24. Chapter 24:Awkward

Augustus was unsure on what to say to Gomez. He was sweating nervously while he was figuring out what to say. Everyone was looking at him. Wednesday was looking at him directly, she could tell that Augustus was nervous. She moved her seat over to place her hand on him.

"Hey, it's okay, say what you are going to say.",she said to him.

Augustus looked directly at her, then , looked at both Morticia and Gomez. They were both waiting patiently for an answer. Augustus gulped down hard, then he started talking.

"Soooo, me and Wednesday kind of met by accident. It's just that I have a son and…". ,Augustus voice trailed off.

Before he could finish,Morticia's eyebrow raised. The realization of what Augustus had just revealed came to her.

"You have a child?",she asked him.

Augustus now had to figure out what to respond to Morticia with.
