"First I'm told I get to return to my students early, and then I learn you'll be staying here as head of the medical department." Chisa smiled as she was talking with Tsunade, walking to the 77th Class together.

"Well, Shizune is looking to succeed Recovery Girl as the Nurse at UA and I figured I'd settle down here," Tsunade said.

Chisa nodded. "I'm just glad I get to be with my students full-time, now that Kizakura-Kun chose to focus on scouting."

"From what I hear it's because he only found sixteen students for the 78th Class," Tsunade noted.

They finally stopped outside, but Chisa was getting more nervous.

"What's up?" Tsunade asked.

"Will they even remember me? I was just a rookie teacher after all." Chisa wondered before shaking her head. "No! I've got this! If I let this get to me Kyosuke will think I'm an idiot. As Kyosuke's future beloved, I have to-"

"Future beloved?" Tsunade smirked as Chisa's face turned pink before swinging open the doors.

"Hey, you guys, remember-"

She was cut off by her own shrieks of surprise as party poppers went off in the room.

"Welcome home! You're back where you belong!" The entire class called out as one.

Tsunade laughed. "Looks like your students missed you a whole dang lot, Chisa!"

Chisa was pleasantly surprised. "Wow, I would have thought you'd have all forgotten about me."

"Me and Chiaki worked to make sure that didn't happen. While I helped everyone get through their concerns, Chiaki organized multiple group activities." Hajime explained.

"It's a lot easier to pull everyone together when you have a Player Two," Chiaki noted.

"They even found a fluffy bunny even I can cuddle..." Peko said, holding the aforementioned rabbit, which looked very comfortable in her arms.

"We really gotta thank Kouda-Kun from UA for providing this bunny to us." Mikan smiled.

"It's good seeing you among us again. I feel an even stronger hope blossoming as we speak!" Nagito said.

Tsunade then looked around. "Hey, aren't there supposed to be sixteen students in this class?"

Chisa noticed someone was missing. "Oh, yeah. Where's Hiyoko?"

"She's in the can. Bad time for nature to call, right?" Ibuki chuckled.

"Hey! It's Yukizome-Sensei!"

Just then, the door opened again. Chisa was surprised to see the woman who appeared. She certainly sounded just like Hiyoko, but she was much taller, curvier, and more mature-looking.

Chiaki giggled. "Hiyoko had a growth spurt bigger than whenever Mario gets a Super Mushroom."

"My friends! Our beloved mentor has returned to us! This truly is a day for revelry!" Gundham declared, striking one of his usual poses, but Sonia also joined him. "With a toast to the Lords of the Nine Circles of Hell..."

"Let our abyssal feast..." Sonia continued before both finished as one.

"BROKE NO DELAY!"

"Don't tell me you're both in sync now!" Kazuichi cried out sadly.

"Looks like Sonia's picked up Gundham's mannerisms." Chiaki chuckled as she was handed a cup by Chiaki, and the group toasted her return, causing Chisa to cheer up.

"Welcome home, Yukizome-Sensei!"

"Draft Recommendation of Heroes Office, Your operation will be on an island far south, on Nabu island. The heroes who protect the area are retiring soon, so you'll all be taking care of the place until new heroes can be dispatched to the area properly." Shanks explained a few days later.

The 77th Class was starting to get excited. They would be getting their first real hero assignment. Izuku's Crew would also be accompanying them as supervision.

"By regulation, teachers cannot be there to back you all up. So if anything happens, you all will be solely held responsible. Is that understood?"

"Yes!" replied the class in unison.

"Now nothing major should happen but don't let your guard down, okay?" Shanks continued. "Midoriya and his group will act as your supervisors while Hajime and Chiaki will be in charge of the agency."

Everyone was eager and immediately began preparing for the trip. As the ones in charge, Izuku, Chiaki, and Hajime immediately met up to plan the event.

"Looks like the living quarters and office space have already been prepared for us," Chiaki noted as she studied the handouts given to them. "All we need are our hero costumes and some clothes. A food plan and budget have been provided, but if we want extra snacks, we'll have to either bring them ourselves or personally purchase them. We'll also have to make our own food, too."

"Luckily we have Teruteru on hand for that." Hajime chuckled.

Izuku nodded. "Kaachan is a pretty skilled chef in his own right as well."

"We'll also have to split up the hours. We can't all just go to sleep at night. We can probably rotate a skeleton crew at night, though, since Nabu island isn't known for a lot of criminal activity." Chiaki continued.

"So we'll have to manage our own timetable so as to not overwork ourselves. I guess this will test our ability to manage our own agencies." Izuku murmured.

Everyone had been given a list of items to bring, composed by Chiaki, Hajime, and Izuku, and they had two days to prepare. So, given permission by Shanks with the compromise that they are escorted by a few pro heroes as supervisors, the two classes made it to a shopping center near Hope's Peak.

"Shoto! Do you need some extra spending money!?" Endeavor, who had volunteered to be part of the supervising team, exclaimed.

