Lower Levels of Port Athor

The journey down had been easy, people giving the group a side-eye but otherwise not paying them any mind other than giving them space. Lyle had guessed they were used to heavily armed mercs traveling in and out of this place, so at the very least they wouldn't draw any attention. As they went down a turbolift to the lower levels, the air became heavier, almost hanging like a fog. All of the men steeled their nerves, but Allelujah and Setsuna could sense Feldt was shaking internally.

Setsuna put a hand on her shoulder, Allelujah giving her a smile. She let out a deep breath and nodded at both, not able to smile. Her heart was racing and even Setsuna's comforting her through the force couldn't calm her down fully. She almost felt weak, seeing the men around her acting much calmer. 'Feldt, these are soldiers. They are used to this. It's not your fault.' She knew it was the truth, but it still made her feel small.

She watched as Tieria was an icon of professionalism, his weapons cleaned and hard to read expression plastered on his face. Right now, the Corellian wished he had the skills of Christina, but they were headed down into a nasty fight, so Tieria being at his best was good for all of them.

The elevator opened and the group made their way through the halls, which were dusty, rusted and full of men covered in dirt and grime. They seemed to go out of their way to go the opposite of the direction the rebels were going. Allelujah guessed they saw violence coming. 'I wonder how much gang violence happens down here?'

It took the group twenty minutes, the halls winding and cramped then suddenly wide open, and back to cramped again, but at last they arrived at the entrance to Dusk Raider's hideout. Opening the security door, there was a big open space full of overturned carts, broken and rusty containers. There were a few guards posted outside, so they cautiously advanced, using the containers and carts for cover. One of the guards sat on a chair next to the communication console on the outside, while another leaned against the vault door, leaning heavily.

As they got closer, the size of the door began to dawn on them. It was twelve feet tall and around the same length across, the alloy metal door standing strong, very little rust on it. It matched the image they saw, though strangely there were what looked like a few square shaped indents in the wall.

Taking a look around, the group quickly spotted the grate, which while small, looked small enough one could crawl through it, Tieria wordlessly pointing to it. Setsuna nodded and let Feldt take the lead, taking the rear as they cautiously approached the entrance. Feldt stumbled over her feet a bit, sweating a bit looking at the armed Duros outside the door. Setsuna smoothly followed, scanning the environment as she reached the grate.

Pulling out a toolkit, Feldt took a deep breath as she began to unscrew the grate. She turned her head to look to see if she was spotted, as they were a bit exposed, but Setsuna just put a hand on her shoulder, "Don't worry. Just work. I'll keep an eye out." His tone was even, and Feldt, even though she was used to it by this point, found the way he changed from mission mode to relaxed and back again fascinating.

She nodded, and diligently focused on getting the grate removed. It took a few minutes, sweating drops forming on the Miraluka, but with the soft sound of a bolt hitting the ground, Feldt used the force to carefully lift the grate to the side, leaning it against the wall. She moved to the side, letting Setsuna take the lead as the two crawled on hands and knees through the vent.

Feldt blushed in embarrassment when she found herself staring at Setsuna's ass, shoving her base thoughts down. 'Now is not the time.' But all of that was unnoticed by Setsuna, who tried to make as little noise as possible, hoping the sound of other machinery in the area would mask their sounds. The vent sprawled forward, a few turns to the left and right, but he ignored them as he looked down at the grates on the floor, giving him a glimpse below them.

It was mostly full of industrial gear, boxes of ammo and other supplies, and after passing the first one, he spotted what looked like a control room to the left, a metallic box with two windows looking out. Directly below them were a stack of metal crates, giving them potential cover. Turning his head, he looked at Feldt, whispering, "I think I found the control room. Pass me up the tools."

"Ok." She passed up her kit, Setsuna making quick work of the smaller grate. He pulled it to the side, and looked down 360 degrees, making sure no enemies were in sight. There were only a few there, mostly relaxing, and all of them were looking away from their spot. Two of them were chatting, but he couldn't understand them, so he ignored it. Grabbing an edge, he lowered himself down, having to drop five feet. He landed, rolling to reduce the impact, leaving minimal noise, covered by the sound of a generator at the far end of the room.

