Moments after defeating Nehelenia, a few fairies appeared to the Sailor Guardians.

"You have done well."

Surprised, Mars asked, "Who are you? You look exactly like us!"

The fairies carry an aura of immense light, so immense, that even I can sense it, and feel connected in a way. And just as Mars said, these fairies look identical to the Sailor Guardians - the hairstyle, the eyes, and even the earrings...

The fairy in the likeness of Jupiter, surrounded in a field of green light, said, "We are the Sailor Power Guardians. My name is Guardian Jupiter," and pointing at the fairy in the likeness of Mars, she introduced, "and she is Guardian Mars."

The fairy in the likeness of Mercury, glowing in blue, then followed. "I am Guardian Mercury, and I am here to tell you all, that Nehelenia has been defeated, thanks to the power of your unity and your mutual trust to Princess Aurora."

Venus's Sailor Power Guardian continued, "and I am Guardian Venus. Together, we would like to present each of you Sailor Guardians a very special gift. Please take this as your gift."

Each Sailor Power Guardian then presented a crystal matching their corresponding Sailor Guardian's color, which the four Sailor Guardians then received. These are their Sailor Crystals - which grant them even more power, and with that, determination, to keep peace within the Moon Kingdom.

Guardian Mercury then said in a determined voice, "Just say, Mercury Crystal Power,"

Guardian Venus followed, telling her Sailor Guardian counterpart, "Venus Crystal Power,"

"Mars Crystal Power," said Guardian Mars as she also informed her counterpart of her new transformation phrase,

"Jupiter Crystal Power," said Guardian Jupiter, being the last Sailor Power Guardian to announce the new transformation phrase.

And together in unison, they said, "Make Up!"

Together, the Sailor Guardians yell out their new transformation phrase, hoping to transform into more powerful versions of themselves.

Holding up her hand, Mercury chanted, "Mercury Crystal Power,"

Venus followed, saying, "Venus Crystal Power,"

Mars then also started transforming. "Mars Crystal Power,"

And so did Jupiter. "Jupiter Crystal Power,"

"Make Up!"

Within a flash, the four girls became covered in pillars of intense light of their colors, and in just a short blink of an eye, they have transformed into their even more powerful selves.

I could see, that their uniforms have had subtle changes. Their chokers now had a golden star attached, and the symbol in the center of their front bows had turned from a circle to a heart. I could also notice, that their back bows have been lengthened as well.

They proclaimed victoriously in unison, "We are the Super Sailor Guardians!"

As I regarded at the new powerful forms of the Sailor Guardians, I can also feel my sword undergoing magical transformations, too. I can feel, that my sword has become more powerful, as if the Northern Lights are shining more brightly in the night sky. I felt a special resonance with Serenity's sisters' power, from deep within me.

We rescued Princess Venus's brother.

We rescued Princess Mercury's brother.

We rescued Princess Mars's brother.

We rescued Princess Jupiter's brother.

And we rescued Princess Aurora's lover.

Together as a team of five, we have demonstrated what we are capable of achieving as one.

Serenity is now free from his curse, and together, we have reached a higher level of power. With our newfound power, we strode triumphantly along the Garden Boulevard back to the Palace Building, and to the Sailor Guardians' Tower.

In the elevator, Venus asked, "do you think our brother is going to notice what's new in our Sailor Guardian uniforms?"

Mercury asked, "It's going to take him a few more looks to notice that our Sailor uniforms have changed. It's not like the main white part of our leotards have been recolored."

Mars said, "Anyway, he's probably not gonna care that much about the subtle changes of our uniform when he sees us."

We continued to chatter in the elevator, as it takes us to back to the top floor of the Sailor Guardians' Tower.

A few moments later, the elevator doors opened, and we went back to our own comfortable place - the common room. The five of us then walked towards Serenity's room together, still in our Sailor Guardian outfits and battle attires. His doors were open, and we all could see him sitting still, looking out to the window as if he is still anticipating us.

We greeted him, "Serenity."

He turned from the window towards us. Seeing his lover and all of his sisters, who are five very beautiful girls, together at his room's doorsteps, he could not have been more elated. He enthusiastically greeted us, "Aurora! And Sisters!"

It is very happy for us to see Serenity being in such a positive mood. His cheerful and cute smile brings joy to all of us, so cute that I can presume that he has already melted all of our hearts instantly and effortlessly!

He rushed forward to me, and I opened up my arms to let him hug me. The way he looks up to me when we are sharing a hug, is purely adorable!

