Chapter 5:

Draco sighed to himself. God, why did I do this to myself. It was 21:05. He was supposed to be meeting Amber 5 minutes ago, but was still trying to find the energy to actually go. At 7 minutes over 9, he finally got up from the common room chair and made his way to the astronomy tower. When he got there, Amber was already waiting for him.

Draco: Hey.

Ambers head shot up from where she was sitting, and then smiled sheepishly.

Amber: H-Hello, Draco.

They talked for a while, well, mostly Amber. Draco didn't mind, though, as he just had to nod to seem interested. Finally, after almost an hour of Amber's talking he had enough.

Amber: -was so confused, but-

Draco cut off Amber with a kiss. Amber's smile widened and she threw Draco fully on the ground as she started snogging him. Do it for Ginny. Do it for Ginny, Draco reminded himself as he almost pulled away.

After their snogging session, Draco pulled out something from his pocket.

Draco: Close your eyes.

Amber giggled, as she closed her eyes and pouted her lips, expecting another heated kiss. She, however, did not get that. Instead Amber felt something cold glide around her neck.

Draco: Open them.

She opened her eyes, confused and took the necklace around her neck in her hand. She took the small pendant from the necklace and looked at it.

The next few events took place in only a few seconds. Amber's head shot up and she broke out into a huge smile. She then threw herself back onto Draco and started kissing him passionately. Draco tried his best not to think too much and just go with it. That was until her hands started wandering a bit to close to his nether regions. He pushed her away. There was no way he would go that far.

Draco cleared his throat.

Draco: You should go. Y'know, curfew and all.

Meanwhile, Amber was still smiling like an idiot.

Amber: Since when do you care about curfew?

Draco then came very close to Amber's face with his own and took her chin.

Draco: Since I don't want you to get caught.

Amber believed him, totally oblivious about how he was taking the piss with her. She blushed and nodded. He whispered a quick goodbye, and Amber left the astronomy tower. Draco was left behind thinking about how Ginny would react and smiled to himself.