Feldt looked down nervously, "It's far…"

Setsuna just opened his arms, "I'll catch you." He gave her a comforting smile, and she looked down for another few seconds, before closing her sight, dropping then suddenly stopping as she was held by her waist, her face right in front of Setsuna's. He spoke softly, a light blush on his face, "I told you I would catch you." His lips were inches from hers, but the Miraluka was paralyzed, her breaths harsh and shuddery.

"Can you please…put me down?" Her face was burning as he lowered her down, both of them reluctantly focusing on the mission. Both their hearts were racing, but now was not the time for this moment. They took cover behind the crates, and they both took in how big the room they were in really was.

They were on the bottom level of a fairly large room, two catwalks on either side of the space that looked down on the rest, held up by durasteel supports. They were on a large open floor, rusty rails for moving containers in and out of the vault built into the floor, though they were seemingly out of use based on how in disrepair they were. It was mostly clear, besides some crates on the wall in almost random spots, which the two were hiding behind one of them.

And above them on the right side was an observation area that had a few small rooms on the walls, the doors all closed. One had a guy in it, but he seemed to be asleep. The last major feature was a twisted and broken door, leading down a hole that was blocked off ten feet down, the track going down into that.

This whole area was a uniform corporate style, very basic with gunmetal grey on most surfaces, besides certain parts, which showed worn away colors. Setsuna could see why someone would want to claim this as their headquarters and he wondered how many times it had changed hands.

But seeing a clear path to the control room, Setsuna gestured to it, and the pair quietly made their way to the control room, staying low to avoid attention. Setsuna opened the door slowly, just enough to let the pair through, leaving it cracked so he could keep an eye out. Looking at Feldt, her glanced over at the consoles, "Do what you do best."

Feldt smiled, taking a deep breath, "Well I have to, don't I?" She looked over at the consoles attached to the wall, and she let out an annoyed sigh as she saw all the consoles were in Durese. It was set up differently from what she had seen before, and none of it seemed too obvious. One thing she could tell from sight was they had some sort of turret defense built into the door, but what turned them on or off was not clear.

She looked a bit frazzled at the Kiffar looking out the door, "Setsuna, I can't read it. I have no idea what does what." 'It was my one job and now I can't even do that!' Setsuna looked at the nervous Miraluka, and looked down, thinking. This was something the team should have planned for, but they couldn't go back on that now, not with Tieria in charge.

Scanning the main room to make sure they were in the clear, he looked towards Feldt, "Then use that power you practiced. See if you can trace the connections and what would open the door."

"But I haven't practiced it like this!" It was hard to control her volume, but she barely managed to keep it to a harsh whisper. The last time she did this tired her out immensely, and this was much more complex than the devices Setsuna had been testing her with.

She suddenly felt the Kiffar's lips on her cheek, and she blushed bright red, sensing the faith Setsuna had in her as well as a tinge of affection he was barely hiding, his lips lingering on her face a few seconds as confidence filled her. Setsuna was blushing too, but he looked at her right where her eyes would have been, "You can do this. You are strong. And I'll keep you safe." He smiled, "We need you. I need you."

Feldt nodded, responding with a shuddering breath, "Okay." She crouched and placed her hands on the consoles, closing her senses to the real world and focusing them on the machine. The world fell away and all she could sense was the circuits of the machine, lines of electricity tracing through the consoles, linking them to their connections. She could almost see the wireless connections, and she strained as she tried to follow two paths.

The easy one was finding the door controls. It was a long, thick line, tracing back on a console to the left, splitting up as it reached the actual door. The button became clear, but her task wasn't done yet. Sweat fell off of her, and she found it harder to trace the wireless signals. They were all over the place, and finding their root was tiring her.

Setsuna's voice cut through to her, some urgency in it, "How much longer? A guard is approaching." He didn't want to hurry her, but a few minutes had passed, and he had no idea how she was doing.

"Found…door…looking for…turrets…" Setsuna wondered what she meant, but Feldt strained to even talk, breathing heavily. The connection was getting closer and closer, and it narrowed to somewhere on the central console.

Setsuna however watched as a Duros with a blaster rifle walked up the stairs, and said something in Durese, which he guessed contextually had to do something with the door. He held his breath, hoping they would just close the door, but that was dashed when he opened the door, meeting Setsuna's gaze.

He started to cry out, but Setsuna quickly drew his dagger, stabbing the Duros through the neck. More Duros immediately looked at the sight, and Setsuna growled under his breath, drawing out his blaster as he took cover. 'C'mon Feldt!'

