Clover looked at the team of ex-beacon students and the two adults, one of which was going to be trouble if she became hostile. Chances are she will react with lethal force when he drops the bomb about an ex-covenant elite. Best to get that out in the open now so when she does meet the big saurian alien, she does not go ballistic.

He looked out the window and saw that the ocean gave way to the ice-covered tundra. They were coming up on Mantle, and by extent, Atlas. Clearing his throat, he got their attention.

" We are coming up on Mantel in a few minutes. And I believe it is time to brief you on some developments that have been going on."

The team of teens and the two adults looked at him. Weiss asked if everything was alright or if the Grimm were making incursions into Mantel.

" No, at least none that we know of. Subject to change though." Elm said.

When they got everyone back together, she was told of the fighting back in the city proper and that the kids did well for only being half-trained. She in turn told Clover and the others that Noble had a rail or Gauss weapon that just tore chunks out of the Leviathan, as well as a shoulder-mounted laser.

" Are you sure we should tell them? They don't have clearance for something so sensitive. Even her." Harriet said, pointing to Noble.

" She knows more about him and his kind than we do. She fought them her whole life. So I would say she doesn't need clearance. And she should know now instead of springing it on her and possibly having a dead body or three on our hands." Clover shot back.

The mention of Noble fighting something her whole life brought everyone's head up to look at him.

" What are you referring to?" said woman asked.

" I was hoping to find a more diplomatic way to approach this." Clover uttered out before moving on, " We have a guest that came to us a few weeks back." he looked up to face her in the visor, " He came in in a Covenant Phantom."

That got everyone to snap their heads to him. The Spartan's AI snapped to life on her shoulder mirroring everyone's shock.

" YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THEY ARE HERE?!" he shouted.

" No. The Covenant proper is not here. This Elite is part of a splinter faction that is breaking away from the Covenant. He has been helping out where he can, but he has been telling us the story of his people and how they were brought into the Covenant...and the lies they were told." Clover told them.

The Spartan said nothing. She did nothing. Was she brooding? Doubtful. Processing was more like it.

" I have fought these things my whole life. Elites don't surrender. They fight till their dying breath. The fact that you have one in your building is alarming. I doubt he surrendered. We had Covenant soldiers lead groups along thinking they were safe, just to get a sword in the back." She paused and while he could not see behind her silver visor, he knew she was glaring at him, saying that they should have killed the aliens before he could signal to his battlegroup where he was, " You should have shot him down the second you laid eyes on him."

" He provided evidence to the contrary. In Fact, I think you should listen to what he has to say and show you before putting a bullet in his head." Clover calmly said.

" Tell you what four-leaf, we will believe it when we see it." the AI said to him before winking out.

The young girl looked at the Spartan with worry.

" Should we be worrying?" she asked.

The towering giant in white armor looked down at her.

" I don't know."

" Look, I know this is a lot to take in and truth be told, we are still wrapping our head around it." Vine said to the group.

The group just stayed silent until they landed. They stood and made way for the door when they were stopped.

" It's not that we don't trust you, but we would rather you not shoot the place up. So please, either hand them over or leave them in your truck." Clover said.

" Take your chances with the hinge head if you want. I am not." she said, shoving past him.

Clover sighed. He should have known that she would not trust the Elite. He even said that the Demon would not disarm if he was around. He even said that if the situation was reversed, he would be armed as well.

Harriet was going to open her mouth to dress her down when he told her to let it go.

" She has been fighting his kind in a war for the mear right to exist on top of the fact that they are outgunned and outclassed." he told her calming her down.

Noble stepped out of the transport with visible agitation in her step. JNPR and Oscar looked to see her step out of her transport. They had smiles on their faces that disappeared at seeing how she held herself. It was hard to tell, but it looked like she was mad. Something about the way she held herself. She held herself like she was going into war or was going to kill someone. The rest of RWBY and Qrow stepped out and also had a worried look. They linked up and asked what happened. The answer they got set them on edge as well.

Walking down the steps to meet them, was a man in a white uniform, black disheveled hair, and a beard. On his hips were two pistols and two women in step behind him. One was in a white female BDU with white hair and blue eyes. She carried herself with duty and honor with a saber on her hip. And a cold look to her.

The other girl was different. She had orange hair and green eyes with an eighteen hundreds western look to her. If the other woman was cold, she was bright and warm. And when her eyes landed on Ruby, that warmth heated to pure joy as she rocketed towards her daughter. Ruby, who was not paying attention, looked up suddenly as she heard the ginger sing out " SALUTATIONS!" as she tackled her to the ground in a bone-crushing hug.

Shadow popped up on Noble's shoulder and just looked at the two.

" Ummm, something we should know about kid?" he asked.

Said kid struggled to breathe and was already turning blue. The sound of a palm slapping a face was heard as she turned and saw both the man and the woman holding their faces in their hands and shaking their heads. One with a frown and the other with a small smile.

" Some-one-*gasp* help!" the young Rose squeaked out with the little breath she had left.

" Umm, I don't know, kid. Is she strangling to kill you or is she loving you?" he asked.

Sensing that she was going to kill the one that was in her embrace, the girl let go and stood taking Ruby with her and putting her on her feet. The second she was able to, she took several deep breaths in an attempt to get the breath she lost back. The other girl stood there hopping from foot to foot waiting for her to recover.

When Ruby did recover her breath, she almost lost it at who tried to crush her ribcage. Penny. One of her best friends. And one who was ripped apart in front of her eyes just to get people afraid of Atlas. So how could she be standing here?

" Penny?" she asked dumbfounded.

What she got in return was yet another hug, but not as bone-crushing.

" Oh, Ruby my friend! How I missed you! I am so glad you are here!" Penny said, holding her at arm's length, " I got so much to tell and show you!"

Ruby just stared at her before asking how she was here and that she watched as she was ripped apart. Penny giggled before saying her father put her back together.

The sound of someone clearing their throat was heard as they all spun and saw the man walk up to the group. He had an amused smirk on his lips before slipping back into a more stoic general approach.

Noble stood at attention with the others following suit.

' What can you tell me about this guy?' she asked in her other persona.

What she got was a packman as Summer gave it some thought. The image of a fly buzzing around a room replaced the packman with a chibi version of the General using a bazooka to kill it.

' So someone that would use unnecessary force if not going overkill as part of strategy. Got it.' she thought back.

What she got was good thoughts towards him, so she took that as a sign of him being a good guy, but tends to lean towards overwhelming force when the chips are down. She got a mental snap and a sense of her nodding her head.

As he approached, she snapped her hand up in a salute and held it until he returned it.

" At ease, Spartan." he said, giving her a salute in return.

She dropped the salute and stood at attention. The General stuck a hand out to shake.

" Spartan. General James Ironwood. I believe you have something that needs to be under lock and key?" he asked

" Sir!" She replied as she had Ruby unhook the lamp and held it up.