I asked, "Are you feeling well?"

He affirmed gladly, "Yes, thank you."

We then continued our hug a while, before he let go, and continued. "There is something I should tell you all."

We all looked at him in curiosity, our eyebrows raised and our eyes blinking.

"Just a few minutes ago, I felt a new power awakening inside me."

Wanting to know more about this mysterious power, Jupiter asked, "What kind of power is it?"

Serenity thought for a while, as if he was reorganizing his thoughts to present to us.

"I... I don't know, but I feel like the power that has awakened inside me draws from the Moon and the vast cosmos."

Upon hearing her brother's response, Mercury said, "Perhaps Mars has an answer about it."

Mars agreed with her sister, "you're right, Mercury. My meditation might provide more clues to this mysterious power."

She then meditated for a while, as we waited patiently. What could possibly be the power that our dear prince suddenly gained?

Minutes later, Mars finished her meditation, and it seemed that she had came up with the answer we had been anticipating.

She said, "Moon Cosmic Power. It is a new power that allows Serenity to greatly augment our power. It appears that cutting down Nehelenia and ending his curse has awakened Serenity's force potentials. Since Serenity wields only the power of the Moon at the moment, his Force abilities are mainly of a healing and supportive nature. In other words, his ability to fight for himself would still be limited, but we will be much more powerful in his presence. Depending on the cycle of the Moon, our powers would be augmented by at least ten times during a new moon, and at most twenty times during a full moon."

With a grin, Venus jokingly said, "That means, Serenity, you're going to accompany us in our missions more often!"

Serenity chuckled, answering his sister, "Why not? Keeping peace with his sisters is what a prince does!"

Mercury spoke sternly, in contrast with her two siblings. "Protecting you still remains our top priority, brother. Even though Nehelenia is gone, the Moon Kingdom still cannot afford to lose our successor."

Serenity reassured Mercury, "I am protected wherever you are."

Mercury thought for a while, thinking about the logic of her brother's response. She probably had it figured out in a split second, and giggled away her sternness right away. "You're right."

Serenity then turned to me, telling me, "Thank you for defeating Nehelenia, my love."

I felt glad and joyous for him, knowing that his curse of never being able to ascend the throne alive has been broken. "I know that your curse will one day be overcome."

He leaned towards me, and said, "I know."

Serenity then looked at us all, suggesting, "Let's have a small and casual celebration in the common room!"

Venus excitedly approved. "Great, Serenity!"

Mars also enthusiastically voiced her approval, while Mercury happily nodded her head. Together, we headed excitedly towards the common room.

Jupiter immediately prepared some ingredients in the kitchen, and it seemed like, the first thing she thought of doing when she returned to the common room, was to cook some savory dishes for us! I'd wonder what she would cook for us.

Meanwhile, Mercury took out her chess set, and pointed at it, inviting her siblings to start a game with her. "Let's play chess! Who wants to start first?"

Venus eagerly responded, "Let me start first!"

And so, they began a game of chess, while Serenity, Mars and I watched at the side patiently, observing how the chess game would go. Mercury opened the game, by moving her fifth pawn piece from the left two squares forward.

Venus thought for a short while, before also moving her piece forward.

Meanwhile, Jupiter is now cooking the her dish, as I see her focusing her attention on the induction cooker. What could it be, that she is preparing?

The chess game between the sisters went into midgame, as Mercury announced, "Check!"

Venus looked again on the chess board, knowing that her king is right ahead in Mercury's queen's path. On the board, she looked for one of the few positions where her king could hide. Ruling out some locations which are already occupied with pieces, she found a grid where the king is free from any opposing piece's path.

She then moved the king to the left. It was when, she heard her sister telling everyone in the room,

"Your dishes are ready!"

Jupiter served a tray of her cooked dishes on the dining table. Even for a casual party, Jupiter also likes to cook some fine Lunarian cuisine for us!

Mars and Serenity immediately rushed to the dining table, as if they could not wait to have some nice food to celebrate the breaking of the curse. Venus, after seconds of brainstorming, made her move to counter Mercury's strategic reorganization, and paused the game to enjoy the dishes her sister has made. Mercury then followed her calmly.

"Today's dish is Lunarian risotto with smoked Archimedean fish! Please enjoy!"

We then feasted on this top-grade seafood, which originated from the Archimedean Atoll, near the Sea of Showers. According to Jupiter, smoked Archimedean fish has been known among Lunarian citizens as one of their favorite types of seafood, and today, we would be having smoked Archimedean fish to celebrate the special occasion of victory over Nehelenia.