Blaster fire hit the cover on the stairs Setsuna was behind, and he peeked out and returned fire, missing as the gang members took cover, beginning to advance as he was outnumbered and not being in his element. Setsuna took potshots, hoping he could delay them. He knew Feldt could do it, she just needed a little more time.

Another minute passed as Setsuna looked at the straining Miraluka, and he could sense she was nearing her limit. A blaster bolt hitting to his right revealed a sniper on the catwalk to his left, and Setsuna rolled into the control room, closing the door. They needed help and the windows began to crack as bolts hit them.

But the rumble of heavy metal filled the room as the vault door started to slide open, Feldt falling prone as she let out heavy breaths, Setsuna using his enhanced speed to grab her and pull her against him, out of the sight of the sniper. Feldt gave him a tired smile, "I did it." She unconsciously snuggled against him, and Setsuna nodded at her, pride in her going through their bond.

"You did great. Once the team engages, I'll leave you here to recover. That ok with you?" Feldt nodded and a few seconds later, blaster fire came from outside the vault door, and both of the young rebels let out a breath. Leaning her against a wall next to a filing cabinet, he placed a hand on her cheek, before he opened and closed the door behind him.

Tieria was the first one through the door, running to pile of ruined metal for cover, his blaster fire focused on keeping the enemy heads down. The guards in the room, focused on the pair in the control room, chaotically rushed to find better positions, one of them getting picked off in the crossfire. Lyle and Allelujah took advantage of the chaos, moving into the room with a burst of speed, taking positions ahead of Tieria. The Jedi rested behind a mine cart and Lyle took cover behind the stairs leading up to the mid-level, his dual pistols aimed up.

An alarm began to blare, and the sound of footsteps approached, adding to the cacophony of blaster bolts. Tieria tried to look up at Setsuna, but a blaster bolt buzzed by his head, forcing Tieria to keep his head down. His voice was collected as he gave out orders, "Exia, take out the sniper on the walkway on the far side of the room! Cheridum, keep the enemy heads down. I'll take out the other."

Lyle grumbled under his breath, "Why does the guy with the heavy weapon asking me to keep down enemy heads?" But he followed orders, watching as a several men poured out of two doors on his level, shooting one, his body dropping to the ground, as the rest dived for cover, weapons aimed at him and Allelujah. In his peripheral vision he saw Tieria approaching the walkway with something in his hand, though Lyle couldn't make out what it was.

Allelujah meanwhile was dealing with the two initial surviving guards on the ground, picking off one with a lucky headshot, the other keeping his head low as he saw his comrade go down. Allelujah tried to draw a bead on the Duros, but shots from the mid-level hit near him, drawing his attention to those men, and he was forced to draw his attention to both.

Allelujah looked over at Tieria, who was advancing under fire, gritting his teeth, "I need someone to get this fire off of me."

Tieria's voice was even, acting calm under fire, "Don't worry, I'll get them off your back." Allelujah had his complaints about the soldier, but for all his faults, he seemed confident once he was in a fight.

Setsuna, on the other side of the room, was seemingly being ignored by the snipers on the walkway near him, ran to the wall, using the force to speed him up. The walls were full of things for him to grab, and hoping the enemy wouldn't notice him, he climbed up the wall, using his force powers to jump to higher grips. He grunted at the exertions, happy that these walls weren't smooth. Durese chatter greeted him as he jumped onto the railing, pulling himself up onto the walkway. Two snipers greeted him and one went down quickly as Setsuna drew his pistol, hitting him in the gut as the long rifle delayed his turning.

However, that gave the other time turn and aim at the Kiffar, a shot hitting Setsuna's blaster, shooting it out of Setsuna's hand, sending it off the walkway, sparking and burned. The Duros grinned, but Setsuna just shrugged and pulled out his sword, dodging a few bolts with his speed.

Setsuna had very little room to maneuver and his first blow was blocked by the chasis of the rifle, his vibroblade cutting into the metal. The Duros threw the rifle at Setsuna, missing him as Setsuna tripped the alien, stabbing him through the back as the gang member lay injured on the floor. The Kiffar quickly finished him off, and looked down at the sight below him for a second, picking up a blaster pistol on the waist of the Duros he just killed. He frowned at the sight of the dead body, but focused himself. 'Now is not the time.'