He let out a breath of relief before ushering them inside.

" Let's continue this inside my office. I would rather not discuss things like this in the open." he told her before turning and leading the group back into the building.

Penny looped her arm around Ruby's and led her inside, much to the girl's surprise and protest.

" Ummm, are they a thing? Should we be getting a wedding ready or something?" Shadow asked the three remaining members of RWBY.

Yang laughed, both at what was happening to her sister and Shadows' question.

" I think Penny is just too excited to control herself at the moment." Yang replied with a smile.

" Well, we should not keep the big wigs waiting. Let's get moving." Jaune said motioning for the group to move in.

" We will escort you to the office." Clover said.

" I will go up last. I doubt your regular elevator can handle all of us plus me. Half-ton of armor plus two teams and you guys? Might exceed the weight." she told them as they walked into the building.

" And how much would that be?" Elm asked.

" Half a ton or one thousand pounds." Noble said.

" Yea. I will wait with ya." Elm told her.

" That is fine." she replied.

Sometime later, everyone was in Ironwood's office.

" It is so good to see you all again." Ironwood started, " But I do have questions. Qrow, why did you keep the lamp in the open for so long?"

" Kind of hard to make a call and report when we have no way of long-range of communication. And I did send a letter to you with a brief recap of what happened. So unless you threw it away, it is still out there somewhere in the world."

" Probably sitting in some station somewhere on the other side of the world." Shadow said, sitting on Noble's shoulder.

James looked at the AI sitting on her shoulder.

" You were the one that sent the message weren't you?" he asked.

Shadow stood on her shoulder with his arms behind his back. " Yes, I did. But think if I didn't? The Grimm would have taken the lamp and used the final wish for unlimited burgers to chow down on." he said.

James just looked at the AI not knowing what to think of him.

" Forgive him, he probably has gone rampant and just doesn't know it yet." Noble said.

James nodded and stood at his desk.

" So, you all have made it. I am eager to hear what you all went through and how you got here." he said.

" That depends on how far back you want to go? Do you want to go to the beginning of time or just what all we went through leading up to meeting up at Haven then to here?" Shadow said, " Because that could take a lot of time and I don't have enough storage to tell you about the cavemen and Adam and Eve."

James had a bewildered look before simply saying that he just wants to know what happened to them after beacon. They looked amongst themselves before Yang started saying that she just stayed at home not caring what was going on. Still getting over the loss of her arm and getting hit with panic attacks made her immobile. When she did receive her new arm, she avoided it thinking she was done and was just going to be a permanent cripple and just stay home and move on. It wasn't till Ruby was brought up by some of the professors and her father did she start working up the courage to get out there and find her sister. Stumbling across her mom and letting the others take over.

Weiss passed saying that he knew pretty much everything.

Blake said that she hampered home to Menagerie wanting to rest and avoid the White Fang. To reconnect with her parents that she needed to make things right with. How the White Fang infiltrated the Island and tried to kill her parents and how Adam took over with the sole intention of enslaving humanity in a show of Faunas superiority.

The others, Ruby, Jaune, Ren, and Nora, told of how they left mid to late winter and began their trek to Mistral. All the sleeping under the stars or in motels and inns.

They talked until they met with Noble.

" And that is where I should take over." She said.

She reached up and removed Shadows' data chip and placed it on James' desk. A hot millisecond later, he appeared on his desk.

" So, we are going to share our story. Or at least when she joined Noble Team." Shadow said as a screen popped up with her first outing with the team. A few questions here and there as they moved from mission to mission. James asked a few questions not related to what was shown, but more so about her past and her skills.

She said that she would answer questions like that at the end as they moved the footage forward to Uppercut. The dogfighting in space and boarding the corvette, sending it on a track to the supper carrier. She closed her eyes as did her best to ignore Jorge's last words to her. She was well acquainted with losing people. She was pulled, supposedly, from the rest of Beta-Company and into the HeadHunter program. The few friends she made were gone and turned to ash. Jorge was one of the few Spartans, especially for a II, to show more than just being a soldier. If it weren't for the damn war, she could easily see him out in a field of grain with a plow tilling up the fields.

And now he is gone. Just like Beta. Just like the few friends, she managed to form. Hearing his voice stung. One more Spartan was gone. Another chink in the already beat-up wall.

Shadow took over sensing that she needed some time. Not that anyone else would know thanks to her helmet.

She only began to chime in again after Kat bit the bullet. She could feel the eyes on her when Jorge died and again when Kat died. She explained about the operation to destroy castle base. To keep classified data and research out of Covenant hands. And how the mission was just to bring them to Dr. Halsey. James asked who she was and why she was so important. He thought she was just a random scientist that helped with the Spartan program.

" No. She was the creator of the Spartan-II program. We can't say much more than that due to it being classified, but she is one of the greatest minds in the galaxy. The armor and the augmentations were all hers." Shadow said to him explaining more of her before going on with meeting the doctor and Noble receiving the AI fragment.

A screen popped up on her HUD.

" How are you holding up kid? I am sure seeing everyone die again must be hard. If you want me to, I can shut your HUD off and play some chill music until I get to our meeting." he offered.

She let out a sigh that the others did not hear thanks to her helmet and them too busy watching the show.

" I am sure I will be fine. But it isn't easy to watch them all fall again."

" If you want I can play some random videos I found online. Cats being silly while on catnip, I can pull up memes for you to watch and view. Or if you are feeling particularly in the mood, I can give you some, uhhhh, do Spartans like yourself enjoy erotic stuff? Because if you want I can give you that?"

" What is it with you and trying to get arousal from me?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.

" Aside from your spirits getting lifted, you are a nice-looking woman for a mother...of sorts. And I am sure some teenagers out there would kill to be with you. But you already have a man waiting for you. So I guess I did my job? Do you still want me to pull something up though?"

She gave a soft chuckle but declined.

" Well too bad! You are getting a fluffy kitten wigging out on catnip!" he said as he winked off. And true to his word, a fluffy kitten was playing with a string and a laser pointer. Damn ball of fluff was going to tire itself out the way it was going.

She smiled as she let out a breath. Leave it to Shadow to cheer her up.

The video showed Carter's sacrifice and Emiles before she took to the Mass Driver. He let her take over sensing that she gathered herself.

" After the Autom lifted and shot into orbit, I was left alone on a doomed world. Thinking that it was my time to meet the end, I found a worse for ware hog and made my way to my last stand. Although I never did make that stand. I came across an ONI building and made a pit stop. Torch and burn and make sure everything was wiped out.`` She began as the video moved to a POV of her exploring the base and running the data copy and delete programs.

" As I was looking over the computers and their files, I came across a particular file. Project: Vale."

James looked at her not knowing what she was getting at.

