Crazy Survival of Taking Points from Others
"GIVE US THOSE POINTS!" Jurota Shishida shouted as he charges at team RWBY.
"How about no." Yang sticked out her tongue.
This made Jurota mad and threw a strong after using his Beast Quirk to make himself into a larger, beast-like man to knock the team down, but Jurota along with his teammate Hiryu Rin are shocked because the girls actually withstood the attack.
It is because Weiss used her black Glyph under their feet to keep themselves in place with Yang taking the attack herself for more kinetic energy into her body.
"Gotcha." Yang smirked as her eyes turn red.
Yang threw one powerful punch deep into the stomach part causing Jurota to gasp in pain which also force him to drop onto his knees and turns back to normal.
"Oh no, Jurota!" Hiryu shocked that one of his strongest classmates is down by one punch.
"We'll be taking that." Blake snatched the headband from Hiryu's head before he could react as her team leaves them behind.
"Another victory for team RWBY! How many points does that make for us?" Ruby asked.
"The first headband we got from Toru's team was 390, the second from Itsuka was 225, and now this one is about 125 which odds up to the totally of 1430." Blake answered as she counted the points. (A/N: Forgot the add the points RWBY took from Toru at the start of the Cavalry Battle)
"With all those points combined along with our own, that would place us in second place." Weiss said.
"WOW! Can you believe it folks? It looks like the ones who are getting the higher points than the others are Blake's team as they are right under team Midoriya!" Present Mic announced.
"It would make sense for those girls working together since they have known each other." Aizawa stated.
"You know, I just remember Yang, Blake, and Weiss are about 17-years-old. Kind of odd for them to be in the first-years." Present Mic commented.
"You'll have to ask the principal for the full detail, but Weiss did tell me that the school they used to go before coming to UA had a different age registration." Aizawa mentioned.
"Aw, I see." Present Mic nodded.
Ruby looks around a bit to see how everyone else is doing and then look up seeing Izuku's team was just attacked by Katsuki himself.
"Whoa, Katsuki just flew his away to Izuku!" Ruby surprised.
"Damn, that guy must really have a deep grudge toward Izuku." Yang said.
"But he didn't get him because of Fumikage's Quirk. However, it looks like one of the boots Ochaco is wearing got broken." Blake noticed.
"That's going to be hard for Izuku now." Weiss commented.
"Is everyone okay?" Izuku asked as his team responded yes.
"(With that busted up boot, our movements are limited. We can't risk taking to the sky again, that means to survive we'll have to Tokoyami's Dark Shadow, and our increased mobility, thanks to Ochaco's Zero Gravity.)" Izuku thought.
"As expected, everyone is after first place giving them no time to rest. What a show this is!" Present Mic commented.
"Now, who wants to take a look at each students' points so far. It been seven minutes, so let's get those rankings thrown up on the screen!" Present Mic declared and the scores are shown on the screen.
But some of the crowds are shocked and confused of seeing one team they were not expecting to lose their points.
"Hold on here, this is an expected turn. Other than Midoriya, Class 1-A's not doing so hot! Even Bakugo is losing!" Present Mic gasped.
Team RWBY is shocked of that he just said and turn to see Katsuki had just lost his headband to Neito from behind him.
"Your class is too small minded, expect for those four new classmates of yours. They at least think bigger." Neito mocked.
"He got us!" Mina shocked.
"What did you say? Come back here?" Katsuki shouted.
"Midnight said the obstacle course was just the first game, and we figured they wouldn't cut that many of us right off the bat. Would they?" Neito said which Katsuki is a little confuse as he listens.
"Assuming they'd keep at least 40 contestants for the next event, all we had to do was make sure we stayed within that group as we ran. From our spots, in middle ranks, we could fully observe the Quirks our rivals have and judge their capabilities." Neito explained.
"Only a fool would obsess over winning the preliminary rounds, wouldn't you agree?" Neito asked sarcastically.
"You planned this as a class?" Katsuki asked.
"It wasn't totally unanimous, as in not the entire class were in on this, but I'd say it's playing out well." Neito said with a cocky smirk.
"It's better than chasing after a temporary frontrunner like a horse with a carrot waving in his face." Neito mocked causing Katsuki's face to flinch.
"Oh, while I have your attention. You're kind of famous, aren't you? For being attacked by that sludge villain, you'll have to tell me about it sometime. It must be strange to always find yourself in the whole of the victim." Neito insulted the old wounds.
This causes Katsuki to grind his teeth and his hands twitching a little.
"Kirishima, we have a change of plans." Katsuki said in a low tone as his body emits a demonic red aura with his eyes glowing red too.
Seeing Katsuki in this scary state causes not just his teammates, but also Neito to fear him for he is now setting his sight on the talking bastard.
"Before we take down Deku, we're gonna kill every last one of these B-list idiots!" Katsuki declared.
