Tatooine, Obi-Wan's Hut, A Few Years After The Second Death Star Was Destroyed

Luke Skywalker looked around the old, now abandoned hut that had once belonged to Ben Kenobi, or to give him his real name, Obi-Wan Kenobi, who had been Luke's Jedi mentor until he was killed by Darth Vader, or to give him his real name Anakin Skywalker, his father, the man who had been the means of helping the Emperor and the Sith empire to rise.

Vader, the man who had helped make the Jedi order extinct and helped the emperor bring pain, suffering, and death to the galaxy, as Vader his father had been a monster, Luke thought sadly as he remembered everything Vader had done for over 20 years.

Only at the end of his life did his father see just how wrong he had been about the Jedi and helping the Emperor to destroy them. He redeemed himself by killing the Emperor and saving Luke, and returning to the light side of the Force.

Luke sighed as he moved from room to room in the hut he had come back to try and find some answers to all the questions he still had about Obi-Wan and Anakin, both of whom had died, leaving so many of Luke's questions about the Jedi and about what had happened unanswered.

But Luke had found nothing that would answer his questions about Obi-Wan or Anakin's lives as Jedi Knights or anything that would tell him why Obi-Wan would look so sad whenever Anakin Skywalker or the Jedi Order was mentioned.

Luke knew that Obi-Wan and Anakin had been friends when they were both Jedi knights, and that Obi-Wan spent 20 years feeling guilty about what happened that caused Anakin to join the Emperor and help form the Empire.

But Obi-Wan had never told Luke anything about himself or his father's lives in the Jedi order or about the old republic, both men were still a mystery to him, particularly Obi-Wan, as he had only ever told Luke the bare minimum about what happened to his and Anakin's friendship and it looked like Luke's hopes that he had left any written accounts of what happened over 20 years ago were in vain as Luke had searched Obi-Wan's hut from top to bottom for a journal or anything that would tell him something about Ben and Vader when they were younger and openly went by their real names but found nothing!

Luke signed and turned to leave, but he started feeling light-headed and then everything went black.

20 years ago At the Jedi Temple on Coruscant

Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker stormed out of the High Council meeting room and stormed down the hall to the stairs that led out of the council tower, how dare they, how dare they dismiss his ideas so quickly without hearing him out, he was more powerful than any of them !" he slightly fumed as he stormed downstairs and out into the corridor that led to his quarters .

As he stormed down the corridor, towards his quarters, Anakin Skywalker heard the voice of his friend and former mentor Obi-Wan Kenobi calling him. Anakin sighed; he really didn't want one of Obi-Wan's lectures on the Jedi code, about being respectful towards the Jedi council members, and controlling his temper.

Right now, particularly, since Obi-Wan had not even tried to hear him out or even try to support him in front of the council, no, as usual, Obi-Wan had sided with the council like he normally did. Anakin thought bitterly to himself. Suddenly he started to feel dizzy and lightheaded and the last thing Anakin Skywalker heard was Obi-Wan calling his name worriedly as his world went dark and he hit the ground.