And under fire from a few gang members, Tieria moved over the open ground, firing bursts as he barely dodged several blasts. Normal tactics would dictate he moved from cover to cover and advance slowly, but he knew if all the gang came out of their base, they would be overwhelmed fast. In his peripheral vision, he saw one Duros get a bead on him and Tieria held in a breath, but the gang member felt a blaster bolt hitting his upper chest.

The temporary leader looked to see Lyle give him a salute, blaster in hand, before the Corellian went back to keeping the pinned Duros gang down, though the initial chaos was starting to fade, their enemies beginning to organize.

Taking a hit on the shoulder, his armor absorbing the blow, Tieria looked up to see the snipers focused on him. He grunted as he was forced to crouch, pulling out a round object from his belt. 'Didn't think I would need a thermal detonator.' The enemy had given them more resistance, and he needed to keep them off edge, or they would be pushed back.

Activating the grenade, he waited a second before throwing it. It nearly missed the walkway, but it bounced off the wall, and Tieria yelled out, "Fire in the hole!" He dove for a nearby overturned cart, using the open top to get inside as the grenade went off, and a large flash hit as an explosion rocked the east side of the room, the metal of the walkway bending and warping before breaking, the groan of metal leading into the crashing of molten metal, the two snipers bodied buried in the wreck.

Everyone looked over, Lyle whistling at the impressive destruction. The walkway was still partially intact, but the center of it had been blown away. And Feldt, having recovered a bit from her exertions, looked out the window to see the Duros beginning to retreat, falling back into the inner layer of defenses. Her emotions were mixed. On one hand they were winning, but on the other seeing the dead bodies and destruction filled her with regret. Lyle and Tieria began to gun down the retreating gang, but Allelujah held back, finding it distasteful.

Setsuna appeared next to him, just nodding, as Tieria's voice rang out, "Let's go! Another big push and we should be able to defeat them!"

Lyle's voice added to that, "You heard him. Once more into the breech!" There was a hint of a joke at the end of his statement, but Setsuna chose to ignore it. Allelujah took a deep breath, and Tieria took the lead as they reached one of the doors the Duros retreated through. The men stood at each side of the open door, and Tieria leaned in to look, a burst of heavy blaster fire right next to his head, hitting the vault door, leaving scorch marks.

A heavy blaster cannon sat at the end of a hallway, men in open doors in the hallways. Allelujah looked at Tieria, a bit of stress in his voice, "Well Virtue, what do we do? There is no way we can take a hit from that."

Lyle concurred, a bit of smugness in his voice, "Yeah, what do we do?"

Tieria narrowed his eyes at the team, annoyed at Lyle's tone especially. 'I'll show him he's a bad leader.' He knew it was a tricky spot, but it was too late to go back an previous errors, and he thought on his available resources.

He looked at his teammates, and spotted flash grenades on Lyle's belt, as well as looking at the two force sensitive members of their team. Pursing his lips, he spoke to his team, "Alright. Lyle, you are going to throw one of your flash grenades down the hallway. Allelujah, can you use the force to shove someone?"

"I'm out of practice, but doing something like that is fairly simple." Allelujah sighed at the inevitable question of using his powers, but it did make sense that it would come up.

Tieria nodded and looked at Setsuna, "And I saw that you can speed yourself up. I need you to rush and take out the gun crew before they can setup again. The rest of us will advance and pacify the rest of the enemies, before we reach further in."

The team nodded and Lyle grunted in annoyance at Tieria's ability to react so fast, but held his tongue. Pulling a grenade off his belt, he pulled the pin and tossed it down the hallway, the grenade bouncing several feet before a large flash hit the hallway and all those in it. The Duros cried out in shock, and Allelujah focused his rusty skills, shoving the blaster cannon back into the men manning it, the heavy gun crashing down on both of them, knocking them into the wall.

Exhilaration and anxiety both warred in him, this was the first time he actively used his powers in years for combat. This could backfire on him, thoughts of being betrayed in the back of his mind, but he wanted to believe it wasn't true, and being free to use the force more filled him with hope.

And with the enemy disoriented, the team finished their plan. The force flowed through Setsuna's body as he dashed past the remaining gang members, bringing his blade in a wide sweeping blow across the bodies of the two gunners, both of them bled out as they let out weak, dying moans.

