Silver came into the office, munching on some pizza he made for himself as Rotor served the customers. He approached Vector, sitting down on the chair in front of him. "Vector, I think we might need some new people to help us."
Vector, who was paying with his green dollar bills and using them as airplanes, turned to face Silver. "Say what?"
Silver rubbed the back of his neck after gulping down the last piece of his pizza. "I don't know, it's just that... well, maybe we'll generate more money if he had more help around here to keep the customers at bay. Are you catching me?"
Vector blinked several times, then pulled out a fishing net and tossing it at Silver, locking him into the intuited netting around him. Vector smiled, holding the net for fishing and chuckling sheepishly. "Now I caught you. Heheahieheu."
"That's not right." Pikachu said because he just wanted to get a pizza, his ears pointing downwards in disapproval.
"You're realizing this just now?" Rotor spoke up while placing some finished pizza pies into the oven for them to be warmed up.
"Well I had to do something with this damn thing." Vector pointed out and then went back into the office.
Silver was munching on a slice of honey topped pizza as it was just a quiet day at the Pizza Hut, when suddenly he noticed from the viewpoint by the windows of the various skyscrapers in Station Square coming down. "What the... is there another city attack?"
"Beats me." Shadow calmly responded while drinking a can of Dr. Pepper, shaking his head as he was by the counter. "There's always something going on in this stupid town."
"I'm surprised that you even notice."
"Well when I'm on my way here to get a pizza, you kind of have to notice things."
"Hey, can I say something?" Silver spoke up while placing hot pizza pies away in their cardboard boxes.
"Well go ahead, you already started." Vector replied while placing up some ceiling tiles.
"Have you noticed that whenever the word count increases, it's because of something stupid?"
"Maybe, but I just don't think about it because the thing about stuff that you hate, well, you just ignore them."
"...Wait, you ignore things that you dislike?"
"Well yes, any attention to them means they won't leave."
"Wouldn't it be best to channel your inner rage onto them so you can get it out of your system?"
"Perhaps, but you're never going to get it out of your system if you continue channeling your negativity into it. You just need to learn to not pay any mind to it."
"But isn't it like the law of nature to acknowledge things to give them some criticism?"
"Criticizing something and hating on it are very different things."
Several moments passed by as they eventually sighed, with a certain energetic bee popping in.
"You guys doing anything important?" Charmy asked with his hands on his grumbling belly. "Because I sure could go for some yummy pizza right now!"
Silver finished the last slice of the pepperoni pizza that was left sitting on the counter since the customer who ordered it never picked it up; the psychic hedgehog did feel slightly bad about it but knew it was better to do with the pizza pie while it was still good. "I'm sure they would understand; quite yes..."
