Desperate Measures I: Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire

Warnings: With this chapter, is another good Umbridge, good Percy, and certain good Slytherins, and both sides of the alliances are working as one right now. As Harry decides, that he's going to try and make friends with Malfoy this year, as this gets him off becoming a carbon copy. And of his father, and thinking they can buy their way out of trouble now, in his case.

Chapter 8: Meeting With The Prime Minister And Hogwarts Interlude

"The Potter Academy focuses full emphasis on Defense, the sole purpose of it's education. In training requirements, is to give any students that want a chance to train as aurors. And to prepare for a future, if you wish to be an Auror and a position in the MLE now. If the weather is severe, all students must stay on campus, and the school appointed drag is protected by a protection spell students, Important:."

"This is a preparations Academy, if you wish for more then substandard education, a chance to be total equals without being looked down upon. And be seen as complete equals, need reply and can apply to the Potter Academy school board of directors. Lead by Aggie Longbottom, Rufus Scrimgeour, Alastor Moody, Amos Diggory, William Greengrass, Jason Davis, Horace Slughorn, Reginald Cattermole." I read out then gently.

"We met a few members of the wizengamot, I assume some of them are muggleborn or half bloods?" I asked and Crouch nodded. "Jason, Bill and Reg are actually purebloods, but like your father married a muggleborn, so if Deloris tried that. Not realizing here you sided with us, she's being the registration act as a way to scare adult muggleborns out of their wits." He said and I nodded. "Saying of which, Tracy, Daphne and Astoria and Millie came." Terry said to us then.

"Hey guys, you got room here for us, because we vacated the girl section of Slytherin 4th years, only Pansy left along with the Death Eater spawn." Daphne Greengrass said and we nodded. "Alright, we're each bringing along no more then 60 students here, 4th years and both sides of the 3rd up to 8th years." Crouch said, writing out the numbering list for how many foreigners were coming. "Hedwig, I want you to go to the other owleries." he said and she hooted then.

"How are we handling the living arrangement situation now on campus, during the year?" I asked and Mione nodded. "Yeah I agree with him." Ron said and he explained that to us then gently at that remark. "Going by the Muggle equipment department we bought a traveling trailer, and hexed the trailer to accommodate 180 people. So imagine the tent your father had, only centuple that size, carrying all the comforts living here does." he said and he nodded.

"You mean a motor home, one hexed to the size of a mansion for 180 people, you bought one of those from the muggle car companies, they're carrying a hover conversion. So you can fly the car or truck to said destination?" Aurora said and he nodded gently. "We call that a camper in America right now, but we're taking that just a little too far. And whoever brought the cat with them, we're setting up an invisible fence around the camper." I said and he nodded with a smile.

"Meow?" Crookshanks asked and we smiled. "No we're not leaving you behind, you come with Mione and me, when we travel." I said and he mewed in relief and Ron started laughing at that, knowing he was saying. 'I don't have to stay here, do I, get lonely when I don't have you and Mistress with me.'. "Issues in the family cat, he finally grew too attached right now, he adores you, little brother." Billy said and I nodded, smiling, as he rubbed his head to my leg, purring.

"The school's finance budget, in offering 500 million gold, got us the drugs." Sarah said and I nodded. "Yeah that and everything else, because no one in their right mind can afford this number, but trying this, if you're not a wizard, it's suicide. And the one that made the trade deal with us, is Commander Jackson himself now." Percy said and I nodded. "Jackson over did it, but if he just got his memory back is dead man walking here." I said and he smiled sternly then.

"Yeah owleries dressed in dark red and sky blue, they, like us, are bringing along 60 owlets now." he said and she gave a second hoot then, as she took the message and flew first to Beauxbatons at that. "We're not so stuck up, we're not up to a new learning experience here, we can do this easily, as for Madam Umbridge." Daphne said and we nodded. "The woman in the hot pink jumper, that's Deloris Umbridge?" Mione asked and he nodded as we heard a remark.

