Elsewhere, Naruto and Sakura are walking through town on the sidewalk.

The two look mighty uncomfortable presumably due to eating too fast.

Naruto is the first to break the silence, saying-

"Ugh…that's the first and last time I take up an eating challenge with you."

"Agreed; you won, but I'm betting it wasn't worth it, huh?" Asked Sakura, who looks like she's seconds away from losing her lunch.

The two come to an immediate halt when the townsfolk begin in their opposite direction, fleeing indoors. Even drivers on the street are driving recklessly.

Sakura gets serious, knowing full well what may be happening.

The fighter also begins to realize how corrupt the city is when there's hardly any local authorities to be seen. For the ones that are seen, they end up fleeing just like all the rest.

As for Naruto…well, he hasn't the slightest clue other than knowing something bad is obviously happening. He can even hear gunfire, but despite knowing firearms, Naruto has never actually witnessed them in action.

"What the hell's happening!?" Asked Naruto.

"Sounds like a shootout is going down." Sakura responds.

The now English speaking Sakura asks around from the fleeing townsfolk, but it does her no good when everyone understandably runs past her in a panic.

"Excuse me-"

"Can I-"

"Please have a-"

"Moment of your time!"

Sakura is getting frustrated, but Naruto resolves it by grabbing a woman by extending his robot arm around her.

"Thanks." Sakura says happily.

"No problem." Responds to the nonchalant ninja.

Casually walking over to the screaming woman trying to break free, Sakura asks-

"What is going on here?"

"The dragons, they're here!"

"They're gonna kill us all now let me GOOO!"

Sakura signals Naruto to let the poor lady go.

"We better hurry and find Tails, he might've gotten caught in it!"

Naruto says as he attempts to run, but Sakura stops him by putting her arm in the way and says-

"Hey-hey, I like to charge in too, but these are DRAGONS we're dealing with."

"You're right, that last one I fought was a handful." Said Naruto, who thinks for a moment, then looks at Sakura.

"What do you suggest?"

"Well you're a ninja, so let's take a more stealthy approach."

After suggesting a smart tactic, Sakura's seriousness is cut short when her face turns green and covers mouth. The poor fighter frantically looks around and spots a nearby trashcan and rushes over to it.

*PUKING NOISE*

Though not too surprised, slightly worried Naruto stands there looking on as Sakura continues letting her lunch out, not knowing her signature red panties you'd often see in the games are beginning to show.

Caught off guard, Naruto glances for a second, then looks away from the revealing shot and blushes.

"Y-ya' good?" Naruto asks nervously with a wry smile on his face he currently can't control at the moment.

The now groggy Sakura finally raises up, saying-

"Yeah…just…just me me a minute.

Back to the other side of town, Quill tries to lose the incoming BMW, but to know avail.

To make matters worse, two more cars with the black dragon logo on them pull up near him.

Despite the danger however, Quill can't help but turn on the radio in hopes that it will ease the tension, or he thinks this chase scene will go great with background music.

Either way, it's most unnecessary, but the song The Heat is On by Glenn Frey is quite catchy.

Preparing to bump the spaceman in, the cars move ever so closer, but Quill anticipates this and pushes a button that allows the motorcycle to leap in the air for a brief moment.

The two black cars bump into each other, which slows down the BMW behind them.

With the coast clear, albeit temporarily, Quill turns into an alleyway.

"OK, here's the part where you get off." Quill says to Tails, who is still on his back.

"But I can still help!" Tails insist.

"And I appreciate you for tryin', thanks!"

Quill lifts Tails off his back and shouts-

"ARMS UP!"

Quill slows down a bit and has Tails grab the ladder of a fire escape, leaving the poor fox hanging.

Now the Tails out of the way, Quill speeds back up and exits the alleyway.

CRASH!

Just as the spaceman gets back on the street, the BMW somehow manages to cut him off and crash into the motorcycle from the right, sending Quill flying in the air and landing on the ground!

Quill recovers quickly from the fall thanks to the padding of his jacket and remembering to always wear a helmet. The latter of which James Gunn should've remembered, but purposely chose not to, but I digress.

Despite his safety features, Quill is still hurt from the impact of the collision he received and tries making a run for it in a nearby construction site.

The spaceman then begins to run a little faster after hearing the doors of the BMW shut with Kira and her men not too far behind.

From Quill's infrared POV, he takes a look at his surroundings, scanning possible hiding spots and exits in the area.

The Spaceman chooses the former, hiding behind a stack of cinder blocks and pulls out two plasma pistols.

No longer having the intention of running, Peter-