"Several years back, a flash was seen in the woods of an ONI base. When they got there, they found a woman in critical condition. They took her in and tried to get her stable. And while they did, it was a losing battle. She took too much damage. Lost too much blood. She was going to die, they just slowed death down."

He still looked at her not knowing what she was getting at.

She let out a breath.

" The woman they found was Summer Rose. She got into a fight with Tyrian while out on her mission and let the Grimm whittle her down until she was exhausted before he killed her. It is still unknown how she got to Shield base so don't ask." Shadow piped in.

James's eyes lit with understanding.

" Summer Rose was teleported to Reach?" he asked shocked, " Is she still alive?"

Noble looked to the others in a way to ask if she should tell him.

' I would. Might as well get it done and over with.' Summer said within her.

" In a manner of speaking. No, and yes." she said, raising her hands to her helmet. With a twist and a hiss of pressurized air, she lifted it off her head and placed it on her hip before looking at James.

" The Summer you would have known is dead. ONI cloned her and did a blood transfusion thinking her aura was in the blood." she said to his wide-eyed form, " If you can't already guess, I am that clone."

If he wasn't wide-eyed before, he most definitely was now.

" How? Is she? Are you?" he was stammering trying to come up with a sentence.

" The blood transfusion must have contained her aura and as such a part of her soul. Even now, that part has been growing. And we have been conversing. You can say that I have a split personality that can be changed at the throw of a switch." she answered.

She could feel Ruby and Yang squeeze her hand letting her know that they were there for her and that the thought of her having a split in her mind, knowing that their mother was there but at the same time not, did not seem to bother them.

" Anyway, that discovery was after Haven. I did the torch and burn. But during my search of the base and wiping of the system, a certain someone contacted me." she said, giving Shadow a mild glare.

" Oh you want me and you know it." he said, shooting her the same glare knowing that she was playing, " and besides, if it weren't for me, that data would still be corrupted and you would not have found that teleporter."

" Keep propping yourself up." she shot back with a smirk.

Shadow rolled his eyes as she continued giving him the info dump, as well as her getting to Remnant.

"...that is when I met up with RNJR and Qrow. Qrow was locked in combat with Tyrian when I showed up. Managed to drive him off and made our way to Haven."

James held a hand up wanting clarification.

" You fought Tyrian?" he asked.

" I did. But he managed to lick his wounds and came back later." she said.

It was Winter that spoke next. " You keep talking about Haven as if something happened there."

RWBY and JNPR shared a look before going into detail about what happened. How Lionheart was a sleeper agent and turned traitor. And the deaths of Tyrian and Cinder as a bonus and the revelation of Raven being the Spring Maiden.

" After that, we took a day or two to rest before we headed out. The rest is mostly history. With one exception." Noble said, " We stopped at Brunswick farms, a small farmstead just outside Argus. I did what I could but I believe Apathy may still be around. If you have a unit specially designed for such Grimm, I would send them in for recon and destroy if they are still there."

James gave her his full attention.

" Apathy? You're certain?" he asked.

" Lithe skeletal looking Grimm that sap your will to live? Then yes. We have. And we do not want to see them again." Yang said.

" I will get a team set up and sent out." he said, pressing a key on his desk and giving out an order to a team that seemed to have experience with Apathy. He then looked up to the team in front of him and thanked them for the information.

" I can guess the rest, you got to Argus and asked to get into contact with me on the grounds of it being urgent. Cordovan refused spouting nonsense thinking you were saboteurs or assassins or something. That led to the message and the rest is history." James said.

" Pretty much."

He looked at the AI again. " I still have one more question for you. You said something about a Death Star. What is it? Because it sounds like a super weapon of sorts."

Shadow looked at him for a full five seconds before he pulled out a big red button and slapped it. Blast shudders closed around the windows, the door slammed shut as claxons blared in the office as he shouted " EMERGENCY MEETING!"

Everyone looked at him like he was insane as lines of text began to scroll up from the desk with the iconic Star Wars music started.

" SHADOW! WE DON'T NEED TO GO ON A STAR WARS MARATHON TO SHOW HIM ONE THING!" Noble let out reprimanding him.

" He has not seen the greatest film series ever made. He must be educated." he said in all seriousness.

" Then send him the files for him to watch later and instead show him what he is looking for." she said.

" Errr, fine." he said, snapping his fingers and speeding the footage along as well as lifting the 'lockdown'.

The images fastfoared making the scenes look comical with squeaky voices. Ruby, Nora, Yang, and Jaune chuckled at seeing everything move until the part he needed popped up. A planet-shaped station was shown with a dish imprint.

" That is a death star. A space station with a super planet-killing weapon as its main weapon." he said.

" Dude, that is cool." Jaune uttered in pure awe.

" I know right?"

" And it is a good thing the Forerunners never made such a thing." came a new voice.

Everyone turned and froze. During the whole time of them getting off the ship and getting in Ironwood's office, they forgot that a Covenant Elite was here.

The shock only lasted for a split second for Noble before she was a blur of motion. She dropped her helmet and slid her knife from its sheath on her chest. She had it poised to plunge into its neck when she froze. She couldn't move. Why?

The Elite looked her in the eye as the sound of other weapons were drawn.

" Holster those weapons, students!" Winter barked.

" The news of us housing an Elite must have spaced their minds during the explanations." Clover said. Behind James stood Marrow with his hand outstretched towards her.

" I understand your reaction, Spartan. But he is on our side. If you will give him the chance, you might find that he is trying to switch sides." James said as Marrow lowered his arm, setting her free.

She lowered her arm and sheathed her knife, but she did not soften her gaze. The only thing this thing was doing was making her remember all the dead that fell at their hands. She won't trust it. Not now, not ever. Only when the war is over and they are all dead could she trust him. She may think of herself to be open-minded and is able to let it be changed provided there was an argument and evidence. But this would be one of those she was not sure if her mind could be changed. Now or at all.

She turned and faced the table as the Elite set what might be a datapad on the table and began to fiddle with it. Now that she had her adrenaline subside, she could see that the Elite was in a hip-length tunic and baggy pants. Likely an off-duty garb for an elite.

She didn't care. He was still the enemy. She let out a breath and waited.

" I am sure you have questions. The General and his people did as well. So I will start at the beginning. And that beginning starts at the planet you call Reach." he said, making her narrow her eyes.

He continued on how his team was to investigate an explosion that leveled a building. The same building she and Shadow blew up on their way out. Sifting through the rubble they found the black boxes of the building. Boxes in tow, they moved to their ship and followed the Fleet of Particular Justice that took to chasing the Pillar of Autumn.

She made a face.

" Everything ok Spartan?" Ironwood asked.

" -Sigh- Yea. Let me just say it felt like I failed my mission. I destroyed an ONI facility to keep all of our data out of enemy hands and look at what happened. An Elite sifted through the rubble and managed to get the damn data anyway."

