green, blue and yellow. I wonder, am I finally getting to meet Serenity's sisters?

Stepping out of the ship, Serenity greeted them with a sweet smile, saying, "Sisters, I'm home."

Venus, the golden-haired princess in a stunning gown reminiscent of the golden dawn, saw her brother finally returning from his trip to Earth. She greeted him passionately and hugged him. "Serenity!"

The two of them surely look like each other, don't they? Their hair and eye colors are almost identical, and they are of a similar height. To me, they are like a pair of twins! No wonder why Serenity told me that she would sometimes transform into his likeness to trick him.

I also noticed that Venus looks like me, too, in a way. We both have long golden hair, and we both have blue eyes and similar faces. The most prominent difference between us, is that I am noticeably taller than Venus, as if I was her older sister, and that Venus wears a red bow on his hair, while I do not.

Serenity then eagerly presented me to his sisters.

"May I present, Princess Aurora of the Kingdom of Kultajärvi on Earth!"

With a confident smile, I greeted his sisters. "Greetings, Your Royal Highnesses. I am Princess Aurora of Kultajärvi, and I have come to visit the Moon Kingdom. I hail from Planet Earth."

Mercury, the princess in a gown as blue as the skies at midday, welcomed me with a smile, saying, "Welcome to the Moon Kingdom, Aurora. I hope you enjoy your stay here!"

She then introduced herself while flipping over the pages of a book, "I am Princess Mercury of the Moon Kingdom. I am the team's strategist, and I wield powers over water and ice. I like reading books and playing Chess with Serenity in my free time."

Standing by her side is Jupiter, a strong and tall princess of my height. She wears a jade gown reminiscent of the leaves of a tree, and she also introduced herself, while flexing her strong arms. "I am Princess Jupiter. I have strong arms and I like fighting, but I also like cooking and gardening after a good fight. I wield power over thunder."

Mars, the princess in a fire-red gown and with long black hair reminiscent of the ebony wings of an eagle, produced a small flame from her hand. With a deep, concentrated and spiritual voice, she introduced herself. "I am Princess Mars. I have the ability to predict the future with fire readings, and I wield power over all things related to flames."

And at last, Venus made a pose and said, "And I am Princess Venus! As the leader among the Prince's Sisters, I was given command over my sword by my mother at the age of nine, and I wield powers over light. When I am not practising my sword skills, I would either play sports, or immerse myself in the world of beauty and fashion, or just play chess and read books with Serenity and Mercury."

The quartet of sisters looked impressive to me, and they surely do remind me of my fairies, only that the prince's sisters are much younger and look far more beautiful for me. Mars, Jupiter and Mercury remind me of Flora, Fauna and Merryweather respectively, due to their similar color schemes. As for Venus, she is the unique one to me, as I never grew up a yellow fairy. Perhaps she could correspond to me, given how similar we look?

I complimented them, "You all are powerful and graceful, and each of you have your own unique strengths. Together as a team, you can effectively protect your brother. I'm so glad, that you all get to grow up together as siblings and complement each other."

With a smile reminiscent of sunshine, Venus said, "Thank you, Aurora. I am also glad, because my brother has found a confident and charming love like you." She then blushed and told me, "You know, you are as beautiful as I want to be."

Hearing the most beautiful princess of the Moon Kingdom complimenting me, I could not be more flustered. With a slight blush, I expressed my gratitude towards her. "Thank you, Venus. I'm flattered."

She then seemed to have noticed my commoner's dress. "Your apparel seemed to have concealed your identity as princess. I wonder, Aurora, if you would want to try a few fancy gowns, together with me?"

That was exactly what I dreamt of, ever since I heard of Princess Venus from her brother! I really couldn't wait to try some outfits with her.

I then replied her, "It's a long story, Venus. But fitting me with gowns? That's amazing!"

This idea proved to be fun for her, prompting her to let out a chuckle.

She then turned to the path ahead, and invited us, "Come on. Let's go inside the palace."

We walked along a grandiose boulevard of white Lunarian marble, decorated with lawns of fresh grass and flowers on both sides, and surrounded by canals of crystal-clear water, with several fountain spires standing up from the base of the canals.

The fountain spires are a magnificent display of Lunarian architecture, and each of them stand at ten times the height of a human. At the end of the boulevard is the palace gates on the Silver Wall, which will take us inside the palace grounds.

For almost sixteen years of my life, I have grown up secluded in a forest. My memories of being celerbated as an infant in my own castle is very faint. I only knew about what it is like to live in a castle through the architectural plans that I have read, and through my imaginations. And now, I get to visit the interiors of the Moon Palace in person, it feels, like a major wish of mine has been fulfilled.

"So, I had to keep my identity as princess secret among Earth people and disguise myself as the daughter of woodcutters. I was dressed like this, as a result..."