"Alright everyone, listen up! We're only going to be here for three hours, so get everything you need, and don't dilly dally, you hear!" Chisa ordered. "If you don't get what you wanted within that time limit, too bad! You should have most of the stuff you need already provided for you, but this is just if you need some little extras! So get to it!"

At once, they all began to separate into groups to purchase whatever they needed/wanted for the trip. For the girls, it was mostly updating some of their wardrobes, especially some underwear. With such a strict workout routine to ensure they stayed fit along with the fact they were still growing teenagers, it was inevitable that some bodily changes would occur.

That, and they wanted to get some new swimsuits, even if it was a hero excursion. It didn't stop them from enjoying the beach out there on their off time, as Nabu Island was warm all year round.

As everyone was busy, Izuku strolled down a hall, putting some yen into a vending machine. As he sipped on his drink, his Haki flared to life, sensing a familiar presence approaching him.

"Shigaraki..."

Tomura, wearing his incognito hoodie and sweat pants, smirked as he approached Izuku from behind, having used [Sticky Fingers] to arrive through a zipper portal.

"Glad to see you doing so well, Midoriya." The leader of the League of Villains chuckled. "So, what's the latest news?"

Izuku narrowed his eyes. "None of your business. We don't need you and your League causing trouble for the students of Hope's Peak."

"I have a feeling we already have," Tomura said cryptically. "Just came to give my nemesis a friendly warning. See, a little side job we were doing for the Doc went sideways a week or so back, but Endeavor intercepted whatever it was we were getting. No idea what it was though."

"And what do you get from telling me this?" Izuku asked.

Tomura smirked. "Let's just say...All For One has risen again."

With that, Tomura vanished into a spot hole portal courtesy of Spot. However, his last words put Izuku greatly on edge. He'd need to warn his friends to keep their heads up for any potential threats that might be heading their way.

Meanwhile, four people were lounging together in the woods.

"Well, this was a freakin' bust," A gray-haired man covered in red bandages muttered.

"At least this time, it's not actively hurting him," a wolf-headed man with dreadlocks scoffed as he took out a cigar with his taloned hand and lit it with his flame breath. "We should thank that old man for keeping his degeneration at bay as long as he did."

"We've spent all this time and energy chasing after a Quirk that won't work thanks to blood type of all things." The bandaged man complained. "What's worse, All For One has been in Tartarus for almost a year now and we don't have his resources anymore."

"Shut up, both of you," stated a woman with long red hair, tending to their leader.

"Mummy is correct, Slice," groaned a white-haired man in a facemask. "This venture was a waste. We're back at square one."

"Maybe, maybe not," the woman, Slice, replied. "I checked our mark's phone. He has two kids."

The white-haired man sat up. "So, there's a chance one of them might have a similar Quirk that isn't bound by blood type…"

"Or their Quirks could be unrelated. My parents were normal humans, Nine." The wolf-like man said.

"That's a good point, Chimera," Nine replied. "However, the possibility still exists, and we have no greater leads than that at the moment. Where are we heading?"

"Nabu Island," Slice replied.

Nine nodded as he looked at his hands. His Quirk, [Weather Manipulation], was a truly powerful Quirk that could have made him a truly mighty warrior, akin to a god. However, it came at the cost of cellular degeneration that would kill him if he overused it. He refused to live with such indignity and had come to All For One for aid.

The Symbol of Evil had graciously enhanced Nine with a copy of his Quirk but even with Dr. Ujiko's aid, they couldn't find a proper cure for the drawback of Nine's power. He had been in stasis and was in need of being shipped to a new location after All For One's arrest but the League had ended up losing him after running into Endeavor.

After being woken up by his three allies and the only ones he could truly call friends, Nine had set out to use the copy of the AFO Quirk to find a Quirk that could act as a counterbalance for the drawback of his original Quirk. They had found a man with a [Cell Activation] Quirk that could've been useful, but it only worked for a certain blood type, one which Nine did not have.

In anger, he had Chimera, Slice, and Mummy torture the man slowly before executing him. Still, Nine was not without mercy and found some poor wayward soul in the alleys that he discretely gave the [Cell Activation] Quirk to before taking his leave.

"Here it is, Nine." Slice said as she, Mummy, and Chimera finished their research on Nabu. It was a smaller island in Japan's southern archipelago. Mostly wilderness. Few amenities. There was one Hero who watched over the island, but he retired.

There was a social media post that welcomed a group of students from Hope's Peak Academy to the island, letting them serve as the island's Hero agency. A potential hiccup, but no matter. Nine controlled the very forces of nature. A handful of children was nothing to him.

Besides, once he had the Quirk he needed, he could finally fill out the rest of his free slots.

Surprise! We are now setting up a Mini-Arc based on Heroes Rising! Hope you like to see how different it is when the cast of Danganronpa are the Heroes facing off against Nine and his cronies!