Sighing, the General simply said that it is in the past and that she would not have known of the back boxes."

" Maybe. Still." Shadow said, with a bag of popcorn, " And I ran the damn building for years and never knew of those things. Wonder if Red knew about them?" he said, asking the last part to himself.

Thora continued, saying that when they emerged from Slipspace, the Pillar of Autumn still had yet to arrive. But what they did find was a giant ring rotating in space. He told them what the ring was and why it was so important to the Covenant faith. His commander had them check out and do some recon of a gas mine in the gas giant. To protect it from the humans on the off chance they find it or to act as a rear guard. A blade in the sleeve or an ace in the hole. Unfortunately, they were never needed. From the attempted usurping of Thel's command, to the release of what was called the Flood, to the ring's destruction by the hands of the Demon.

" Demon? A Spartan was on the ring?" Noble could not help but ask.

" Yes. From the reports, he survived the crash of the ship, raided the Truth and Reconciliation and freed the ship's Captain." the Elite said with respect in his tone. " From there he hit the Silent Cartographer and assaulted the Control room. From their things get a bit, muddled I believe is what you humans would say."

" What do you mean by that?" Shadow asked.

The Elite paused trying to figure out how best to say it, " Everything we got was from both the Monitor and from incoming transmissions that were a few hours old. But from what we could tell, he went to investigate one of our teams that were sent to look into a Forerunner site that the Prophet said may hold secrets to the ring and other Holy," he looked to the humans before landing on Shadow, " Construct, what would be the correct word in your language for talking a lot about something that could have been said in fewer words with the same effect?"

" I believe one of the words you are looking for is Jargon." the Ai replied.

The Elite tried the word in his mouth. He struggled a little bit but clicked his mandibles and got back to what he was saying, " What the team found was something horrible. Something that struck fear into all of our hearts. Something terrible." he paused, " Again everything was vague and I can only speculate what they found, but one of our agricultural ships mysteriously went silent. The only thing we were able to get was garbled and did not sound right."

" What was this thing that you seemed so worried about?" Noble asked, wanting to see what would make the son of a bitch squirm a bit in front of her.

" We call it, the Flood." the Elite said simply with a shiver, " We are not sure what it fully is. Just that it is dangerous enough for the Forerunners to wipe the galaxy clean of all sentient life just to kill them. To starve them to death."

" Wait, the Halo ring was a weapon? And it kills all life in the galaxy?! Isn't that wrong? On so many levels?" Weiss asked.

The elite looked at her.

" Yes, it is. To all of those questions."

" What is the Flood? Aside from a parasite, I mean? Anything we can do to help plan for it on the off chance we encounter them?" James asked.

The Elite picked up his datapad and pressed a few keys. " This is some of the data we got on the flood. Some from the Oracle, some from the fleet, and some from the station."

A series of images appeared over the desk. Horrific images. A bulbous thing on fragile legs and tentacles, an awful-looking garlic-like bulb on legs, and what could only be described as an elite being buried for a couple of weeks before being dug up. Its head was hung back, its chest burst open with tentacles sticking out of it, its flesh rotted and sickly brown and pale with whips sticking out of its left arm.

Ruby's cheeks puffed up as she held her mouth with a green look to her face. Penny stepped up to her and guided her to the nearest trash can, with Yang and Weiss following on her heels. Blake managed to keep her stomach down, barely.

Noble looked the thing over, looking for a weakness.

" The Oracle said that intense heat is one of the best weapons to use as well as anything that would "pack a punch". " he said as the Flood was replaced with security footage of the Spartan using a shotgun to tear through the flood forms. Noble looked and saw the numbers on his chest. 117. The Master Chief. He did it. He blew up a ring weapon of mass destruction. She could not help but smile seeing him kicking ass and taking names.

The Elite went on telling the group what all happened on the gas mine with the Monitor telling them the truth of Halo and how the Sanchiyoum were manipulative liars. Just as they have always been.

" What does he mean by " as they always have been"?" Blake asked.

" Apparently, during the time of the forerunners, they had run-ins. I can only guess that they never changed after the firing of Halo."

The rest of the story was finished with little questions asked. Names were then exchanged with Noble giving a grudging respect for the alien. She still did not trust him and still believed that he was going to stab them all in the back. And if he did, she would be there to put him down.

As she found out, his name was Thura Racamai. He was not only acting as the ambassador of Sesa's faction of the Covenant, but a Swordsmen or as they would call it, a blade master. Still, she didn't care. Every fiber of her being was screaming at her to kill first and ask questions later, and it was taking all of her discipline as well as Summer to keep her in check. She could see that Thura was willing for battle. But she could see that he too was holding himself back from attacking. They shared the same struggle. Both probably for different reasons.

' Take it easy girl. I know you, we? Have been trained to kill him and his kind but he is trying to strike a peace or at least a cease-fire. You do not want to be the one sabotaging it would you?' Summer asked in her mind.

She sighed. Of course she was right. But still. It was hard. And Thora was probably in the same boat.

Before they could leave, James asked them to stay for a briefing. They stood at attention and waited. Even Thora. James stood and pressed a button on his desk causing the shutters to close and the door to lock as an image of a floating island or city.

" I should tell you what my plans are. Since Ozpin is still missing…" he said, going on about how he brought Winter, Penny, and the Ace Opps into the fold.

Noble bumped Ruby by way of asking if she was going to tell him that Ozpin has been found. She looked back and mouthed ' In a bit.'

"...the reason I brought the fleet home is that we are going to need it. I am going to go public about Salam and the Maidens."

" And when people hear this, they will panic," Jaune said.

" Acting like a beacon for the Grimm." Ren added, gaining an understanding for all.

This would be the best time to say it, yet Ruby didn't. Noble looked and saw that she was holding her tongue. She was going to nudge her into action when she did say that Ozpin was found and in Oscar, but that the train knocked him loose.

' Ruby, don't lie, don't lie. Your mother taught you better than that and I expect better from you.' Noble thought with Summer agreeing with her. When James had a downcast look, she knew she needed to speak up.

She cleared her throat, catching his attention.

" There is more to add." she said, causing Ruby to look at her with surprise and a hint of betrayal.

" I believe, however, you should be the first person to hear it." she said making Winter give her a sharp look.

James thought about it for a second.

" If you have something to say, I believe you can share it in front of my left and right hands." he said.

Noble responded, " Can you assure me that no one can hack into her systems and take the information? Or turn her against us?"

" My systems are all done onboard. One would need to plug into me to gain any intel and know one can upload a virus into my systems without a piece of me." Penny spoke up defending herself.

" And I am completely loyal to my superior. How can you even question my loyalty?" Winter spat out at her.

" He may know you. I do not. Prove to me you are worth it." Noble shot right back, " I do not give my trust out easily nor lightly."