"Deloris Jane Umbridge, at your service young lady, but now that I know you changed your tune half way Harold, we can dispense hostilities here." She said and I nodded sternly. "I take it, it was a media circus after reading the will and my parents letters here?" I asked and she nodded then. "Yes and Aggie Longbottom yanked control of the school out of Dumbledore's hands, Minerva is the school headmistress this year, and next we chose Ronald Rodham to be now."

"Minerva, with the board removing his status, updated the schooling next year and placed in new teachers, fired Binns and updated things right now. So based on everyone's opinion, once I go there investigate what his decisions have done to the school. You're further updating it by the school belonging to you, and bringing the old girl to the 21st century. Like your father's house is right now, as everyone is complaining the school is a sea of corruption, with him in charge."

"While I'm the school inquisitor next year, so next year gets rewritten as exactly as book 5 said, only the Order Of The Phoenix, under Dumbledore's leadership. Said is a vigilante grouping, so knowing you're recovering emotionally here now at the moment. You completed your destiny, with only the snake left now, but he's having his insurance being destroyed. As you destroyed all but possibly the ring, destroyed the prophecy and done, but this summer is traumatizing."

"Though you can't remember exactly what in hades happened that night, before we found you at Dr. Hirsch's hospital. It's I decided on a 6 strike rule here, but strike 6 means getting the message to sink in, literally, he's dead and not coming back. But this is like that muggle remark of screaming fire in a crowded theater and causing a panic. Freedom of the press will not protect you here, from the consequences." she said and we nodded in agreement to thar remark then.

"I'm giving you and your friends free rein here, but the Dumbledore supporters now, are being treated as though they're, as you say, grounded right now." she said and we nodded. "It means all work, no play Mam, the defense club is for training only here, rather then for war. But rather we're learning things they never teach you in grade school, but entering the workforce." I said and she nodded. "Very well, just stay out of the Hogshead, truancy." she said and we nodded.

"Yes Mam." we all said together then. "Once school ends there, we come here and finish out, this is a 15 year academy from 11 to 26 year old, so we can finish our schooling here." I said and she nodded smiling then. "Fair enough, so first we shut down Riddle's attempted return, and round up his followers, arrest Dumbledore and arrest his cult. And the prophecy is completed finally, that's fine right now." she said gently and I nodded in agreement to that opinion then.

"Was Ryan a Death Eater?" I asked and she crossed her arms. "You mean Adam Paddy Ryan, he's part of Greyback's pack, and he at times works for this Riddle you mentioned." She said and I nodded sternly. "Tom Marvolo Riddle, is him." I said, putting emphasis on the words and she nodded sternly. "Dave's an international tourist backpacking here in England, but his best friend forgot to clone himself here." I said and she nodded in shock to the news at that remark.

"And after hearing the truth from your friends in the East Proctor, I decided to have everyone that was accidentally killed, by either Shadow or Ryan's wolf, cloned." Hirsch said and she nodded sternly. "They're all muggleborns, but the statute, couldn't tell you outright, they just gave you enough, to handle it." Amos said and he nodded gently. "So I walked right into a muggleborn village, and found the pentagram on the wall?" Kessler asked and they nodded.

"Yeah and there's why he said that, what would you say, Uncle David, if we, or rather mum, told you there were such creatures in our world, mummies, vampires and so on. Alex knew all along, because of Remus, and mum, so trying to call us up was it." I asked and he nodded. "Fair enough, but this answers my question in why we didn't know until exactly a month later. And he been in the hospital till the first night prior to his activation." Hirsch said and I nodded then.

"I can't change the past to fix that part, but what I can do is at least make your changing easier, by you taking a potion, so still you, just in a real wolf body." I said and they nodded then gently. "So my appearance currently is what they look like without that potion you mentioned, on it, I look like a buffalo sized wolf now, that sounds about right. Okay, can you create it to my specifications, I'm ancient descent, like the others are." he asked and Amos nodded gently.