Tieria and Lyle also made quick work of the men in the flanking doors, several more Duros falling to their blasters, only a few able to react before they fell, their shots missing wildly. The rooms, which looked like living quarters and a kitchen respectively, were now charred, the walls and surfaced pocked by blaster bolt impacts. Heat radiated off the barrel of Tieria's blaster, the entire hallway warm, all three men catching their breath. Setsuna and Allelujah were impressed by Tieria's ability to plan and react, and Lyle begrudgingly understood why command placed him on this team, though he really wouldn't tolerate Tieria getting an ego over this.

Tieria gestured to the door and the men formed up, opening the door to a command room. It looked like a barebones setup, several consoles that looked like they would have read things about the containment, along with what the team guessed would be security as well. And in the center of the room was the Duros they saw the image of before, with four men around him, their hands in the air. In Basic, the leader looked at the rebel team who just stormed in the room, his voice low, "We surrender!"

Tieria kept his gun raised, the team still a bit on edge, but they could see he wasn't faking. Lyle just smirked, "Trying to save your ass, Cer Hud?"

"Only an idiot wouldn't." Cer Hud scowled at the team, and continued, "Who hired you? The Storm Riders? The Nexu's? We can pay you more than them to leave."

Tieria stepped up, glaring at the Duros, "You have been attacking Wang Liu Mei's agents. Either you stop, or you die." The surviving gang members looked at the heavy weapon in his arms, and the others fairly untouched by the battle besides scrapes and light hits on armor.

Cer Hud's voice was annoyed as he responded, "Wang Liu Mei? The crime boss? We hadn't done anything. We were hiding from imperial slavers here." The group looked at him, scanning him in case he was lying. Seeing they didn't trust his words, he showed his collar, where an imperial brand was marked, "The bastards put that on me and my family. I gathered as many as I could at a slave camp, and we made an escape on a stolen shuttle, barely making it out of it."

The rest of the men nodded, a few showing their own marks. Guilt filled the group, especially the force users, who could sense the weight of the their past on them. Lyle ran a hand through his head, the mistake they made hitting them, "Well shit."

The team looked at the Duros in surprise, everyone shocked by the information the Duros just revealed, Tieria particularly shocked, "So you haven't been killing agents of Wang Liu Mei?"

Tieria gestured to the men to lower their arms, seeing them relax a bit, ignoring the growing doubts in his mind. The rebels also lowered theirs in good faith. The Duros gang leader let out a sigh, still angry, though it seemed to be a little less focused on them, "Mercenaries keep attacking us, trying to drive us out of this place. It's been two months, and we've been besieged off and on that entire time."

Tieria let out a string of swears, and Setsuna looked down. 'Was Wang Liu Mei trying to take this from them?'

Lyle frowned and looked at Tieria, "Virtue, I think we've all been played. We need to report this."

"Right." Tieria growled, his voice a whisper, cracking a bit, "This mission was supposed to be simple." He glared at the leader of the gang again, "We are leaving. I apologize for what we did. We were told you were a gang attacking someone, but it seems I didn't think."

Cer Hud looked at angrily at the group, but there was a hint of tiredness, "Just go. Leave my men to mourn."

Tieria nodded, anger in his tone, "Let's get going." The group made their way through the ruined the base, their elation at success having been torn away, knowing they had been used. Lyle scowled. 'She used us. I suspected something was up, but it was not that.'

Allelujah approached the purple-haired soldier, putting a hand on his shoulder, "It's not your fault."

Tieria shook it off, "Yes it is. I should have scouted out the place, gathered info. See if they were really criminals. But instead I went on the words of a criminal, killing innocent people." He clenched his fist, silently huffing

Lyle smirked slightly, but the mood dulled his satisfaction. He had a bad feeling about Wang Liu Mei, but it seems they had been lied to, used to do one of her goals. He saw no lies in the Duros, their grief and anger readily apparent. He couldn't blame Tieria completely for this, not when he wouldn't have expected that.

The team was greeted by a group of armed mercenaries as the passed the door, Feldt joining the group. The mercenaries were interspersed among the cover. Two of them were brown-haired humans in moderate armor, blaster rifles in their arms. One of them had a nasty scar across his face, a sneer on it. Behind them stood a heavily armored Gamorean, a modified light blaster cannon in his arms. To one side stood a pair of scantily clad Twi'lek twins, the women with curved blades covered in blood in their hands. And lastly an Aquilish similarly armed and armored to the humans stood up front, already looting some of the bodies.