Winter snarled, fixing to tell her that she was the General's hand when Noble shot back with another putting Winter in her shoes. Would she possibly trust her with information that could become a loss of morale?

" Winter. Penny. Dismissed. Take some time for yourselves. I will tell you afterwards." James said.

With a growl, Winter left with Penny following her with a wave to Ruby as she opened the door with a code and left. Once the door was shut, James looked back to her.

" Now, what are you not telling me?" he asked.

" Shadow, do you have the recording?"

" I do. And even if I was unable to grab the video, I could recreate it easily enough." he said as he pulled up the final moments of the fight on the train with the rough landing, and the fact Ozpin lied to them about the lamp. And how he did not want them to find out about his past. By the time they were done, James had the look of processing what was just said.

" So she can't be killed?"

" No. But I am sure a nuke would put her out of action for a few years." Noble said.

" Kind of hard to pull yourself together when you are hit with intense heat and pressure on top of killer radiation. Well, I am sure you can guess what I am thinking." Shadow pitched in.

" And if it still doesn't kill her?" he shot back.

" Then we build a rocket and shoot her ass into space where she will endlessly suffocate...or until she runs into a black hole with her freezing and burning at the same time while stretching to a tearing point at the cellular level." Shadow replied.

" A what?"

" You don't know what a black hole is, do you?"

" We don't even have a satellite floating up there. Anytime we send something up, the fuel loses potency the further up in the atmosphere it gets."

" Use another fuel source. Fossil fuels or nuclear fuel is a good source for things like ships and shit."

James steepled his fingers in thought before he looked at Ruby.

" Why didn't you say that you had more, but felt like you could only come to me about?"

Noble let Ruby answer that question on her own. Ruby let out a breath.

" It is still too much for me to get my head wrapped around. I was hoping to get my head on straight and thoughts in order before I said anything." she said, rubbing her arm.

James looked at her with his best stare before he let out a breath.

" I can't say you are right, but I do understand your thoughts. Needing to have your thoughts in order to give a good briefing." he said.

He thought a bit more before he stood and gestured for them to follow as he lifted the lockdown.

" I doubt I should be willing to show you this, but I believe you three at least may have the most knowledge of some of the artifacts we have in our vaults." James said as he led them to the elevator and let the two teams go to do whatever they felt like doing.

/

The Vault was just that. A big room with lots of stuff held behind locked doors or had techs looking over them. Noble had her helmet back and was grumbling to Shadow about the Elite standing next to her. Sure he may have defected to the UNSC, but he still had tons of blood on his hands. How could she forgive that? She couldn't. But as Shadow would say, baby steps.

" We have no idea what these things do or how they work. We were hoping that one of you three would have more of an idea as to where to start." James said as they walked past tablets, plates, and other machinery of unknown origin or purpose.

He led them down row after row of junk until they reached a pedestal that was connected to two pillars bent in the middle to form a rough diamond. ( For reference, think of the portals in Halo 4 when the Chief goes to disable the pylons in Forerunner. Or the portals of the Ascendant Hive on the Dreadnought but instead of being made of chitin is made of shiny metal).

" This was taken from a temple. Or what we think was a temple. Not sure. It was decayed and crumbling. Not sure what it does but we knew it was bound to be dangerous in the wrong hands." James said, gesturing to the pillars and the connecting counsel.

Noble looked at the thing in question. For some reason that she can not explain, she wanted to touch the counsel. She checked her motion and made sure to give it a wide berth as she unplugged Shadow from her helmet and handed it to James.

" See if he can pull something up from the counsel." she said, handing him his chip.

James nodded and set him on the counsel. Shadow popped up on the counsel with a pensive look.

" I can't make heads or tails of this. It is similar to what we snagged from the ship under the ice shelf on Reach, but this feels older." he said with a frown, " Yo, Elite Thora, what do you think?"

Thora looked at everything. Now that she looked, she could see that he was doing his damndest to not drop to his knees. So many Forerunner artifacts in one place. He took a steadying breath and studied the device. He shook his head.

" I can't give much insight into this. Whatever was Forerunner the Prophets locked in a vault to study for themselves. We were just the muscle and soldiers to die for those thin serpent-necked bastards." he said with contempt.

" At least you finally found out how cool humanity is and that we don't need to be extinct." Shadow said before he disappeared into the counsel.

" What are you hoping to find?" Noble asked James.

" I am not sure. But you three would be the leading experts here." he said.

Penny led the two teams around the school showing them the different rooms in only the way Penny could. By dragging the exhausted team around and through the mess hall where they would have loved to sit and eat. She only let them rest when they got to the dorms

" And this is the dorms. This is where you all will be sleeping! Just like back at Beacon!" She said joyfully as if she was not ripped to shreds on the stadium in Vale.

" Penny." Jaune croaked out, " We are only human. Please take us to the cafeteria and let us eat. We are exhausted."

Penny gasped with a look of shock, " We can't stop yet, we still have the armory and arena to see."

Everyone let out a groan as Penny turned as she grabbed Ruby by the arm and took off much to her displeasure. She may have missed Penny a great deal, but she was becoming a handful.

" Penny, I think we all need some time to relax." Ruby said to her friend, " We just came from a battle with the Grimm and a debriefing. Some would like a shower and others would like to eat."

Penny gave her a look over and pouted. " Ok. I guess we can wait until you are ready to finish the rest." she said, " Can I sit next to you though?" she asked.

Ruby smiled, " Of course. We don't mind. We just want to get off of our feat and rest."

Penny smiled, "Sooo, who wants to stay and bathe and who wants to eat?"

Jaune, Yang, Oscar, and Blake chose to hit the showers and relax while the others said they could eat a horse.

Chuckling to herself she was about to escort the others to the mess when Winter approached. She looked the exhausted team over with that blank stare. She showed no emotion as she told them flat out that they are to report to Pallandinas workshop. She scowled at the grones of displeasure and was ready to bark at them like they were nothing more than wet behind the ears, fresh beat recruits that need to be whipped into shape.

" Penny, lead them to Pallandinas shop. He has upgrades to equip their gear to bring them all up to Atlas standards. And to give them their new scrolls." she said with no emotion.

Penny nodded and led the groaning but intrigued team to where her father had his shop in the school. When they entered the door, they were met with a grandfatherly sort of guy in a wheelchair with four legs instead of wheels. He turned from his work on a bench to see who entered his shop. His eyes lit up with a smile as he saw Penny.

" Penny my dear!" he greeted as he held his arms opened as she came up and dropped into his waiting arms, like a daughter falling into a father's embrace. Smile and all. A heartwarming scene that even the most exhausted of the group, smiled.

They disengaged from the embrace as they turned to the group.

"My apologies," he said as his chair moved him to the table facing the teams, " But my daughter will always cause joy when I see her."