"It's fine and thank you for the help right now, you prevented us from having a war getting started between us, after a wolf ended up in London by accident. Not having had that potion, at the time, as for your question we can, but the ingredients, once hard to come by. Just reversed it, as we just undid all of Dumbledore's by laws right now, so you're one of us." Crouch said and the Kesslers nodded in relief they were saved at that remark then, as he looked at them.

"As to that right now, after you don't find me at the scene right now, of said battle, only you know where I am, because I'm taking refuge in the muggle community. As the stress of this, and preparing for the confrontation, I lost 20lbs, for a boy my size. Said he and Alex have to get back on me right now." I said and they all nodded. "In protecting you till you come home, we're doubling the offer, to your government." Fudge said and they nodded smiling gently at that.

"Better tell him the truth, I have you covered son, you know the rules, accepting help from an opposing school teacher is cheating and could mean disqualification. The champions can exchange information, you just do your own strategy right now here. But stay clear, as the devils are in the walls this year, Severus, Minerva, Pomona and Filius. And the others, aside from Moody and Dumbledore can be trusted, him and Alastor: no." Crouch said and I nodded then.

"I've done enough breaking rules, I'm following this by the letter, Professor." I said and he smiled. "There's my baby boy, follow the rules, and you win, or come in second place, break them, you forfeit the tournament, we get second place. As the better prize, is stopping him for good, and as we start dismantling his cult." Remus said smiling and Crouch nodded, smiling, as with Hedwig going by Beauxbatons and Durmstrang, I chose the Weasley's back up messenger.

"What you want a bet that he's going for blackmail next, and you all gave me free rein, if he arranges a criminal offense on campus?" I asked and Umbridge crossed her arms. "No bet at all, with you not a Hogwarts student anymore, in any of your cases, and an auror trainee. You can get away with rescues by brute force if need be, and he can't do a thing about it now. So we can just say, if the attack happened on our terms, you had authorization to arrest whoever it is."

"For whatever caused a fight to break out on campus, because you're 1) an adult now, by our standards, and 2), you're an auror and trained to arrest criminals right now." Amelia said and I nodded smiling as I wrote two letters then. 'Professor McGonagall, I want to thank you for sending the trio and Aurora along, and we promise, we will ace our classes. And for our OWLS's under you now, as I said, we may not be your students this year."

"But it's best for all concerned right now right now, as I'm at a new school therefore under new management. With your best ex students right now, I can do this, but heart of a lion, always now. But you focus on Cedric as your champion, let the quartet and the guys worry about me, I'll be fine here right now. As I'm already creating my strategy and I'm practicing every day till I can go against a live opponent now.'

'Regarding the offer from Dumbledore about tutoring me, the answer is a very emphatic no, I have the best advisors offering me help. That I can make do now, I'm also seeing this as an act of cheating and attempted blackmail. That if he expects to blackmail me by sabotaging the tournament right now, and offering his assistance. In order to bail me out of a jam, but only if I agree to return and by me, I mean we.'

'The family and me, then he better think again right now, as attempted emotional blackmail is illegal right now, if you could grant us a security code. To get into your office, anything he's holding has to be confiscated, that would be of help. Because as an auror, I need to know what I'm up against to know everything to finish him off. "Pig." I said and he hooted and I wrote a second. 'Professor Dumbledore, regarding your offer over mentorship, the answer is no, though I'm appreciative. That Professor McGonagall sent Hagrid, and Professors Addams, Sinistra and Cunningham. To protect me, I can't, in good faith, accept mentorship from the rival school. And when this is cheating in the tournament, I am a muggleborn, so I do it the muggleborn way.'