The scarred man looked with narrowed eyes of the rebel team, "Well, it seems you left us a little to finish off, how nice of you." He flashed them an unfriendly grin, "Now, do you have any questions before we finish the job?"

Middle Dock of Port Athor

Marie followed a group of three thugs, keeping a steady but unsuspicious pace. Two of them were human and one was a magenta skinned twi'lek. The info had been correct about Ali's men being in the area, and she had spotted men with a patch marking their allegiance, which she bet they hid when they were on non-criminal worlds. The one of them was a bit drunk, the other two keeping him from doing anything stupid.

She was disgusted when she heard the way they talked about how they treated some workers on a recent raid, forcing two to fight each other till one killed the other, then killing the other guy anyway, on top of other things. The Empire may hate the rebels, but they at least stood for something. These men were just cruel and didn't deserve any mercy. 'Yet a part of me still hates that every time I have to kill someone.'

She watched as the men turned down a small alley, and knew this was her chance to catch them alone. She prepared herself, and heard puking as the two men held the drunk man, their voices friendly but mocking, "Told you that you couldn't handle that booze. You owe me thirty credits."

The other sober man laughed and the drunk man just looked up blearily, trying to glare but failing, "Screw you." He struggled up to his knees, and took notice of Marie, who was leaning against a wall casually, "Whooo's the hot chick over there?" He waved at her, "We can pay you."

Marie shook her head in disgust, and the sober human gave her an unimpressed look, "You want something, girly? You have a grudge? Because if you do, then picking a fight with us would be a bad idea." He grinned confidently, "Our boss is Captain Ali, and no one messes with his men."

The Echani just smirked, "Your boss is exactly who I'm looking for. You three are going to tell me where your ship is and where your boss is." She kept a casual pose, watching as the men bristled.

"You think we would tell a schutta like you? Because right now you are looking for a fight." The Twi'lek pulled out a vibrodagger, thrusting it forward as he got within a few feet of her, the other man right behind him.

Marie just stepped off the wall, cracking her neck as she got into a fighting pose, a challenge in her eyes. The two sober men's eyes flashed with anger, and both stepped up to engage her, but she beat them to the punch, a quick blow to the Twi'lek's arm causing him to let go of his dagger, forcing him back into the wall as his eyes widened at her speed.

'Can't rely on brute force. But they seem like amateurs.' Both men were a few inches taller than her and definitely heavier for him, but she had faced more skilled fighters. The Human thug slashed at her a few times with his own blade, but Marie easily deflected his blows, being forced to deflect rather than to dodge in the small alley.

She waited till he overextended himself, then delivered a blow to his solar plexus, knocking the wind out of him. With a breath, she laid in her own attacks, quickly overwhelming the man, her punches and kicks hitting him on weaker parts, a final elbow to the neck causing the man to grab his neck, falling to the ground as Marie kicking him in the head, the pirate's eyes closing.

And the Twi'lek charged her again, anger flowing through him as he watched his comrade go down. He fought like a sloppy brawler, and Marie quickly disposed of him, a punch to the chest launching him into the steel wall, a crack echoing through the hallway. She looked at the drunk man, who was on his back, fear radiating from him.

With a glare, Marie spoke, "So, where is your ship and your captain? I won't ask again."

The man swallowed heavily, seriously contemplating his choices. His boss would kill him if he snitched, but this woman had knocked out two men in less than thirty seconds. With a fearful breath, he spoke, "Docking Bay 20-C! The red DP20! And as to where my boss is, I don't know. I only know we are leaving in a day or two!"

Marie looked down at the man; her training told her that he was telling the truth, but she had to press for more, "Are you sure you don't know where your boss is?"

"All I know is he's meeting a client in the rich area at Rinar's in a few hours." Marie clenched her fist, and the man's eyes widened desperately, "Please! That's all I know!"

"Oh, I know." Her boot came down on his head, and the man joined his fellows in unconsciousness. 'They seemed so confident when they have the power, yet act like complete cowards when they are threatened. The worst type of people.' Marie left the men in the alley, not caring what happened to them. If they got mugged or killed, it was the least they deserved. And now she had two leads to follow. 'Lucky me.'