" That is completely fine sir. We were told to see you though." Qrow said leaning on the door frame.

" Oh of cors…" he stopped as his eyes landed on Yang. More specifically her prosthetic, " You painted it."

Yang had a look of confusion as she held her arm up, " Uhhh, yea? It looked kind of boring leaving it silver." she said not sure how to respond.

He looked at the others trying to see if anyone would back him up or comment.

" Ummm, is that ok?" Yang asked.

Pietro looked at her with a startled look as he got lost in his thoughts.

"Oh my dear, it is fine. Just surprised to see my work get some personal touch to it." he said.

Yang looked at her arm then at him. " You made this?"

He nodded as he started to look over the others.

" Hmmm, are these all factory? Because they look obsolete." he inquired, making some give him hurt looks. Especially Ruby.

" Oooohhh, You are the ones that James told me to expect. My apologies." he said as he gestured them to follow to the back room where he had their upgrades waiting.

" Saddlery, I do not have anything, oh, I see she is not here. Well when you see her, tell her that I could not think of anything to upgrade. Her armor is a work of art and would need to see it first hand to make anything. I am not even sure I could do anything for her weapons for that matter." he said more to himself than to the others.

They walked behind him with Penny taking a position on Ruby's right, looping her arm through hers. Pietro showed them to their lockers were, when they opened them, found warmer clothing and the upgrades that they were told about. Ruby held up a cloak that was thicker and newer compared to her normal one that was torn and worn. She looked it over not knowing what to do. She set it aside as she picked up the rest of the outfit. Her tights were now thicker and held in heat, a sleeveless mesh that went under her corset skirt combo. Underneath that was a long-sleeved shirt as well as belts for her ammo and weapon, a pair of fingerless gloves, and forearm coverings with leather straps to hold it all. Under that was a pair of red form-hugging shorts. She pulled out a pair of boots that reached mid-thigh with a leather strap to help hold them up with steel toe caps. She mentally put it on and liked what she saw. She would alter what she can but she could work with this.

" What do you think?" Penny asked, standing next to her.

" I like it. May need to alter a couple of things but I think I am going to like it." she said looking at her friend with a smile.

Penny giggled as she held something up for her to take, " I believe this will go well with it. I used pictures of you that I had in my memory to get your measurements to make this look for you. With just one more article to put on." she bounced the box in her hand.

Ruby took it and opened it to reveal a black leather choker. She looked at her friend with a quizzical look.

" Ummm, Penny, why a choker?" she asked.

" Because it pulls the look together as well as having a different hair due."

Ruby did like the necklace. She never had a necklace like a choker before and was willing to give it a shot. But there were a few things that always held her back when she was at home. The fact it reminded her of a dog collar being one of them. That and the symbolism of ownership to someone being another. She could look past it if she was in a relationship or even married but single? Not so much.

She took it and placed it on the outfit as she looked for a bag to place it all in and to take back to the dorm.

" Arnt you going to try it all on?" Penny asked.

" Tomorrow. I want to eat and get some sleep. It's been a long day, Penny." Ruby said back as she reached back into the box and pulled out parts to upgrade Crescent Rose.

There was a few moments of silence as Ruby put the clothes in a bag and the parts in a box before looking over to see what the others were doing. Blake handed Gamble Shroud to Peitro to repair since part of the blade broke during the battle in Argus. On the table was a white coat with a purple inner liner with a reverse zipper and a belt around the waist, a purple sleeveless catsuit with a zipper going from neck to collar bone as well as on her legs with knee pads with attached purple boots that zip up to snug them. With purple leather bracelets around the wrist and a small backpack to pull it all together. She was playing with her hair and had a look in the eye that said she was giving some thought about cutting it.

Weiss had a blue coat set on the table white and white-blue sleeveless dress with few decorations. There were a few belts that went with it as well as a waist clincher. With a few packs for dust and other items to go on the belts, she had a pair of light blue tights with thigh-high wedge boots with white frills with long blue gloves.

And Yang? She had a mix of a mechanic with a tan cover all with a strap connecting the right leg to the suit while the left was connected with a small pouch around the zipper over a white shirt that showed just a tad more than Ruby was comfortable with, all with a purple and black leather jacket and regular combat boots with a purple scarf tied around her calf.

The others were looking over their new outfit or armor. Nora got a new pink skirt and jacket, Ren got a more militaristic ninja look, and Jaune had a few more pieces of armor to slide on and a better pair of blue jeans and actual boots. And even he had a look about cutting his hair as he shoved some of his bangs out of his eyes.

They all put their weapons on a table to get looked over.

" Soooo, that other woman in the briefing, she is who again?" Penny asked.

" That is a bit of a story Penny. She is my mom, but at the same time she isn't."

" That is confusing. Isn't she the one who carried you and birthed you?"

" Again it is complicated. She is a clone of my mom. So while she has the same look as my mom, she isn't. But she also has a piece of my mom in her head. It's just so confusing." Ruby said to her with a sigh. How should she describe her? Was she her mother or not?

Penny could see the gears working in her head and pulled her into a hug.

" I am sure it is confusing. I only have my father who made me. I may be a girl, but I was not birthed by a woman. I was made by the hands of a single man that treated me like his own." she said.

Ruby sank into the hug.

" Are you still hungry?" Penny asked.

" Starved." Ruby replied.

" Then let's drop the others off and go eat."

/

Noble was led to where Peirto was located in the school. Both her and Shadow said that it was unlikely that he would have something for them. The only thing he could do was to make some ammo variants for her guns and possibly something for Noble Rose. Doubtful but he may have something. On her way, she ran into the group heading back to the dorms or the mess. There was some laughing but it was mostly speculating about what dinner was going to be or looking forward to a soft warm bed. In the front was Ruby with Penny hanging off her arm. Shadow popped up on her HUD.

" Are we sure there isn't anything going on between those two?" he asked.

" Not sure. Doubt it. Penny seems to cling to Ruby like a drowning man to a raft. Doesn't want to let one of her first and probably closest friend go."

Ruby looked up at her with tired yet happy eyes as she approached.

" Hey mom. Heading to Peiatro's workshop for something?" Ruby asked.

" I am. You going to hit the sack or the Mess?" she asked.

" Food. I need food. Soup sounds good for some reason." she said as Penny wrapped an arm around her waist.

" Something you want to tell us, kid?" Shadow asked, popping up on Noble's shoulder.

Ruby gave the AI a look.

" Are you sure you and Penny are not a thing? Do we need to plan a wedding in the future between you two?" Shadow asked.

Ruby let out a groan. The way Penny has been clinging to her would make people think they were a thing.

" No Shadow. We are not a thing. I don't see Penny in that light." she said.

" Ohhh, so we are not going to let the radical shipping crowd have a say?" he asked.

" No?" she asked.