"Oh boy, that guy has no idea what he just unleashed." Ruby said.
"Yeah, as a fellow fighter who loves to let loose the anger, that Neito guy is not going to survive." Yang nodded as the team went back to running.
"Oh, it looks like Izuku just got caught by Shoto's team!" Weiss spotted Izuku and Shoto facing each other.
"I didn't think this conformation would happen until later in the contest. He seems to have it out for you, Midoriya." Fumikage said.
"The game's only halfway over, we can't stop now." Izuku gestured his arm to move again.
"Now Iida, forward." Shoto commanded.
"Right." Tenya nodded and charge with his engine legs boosting their speed.
"Yaoyorozu, be ready to protect us." Shoto said.
"I'm on it." Momo said starting to create two things for the plan.
"Kaminari." Shoto looked down at the electric Quirk user.
"Oh, I know what I got to do." Denki smirked.
"Watch our surroundings. It's not just Todoroki, everyone's after us!" Izuku warned as a few more teams are coming at his team.
"I hope you made something strong, Yaoyorozu!" Denki sparked of his electric power.
Shoto quickly pull the electric proof blanket Momo just made like the one she used during the USJ incident and a black rocky pole piercing the ground.
"Indiscriminate Shock, 1.3 million volts!" Denki unleashed his mighty electric power that spread throughout most of the field hitting all the team around Shoto's team.
"Kaminari?!" Kyoko screamed.
The electric waves top and Shoto is already to use his ice power for the next part of his plan.
"Less than six minutes left, it's time to make a move." Shoto grabbed the rocky pole to spread his ice there and onto the ground freezing the other teams behind them.
"Sorry, but there's no other way." Shoto apologized.
"Will you look at that! He's stopped all those teams cold in their tracks!" Present Mic surprised.
"But only after Kaminari had immobilized the students using his electricity." Aizawa pointed out.
"In the obstacle course, he was surprised by how many people avoided his attack. He's adapting his strategy." Aizawa stated.
"Nice commentary!" Present Mic said holding a thumb up at Aizawa.
"I might as well take these too." Shoto said as he grabs a few headbands from some of the other teams.
"I'll be taking one, thank you!" Blake snatched one headband from Shoto as he and his team are shocked from her team suddenly appearing out of nowhere like that.
"What the… But how are they not electrocuted?" Momo asked surprise.
"Easy, Blake quickly informed us of how your leader was ordering you around and I knew right then and there of what you were planning. So, we used a combination of Ruby's Rose Speed with Yang's strength of her Quirk to make a big jump over the electric waves." Weiss explained.
"We'll be taking the headband you so kindly got for us. See ya!" Yang smirked as her team runs away.
"Okay, now I think it's time we charge at Deku!" Ruby declared.
"Not good, they're going for the ten million points!" Tenya feared.
"Oh no, they're coming for us!" Izuku alerted his team, and just when the jetpack stops working.
"They're too fast, we can't get away!" Ochaco worried.
"Take care of them, Dark Shadow." Fumikage said and Dark Shadow charges team RWBY throwing a right hook claw.
"Hang on." Blake said as she used her Semblance on her entire team to dodge that attack.
"Okay, we're good." Blake sighed in relief, but then notice something from her hand that felt empty.
It wasn't until she saw Dark Shadow going back to Izuku's team while carrying a headband to them.
"Good job, Dark Shadow. You got us some extra points." Fumikage smiled as the headband is worthy 165 points.
"Damn it, that shadow creature took the headband the moment before I used my power." Blake cursed.
"Don't worry, we just have to keep going at Izuku and-Look out!" Weiss gasped.
The white-haired girl quickly uses her Glyph to create a light blue one as a shield to protect her team from a sudden attack of a large sledgehammer, that was thrown by Shoto's team as a distraction for them to move past Blake's team and forward to Izuku's team.
"Damn, they got us." Ruby groaned.
"Guess we'll have to fight them too." Blake said, but suddenly ice walls form behind them.
"Or not, guess Shoto just wants Izuku all to himself now." Yang worried for the dark-green bunny guy.
"Worry about him later, one team is heading for us!" Blake alerted as one team is coming at them from the far left.
"I hope you don't mind of taking your headband." Hitoshi grinned.
"Hey, it's that guy we met two weeks ago!" Ruby remembered that guy.
"His name is Hitoshi Shinso, be on guard for we don't know what his Quirk is." Weiss warned, then she saw Hitoshi's teammates looking all strange, especially in the eyes.
"(That's odd, it's almost like they're lifeless or something.)" Weiss thought wondered what's that about.
"Aoyama, blast them." Hitoshi ordered.
"Wee, wee." Yuga said and fired his navel laser as Team RWBY quickly dodge it.
"We need to get in closer, Ojiro. Smack your tail to give us a little boost." Hitoshi ordered.
