Memories of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
On a beautiful spring morning in Mario Kart Stadium, Lakitu is enjoying the sights of the stadium as he remembers the course from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. He said, "I can't believe that it has been five years since we started the Deluxe tournament and I had a great time being the referee."
Just then, Bowser Jr. came in with his Standard Kart and said, "Hey there, Lakitu. What are you doing?"
"I'm enjoying the sights of the course," Lakitu replied.
"I see. You know, I also have great memories from this game and that is my debut. I had a great time racing across this course and scoring my first victory."
"That is a great memory. You know, seeing you race for the first time reminds me of my first time announcing the tournament. Good memories."
"Me too. You know what, I think this calls for a Time Trial and I'm going to do it... RIGHT NOW!"
"You got it! Head on over to the starting line and let's go racing!"
With that, Bowser Jr. comes to the starting line as Lakitu takes out his signal light. Then he said, "Ready?"
"You bet," Bowser Jr. replied with a thumbs up.
"All right then! To honor five years of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, let the race... BEGIN!"
With that, Lakitu flips the switch as Bowser Jr. turns his attention at the lights. It is time to race in honor of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Bowser Jr. revved up his engine, took a deep breath and then...
It is time.
GO!
With the light turned green, Bowser Jr. took off with a Rocket Start as he begins his Time Trial run. Lakitu smiled and said, "Have fun, Bowser Jr."
And so, Bowser Jr. enjoys the fun as he is driving across the track to honor five years of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
