The next day at school, the kids had recess. Everyone was playing outside. As for Henry,being outside was his favorite thing about school. It was where he and his friends got to enjoy the fresh air instead of being inside of school worrying about assignments. Right then, Henry and his friends were outside playing tag. It took him a while to realize that Jedayi sat focusing on his reading.
"What's wrong Jedayi, why are you so quiet?",he asked curiously.
Jedayi looked up. Vanessa,Emma,Mabel and Carrie were all staring at him. He started clearing his throat. Jedayi looked at them.
"My Dad has a new girlfriend…",answered Jedayi.
Henry and all the other were excited for him.
"Oh that's nice,Jedayi.",said Emma with a smile across her face
"Yeah, good that your Dad found someone.",said Mabel happily.
That made Jedayi nervous. He doesn't know how to respond.
"It's not anybody, guys.",said Jedayi.
That was when Henry's eyebrows widened in shock. He was confused what did Jedayi mean
"What do you mean?" asked Henry.
"Guys, remember that mansion and when we met Wednesday?",asked Jedayi
"Because people weren't supposed to go into it.",grunted Vanessa.
She glared at Henry.
"What…",said Henry.
Jedayi rolled his eyes knowing that Henry appeared to be brainless. He doesn't know or understand how he got them into this situation .
"What I'm trying to say is that my Dad is dating Wednesday.",revealed Jedayi.