'Regardless of the fact my heritage says I'm a halfblood, I was raised muggleborn, I do this muggleborn, as we already know who the champions are. That are to be my entire family coming along, but sharing information, via Professor Moody. That is not allowed, so as a muggleborn, I live by my prime directive, I have a duty to the truth. Be it scientifical ethical it personal, and it's the founding principle on which is based.'

'Now if you wish to break the rules here, be warned: you are forfeiting the championship and by doing this and this is Cedric's year to shine. I stay here and I'm being trained by the best tutors we have in the muggle/magical community. So get the memo and stay clear, or so help me, you are facing being dragged. And before the board for attempted sabotage of an international tournament, I have a headmaster.'

'That headmaster is Professor Crouch and I have bodyguards in the form of Rufus Scrimgeour, Dora Tonks and Kingsley Shacklebolt. I am safe, happy and free here, and having you dictate my life for your own sick little game. Said is at an end, as of now, I heard the prophecy I know what it means, in order to destroy him for good. I have to kill the one inside, and it dies last of all, for this year, but I'll say this much now.'

'Yours days are numbered starting now, so try as hard as you can to try cheating, or sabotage it will not work, I am not your puppet not anymore. "Mate take this to castle, but be careful in case bad owl tries to hold you hostage, bad owl is desperate for his interpretation to ball with words." I said and he gave a second sternly.

As he took it and left then. "Meow?" Crystal asked and I nodded, as I got up. "Yeah ball with clouds and words was my destiny, I am meant to destroy bad cat. But I interpreted ball one way he did the other and is sticking to it, thinking me, kitten needs to die. To destroy bad cat for good, but I stopped bad cat three times, and his version to bad clown with sharp teeth." I said and she mewed, as I ran my hand through her back fur, and she rubbed her head against me.

"As for this alteration, how about 6 weeks with you, the other back in our world, that okay?" he asked and Vernon nodded. "That's fine, but if he has to save us from another attack, heads are going to roll here right now, as he tells me. In how to recover from whatever attacked me, if we get attacked, enroute from the park." Dudley said and he nodded. "Just another of his attempts to maintain control of me, but I'm legally an adult in our world, but these last 3 here now."

"It's not your fault, you're trying to keep up appearances, but we can just drop the act right now, but you need to change your behavior here. And before you get in trouble with the police at the moment." I said and he nodded. "I start school next week, Harry." he said and I nodded. "We're on the home stretch, so once Dumbledore dies by his lust for power now, that's it and his blood wards between us drop with it." I said and they sighed in relief, it wasn't much longer.

"We gone martial law in our world, so 6 weeks normal/6 magical and the tournament ends with a Hogwarts win, but the even better prize was we nailed Riddle and it's finished finally." I said and he nodded, smiling. "Well we can drop the act entirely now finally here, we knew this was likely one of the old fool's schemes, if you received a letter from the school. And not long after the rescue." Petunia said and Fred covered his eyes. "We been had." Ron said and I nodded.

"Or rather he been had, it's just we had to make it look real, till we had enough on him, in your world, to have him removed from legal guardian custody." Vernon said and he nodded in understanding then. "Fair enough and we did, after Harry exposed his frame to us, and showed us everything on the scars was just the bodysuit, you created." Healer Sarah Abbott said and they nodded gently. "The idea is working so far, will he ever stop." I asked and she sighed.

"I doubt it, he's never going to stop here honey, as such right now, our one option was getting you out of Hogwarts for a year, in the mean time here right now. You better see this right now, because as you never took a swim in the lake, the water is freezing so your best option. Said is a warming charm, and with it, that miniature breathing mask we see deep swimmers use." she said and I nodded. "We call that scuba diving, so it's 150 fathoms?" I asked and she nodded.

And Ron covered his eyes. "That's a good way to kill someone by drowning." Dudley said in shock and we nodded. "We know, but if the old fool decided to take a trident to Ginny's back, or just scatter them around the loch. And it's so we: Cedric as Victor Krum, and Fleur Delacour chosen, and me, we can't be seen as one. And he's running out of options here, but this is international cooperation: to make friends." I said and Crouch nodded sternly in agreement.