On the way, I was explaining to Venus why I am wearing commoner's clothes, despite being a princess like her. The other princesses also listened closely, as if they were interested in the backstory of my outfit. They sympathized with my experience of having to hide myself from Maleficent, but ultimately, they were happy, that I finally get to live a life I could have lived, if not for the curse.

As we pass through the palace gates, we ended up in a picturesque flower garden outside the main building. In the center, there is a fountain, with a white marble statue of Selene holding up her Moon Scepter at the top. The fountain is surrounded by fields of floral plants of all kinds of colors, ranging from vermillion to violet, and from chrysantheum-yellow to lily-white.

The palace corridors are illuminated by the sunlight at times, and are made of ornate Lunarian marble. Together, we walked through the corridors, and entered what seemed to be an endless hall, with a high ceiling, supported by pillars of white marble.

Prince Serenity introduced, "This is the Entrance Hall, the nexus of the palace building. The hall connects to various sectors of the palace, including the Queen's Tower in the center, where the whole tower is dedicated for our mother, the Queen. Her throne room is on the top of the tower, while her office is one floor below the throne room, and her personal room, two floors below. The elevators in front of us takes us to the Queen's Tower."

We kept moving forward, as Princess Mars continued, "Behind the Queen's Tower lies the Sailor Guardians' Tower. This is where we sisters and brothers live, and it acts as a private space for us. It is connected with a bridge to the Queen's Tower."

Serenity and his sisters led me inside a small room, surrounded by open space on four sides. As the centered doors of the room closed, I can feel that the whole room was starting to be elevated! Is this the magical "elevator" that they speak of?

A number is shown to the right of the doors, and it dynamically increments as time pass, from 0, to 1, and then to 2, and so on...

As the elevation slowed down, the doors of the room opened, and we found ourselves on what is presumably the top floor of the Sailor Guardians' Tower.

We stepped out of the elevating chamber, and entered a cylindrical and spacious room, finely sculptured in Lunarian art style. I tilted my head upwards, and saw the bright rays of the daylight shining down, propagating through the massive domed glass ceiling high above the floor.

Princess Mercury introduced, "This is the common room, where we often socialize together during the day."

The common room is connected to Serenity's and his sisters' personal rooms. On the meticulously decorated walls, planetary symbols above the doors indicate who resides in the room. In the center of the common room, there is a spiral staircase that leads up to the bridge to the Queen's Tower, surrounded by a long dining table, a kitchen, a square table surrounded by long white couches, and a vast open space.

I then noticed a room with no planetary symbol.

Princess Jupiter described, "The common room is connected to our own rooms. As you can see, each of our planetary symbols indicate whose room it is. For example, the symbol of Jupiter is seen on top of the door to my room."

She then turned towards the direction of the room without a planetary symbol, saying, "We also have a few guest rooms for guests that are more interested to spend most of the time with us, rather than the Queen herself."

"I see. So will this be where I will be residing during my stay on the Moon?"

Mercury complimented, "You have a sharp mind, Aurora."

I had a glimpse inside the room from a distance, and it looked quite luxurious and regal, compared to the room in the cottage where I used to sleep. It seemed like I would enjoy my stay on the Moon.

I then said, "During my stay on the Moon, I would like to meet each one of you and have a nice chat, and perhaps do some of our favorite things together, so that we can know more and know better about each other as a person. Like... reading some books, or listening to predictions of the future."

Venus exclaimed with sparkling eyes, "That would be very great! Can I be the first one, Aurora?"

Upon seeing her jubilant reaction, I smiled. "Why not?"

Later on the day, Venus invited me to her room.

Inside her room, there is a giant and dynamic poster of planet Venus and its properties, such as its distance from the Sun, its orbital period, and its atmospheric composition. It reminds me of planetary facts that I read in one of my books in the forest, though the typeface of the poster is drastically different to what I am used to seeing. It does not resemble the cursive handwriting prevalent among my kingdom's upper classes, nor the typeface with serifs as seen on many statues, and it does not even bear any similarity with the Fraktur printing typeface I have seen from books from the land of Saksa. It gives... an avant-garde, futuristic, and sleek, feel.

Enthusiastically, Princess Venus welcomed me. "So, welcome to my room!"

I made a few steps into her room. The floor and the ceiling of her room are painted in sparkling golden colors, matching her hair and her outfit, while the side walls are an animated and interactive projection of stars, nebulae and galaxies in the vast space.

She sat down on her bed, and invited me to sit by her side. On top of her bed is a blanket of an orange-yellow gradient, decorated finely with Lunarian patterns. It felt comfortable and relaxing for me, to sit on her mattress, and to share some time with her.

She then pointed the dynamic poster and said, "This poster shows the planet that I am connected to."

