Bob-omb Pinball

On a perfect day at Bowser's Castle, Bowser Jr. is enjoying his time playing as himself in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe when suddenly, he saw a pinball table nearby. Bowser Jr. looked at it and said, "Wow! That is a nice pinball table and look, it has a Bob-omb instead of a pinball. I think it's time for me to play some Bob-omb Pinball. Come on!"

So Bowser Jr. ran to the table for a game of Bob-omb Pinball.

When he got there, he saw a Bob-omb Buddy running the game. He said, "Hey there, Bowser Jr. Are you ready to play some Bob-omb Pinball?"

"Of course," Bowser Jr. replied with a smile.

"Great! Now the object of the game to score as many points as you can to achieve a high score. It takes three minutes for the Bob-omb to explode so once you see the explosion, the game ends. Use these flippers to keep the Bob-omb in play and remember to have fun. That is what this game is all about. So, shall we get started?"

"You know it!"

"All right, then. The game starts once you launch the Bob-omb. Good luck to you and have fun."

With that, Bowser Jr. stepped up to the plunger to get himself ready for the launch.

Once everything is ready, Bowser Jr. pulled the plunger, took a deep breath and with a nice release...

It is time.

WHOOSH!

With that successful launch, the Bob-omb is sent to the playfield and the game is on as the fuse starts to burn.

Bowser Jr. looked at the scoreboard as the Bob-omb hits the bumpers and targets to score points and so far, he has earned 7,500 points in thirty seconds.

As the game goes on, Bowser Jr. used the flippers to keep the Bob-omb in play as his total score continues to grow. 10,000, 20,000, 30,000, 40,000!

"One minute left," The Bob-omb Buddy announced as the fuse gets smaller.

Bowser Jr. is enjoying the game very well as the Bob-omb is just moments away from exploding.

"Thirty seconds!"

With each new target hit, Bowser Jr. is having a great time with the game as he scored big points from the targets and then, the Bob-omb is now flashing red.

Bob-omb Buddy looked at the flashing Bob-omb and decided to finish this exciting game with one final countdown to the explosion. It all comes down to this, the final ten seconds.

"10..."

"9..."

"8..."

"7..."

"6..."

"5..."

"4..."

"3..."

"2..."

"1..."

BOOM!

"GAME!"

With the word shouted, the Bob-omb exploded and the game is over.

Bowser Jr. saw the explosion and with that, he finished the game on a very high note.

The Bob-omb Buddy came to him and said, "That was a great game, Jr."

"Thanks, Bob-omb Buddy," Jr. replied with a smile, "I really enjoyed this game and after all, a nice round of pinball is all I need to pass the time."

"It sure is and after all of the excitement that you've done in three minutes, it is time to announce the results for this amazing game of Bob-omb Pinball and the scoreboard is ready. So, shall we take a look at your final score?"

"Of course I'm ready for this. Let's see it!"

"All right, then! Here we go! Your final score for this game is..."

Bowser Jr. looked at the board very carefully as it adds up everything he has scored in three minutes. The process takes fifteen seconds and then...

DING!

It has been revealed.

"175,000 POINTS! A NEW HIGH SCORE!"

Bowser Jr. jumped for joy as he scored over 100,000 points in a single game. Then the Bob-omb Buddy hugged him and said, "Great game!"

"Thanks, Bob-omb Buddy," Bowser Jr. replied with a huge smile, "You know what, I think I'm ready to play another round and this time, I'll beat my own high score so, let's do it!"

"You got it! Let's play round two! Set the Bob-omb please!"

With that, another Bob-omb came to the launcher as Bowser Jr. launched it with his plunger to start his second game to improve his score. Then he smiled to the readers and said, "Now that is what I call an explosive game."