Mashirao did just that swinging his tail up and slams it onto the ground sending his team slightly airborne toward team RWBY, and then Yuga fire his navel laser again upon Hitoshi's order making them dodge to their right.
"Now, rotate to our left and smack them with your tail, Ojiro." Hitoshi commanded his team, and they did just that.
"Yang, block that muscular tail!" Blake alerted.
"Got it!" Yang threw her left arm up with her fist clashing against the tail.
It was a power struggle for the first few seconds until Yang was able to push it away though Mashirao kept attacking her and she blocks them each time, Yang tried throwing a kick but Hitoshi's team jump back to dodge it.
"Hey, is it just me or does your team look like zombies?" Ruby asked.
"You think so? It looks like me like your dropout friends are the zombie ones." Hitoshi grinned.
"Huh, what did you just called us?" Yang asked.
"Tell me, Ruby Rose, doesn't it bother you that three of your friends are two years older than you yet their attending the same grade because they were held back and dropout from your old school, it must be embarrassing to have loser like them." Hitoshi mocked.
"HEY! They're the greatest team a girl could ask for!" Ruby shouted in response, but suddenly her eyes went blank and froze up.
"Ruby, is everything okay." Yang asked noticing Ruby is being all quiet though felt in an unnatural way.
"It looks like Ruby isn't being a team player right now. Hey, hold Blake and Yang down as hard as you can." Hitoshi commaned.
Ruby wraps one arm around Blake's left leg and another around Yang's waist.
"What the…? Ruby, what are you doing? Let me go!" Yang tried to shake her little sister off.
"That guy did something to her, like she is brainwashed." Blake surprised of this sudden action from Ruby.
"Brainwashed?" Weiss said to herself, and a realization came into her mind.
"That's it, Hitoshi's Quirk is brainwashing anyone he speaks to!" Weiss informed.
"Wait, what?" Yang shocked as Blake is having the same reaction.
"Well, well, you figured out my Quirk. I guess you're more than just a pretty face." Hitoshi clapped his hands.
"(Now I'm starting to understand the strange behavior in his teammates, he used his Quirk to make them work with him.)" Weiss thought.
"I bet you must have to study hard to be that smart otherwise you wouldn't be able to come to such a school like UA." Hitoshi said.
Weiss was about to respond to that but stop herself from letting out any more words come out as another thought about Hitoshi's Quirk that is something else for it to activate.
"Yang, Blake, do NOT respond to any he says to you! That's how his power works." Weiss warned.
"(Damn it, she figured that part out too. Guess that means we'll just have to take their headbands by force then.)" Hitoshi thought.
"Ruby, keep them in place while I come for the headbands." Hitoshi ordered as his team marches forward.
"Damn it, they're coming for us." Yang worried.
"We got to find a way to wake Ruby up from the brainwashing." Blake looked down at the brainwashed Ruby.
"It's not like we can knock the sense back into her." Weiss said.
"Uh, maybe we can." Yang believed she just got an idea to free her little sister, and she did it by throwing a strong elbow strike to Ruby's face.
"OW! Hey, what was that for, Yang?" Ruby asked, whining in pain from her nose.
"Alright, my plan worked! Ruby isn't being mind-controlled anymore!" Yang cheered.
"Huh, I was mind-controlled?" Ruby confused of what her older sister just said.
"We'll explain later, right now we need to take that guy out and we're gonna need your Rose Speed right now." Weiss pointed at Hitoshi.
"Okay, I'll give it a try." Ruby nodded.
"No! Stop them!" Hitoshi panicked a little and Yuga fired another navel laser.
But Ruby's Rose Speed went faster than the laser and flew past Hitoshi as they appeared behind him now, and what's more shocking is they were able to take his team's headband which is about 295 points, adding to their current points to be 1725 points.
"Damn it, they got me!" Hitoshi grunted.
"Hitoshi!" Weiss called out getting his attention.
"With a Quirk like that, there's no doubt you would have been a great hero if you got in the hero course instead." Weiss complimented.
This shock Hitoshi in the heart a little bit that someone has actually said his power can be used for instead of thinking it's like a villain's Quirk.
"She's right, if you go Pro then you could help a lot of people with capturing villains." Blake nodded before her team went away.
"What do you know, there are people out there who do believe in me." Hitoshi smiled.
Then the girls heard the audience cheering louder and louder wondering if something happened during their fight with Hitoshi's team.
"Insanity! This entire game was just turned completely on its head! Todoroki's team has the ten million points, and Midoriya's team is suddenly left with only little points left!" Present Mic announced.
"What? But how?" Ruby gasped.
"Something must have happened within that ice." Blake said.
"Blake, I know we should be looking after ourselves, but I want to help Izuku right now!" Yang determined.
"Okay then, let's go!" Blake declared a charge to help Izuku's team.
KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
Team RWBY managed to rack up some big numbers of points and got a close call from almost losing to Hitoshi, but now they are off to help Izuku who somehow lost his ten million points.