I said, "Planet Venus, the second planet of the Solar system, with a golden color, and associated with the Roman Goddess of beauty..."

Impressed by my knowledge about the planet she is bonded to, Venus said, "You know a lot about planet Venus!"

"When I was on Earth," I said, while smiling confidently, "I read quite many books about the ways of the world and about different cultures."

"Well, I suppose I'm not the one who read as many books as my sister Mercury... but there is one thing that I'd want us to do together."

I wondered, what was that?

But just when I am about to ask, I suddenly remembered. With my eyes brightened up, I asked, "You mean, fitting me in princess dresses?"

"Correct!"

With a swipe of her hand, Venus opened her wardrobe. The doors of her golden wardrobe opened smoothly and seamlessly, without much friction or noise, and slowly revealed her outfit collection.

"I have a collection of gowns and other types of apparel, that you may found beautiful."

And find them beautiful I did!

I gazed through the outfits in her wardrobe, imagining that it was me who was wearing them. It is quite difficult to choose, when those dresses are almost equally intricate and elegant, while having their unique qualities and scents of grace. There are dresses in pink, blue, purple, yellow... all sorts of patterns and colors. It took me quite a while to think about which dress I would look the best in.

At last, I settled for the one with a teal-to-green gradient. It resembles the light of the auroras I used to gaze upon from Earth, and would fit my name the best. In this dress, I would become a Northern Light - true to my name!

Holding my desired dress on a hanger, I said, "I think this suits me, Venus."

I then performed a spell to change into this dress. Right after the incantation, my forest outfit and the dress momentarily swapped places, and look! Here comes Princess Aurora in her shining green dress!

Being surprised by my changing spell, Venus regarded upon me in my new dress in awe, exclaiming with a gasp, "You look so beautiful in this dress, Aurora!"

As soon as her compliment reached me, I could not help but to blush in front of her again. "Thanks, Venus. And to think that this compliment comes from the most beautiful princess of the Moon Kingdom... I'm highly thankful."

Venus confidently said, "I'm beautiful, but that doesn't mean I can't recognize how beautiful others are. It's quite the opposite, you can say."

We both laughed for a while.

I then brought up the topic of sword training.

"Speaking of which, I have heard from Serenity that you're quite the swordswoman. Since I was raised in the forest, I never got the chance to take hold of a sword. I want to learn the ways of the swords from you!"

Hearing this, Venus was a bit embarassed. "You? Learning from me?"

She then looked at my face, noticing how I look more mature than her, as if I was her older sister. "But you're older than me!"

I knew she would react like this, when she brightly blushed in her face.

With an easy tone, I said, "the ancient philosophers have said, you don't choose who you learn from based on her status or age, but her expertise. The objective fact is that you are more skilled than me, when it comes to matters of the sword. It matters not that I'm older than you, and actually, I'm only a year and roughly ten to eleven months older than you all."

Venus then blushed. "Uh..."

"I have only learnt sword combat for five years, I don't know if my experience is enough for you to learn from... And also, I learnt my sword skills from instruction videos, and with an instruction robot engineered according to standards set jointly by the Royal Court and the Lunarian Institute of Swords. We would also be using blunt bamboo swords instead of real ones when practising, due to safety concerns. Would you mind that, Aurora? I must admit, that sword training in the Moon Kingdom isn't very much of a fantasy..."

I smiled. "I won't mind that. I get to learn the ways of the sword as a princess, and eventually, I'll catch up!"

Venus then chuckled, and said, "Well then, Aurora!"

Having made up her mind, Venus carried a new confidence in her words, which I could sense. "We'll meet on the 5th floor in this tower tomorrow, where I'll hopefully share with you some sword fighting skills!"

With much joy in my voice, I responded, "Sure!"

Venus then presented me something reminiscent of a card.

"Here's your keycard. You will see a card reader that looks like a box hanging on a wall. Gently press your card against the card reader, and the door will open for you."

What kind of technology is this? I'm simply amazed!

Holding the keycard, I said, "Thank you, Venus!"

Venus then looked again at my new dress and said, "Also, Aurora, your dress might look beautiful, but if I wore it to battle, I won't think it would be the best outfit in a practical sense. I'm going to make another battle outfit that is just as equally beautiful, with the same color scheme!"

Curiously, I asked, "How?"

Venus said, "As a Sailor Guardian, I have a short skirt that allows agile movement in sword fighting and combat situations. My legs won't be restrained by the long dress, so my mobility in combat situations are optimized!"

Listening to her explanation, I smiled. "I see. This is going to be cool!"

Upon hearing this, Venus's eyes shone. "Yes, Aurora. I'm so excited, that I got a new princess to train my sword skills with!"

I was thrilled. I already could not stop imagining how it would be for me wield a sword, in my battle outfit. I'd be such a cool and powerful princess, holding up my sword in great confidence!