On the dining table, we all feasted on the tasty and creamy rice, while savoring the smoked Archimedean fish, bit by bit. It reminded me of the smoked salmon I used to have back home at Kultajärvi, and both are almost equally tasty, only in a slightly different way.

Jupiter asked, "What do you think, brother and sisters? Does it taste good?"

"I can see you put in quite much effort into preparing this," said Mercury. "Its quality is premium-grade, and fitting for a celebration after defeating such a threatening enemy."

Venus agreed, "It's indeed delicious and savory!"

And just as Serenity finished his morsel of the meal, he beamed a smile and told his sister, "This is the best meal I could ask for, after having my curse finally broken!"

Each of us seemed to appreciate the fine food so much - we all look blissful, especially Jupiter, who put in quite a lot of her effort to prepare this delicious lunch for her sisters, her brother and me.

After the meal, the chess game resumed. Mercury thought for quite a while, trying to re-analyze the chess board, before moving her knight piece forward, seemingly setting up a trap. It seemed, that she has gained some new clarity.

We watched the moves patiently. Even those who observe a game of chess, instead of playing it, would need to think several steps ahead, just like the players, to understand who has an advantageous edge and what each player needs to do. I kept observing the board and the pieces patiently, trying to formulate what kind of moves Venus will make, and how would Mercury react if Venus made that particular move. I once remember Mercury telling me that Chess can be considered an example of a Minimax game - one player tries to pick the move that maximizes her advantage, while the opponent tries to pick the subsequent move that minimizes her advantage.

After an intense endgame, Mercury emerges as the winner. She casually proclaimed, "checkmate."

Venus, seemingly disappointed that she lost yet another game to her sister, sighed. "Not again, Mercury..."

"You're getting better at strategy though, Venus," said Mercury, as she attempts to re-ignite the confidence that her sister usually had.

Upon hearing Mercury's comments, Venus said, "thanks, sister. Just like you, I'm going to think ahead, and think faster!"

Two days later, we formally celebrated the defeat of Nehelenia at the Moon Palace. Thousands of citizens have gathered in front of the Royal Palace, chanting for the heroine who defeated the threat to the Kingdom.

"Hail to Princess Aurora of Earth, the heroine who has slain Nehelenia!
Long Live Princess Aurora of Earth, the heroine who shall live beyond hundred years!"

Never in my life have I been widely praised and honored by such a populous crowd. The applause in front of the balcony is thunderous!

Being a bit shy, I tried my best to appear confident and present myself as a well-composed princess before the Lunarian citizens. "Thank you. Thank you."

I waved my hand at the citizens who came to celebrate me.

I then told the citizens from the balcony, "I must admit, that without the Sailor Guardians, I would not have been able to defeat the one who has cursed our prince." Reaching my hand out to them, I said, "their trust is invaluable to me, and I did my best to honor that trust."

In their signature gowns of radiant colors, the Prince's Sisters then stepped forward and waved at the citizens. As soon as they appeared to the sight of jubilant citizens, another round of applause followed. We can feel that they are overjoyed, that they no longer had to live under the fear of Nehelenia's revenge. The citizens all cheered for the princesses who single-handedly ended their nightmare, and it is quite surreal to believe, that behind our titles as princesses, our seemingly heroic actions, and all the praises we've got from the thousands of citizens, we are also ordinary teenage girls who care about our brother / lover, too.

Not long ago, I was still an ordinary girl, living a simple life in the forest and waiting for true love to come and awaken me. Now, not only have I got the precious chance to have a taste of the life of a princess on the Moon, but most importantly, I have become the heroine, who has slain the one who cursed my true lover!

I am a truly worthy princess, indeed. And by this act of true love, I have effectively proven to Selene, that I am worthy of taking her son's hand in marriage!

All that remains, is to convince my father to let me marry him in the future. I no longer worry about what will happen on my sixteenth birthday, because I know, that Serenity and the Sailor Guardians will defeat Maleficent the same way I defeated Nehelenia.

I used to count my days towards my eternal slumber and eventually wait for a lover to come and offer me a true love's kiss. However, now that I have witnessed the might of the Sailor Guardians, I have a new plan, to lure this evil fairy who cursed me, into a trap. We will make her regret having cursed me to eventually die!

We have defeated Nehelenia. We will defeat Maleficent as well!