" Good. The last thing we need is raging shippers telling us who is to be shipped with who and if you disagree deserve to be executed in this." he said, making Noble shake her head.

" Shadow, are you sure you are not going rampant?" Ruby asked as Penny took a closer look at him.

" What is Rampant?" she asked full of innocence.

Shadow looked her in the eye.

" Something you do not want to happen to you kid. Can you receive a file from me to you?" he asked.

She shook her head.

" Ok. I will send it to a datapad for you to look over when you can." he said.

She nodded and hugged Ruby's arm closer to her.

" Ok, you are going to need to stop that. You are going to give people the wrong idea." he said to her which raised an eyebrow.

" Look at it this way, right now, you are hugging Ruby like she is your lover. And by extension, you are making people think that you two are sleeping together and in love." Shadow said, making Penny adopt a thoughtful pose, " Now while Ruby may love you as a very close friend, she does not want to mess around in the sheets with you. She loves you, but more as a sister. After all, you don't want to sleep with your best friend...or something along those lines." Shadow said.

" Ruby doesn't love me?" Penny asked innocently. Not hurt, just confused.

" She does, but not in a way that a husband would to a wife. She loves you like she loves Yang." Shadow told her, clarifying what he was saying making the metaphorical light bulb go off.

" Shadow, I think we can end the conversation there. We don't want her trying anything do we?" Noble asked.

" Oh, what would she do? She knows not to try anything. Ruby wouldn't let that happen...would she?"

" No."

" Then we have nothing to worry about. Keep it all in your pants or shirts until you find the one you want to go further with." Shadow said.

" Ok, getting off the topic of my daughter procreating with her best female friend, I am going to get to the workshop and see if he can do anything for UNSC gear." Noble said as she ruffled her daughter's hair.

Ruby didn't even have the strength to groan. She just walked to the Mess.

Noble shook her head and walked to Pietro's shop. She walked through the door to see him looking over something or another. He looked up as he heard her walk in.

" Ahh, you must be Noble Six. Or would you rather be called Nat or Summer?" he asked not wanting to be rude.

" Let's stick with Noble for now." she said as she removed her helmet and set it on the table.

" Ok. So Noble, what can I do for you?" he asked.

" Is there anything you can do to upgrade my gear?" she asked.

" Sadly I can't do anything about your armor. That suit of yours is too advance for me to do much. And without knowledge of what powers your armor, I am too afraid to mess with it. For your weapons, well that would depend. They are rugged and sturdy enough to not need a second form. But if you want, I can come up with a few designs for your weapons. But if I were you, I would reinforce the barrels to handle intense heat or cold or any other type of dust." he replied.

" I will take an order of all three please." Shadow said as he pulled up all three options.

" What he said. Also, is there anything you can do with this?" she asked as she pulled Noble Rose from her back and set it on the table.

Pietro picked up the weapon and began to look it over. " What is it you are looking for? It seems like all it needs is a tune-up. For its age, it is still in good condition. A good strip down and repacking of bearings maybe, possibly add extra sharpening to the scythe blade. But that is about it." he analyzed.

" That is what I was looking for. A tune-up. It has been in a locker for years and only recently been used in combat."

" I can do that. Come back tomorrow and it will be done. This will be one of the easiest things to do on my list."

She gave a nod and left wanting to grab some chow with her daughters. Well, Ruby at least as she made her way to Mess hall. When she walked in, she found Ruby, Weiss, Nora, and Ren eating. Ruby was eating ramen, Weiss eating a salad, Ren some Asian style beef and broccoli with Lei-Main, and Nora was eating what looked to be a smoked turkey. She walked up and asked Ruby if she could sit and eat with them.

" Mom. You do not have to ask if you can sit and eat with us. Set your helmet down and grab something. I would like to ask you a few questions about why you pressured me into revealing answers when I was not ready." she said as she forked some noodles, lifted them, and tilted her head back as slipped the noodles into her mouth.

" Good?" she asked.

Ruby chewed and swallowed before she answered. " Pretty good. Way better than the stuff from the store. This is done with fresh ingredients and none of that prepackaged crap." she said.

" Then I will be sure to grab a bowl." She said.

" Don't you mean a bowl or five?" Shadow corrected.

The small group looked up at her.

" Five?" Nora asked.

" Spartan metabolism. I can eat a lot and I won't gain a pound." she said.

There was a pause before each female uttered something along the lines of killing to get one like that.

She popped her helmet off and set it next to her daughter and walked up to the line, grabbed a tray, and loaded it with a wak of ramen, a plate of that turkey Nora was chowing on, some Lei-mein with Sesame Chicken, and a good helping of vegetables. Both cooked and raw. The cooks gave her a look and were going to say something but she beat them to the punch by just turning away.

" Ma'am, you can't have…"

" I have a high metabolism. Plus I require a high protein diet. Hence." She pointed to her plate.

The servers were about to protest when she turned and went back to her table where she found that Shadow was sitting on her helmet with a table of food in front of him.

Salam looked out among the pools. If what she was told was true, then one of her previous victims came back from the dead. Her Maiden was dead and the powers have moved to who knows who.

She was out two disciples thanks to Tyrian and Cinder being killed by her. She didn't need to worry, she knew of a couple of people that would join her. Adam has proven his worth and would make an excellent enforcer. In fact, she had Hazel go and fetch him.

As for Cinders replacement? Well, she was still out there. Neo would be a candidate but she wasn't loyal to her. She would not be a problem. She was smart enough to let sleeping dogs lie.

That still left her without someone to take the Maiden's power. Emerald was the ideal choice, but she was loyal to Cinder.

She was sure there was a young woman she could manipulate into her side. But that would be a thought for later. For now, she needed to get her hound ready. She turned to Mercury and Watts, who held a male wolf Faunus between them. She smiled as he looked at her with pure terror in his silver eyes. She felt a shiver of pleasure run up her spine at the sight.

She leaned forward and tilted his head up to look more directly at her. The terror and fear was only amplified. She smiled as she gestured to the pit. He started to squirm and scream, doing anything to get away from them. It was for not as Mercury straight-up Spartan kicked him into the pool. He trashed around but slowly sank.

" Sooo, how long is this going to take? And what are you going to form him into?" Mercury asked, whipping his hands.

" It will take a few hours. Meet back in my throne room. We will discuss who we should recruit to take young Cinder's place." she said.

The heretic laid dead at his feet.

" Unfortunate. Our talks were most intriguing."

" I had no choice, Holy Oracle. This Heretic was a danger to the Great Journey." The Arbiter, former Supreme Commander of the Fleet of Particular Justice Thel Vadamee, said to the Oracle.

" Oracle? Great Journey? Why do you...AHHHHHHHH!"

Arbiter looked to see the Oracle slam into Tarterous's Hammer.

" That. Is. The Oracle!" the Arbiter exclaimed in pure shock that he would manhandle such a Holy artifact.