"Well that book Magical Water Plants of the Mediterranean and Magical Water Plants of the Highland Lochs, are the only two novels that carry references to Gillyweed. So there's a time limit, but with the possibility of the girl being Veela, Grindylows hate Veela. So if you're saving her sister, if she was the chosen treasure here, you get extra points here. For protecting that little girl and saving her." Bagman said and I nodded smiling, knowing it was my job.

"Don't get me wrong I love my family, but just keep it to my friends, I nearly had the life scared out of me, in Ginny's case, as you saw the imagery after I thought I never made it in time." I said and he nodded to the request gently. "Knowing Dumbledore, that's not in the cards, the man has a sadistic streak here. He only claims what he's doing is only for the greater good, you'd go to any lengths to save your loved ones, we always knew that, but love and friendship."

"That is more powerful." Arthur said and I nodded smiling gently then. "Once I destroy mine, I have no reason to sacrifice myself, as we finish things off, and do a multiple arrest. In the department of mysteries now, and destroy the prophecy once and for all, as I pretend here. In being Riddle tell them to lay low for a while, if I get attacked by a dementor right now. I know it's not you, but him, as he pushes me further into your arms." I said and Fudge smiled sternly.

"One of the guards of Azkaban Aunt Petunia, these things are vicious, so whatever he did, before now, I took care of it, but the cure is chocolate, so just give him a candy bar. And he can recover that way." I said and Vernon nodded to the advice. "What do these things do to a muggle exactly?" she said and I sighed. "Makes you catatonic, once I get him back to the house, get him to eat a couple slices of the bar and he'll be fine after that." I said and Vernon nodded.

"Like I said I reached my limit with Dumbledore and his interference in our life, and you Hagrid, I get I offended you, but that wasn't necessary." he said and Ron started laughing. "Don't ask, but let me put this way, another word for a person this size is pig, before he lost 75lbs." I said and he and the twins nodded, as Mione had a bemused smile on her face at that. But before she could answer then, Ron looked at Crystal was eating, and with a surprised meow at that.

She turned into cat sized canary and stood there, looking at the twins bemused. "Want to explain this, if any human kitten snacks are drugged, we can't sneak a taste. And without turning into a copy of talking canary on picture box." Crookshanks said with a bemused meow, as she molted and stood there looking at them and Lee sternly as Ron started laughing. "Alright wise guys, clean up your stuff, no being fed from the table." Dr. Derek Richardson said gently.

"Alright you're the school healer, who's the head matron here?" I asked and he smiled. "That's your friend Hannah's mother Sarah, but my version of Jeff and Kristine are Alex Hanscom. And Emily Jenkins, they're both no older then your parents." he said and we nodded smiling then gently. "Poppy's giving me a hand with monitoring things at the tournament, but our equipment is muggle styled, advanced 21st century, exams are needed." he said and we nodded then.

"Yeah guys, we're getting physicals ran and that means getting boosters here." I said and the purebloods froze then. "Don't worry kids, after seeing what's in the ingredients, I created a wizard version to it, so one swallow and done." Slughorn said and they all nodded, smiling then. "Make adjustments and it's blood traitors and muggleborns, but again enough of the prank sweets, before it hurts someone, but the cat." Dan said and she meowed with a bemused tone.

"Canary Cremes, alright watch it, we're not having people burst into feathers here." Percy said and the twins nodded, as everyone started laughing and nodded. "Alright, alright here, guys, three to a bedroom, means we pair off here, so with that it's we're still separate dorms. Boys on side, girls on the right here, so with your entire side together, guys, we're sharing. And with Neville, Seamus, Dean, Bem, you're in the other bedroom, girls, you're grouped up right now."