" So it is." he said as he popped the monitor from the hammerhead and tossed it into the grav-beam, " Come. We are leaving the system."

Nodding, Thel, no Arbiter, picked the body of the Heretic Leader up and threw it in the beam as it lifted them into the hold.

On the way back to High Charity, the words of the Heretic leader played in his mind.

How he got his lies from the Oracle. If it came from the Oracle, wouldn't that mean it's true? Was the Oracle wrong or defective? Or would the Prophets...no. Such thoughts laid the path to Haracey. Chances are the Heretic mistook something the Oracle said.

He leaned back and closed his eyes wishing that he could have gone to the Human Homeworld and burn it instead of being thrown in the prisons.

All unknown to him, the seeds of doubt have been planted.

Ahhhhhh, how is it all going guys and gals, having fun? I hope to God you are. Why? Because you all deserve it, that is why. Sooo we don't got much this chapter aside from everyone getting to Atlas and of corse the infoe dump of past information and retreading old plot points and, oh would you look at that, the elite made his appearance to the group.
I hope I got the interactions right enough. So be sure to tell me what all you think of it. Aside from all of that, I hope you all got the memes and other funny parts that I sprinkled in. Among us with the Emergancy Meeting button, Star Wars and SpaceBalls with the Death Star and the fast foward. Not to sure what else to say about this. So lets move onto games and IRL stuff shall we?

So, Lets start with Halo.

Holy shit. That campain tease. A new Cortana perhaps? I dont know but that tease was nice. More to speculate on is always nice. And is it just me, or does that samurai helmet look like the visor of Gypsy Danger or Atlas Destroyer from Pacific Rim/ Pacific Rim the Black?

That is just me but just something I noticed.

Then we got the MCC. Elite armor is coming to Halo 3! Nice. But at the same time, another update to 3? Can we get some more love in Reach? H2A? Or even more stuff for 4? And before you say it, I know that 4 is getting its cut DLC armor. I know the new season is not out yet, but still. How many seasons primarily involved halo 3? Kind of know what I mean? I get Halo 3 is considered the Golden child in the franchise but other games need some love as well. It could just be me but 3 was not my favorite multiplayer. I have always been a PvE and story guys so Multiplayer has always been a bit out their for me. Its not that I hate PvP, Its just that I have a slight rage issue and just dont want to be put in a situation of raging out and possibly needing a new TV, controller, system or all three. Know your limits is what I am trying to do. That is why I dont play much Crucible in Destiny. I get a tad bit ragey. I am sure that if I played more PvP, I would get good at it, but in most of my experience, I always seem to get matched with try hards and sweats in the social lobbies. I am not playing to get blasted by the meta, I am playing to chill and have fun. But what are you going to do. So I just went off on a tangent. What was I talking about now? Who cares, lets move on.

Soo, Since last update, Destiny has had season of the Hunt, Season of the Zavala Intro where he really wants to step into another war with the dummy thicc Cabal on Mars. And the clap of my ass cheeks keep alerting the Hive…

Ok that got away from me. Damn it TSLAYP. So much in the way of memes. The story for the season was great. Cytal coming Sol to seek a peace and push back the hive, and the attempt on Zavala's life not once but twice? Ohh that was good. And then the Persiage mission for Dead Mans Tail? Halo vibes anyone?

Now we are in the Splicer. And this is getting good folks. Mithrax and house Light are in the city walls, not to burn and pillage, but for refuge and ramen...but one scumbag is wanting to forego peace in favor of war. Lakshi-2 wants to be the dictator of the city. Now their are so many different threads that could be looked into. What if the FWC got their hands of the Light suppressing device the Psions used last season? They could kill a guardian that stood in thier way. Or kill the Vangard.
The story of Saint being told from the Point of View of an Elixnie, one that does not portray him as some saviour but as a monster? Ohh that is good. And as of me writing this, Saint reacting to it, with him coming to terms with what he has done in the past coming back to bite him. Ohh I cant wait for the next segment.
Lakshmi still needs to be gone though. Check out some of the lore tabs on the weapons. Or betty yet, find Byf on youtube. He can explain it better then I can.

On another note, I started playing another game series...well the same game done in two different set ups. One going game by game and the knew one as a collection. What is this set of games you ask? Well the Mass Effect Trilagy. And yes I got something cooking in my brain for a HaloxME story. Not sure when I will work on it yet, but just letting you know it is in the works.

Lets move onto something else.

Soooo, I am going to edit my update schedule. I am getting close to wanting to get The Huntress and THe Spartan wrapped up and possibly start work on its sequale. So, the plan is to do a chapter their, then either A Noble Rose or Oly Oly Oxen Free, then move back to the Huntress and the SPartan, post a chapter of the other story I did not do, then back to the Huntress and the SPartan. Although I may post a non canon chapter of Noble Rose in my forth book that I have up that is for randomness. Not sure yet.

I dont really have much left to say. Be sure to let me know how I did and if their is something I need to fix or look into.

If you have questions, feel free to ask or if you just want to chit chat I am more then willing to oblige. So with that lets read some comments.

Alastor Grimm-Rose

i have to say, this story is pretty good. funny too i like the AI. his character is funny.

Thank you for the support. Not sure if you read it or not, but the AI is based off of my best friend...although with more sass.

The crimson trucker

Please make this into a story its quite intersting.

First, nice name. Son of an ex-long haul truck driver. Had to say something.

Not to worry, I am continuing this.

Ah man, we didn't get to see Ironwood give Cordovin an "Ass Chewing" over the radio!

No. We didn't. But we also got to remember that long range comms were down. Shadow had to use a carrier ship to make contact. If it would help, I never mentioned that she didn't get her ass chewed from one of the Ace Opps. Whos to say one of them didnt do such a thing off screen.

Good chapter keep up the good work hope to see more in the future also is some of your other works getting updates soon? Anyways I like the part where the damned commandant is actually working with the group to keep the civs safe (sorry habit to say civ instead of civilian [former army])

First of all, dont worry about using military terms. I do not mind. If it si kind of out their then do try to put in the translation. On something personal, my brother was a Marine back when I was in Elematry school. So I kind of hero worshiped him. But that is personal history of mine.

But yes, the Commandant worked with the kids to kill grimm. I think it would make sence for this kind of out come with a Supper Soldier in the mix. She would shoot Jaunes suggestion of stealing an airship down faster then a toxic shipper screaming about how their shipp is suppiour.

Sooo, yea. Again dont worry about military slang.

And with that boys and girls is all the comments. As mentnioned before, I got a noncanon chapter of this in the noggin that still needs to be written. So I shall end it here. Leave a comment if you have a question or if you just want to bs, you can also PM me.

WIth that guys and gals

Fly Fast, Check Six, and I will see you all on the virtual battlefield.