"Our grouping in school is the Defense club, so the leadership is sharing two bedrooms and the others are all carrying 3 students each. So that solves that right now, everyone, just because our bathtubs are the size of a swimming pool. That doesn't mean pool parties in there, so shower, and swap places for the next member, 3 showers. And then the water is drained, here right now, our gear is all sporting the Potter Academy insignia now." Fred said and we nodded.

"With permission, I can go see the Prime Minister myself, offer a trade off here right, they never knew what's going on till I reveal it, that I'm said Harry Potter of the book series. So they know the story are true, and know what's going on effectively insured here now. You have things well in hand, and Dumbledore's being seen as the next dark lord now, and book 5 is I chose you. And so did everyone else right now." I said and they nodded smiling then as she answered me.

"Do it, Percival, Arthur, go with him." Fudge said and they nodded to him then, as we headed back for London then, as I brought along each book. "Excuse me Sir, I'd like to see the Minister please, it's nothing's wrong, but I need to alert him to details." I said and the receptionist nodded, as he tapped his headphone. "Sir, I have a trio of wizards here, the ministry sent along his reps to talk, yes Sir." he said and looked at me smiling gently at that as he said it then.

"Well boys, what can I do for you exactly." the minister asked us, smiling gently. "Sorry for the unexpected drop in, but it's time I, or we, revealed this, you know how Rowling wrote up books. And on a wizard with the name of Harry Potter, detailing every year for the last 3 years and upon the announcement. Of the tournament being at Hogwarts, there was suddenly a change in the novel?" I asked and he nodded gently. "All true, I am he." I said and he nodded in shock.

"The storyline took a hard left turn, after she wrote this, but Dave Kessler is one of us, in the muggleborn community, gone wolf." I said and he nodded as I passed him Rita's new headline. 'In believing to be the worst threat out there, in the weeks since the trial for Sirius Black, which then in turn, turned into Albus Dumbledore's trial. As we all know, Harry provided 3 examples, all correlating to the fact that his parents chose a different."

"In secret keepers, that secret keeper is really Peter Pettigrew, now revealing the Order never knew the change. The ex headmaster Albus Dumbledore decided to take advantage of this with the family history. With Peter Pettigrew at large, the word spread out today, after Harry's reveal that Dumbledore knew that Sirius was innocent. And had never told anyone, as witness to the Potters last will and testaments.'."

"Now some of us are asking here, why Dumbledore wanted Sirius out of the way, well Harry's response to that remark is and was here. So he could shape things and to his own grand design, for 'the greater good' now. We all know that Harry's mother is a muggleborn, but her muggleborn type are known for powers, bordering on god. These powers actually are more powerful then a normal wizard here right now in truth.'."

"That which is the reason now, Harry implied why Dumbledore Adam Ryan to live, he's trying to eliminate the demigod muggleborn. Because, based on new sources during a conversation at the Leaky Cauldron, David Kessler is one.'." he read out and they all stood up at that and nodded, realizing here, he never shot him on sight, but wanted to kill David off. "Adam Paddy Ryan is a Death Eater, part of Greyback's pack, I'm ordering him destroyed." I said and they nodded in shocked fury at this. "Now for muggles they see that remark, as an excuse to do some of the most worst things imaginable. Wars that once were, are now no longer existant, we have total peace in the muggle world for 73 years. But our world was at war, but this might explain, why a muggleborn blasted Grindelwald.'."

"Going on to say that remark is just an excuse to commit a cold blooded atrocity, word just came out from Hogwarts that he attempted to return things to the norm. And our young savior, in protecting a student, was nearly injured, after Rubeus Hagrid. But as a result now here, the effecting side effects, instead of Buckbeak being exterminated. Harry took custody of Buckbeak and moved him to the Potter Academy as a mount."

"The said student's parents agreed to that, and Harry, decided on some swift changes to the academy, it turns out some of the Hogwarts staff came along. But to muggles, that's not a big deal, based on muggle sources, as this happens all the time. To them just a sprained wrist, Potter goes on to saying he doesn't mind here now. The more time spent with his bride, the happier he is, as this gives an excuse this weekend.'."

"Because this coming Saturday is the first of Potter academy's visits, with it close to 3 weeks prior to his friend's Hermione. 'Mione' Granger's birthday, her class is planning something out, going on to say now. that scared he would never get her back, she and his bride now, are the primary reason. He killed the snake, and destroyed the diary, the girls are entire life, they mean everything to him, based on medical sources."

Has forced him into killing it, before taking it's fang now, to that Diary, to save them both, but children I ask you, how would you like the death of someone on your hands, in killing in self defense. If this was a human, the character of Johnny Cade, was actually in hysterics the next afternoon. After the shock wore off, he just had to kill in self defense, brought to life, by actor Ralph Macchio: The story The Outsiders now."

"Now brings this to full color imagery?'." he read out and they froze. "Yeah instead of 14 to 16, it's a 12 year old killing an animal that didn't know any better, in saving both your lives. I understand the trauma right now, son." the chief said and we nodded. "So far Harry's keeping to his previous notion here right now, of no adventures right now. After attempted set up right now, but will that stop Albus Dumbledore, from trying to maintain control."

"And of the school?'." he read and they nodded sternly. "And that's a very firm no right now, the old fool is a threat to us muggles, in addition to you right now. So no, once you take one, it's a warzone about to start between the sides next year. Well Commander Jackson was certainly right about your ex headmaster now." his deputy said to me. "With the current just starting third years learning boggarts for this week, makes a perfect first example right now."

"Here's Harry's letter right now to me too, Severus." she said and he read that too, and shook his head smiling. "You just never know when to stop, do you young man, you maybe an auror, but you're still a teenager, take it back a new notches." Professor Septima Vector said with a chuckle. "Less stress, more a chance to really enjoy this year, with his going in willingly we can pull this off right now, his time is ending and not soon enough, it was." Filius said with a smile.

"And it seems that the answer to Albus's offer is also a very firm no, and when 70 students left, and that's just 1/10th of the amount here right now. Well they definitely took Alastor's training a little too seriously, anything could be drugged. So they're having their elves do the cooking, our's do everything else." Severus said and she and Poppy nodded with a smile. "Young auror, so trying to sabotage the tournament is now punishable by up to 4 months in prison now."

"By attempted emotional blackmail, are you kidding me, you know that's illegal. Professor Elaine Harrison said sternly and Healey nodded sternly. "I see why the security detail is the academy now, anything illegal is being investigated right now at the moment. Dumbledore's Grievance:

Albus Dumbledore was most put out by recent events: things lately had not been going his way, and he was not used to that. And had been systematically destroying them all, as soon as he found them, even worse, he now knew why he had Fawkes prevent the one inside him from being destroyed. The evidence on the wall, was even worse, provided by Gryffindor with his sword now. Slytherin his basilisk had become a perfect weapon, discovering the way to destroy them now. And vetoed use of Avada Kedevra and Fiendfyre, in favor of Basilisk venom, destroy it be dementors, or muggle.

He could not believe how fast Harry got to work now, now realizing in the 3 month break, since they separated, Harry broke down his blocks, and remembered everything. And with it, that everything included things he never wanted him to remember now, after the diary. In means of execution now, like this lethal injection Rita Skeeter said, of course that could not do. But things only got worse, this source had completely destroyed his reputation, by his treatment now.

And then after creating a way to change things severely in the wizengamot, creating a true way to destroy Voldemort once and for all. He had decided to go in willingly as a contestant, if his name came out of the goblet of fire now. In trying to send a few reps from Hogwarts, as a peace offering here and his offering to mentor the boy. The teenager had effectively thrown it back in his face then, rival schools, he was cheating and should be focusing on the Diggory boy only.

And not him, and leave him in the hands of Crouch now, but to him this was not an option, but Harry had bodyguards in the form of the best aurors in the MLE.
